Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Geschirrspülmaschine mit einem verstellbaren Oberkorb.
  • Eine Geschirrspülmaschine, insbesondere Haushaltsgeschirrspülmaschine, weist einen Spülbehälter auf, welcher in der Regel quaderförmig ist und an der Vorderseite eine Türöffnung besitzt, die durch eine Fronttür verschließbar ist. Ortsangaben wie "oben", "unten" oder "vorne" beziehen sich auf die Betriebsposition der Maschine, wenn diese betriebsbereit aufgestellt ist. Im oberen Bereich des Spülbehälters ist ein Oberkorb angeordnet, im unteren Bereich i.d.R. ein Unterkorb. In Unter- und Oberkorb wird Spülgut, z.B. Töpfe, Geschirrteile und Besteck eingelagert. Der maximal zur Verfügung stehende Höhenraum für Geschirrteile im Unterkorb ist bezüglich der verfügbaren Höhe durch den Oberkorb bzw. dessen unten liegende Bodenwand begrenzt. Eine übliche maximale Tellergröße, die in einer Geschirrspülmaschine senkrecht eingestellt werden kann, beträgt heute rund 33 - 35 cm. Problematisch ist das Spülen von höheren Gegenständen bzw. größerem Spülgut, wie z.B. Backblechen, hohen Töpfen oder Tellern mit Übergrößen, wie Pizzatellern oder Servierplatten. Es ist bekannt, diese Teile quer über den Unterkorb zu legen. Dadurch wird Platz für weitere zu spülende Teile verschwendet. Alternativ ist es bekannt, den Oberkorb als Ganzes aus dem Spülbehälter zu entnehmen, wobei dieser dann nicht mehr für die Beladung mit zusätzlichem Spülgut zur Verfügung steht.
  • Aus der DE 200 19 480 U1 ist eine Geschirrspülmaschine bekannt, welche im oberen Bereich des Spülbehälters anstelle eines Oberkorbes z.B. zwei gegen die Wand des Spülbehälters klappbare Gestellborde enthält. Hier kann beispielsweise ein Gestellbord nach unten geklappt werden, um eine Art Oberkorb zu erhalten, auf welchem Spülgut platziert werden kann. Das andere Gestellbord kann nach oben geklappt werden. Der freiwerdende Raum im oberen Bereich des Spülbehälters steht dann für besonders großes Spülgut zur Verfügung, das im korrespondierenden Bereich des Unterkorbes platziert werden kann.
  • Alternativ ist aus der US 2010/0314977 A1 ein Oberkorb für eine Geschirrspülmaschine bekannt. Ein Teil der Bodenwand ist zusammen mit einem Teil der Seitenwand verschwenkbar, um in einem Teilbereich des Oberkorbs eine Lücke zu schaffen. In die freiwerdende Lücke kann dann von unten her wieder großes Spülgut ragen, die sich im Unterkorb befinden. Der restliche Oberkorb steht weiterhin für die Verwendung von Spülgut zur Verfügung.
  • Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, in einer Geschirrspülmaschine ein gleichzeitiges Spülen von übergroßen Geschirrteilen und/oder Haushalts- bzw. Kochutensilien mit der üblichen, täglich anfallenden Geschirrmenge zu erlauben, ohne eine stark eingeschränkte Gesamtfunktionalität von Ober- und Unterkorb in Kauf nehmen zu müssen.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine verbesserte Geschirrspülmaschine anzugeben.
  • Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Geschirrspülmaschine gemäß Patentanspruch 1. Diese weist einen Spülbehälter mit einem im oberen Bereich des Spülbehälters angeordneten Oberkorb zur Aufnahme von Spülgut auf. Der Oberkorb weist eine, insbesondere etwa waagerecht verlaufende, Bodenwand und eine diese umgrenzende, nach oben ragende bzw. abstehende, insbesondere etwa senkrecht verlaufende, Seitenwand bzw. Geschirrkorbboden-Begrenzungswand auf. Die Bodenwand ist insbesondere derjenige Bereich des Geschirrkorbs, der von dessen Seitenwand ringsum umgrenzt bzw. eingeschlossen ist. Bei einem rechteckförmigen Grundriss des Geschirrkorbs kann dessen Bodenwand vorzugsweise auf vier Seiten von der Seitenwand umfasst sein. Die Seitenwand kann also mehrere Wandungsteile aufweisen. Die Boden- und Seitenwand des Oberkorbes sind hierbei z.B. Metall- oder Kunststoff-Gitterstrukturen bzw. Korbmatten oder gelochte Kunststoffelemente. "In etwa waagerecht" bedeutet hierbei, dass Spülgut auf der Bodenwand ablegbar ist, eine gewisse Neigung, also Kippung aus der Waagerechten kann hierbei vorgesehen sein.
