Definitions
- the invention relates to a cross-country ski shoe having a sole and a shaft with a toe section, a heel section and a midfoot section.
- Such a cross country boot is from the FR 2 585 929 A1 known.
- the bending or torsional stiffness is essentially determined by the sole that is comparatively stiff with respect to the upper of the shoe.
- the relatively soft for achieving a high wearing comfort shank is not provided in known shoes to counteract any deformation forces, in particular a twisting of the shoe in itself, i. a twist of the shoe to counteract.
- a stiff, ie substantially unyielding, cuff is provided, which encloses the lower leg of the wearer above the ankle joint.
- a stiff, ie substantially unyielding, cuff is provided, which encloses the lower leg of the wearer above the ankle joint.
- heel bands are provided.
- forefoot ribbons attached to the side of the cuff forefoot ribbons provided, which are guided crosswise on the opposite side of the shoe in the sole area.
- the sole-side attachment points of the forefoot ribbons are arranged behind the toe portion of the shoe.
- this embodiment is not particularly useful for cross-country boots, which are pivotally connected to the binding in the front end region of the sole, so that the force is introduced into the shoe when lifting the shoe and repelling the ground in the area of the toe.
- the forefoot straps are in particular not suitable for sufficiently reducing the tendency of the shoe to twist when exercising the skating technique.
- the known shoe due to the lack of flexibility on the lower leg cuff on a limited comfort.
- an elastic supination support belt is provided, which is fastened with one end on the outside of the shoe in an outer bale and the small toe detecting area at the sole edge, passed over the instep to the shoe inside and returned under the foot on the shoe outside in the joint area again is and guided by the hinge portion obliquely up to the ankle enclosing shaft portion and fastened there.
- This shoe is thus adapted to the specific requirements of sports with jumps, ie basketball, etc., but would otherwise on the other hand for an application in the alpine area, especially as a cross-country boot unsuitable.
- the supination support belt is made of an elastic material, no stiffening of the shoe can be achieved.
- the US 5,425,185 A describes a different sports shoe with a laterally arranged rotary closure, which is connected to a clamping element in the form of two tendons.
- the Tendons are each connected via a connector with tensioning loops.
- the tensioning loop is connected to the shoe upper in the instep area.
- the tensioning loop is guided around the heel on the side opposite the screw cap side of the shoe, threaded through a Umlenkbügel and stretched over the instep area back to the side with the screw cap and connected there with the shaft.
- the attachment of the tensioning loop takes place in the lateral region of the shoe.
- the arrangement of the tensioning loop should ensure a good grip of the foot in the shoe.
- the US 5 659 982 A discloses another type of cycling shoe with a hook-and-loop fastener which is coupled to a tensioning system consisting of several tightening straps. This prior art aims to improve the grip of the foot in the shoe.
- WO 03/073881 A1 is another type of skating rink with a ratchet fastener known which has a strained around the instep area belt.
- the DE 201 16 617 U relates to a tensioning device for a different boot.
- the US 4,788,780 shows an overshoe with a sole, which can be connected by means of connecting part with a ski.
- the upper shoe portion with a toe portion and a heel portion has an ankle strap attached to a ring near the toe portion, is passed over the instep above the ankle behind the leg by a loop and terminates at a buckle.
- the buckle is attached to the other side of the leg. This gives the overshoe stability.
- the aim of the present invention is therefore to provide a cross-country boot of the type mentioned, which has a high level of comfort, but at the same time the cross-country shoe has a lower Vercardne Trent shaft side than known cross-country boots.
- a suitable for receiving tensile forces preferably band-shaped stiffening element is provided, which is connected to the shaft at least indirectly in the toe section and in the metatarsal or heel section.
- a band-shaped stiffening element or stiffening band which runs from the toe area to the rear into the midfoot or heel portion and is connected at least indirectly both in the toe portion and in the heel or midfoot portion with the flexible shaft, a shoe is created for the first time. the counteracts in the shaft region, ie not in the usually stiff sole region of rotation, ie torsion of the shoe.
- the stem preferably consists of a flexible material, as is well known in the footwear industry, e.g. from textile fabric, from non-woven materials, which can be coated with soft PVC, to soft leather.
- the stiffening element Since, as stated at the beginning, skating in the skating sport usually occurs from the inner edge, so that the shoe in the toe section tends to fall off the inside of the shoe, it is favorable for the stiffening element to be in the midfoot or heel section on an inner side of the shoe is fastened. Due to the course of the stiffening element to the inside in the midfoot or heel section, ie to the side, which is arranged medially with respect to a longitudinal axis of the shoe, falling of the toe section of the flexible shaft due to the arranged between the toe section and the inside of the shoe drawstring reliably prevented become.
- the stiffening element is variable length fastened.
- an adaptation of the torsional rigidity of the shoe to different trail conditions or to the topography of the trail can be carried out. Therefore, if the terrain is rather flat, i. formed without gradients, the torsional stiffness of the shoe can be chosen lower. If steep climbs are to be overcome, it is favorable to increase the torsional rigidity by shortening the band-shaped stiffening element. Hiebei it is in terms of a structurally simple, inexpensive, length-adjustable attachment advantageous if the stiffening element by means of a hook and loop fastener is variable length fastened.
