Claims (24)

  1. Agencement de verrouillage (25) pour le verrouillage d'une porte (19) d'un appareil ménager, en particulier d'un lave-vaisselle, dans lequel
    - l'agencement de verrouillage (25) peut être fixé à la porte (19) ou à un corps (18) de l'appareil ménager portant la porte (19),
    - l'agencement de verrouillage (25) comprend un élément de verrouillage (2) déplaçable entre une position ouverte (OS), dans laquelle il est hors engrènement avec un élément d'arrêt (3) sur le corps (18) resp. sur la porte (19), et une position de verrouillage (VS), dans laquelle il peut être porté en engrènement avec l'élément d'arrêt (3) et est logé de sorte qu'il soit mobile, durant le déplacement entre la position ouverte (OS) et la position de verrouillage (VS), le long d'un axe longitudinal (LA) et en outre rotatif autour d'un axe de rotation (DA) s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (LA), et
    - l'agencement de verrouillage (25) présente un accumulateur d'énergie (5) qui soumet l'élément de verrouillage (2) à une force de fermeture avec l'aide de laquelle il est déplaçable de la position ouverte (OS) vers la position de verrouillage (VS),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'agencement de verrouillage (25) présente une unité d'entraînement (4) avec l'aide de laquelle l'élément de verrouillage (2) est déplaçable de la position de verrouillage (VS) contre la force de fermeture vers la position ouverte (OS).
  2. Agencement de verrouillage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur d'énergie (5) est constitué par au moins un ressort, en particulier au moins un ressort en spirale s'étendant essentiellement longitudinalement.
  3. Agencement de verrouillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    - l'agencement de verrouillage (25) comprend un élément de support (1) avec l'aide duquel l'agencement de verrouillage (25) peut être fixé à la porte (19) ou au corps (18), et
    - l'élément de verrouillage (2) est déplaçable par rapport à l'élément de support (2) entre la position ouverte (OS) et la position de verrouillage (VS).
  4. Agencement de verrouillage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (1) présente une surface de butée (6) contre laquelle l'élément de verrouillage (2) peut être étayé en position ouverte (OS), afin d'empêcher un mouvement de retour dans la position de verrouillage (VS), et en ce qu'un élément de libération (7) est affecté à l'élément de verrouillage (2), avec l'aide duquel l'élément de verrouillage (2) peut être porté hors engrènement avec la surface de butée (6) lors d'un contact de l'élément de libération (7) avec la porte (19) et est déplaçable par l'accumulateur d'énergie (5) dans la position de verrouillage (VS).
  5. Agencement de verrouillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de verrouillage comprend un intermédiaire (8), se trouvant ou pouvant être porté en liaison active à la fois avec l'unité d'entraînement (4) et avec l'élément de verrouillage (2), et avec l'aide duquel une force peut être transmise de l'unité d'entraînement (4) à l'élément de verrouillage (2), laquelle force induit un déplacement de l'élément de verrouillage (2) de la position de verrouillage (VS) dans la position ouverte (OS).
  6. Agencement de verrouillage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (2) présente une zone frontale (9) pouvant être portée en engrènement avec l'élément d'arrêt (3) de la porte (19) et une zone arrière (10) opposée à la zone frontale (9), dans lequel l'élément de verrouillage (2) et l'intermédiaire (8) sont disposés de telle manière l'un par rapport à l'autre que la force générée par l'unité d'entraînement (4) peut être transmise à la zone arrière (10).
  7. Agencement de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'intermédiaire (8) est exécuté sous la forme d'un levier basculant, logé en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation (11), dans lequel le levier basculant présente une première branche (12) se trouvant resp. pouvant être portée en liaison active avec l'unité d'entraînement (4), et dans lequel le levier basculant présente une deuxième branche (13) se trouvant resp. pouvant être portée en contact avec une surface de contact (14) de l'élément de verrouillage (2), dans lequel le levier basculant peut être déplacé dans un mouvement rotatif à l'aide de l'unité d'entraînement (4), tandis que le levier basculant transmet sur la surface de contact (14) une force qui induit un déplacement de l'élément de verrouillage (2) dans la position ouverte (OS).
  8. Agencement de verrouillage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (4) présente un ergot rotatif (15), un excentrique ou semblable, se trouvant resp. pouvant être porté en contact avec la première branche (12), dans lequel une force de l'unité d'entraînement (4) peut être transmise à la première branche (12) à l'aide de l'ergot (15) ou de l'excentrique, laquelle force induit une rotation du levier basculant.
  9. Agencement de verrouillage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (4) présente un élément de liaison rotatif, en particulier un bras rotatif (45), une plaque tournante ou semblable, sur lequel un entraîneur (47) est disposé à distance de l'axe de rotation de l'élément de liaison, dans lequel entraîneur la première branche (12) est menée, une rotation du levier basculant pouvant être induite par un mouvement rotatif de l'élément de liaison.