  • Der Oberkorb weist einen feststehenden ersten Teilbereich und einen zweiten, beweglich ausgebildeten Teilbereich auf. Der erste Teilbereich umfasst nur einen Teil der Bodenwand und die gesamte oder einen Teil der Seitenwand. Der zweite Teilbereich ist zwischen mindestens zwei Positionen relativ zum ersten Teilbereich bewegbar. In allen Positionen bildet der zweite Teilbereich wenigstens einen Abschnitt der Bodenwand des Oberkorbes. Für unterschiedliche Positionen nimmt hierbei der dem zweiten Teilbereich zugeordnete Abschnitt der Bodenwand unterschiedliche Höhenlagen in Bezug auf die Höhenlage des Teils der Bodenwand des ersten Teilbereiches ein. Für mindestens eine Position nimmt der Abschnitt hierbei eine Höhenlage oberhalb der Höhenlage des Teils der Bodenwand des ersten Teilbereiches ein. Die unterschiedlichen Höhenlagen beziehen sich auf verschiedene Höhenebenen in Bezug auf eine Senkrechte.
  • Der zweite Teilbereich des Oberkorbes bildet kein separates, vom restlichen Oberkorb getrenntes Einbauteil, sondern einen integralen Bestandteil des Oberkorbes, gehört also zu diesem. Mit anderen Worten ist der Oberkorb also zwischen verschiedenen Gestaltungsvarianten bezüglich seiner Geometrie bzw. des Verlaufes seiner Bodenwand transformierbar.
  • Der gesamte Bodenbereich des Oberkorbes ist erfindungsgemäß damit so ausgestaltet, dass zumindest ein Teil dessen, nämlich der dem zweiten Teilbereich zugehörige Abschnitt der Bodenwand, bezüglich seiner Höhe variierbar ist. In mindestens einer Position befindet sich der Abschnitt gegenüber der restlichen Bodenwand erhöht. So wird Platz für darunter einzusetzende größere Geschirrteile geschaffen, wobei jedoch die Bodenwand auch in diesem Bereich - oberhalb der großen Geschirrteile - zumindest teilweise erhalten bleibt. Oberhalb größerer zu platzierende Geschirrteile kann also dennoch die Bodenwand im zweiten Teilbereich des Oberkorbes weiterhin für die Lagerung besonders flachen Spülgutes, z.B. von Besteckteilen genutzt werden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird damit Platz für höheres Spülgut im Unterkorb zur Verfügung gestellt, ohne den Oberkorb oder Teile dessen entnehmen zu müssen und ohne Lagerplatz für flaches Spülgut oberhalb des besonders großen Spülgutes zu verschwenden.
  • Die Arretierung des zweiten Teilbereiches in einer Position erfolgt z.B. durch Clips, Haken, Rast-, Klemmvorrichtungen oder ähnliche Elemente, die dem ersten oder zweiten Teilbereich zugeordnet sein können.
  • Ein derartiges für den Oberkorb offenbartes Konzept kann auch für den Unterkorb benutzt werden, um hier z.B. Maschinenraum, ähnlich wie in Kühlschränken, zu schaffen und Unterkörbe an verschiedene Höhen des Bodens des Spülbehälters anzupassen. So kann für eine Spülmaschinenserie mit unterschiedlichen Bodengestaltungen des Spülbehälters ein einziges Unterkorbmodell geschaffen werden, dessen Bodenwand in verschiedene Positionen gebracht werden kann. Der durch Verstellung des Unterkorbes geschaffene Platz kann dann zwar nicht für Spülgut, aber für Maschinenkomponenten genutzt werden. Die Erfindung ist außerdem insbesondere mit einem segmentierten Sprühsystem kombinierbar, welches beispielsweise aus der EP 1 458 276 B1 bekannt ist.
