Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a cooking appliance and in particular to a pyrolysis-capable oven with a lock latch and a door lock, each of which is mounted on one of two opposing components of the cooking appliance, one component being designed as an appliance housing and one being an appliance door.
  • the appliance door is arranged to be movable relative to the appliance housing.
  • the DE 10 2006 019 515 A1 shows an electromechanical locking device for a cooking oven with a device-side lock and a door-side locking block.
  • Bolts are arranged in the lock on both sides of the block, so that the door can be opened and closed in an intermediate latching step and a main latching step.
  • the bolts are actuated by rotating a cam wheel.
  • a rotary latch lock for an oven door.
  • the rotary latch can be moved into a closed position, a half-open position and an open position via a trigger. In the half-open position, the door is opened in columns.
  • the trigger inside the lock is moved linearly on a lock plate using a door handle with a pinion.
  • Known closure system for a furnace there are a pair of identical closures, one of which is arranged in the upper region and another in the lower region of a door pivotable about a vertical axis.
  • Each lock has a lever that extends beyond the front of the door and both Levers are connected by a rod-shaped handle. The levers are movable between a closed position, a released position and a fully open position. In the released position, the door is opened in columns.
  • the DE 100 27 774 A1 shows an oven with a locking piston on the door, which engages in a lock box on the housing. So that the door can be opened at least one gap, one of the locking elements is movably attached to the housing or to the door.
  • a cooking device is designed in particular as a pyrolysis-capable oven or comprises one.
  • the cooking device has a lock latch and a door lock, which are each mounted on one of two components of the cooking device lying opposite one another.
  • a component is designed as a device housing and a component as a device door.
  • the appliance door is arranged to be movable relative to the appliance housing. This means that the appliance door can be pivoted on the appliance housing, alternatively it can be moved away from the housing with a so-called baking cart.
  • the door lock comprises a lock housing and a locking device with a locking hook for holding the appliance door.
  • the locking device is movably received on the lock housing between a closed position and at least one extended position. In the extended position of the locking device, the appliance door is opened in columns.
  • the cooking device according to the invention has many advantages.
  • a significant advantage of the cooking appliance according to the invention is that the appliance door is not only lockable with the door lock, but that the locking device of the door lock is movably received on the lock housing. This makes it possible to extend the locking device and thus open the appliance door in columns. Accordingly, the appliance door can also be closed again when the closing device is retracted. As a result, even more possibilities are provided with the cooking appliance and with the door lock provided thereon.
  • the locking device is designed to hold the appliance door in the extended position. This means that the locking device is able to extend the appliance door and hold or fix it in the gap-open position. In the closed position of the appliance door, it lies essentially tightly against the appliance housing or against the front frame of the appliance housing or a door seal arranged thereon.
  • the locking device comprises a hook housing and the locking hook is movably received on the hook housing between at least one engagement position and a release position. It is preferred if the locking hook is pivotally mounted on and in particular in the hook housing. A swiveling movement enables the locking hook to be transferred easily from the engaged position to the release position and back.
  • the hook housing comprises two housing parts, of which one housing part is designed as a lower part of the hook housing and one housing part is designed as an upper part of the hook housing.
  • the locking hook is preferably preloaded into the engagement position by a spring force of a preloading unit.
  • the hook housing is preferably immersed (at least partially) when the appliance door is transferred from an open position to a closed position.
  • a simple fixation of the appliance door is made possible, namely by immersing the hook housing in the lock latch when it is transferred to the closed position of the appliance door and then pivoting the lock hook out of the hook housing and engaging in the lock latch.
  • a coupling is advantageously arranged pivotably on the hook housing.
  • a movement of the locking device and / or a locking of the locking hook can be controlled by a rotary movement of the coupling.
  • the coupling of the locking hook is locked in the engagement position in a certain pivoting position.
  • This pivoting position of the coupling can also be referred to as the blocking position.
  • Such a blocking can be achieved in that a part of the coupling rests on the locking hook. It is possible and preferred if the locking hook hooks in the locking position with a part of the hook housing and / or the coupling, so that the locking hook can only be transferred from the engagement position into the release position after the coupling has been turned back.
  • the coupling can be pivoted by means of a motor such as an electric motor or by means of another drive of this type.
  • a motor which can be controlled in two directions of rotation is particularly preferably used.
  • a transmission link, to which the motor is coupled, is preferably formed on the coupling.
  • the transmission link comprises at least two transmission sections that are angled and merged into one another.
  • the two transmission sections preferably form a transmission path as a whole, which extends from one end point to another end point.
  • a motor that can be controlled in two directions of rotation thus enables targeted control of a waypoint along the path of the transmission link.
  • a first transmission section is preferably provided for converting a rotary movement of the motor into a linear movement of the closing device between the closed position and the extended position via the coupling.
  • a second transmission section is provided for at least locking the locking hook.
  • the second transmission section is provided for unlocking the locking hook.
  • a locking position of the locking hook can be provided at the end of the second transmission section, while the first transmission section enables the locking device to be transferred between a closed position (or retracted position) and an extended position.
  • At least one button is preferably formed on the coupling in order to activate at least one switch. Buttons can be formed on the coupling itself or also on switching arms which are connected to the coupling or can be actuated by the coupling.
  • three different switches are provided on the door lock. More switches can also be provided. A first of the three switches is used in particular to detect whether the door lock is in the engaged position. A second switch is used to detect the extended position of the locking device and is activated when the appliance door is opened in columns. A third switch is used in particular to detect the locking position of the appliance door and is activated when the door lock is in the locking position.
  • a plunger for door detection is preferably formed on the movable housing part, the plunger being movable between an empty position and a contact position.
  • the plunger is preferably preloaded into the extended empty position by a preloading unit. In the empty position (also called zero position), the plunger is particularly sticking out over the hook housing and is pushed back into the hook housing when the appliance door is closed.
  • the hook housing can be designed like a drawer in all configurations. Such an embodiment is advantageous since the entry of vapors into the area of the device cooling is reliably prevented if the lock housing is attached to the device housing in the area of the device cooling.
  • the appliance door is preloaded by a spring device into an at least gap-open position.
  • the appliance door is designed, in particular, without a handle. An automatic opening of the appliance door can then be achieved by releasing the appliance door.
  • the appliance door it is also possible for the appliance door to be equipped with a handle. Then it is also possible for the appliance door to be preloaded from the gap-open position by a spring device into a closed position.
  • an active actuating element is provided in order to press the locking hook against the force of the preloading unit from the engagement position into the release position.
  • Such an active actuating element can be designed as an electric motor, but can also be driven differently.
  • the spring force of the preloading unit can be overcome in the open position by pulling on the appliance door or by the actuating element and that the locking hook can be moved into the release position.
  • Such an embodiment enables manual, flexible intervention or the program-controlled opening, so that the appliance door can be moved from the open position to the fully open position at any time.
  • the appliance door is moved from the gap-open position to the closed position by (gentle manual) pressure.
