Claims (7)
- Élément piézoélectrique multicouche (1), comprenant :un corps (5) empilé colonnaire comprenantune partie (2a) active comprenant une pluralité de couches (21) piézoélectriques et une pluralité de couches (3a, 3b) d'électrode interne stratifiées de façon alternée, etdes parties (2b) inactives comprenant une pluralité de couches (22) piézoélectriques stratifiées, les parties inactives agencées aux deux extrémités dans un sens d'empilement de la partie active ; etune paire d'électrodes (4a, 4b) externes agencées sur des faces latérales du corps empilé colonnaire, la paire d'électrodes externes électriquement connectées aux couches d'électrode interne de façon alternée, dans lequeldans au moins une partie inter-couches des parties inactives, il y a des particules (12) métalliques ayant une taille de particules plus petite que celle de particules de céramique piézoélectrique formant les couches piézoélectriques des parties inactives, etles particules métalliques sont éparpillées dans une plage incluant une région dans laquelle les couches d'électrode interne se chevauchent les unes les autres vues dans le sens d'empilement du corps empilé colonnaire.
- Élément piézoélectrique multicouche selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
un intervalle entre les particules métalliques dans la partie inter-couches est égal ou supérieur à la taille de particules de la céramique piézoélectrique formant les couches piézoélectriques des parties inactives, et
l'intervalle entre les particules métalliques est égal ou inférieur à un intervalle entre les parties inter-couches. - Élément piézoélectrique multicouche selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un intervalle entre la partie inter-couches et la couche d'électrode interne et un intervalle entre les parties inter-couches sont plus grands qu'une épaisseur de la couche piézoélectrique de la partie active.
- Élément piézoélectrique multicouche selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les particules métalliques sont constituées d'un alliage argent-palladium.
- Élément piézoélectrique multicouche selon la revendication 1, dans lequel des parties d'extrémité des électrodes externes sont positionnées au niveau de la partie inter-couches dans laquelle les particules métalliques sont éparpillées.
- Dispositif (6) d'injection, comprenant :un récipient comprenant un trou d'injection ; etl'élément piézoélectrique multicouche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequelun fluide stocké dans le récipient est configuré pour être injecté à travers le trou (61) d'injection par entraînement de l'élément piézoélectrique multicouche.
- Système (7) d'injection de carburant, comprenant :une rampe commune (71) configurée pour stocker un carburant sous haute pression ;le dispositif d'injection selon la revendication 6, configuré pour injecter le carburant sous haute pression stocké dans la rampe commune ;une pompe (72) de pression configurée pour amener le carburant sous haute pression jusqu'à la rampe commune ; etune unité (73) de commande d'injection configurée pour envoyer un signal d'entraînement au dispositif d'injection.