  • Sonstige vorteilhafte Aus- und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen wiedergegeben.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung nimmt für zumindest eine Position der Abschnitt eine Höhenlage ein, die gleich der Höhenlage der Bodenwand des ersten Teilbereiches ist. Mit anderen Worten gleicht in dieser Position dann die gesamte Bodenwand derjenigen eines herkömmlichen, nicht transformierbaren Oberkorbes. Die Bodenwand ist dann z.B. im wesentlichen eben und erstreckt sich über die gesamte zur Verfügung stehende Fläche zwischen den Seitenwänden. Der Oberkorb ist dann zwischen mindestens zwei Positionen, nämlich der eben beschriebenen "Normal"-Position - entsprechend einem herkömmlichen Oberkorb - und mindestens einer weiteren Position mit erhöhtem Abschnitt der Bodenwand - für erhöhtes Spülgut im Unterkorb - verstellbar.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist der Abschnitt für mindestens zwei Positionen eine gleiche Neigung bezüglich der Waagerechten auf. Mit anderen Worten ist der Abschnitt der Bodenwand zwischen diesen beiden Positionen lediglich höhenverstellbar, ohne dabei gekippt oder geneigt zu werden. So kann insbesondere bei beiden Höhenlagen der Abschnitt in gleicher Weise genutzt werden und verläuft z. B. dabei stets waagerecht, um dort Besteck abzulegen. Der Abschnitt befindet sich also z.B. in beiden Positionen in einer waagerechten Ausrichtung oder ist beispielsweise zwischen 10° und 20° um eine Längs- oder Querachse der Geschirrspülmaschine gekippt.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung bedeckt der Abschnitt in allen Positionen zusammen mit der Bodenwand des ersten Teilbereiches stets die gesamte, von der Seitenwand umgrenzte Fläche. Mit anderen Worten entstehen so in der Bodenwand des Oberkorbes, unabhängig von der aktuell gewählten Positionen keine nicht nutzbaren Lücken, sondern der Oberkorb ist in seiner gesamten Grundfläche durch Auflegen von Spülgut nutzbar. Denkbar ist jedoch auch eine alternative Ausführungsform, in der in mindestens einer Position ein Teil der Bodenwand ausgespart ist. Der Abschnitt bedeckt dann nur einen Teil derjenigen Fläche der Bodenwand, die dem zweiten Teilbereich zugeordnet ist. Mit anderen Worten enthält der Oberkorb dann im zweiten Teilbereich eine Öffnung in der Bodenwand, die einen Durchtritt von im Unterkorb befindlichen Spülkorb durch den Oberkorb bzw. dessen Bodenwand erlaubt. In diesem Bereich kann dann die maximale Höhe des Spülbehälters für im Unterkorb befindliches Spülgut genutzt werden, ohne vom Oberkorb behindert zu werden.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung umfasst der zweite Teilbereich im Wesentlichen nur den Abschnitt der Bodenwand. Der zweite Teilbereich umfasst also keinen Teilbereich der Seitenwand. Diese gehört vollständig zum ersten Abschnitt. In dieser Ausführungsform ist der zweite Teilbereich also lediglich ein höhenverstellbarer Abschnitt der Bodenwand.
  • In einer anderen zweckmäßigen Ausführungsform enthält der zweite Teilbereich einen ersten und einen zweiten Flügel. Erster und/oder zweiter Flügel sind mit dem ersten Teilbereich und/oder untereinander verbindbar oder auch gelenkig verbunden. In jeder Position bilden erster und/oder zweiter Flügel den Abschnitt der Bodenwand. Z.B. bildet in einer ersten Position der erste Flügel einen Abschnitt der Bodenwand und der zweite Flügel einen Abschnitt der Seitenwand. In einer zweiten Position ist dies umgekehrt, d.h. der erste Flügel bildet einen Abschnitt der Seitenwand und der zweite Flügel einen Abschnitt der Bodenwand. Der zweite Teilbereich bildet somit in beiden Positionen jeweils eine Doppelfunktion. Er bildet nämlich einen Teil der Bodenwand und einen Teil der Seitenwand, was zu einer besonders guten Materialausnutzung im Oberkorb führt.