- a length-adjustable closure element extending essentially transversely to the shoe longitudinal direction is provided in an instep area.
- both adjusting devices for adapting the shoe to the individual foot of the user or for adapting the torsional stiffness to the individual requirements of the user are combined in one element.
- the stiffening element is fastened in the toe section at least on an outer side of the shoe.
- the band-shaped stiffening element or tension band from the outside of the shoe, i. that side which is laterally arranged relative to a longitudinal axis of the shoe, preferably to the inside of the shoe, where the drawstring is in turn attached to the shoe, substantially results in a substantially inelastic tension band extending over the forefoot area of the user to absorb tensile forces, so that twisting or twisting of the shoe against the running direction of the tension band is largely prevented.
- the band-shaped stiffening element can be connected to the shoe via the fastening sections in the toe section so that a comparatively large engagement surface reliably results for the torsion-counteracting stiffening element.
- the fastening sections in the toe section can be connected to the shoe via the fastening sections in the toe section so that a comparatively large engagement surface reliably results for the torsion-counteracting stiffening element.
- one or more separately from each other fastening sections can of course also be provided over the width of the other band-shaped stiffening significantly diffused mounting portion, so that the attachment portion of the stiffening comparatively large area, especially in the region of the outside of the shoe and here preferably in a region in which at Use of the shoe is essentially the little toe of the user comes to rest, connected to the shoe.
- the stiffening element in the toe section In order to reliably prevent the shaft from rotating, it is expedient for the stiffening element in the toe section to run at least in sections as far as an underside of the shaft facing the sole. Hiebei the end of the stiffening element is guided around a bending fold of the shaft and can then be connected to the bottom either directly to the shaft and / or with a commonly provided between the sole and the shaft insole.
- a particularly torsion-resistant composite is achieved; if the band-shaped stiffening element, on the other hand, is fastened only to the sole, the torsional force between the outside of the sole and the shaft interior is introduced into the shoe.
- stiffening element is attached only to the shaft, a deflection around the bending fold on the bottom side of the shaft may also be omitted if necessary, and in any case a structurally particularly simple embodiment results.
- a suitable connection which causes the shoe to fall off or twist in the toe area under load is also provided, provided that the stiffening element is connected to a preferably provided within the shaft toe cap.
- the stiffening element from the toe section to the midfoot or heel section within the shaft extends, wherein preferably in the region of the midfoot or heel section of the shaft has a passage opening through which the band-shaped stiffening element is guided to the outside.
- the band-shaped stiffening element is guided in the direction of the toe section behind the passage opening by a Umlenkinate.
- the user can easily attack on the externally accessible portion of the stiffening element or tension band and tighten in a simple manner by means of the guide through the Umlenkinate.
- the Umlenkeria In order to arrange the effective end of the drawstring forming point, namely the Umlenkinate, as stationary as possible relative to the attachment of the drawstring in the toe section, it is advantageous if the Umlenkinate on a side stiffening the stiffening stiffening member, which consists of a material of greater hardness than the shank of the shoe, is arranged. Due to the attachment of the Umlenkeria on comparatively rigid part Umlenkinate is anchored essentially immovable, so that a precise adjustment of the increase in torsional stiffness by the set length of the stiffening element is possible.
- the shoe With regard to a high level of wearing comfort and high functionality at the same time, it has proven to be advantageous, especially in cross-country skiing, for the shoe to have an inner shoe and an outer shoe, each with a shaft.
- the stiffening element extends to the passage through the provided in the shank of the outer shoe passage opening between the shank of the inner and outer shoe, since thus the preferably substantially diagonally extending over the forefoot band-shaped stiffening element in its course between the inner and outer shoe is substantially fixed, without that it can be brought by acting from inside or outside forces from the desired position.
- a shoe 1 is shown with a sole 2 on which a flexible shaft 3 is fixed.
- the shaft 3 is subdivided into a shaft 3 'of an outer shoe 4, a shaft 3 "of an inner shoe 5.
- the outer shoe 4 can be closed by a zipper 4', whereas the inner shoe 5 has a lacing system 5 '
- only a single shaft 3 can be provided.
- the sole 2 is compared to the shaft 3 of a much stiffer material, such as a polyether block amide (Pebax®), a thermoplastic polyurethane, polyamide 12 elastomer or the like, preferably E modules in the order of 150 - 250 MPa find use.
- the shaft 3 on the other hand, it consists of a flexible material, as is well known in the footwear industry, eg of textile fabric, of non-woven materials, which may be coated with soft PVC, up to soft leather.
- a stiffening element or tension band 7 is connected to the shaft 3, which is preferably made of a fabric of polyester fibers with PVC coating, but can also made of thermoplastic materials with high tensile modulus of elasticity, such as Polyamide or glass or carbon fiber reinforced plastics. It is important that over the drawstring 7 high tensile forces can be transmitted, but it is flexible on bending to adapt to a Rist of the user can.