  10. Agencement de verrouillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'intermédiaire (8) est en contact avec un élément de rappel (16), en particulier sous la forme d'un ressort en spirale ou de torsion, qui soumet le levier basculant à une composante de force agissant à l'encontre de la force pouvant être transmise par l'unité d'entraînement (4) sur l'intermédiaire (8).
  11. Agencement de verrouillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe longitudinal (LA) s'étend dans le sens de la profondeur du corps de l'appareil ménager et l'axe de rotation (DA) s'étend dans un plan de positionnement défini par le sens de la largeur et le sens de la profondeur du corps de l'appareil ménager ainsi qu'essentiellement parallèlement au sens de la largeur du corps de l'appareil ménager.
  12. Agencement de verrouillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 5 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'intermédiaire (8) présente une surface d'attaque (17) et l'élément de verrouillage (2) présente une surface de contact (14) se trouvant resp. pouvant être portées au moins partiellement en contact l'une avec l'autre, dans lequel la surface d'attaque (17) et la surface de contact (14) sont inclinées de telle sorte l'une vers l'autre que l'intermédiaire (8) peut transmettre une composante de force à l'élément de verrouillage (2), laquelle induit en outre durant le déplacement de l'élément de verrouillage (2) de la position de verrouillage (VS) vers la position ouverte (OS) le long de l'axe longitudinal (LA) un mouvement rotatif de l'élément de verrouillage (2) autour de son axe de rotation (DA).
  13. Agencement de verrouillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (4) et/ou l'intermédiaire (8) présentent des moyens à l'aide desquels ils peuvent être fixés, indépendamment de la fixation de l'élément de support (1), à la porte ou au corps (18) de l'appareil ménager.
  14. Agencement de verrouillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un accumulateur d'énergie (26), en particulier un élément à ressort, est présent en qualité d'unité d'entraînement (4).
  15. Agencement de verrouillage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par un dispositif d'arrêt commandable (27) qui, dans la position de verrouillage (VS) de l'élément de verrouillage (2), maintient l'accumulateur d'énergie (26) dans un état précontraint et le libère afin de déplacer l'élément de verrouillage (2) dans la position ouverte (OS).
  16. Agencement de verrouillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un électro-aimant (42) est présent en qualité d'unité d'entraînement (4), lequel présente une bobine (43) et un induit (44).
  17. Agencement de verrouillage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'électro-aimant (42) est utilisé pour la détection d'un souhait d'ouverture pour la porte (19), en particulier un souhait d'ouverture en fonction d'un déplacement de l'induit (44) par rapport à la bobine (43).
  18. Appareil ménager, en particulier lave-vaisselle (GS), avec un corps (18) et une porte (19), déplaçable entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, dans laquelle le corps (18) est obturé à l'aide de la porte (19), ainsi qu'avec un agencement de verrouillage à l'aide duquel la porte (19) peut être verrouillée dans la position fermée, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de verrouillage (25) est exécuté selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.
  19. Appareil ménager selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par une commande de porte (TS) qui, à la réception d'un signal d'ouverture, commande l'unité d'entraînement (4) de telle sorte que l'élément de verrouillage (2) se déplace à l'encontre de la force de fermeture de la position de verrouillage (VS) vers la position ouverte (OS).
  20. Appareil ménager selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par une commande de déroulement de programme (PS) pour la commande d'un déroulement de programme de l'appareil ménager qui, en fonction du déroulement de programme et/ou d'un ou de plusieurs paramètre(s) d'exploitation de l'appareil ménager, transmet un signal d'ouverture à la commande de porte (TS).

Appareil ménager selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 19 ou 20, caractérisé par une technologie de capteurs (S) pour la détection d'un souhait d'ouverture pour la porte (19), laquelle technologie transmet, en cas de détection d'un souhait d'ouverture, un signal d'ouverture à la commande de porte (TS).
  22. Appareil ménager selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 19 à 21, caractérisé par un dispositif d'ouverture (OV) qui ouvre la porte (19) au moins d'une fente suite à un déplacement de l'élément de verrouillage (2) de la position de verrouillage (VS) vers la position ouverte (OS).
  23. Appareil ménager selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 18 à 22, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (2) et l'unité d'entraînement (4) sont disposés à côté l'un de l'autre dans une vue frontale et/ou du dessus de l'appareil ménager.
  24. Appareil ménager selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 18 à 23, caractérisé en ce que la porte (19) ou le corps (18) présente un élément d'arrêt (3), en particulier sous la forme d'une concavité, avec lequel l'élément de verrouillage (2) se trouve en engrènement dans la position de verrouillage.