  • In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der zweite Teilbereich in einem Seitenbereich des Oberkorbes angeordnet. Der Oberkorb ist in der Regel zur Front der Spülmaschine, also durch die Türöffnung hindurch aus dem Spülbehälter heraus ausziehbar. Der angesprochene Seitenbereich ist dann der linke oder rechte Randbereich des Oberkorbes, der also jeweils an eine linke oder rechte Auszugschiene angrenzt. So kann auch bei Einlegen von hohem Spülgut im Unterkorb sowohl dieser als auch der Oberkorb ohne störenden Eingriff des Spülgutes eingeschoben oder ausgezogen werden. Der Teilbereich kann alternativ aber auch z.B. an der Vorder- oder Rückseite des Oberkorbes oder in einem Mittelbereich angeordnet sein.
  • In einer anderen Ausführungsform ist in der Spülmaschine dem Oberkorb eine Sprüheinrichtung, insbesondere ein rotierbarer Sprüharm oder eine Oberkorbbrause, zugeordnet. Diese beaufschlagt den Oberkorb mit Spülflotte. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Sprüheinrichtung wie z.B. Oberkorbbrause dann zum zweiten Teilbereich hin oder von diesem weg, also insbesondere in seitlicher Richtung parallel zur Türöffnung verschiebbar. Ist beispielsweis in einer Position der Abschnitt auf Höhe der restlichen Bodenwand abgesenkt, wird die Sprüheinrichtung wie z.B. Oberkorbbrause zum zweiten Teilbereich hin verschoben und überstreicht damit im Wesentlichen den gesamten Oberkorbbereich zentral. Ist der Oberkorb derart transformiert, dass der Abschnitt nach oben verstellt ist und auf diesem nur flaches Spülgut lagert, kann die Sprüheinrichtung wie z.B. Oberkorbbrause vom zweiten Teilbereich weg verschoben sein und so zentral den restlichen Bereich des Bodens des Oberkorbes im ersten Teilbereich bespülen.
  • Die vorstehend erläuterten und/oder in den Unteransprüchen wiedergegebenen vorteilhaften Aus- und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung können dabei - außer z.B. in den Fällen eindeutiger Abhängigkeiten oder unvereinbarer Alternativen - einzeln oder aber auch in beliebiger Kombination miteinander bei der erfindungsgemäßen Geschirrspülmaschine zur Anwendung kommen.
  • Die Erfindung und ihre vorteilhaften Aus- und Weiterbildungen sowie deren Vorteile werden nachfolgend anhand von Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen, jeweils in einer schematischen Prinzipskizze:
    • Fig. 1 eine Geschirrspülmaschine mit erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Oberkorb in perspektivischer Darstellung,
    • Fig. 2 den Oberkorb aus Fig. 1 im Detail,
    • Fig. 3 einen alternativen Oberkorb in Frontansicht,
    • Fig. 4 einen alternativen Oberkorb in Frontansicht.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt eine Geschirrspülmaschine 2 mit Blickrichtung auf deren Vorderseite 4. Dort befindet sich eine Türöffnung 6, um den den Innenraum der Geschirrspülmaschine 2 bildenden Spülbehälter 8 mit Spülgut 10b versorgen zu können. Eine im Betrieb die Türöffnung 6 verschließende Tür 12 ist daher aufgeklappt angedeutet. Die Geschirrspülmaschine 2 ist betriebsbereit aufgestellt, d.h. mit Ihren Seitenwänden in Richtung einer Senkrechten 14 ausgerichtet. In einem unteren Bereich 16 des Spülbehälters 8 ist ein Unterkorb 18, in einem oberen Bereich 20 des Spülbehälters 8 ein Oberkorb 22 angeordnet. Oberkorb 22 und Unterkorb 18 sind am Spülbehälter 8 mit Hilfe von Führungsschienen 24 oder sonstigen Halte-/Auszieheinrichtungen gehalten und entlang des Doppelpfeils 26 zur Türöffnung 6 hin, also in Längsrichtung der Spülmaschine zu deren Vorderseite 4 hin ausziehbar. Der Oberkorb 22 umfasst eine etwa senkrecht verlaufende Seitenwand 28, welche eine etwa waagerecht verlaufende Bodenwand 30 umgrenzt. Sowohl im Unterkorb 18 als auch im Oberkorb 22 ist Spülgut 10 eingelegt.