- Fig. 1 is a from the outside of the shoe in the toe area 9 (see. Fig. 3 ) to the inside of the shoe 1 in the midfoot or heel area 10, 11 extending drawstring shown, so that the drawstring 7 counteracts a longitudinal extension of the shoe 1 between the two connection points of the drawstring 7.
- the drawstring 7 hiebei be arranged exposed on the outside of the shaft 3, or as in particular in Fig. 2 4, can be largely arranged between the shaft 3 'of the outer shoe 4 and the shaft 3 "of the inner shoe 5.
- the in Fig.
2 4, can be largely arranged between the shaft
- an opening 8 is provided in the shaft 3 ', through which the tension band 7 is passed and passes outwardly, so that the end portion 7' can be grasped in a simple manner for length adjustment of the tension band 7 and thus for setting different torsional stiffnesses of the shoe 1.
- a shaft 3 is shown in which the band-shaped stiffening element or tieback 7 is connected directly to the shaft 3 in a toe section 9 and then substantially obliquely towards the inside of the shaft 3 in the direction of the midfoot section 10 and the heel section 11 runs, wherein substantially in the boundary region between the midfoot portion 10 and the toe and heel section 11 a Umlenk Surprise 12 is provided, through which the drawstring 7 is deflected, so that a free end portion 7 'of the drawstring 7 can be fixed variable in length.
- a hook-and-loop fastener 14 is provided between the end section 7 'and a closure element 13 extending essentially transversely to the shoe longitudinal direction.
- the drawstring 7 has a course substantially widening towards the end in the toe section 9, so that the attachment 7 "has a relatively large connection area between the drawstring 7 and the shaft 3 in the region of the small toe of the user large surface introduced forces are absorbed and torsion of the shaft 3 are largely prevented.
- the shoe 1 preferably has the closure element 13 extending transversely to the shoe longitudinal direction.
- the closure element 13 is essentially a length adjustable in the direction of arrow 17 buckle element.
- latching closure 18 - may be provided consisting of a tab 18 'and a locking band 18 ", as is well known in the art, of course, however, any other buckle elements may be provided by the tightening of the closure member 13 in the direction of arrow 17, is Thus, at the same time tightened the drawstring 7, so that after closing the closure member 13 with the help of the Velcro 14 set desired torsional stiffness is made.
- Fig. 4a and Fig. 4b an alternative embodiment is shown, this of the embodiment according to the Fig. 3a and 3b in particular to the effect that the drawstring 7 is subdivided in the front end section into two fastening sections 19, which in turn are respectively connected to the shaft 3 via a fastening 7 ", eg adhesive bond torsional forces introduced between the two fastening sections 19 can be absorbed by means of the tension band 7, without a connection between the tension band 7 and the shaft 3 being required in the entire area.
- a fastening 7 " eg adhesive bond torsional forces introduced between the two fastening sections 19
- the embodiment according to the Fig. 5a and 5b differs from that according to the Fig. 4a and 4b essentially in that the Umlenkinate 12 not directly on the from a flexible Material existing shaft 3 is fixed, but a heel portion 11 enclosing stiffening member 20 is provided, on which the Umlenkeria 12 by means of a Befestigunsbandes 12 'is arranged.
- a heel portion 11 enclosing stiffening member 20 is provided, on which the Umlenkinate 12 by means of a Befestigunsbandes 12 'is arranged.
- Fig. 5b can be provided on the stiffening part 20, also a part of the snap fastener 18 forming tab 18 ', so that a displacement of the attachment of the buckle 13 due to an elastic deformation of the shoe 1 can be largely prevented.
- Fig. 6a and 6b is shown a further embodiment in which in particular an alternative two-part stiffening member 20 'is provided, which does not comprise the entire heel portion in the manner of a cap, but is provided only on the inside and outside at the level of the ankle; Again, the Umlenkinate 12 is attached via a fastening device 12 'to the stiffening member 20'.
- a stiffening part 20 ' is provided on the outside as well, on which the tab 18' for receiving the locking strip 18 "is provided.
- the end section of the drawstring 7 provided in the toe section 9 can also be subdivided into three attachment sections 19, so that a total of three attachment or connection points 7 "are provided between the shaft and the drawstring 7, thereby becoming the receiving area for any torsional forces
- an alternative stiffening part 20 " is provided, in which the two sections provided substantially in the area of the ankle are connected to one another via a web 22, so that a one-part configuration of the stiffening part 20" results
- a recess 21 provided in particular in the area in which the heel bone protrudes, so that possible pressure points due to the higher rigidity of the stiffening portion 20 "avoided.
- Fig. 8 shows a further embodiment, which is substantially that according to the FIGS. 3a and 3b corresponds, but no Ristschnalle is provided.
- the end section 7 'of the drawstring 7 is accordingly fastened to the hook fastener element 14' arranged on the shaft itself.
- all embodiments according to the Fig. 1 to 7 be executed without Ristschnalle, it is only essential that a torsional stiffness of the shaft increasing tension band 7 is provided.

Description

- In
- In
- In