  • Der Oberkorb 22 weist einen feststehenden ersten Teilbereich 32 sowie einen relativ zum ersten Teilbereich 32 beweglichen zweiten Teilbereich 34 auf. Im Ausführungsbeispiel bildet der zweite Teilbereich 34 einen - bei der dargestellten Draufsicht von vorne auf die Türöffnung 6 gesehen - rechtenSeitenbereich 36 des Oberkorbes 22. Dieser ist also der rechten Führungsschiene 24 zugewandt. Der zweite Teilbereich 34 könnte jedoch in einer nicht dargestellten Ausführungsform auch auf dem gegenüberliegenden linken Seitenbereich angeordnet sein.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt den Oberkorb 22 im Detail. In der gezeigten Ausführungsform umfasst der zweite Teilbereich 34 lediglich einen Abschnitt 38 der Bodenwand 30, jedoch keinen Teil der Seitenwand 28. Diese gehört alleine zum ersten Teilbereich 32. Der erste Teilbereich 32 umfasst den restlichen Teil 40 der Bodenwand 30 sowie sämtliche Seitenwände 28 und eine ebenfalls senkrecht verlaufende Trennwand 42. Diese grenzt den Teil 40 der Bodenwand zum zweiten Teilbereich 34 hin ab. Die Bodenwand 30 enthält Stützstrukturen 41 zur vereinfachten bzw. verbesserten Ablage von Spülgut 10.
  • Die zweiteilig ausgebildete Bodenwand 30 ist in Fig. 2 schraffiert dargestellt. Deren Abschnitt 38 ist gegenüber dem restlichen Teil 40 bzw. dem Rest des Oberkorbes 22, also dem ersten Teilbereich 32 beweglich ausgeführt. Die Beweglichkeit besteht hier in einer Höhenverstellbarkeit in Richtung der Senkrechten 14. Fig. 2 zeigt den zweiten Teilbereich 34 ausgezogen dargestellt in einer ersten Position A. Die Arretierung des zweiten Teilbereiches 34 bzw. des Abschnittes 38 der Bodenwand 30 am ersten Teilbereich 32, insbesondere der Seitenwand 28 und der Trennwand 42, in bzw. die Verstellung zwischen den Positionen A-C erfolgt durch nicht dargestellte Haken, Rast-, Schnapp-, Klemmverbindungen oder ähnliches. So kann der Abschnitt 38 von einem nicht dargestellten Bediener leicht zwischen den Positionen A - C gewechselt werden.
  • Der Abschnitt 38 weist in der Position A eine Höhenlage H2 auf, die oberhalb einer Höhenlage H0 des restlichen Teils 40 der Bodenwand 30 liegt. Die Höhenlagen H0,2 beziehen sich auf verschiedene Positionen in Richtung der Senkrechten 14.
  • Wie in Fig. 1 zu erkennen ist, bietet die Positionierung des Abschnitts 38 in der Höhenlage H2 im oberen Bereich 20, also im Bereich des Oberkorbes 22 Platz für besonders hohes Spülgut 10, welches im Unterkorb 18 gelagert ist. Dennoch kann der Abschnitt 38 weiterhin dazu benutzt werden, um oberhalb des erhöhten Spülgutes 10 weiteres Spülgut 10, z.B. flaches Besteck, auf dem Abschnitt 38 abzulegen. Der Raum oberhalb des besonders hohen Spülgutes 10 kann also weiterhin für Spülgut 10 verwendet werden.
  • Der zweite Teilbereich 34 in Form des Abschnittes 38 kann, in Fig. 2 angedeutet durch Strichelung, entlang des Pfeils 14 auch in Positionen B oder C bzw. die Höhenlagen H1 oder H0 verbracht werden. Dann steht in der Geschirrspülmaschine 2 für Spülgut 10 im Unterkorb 18 zwar weniger Höhenraum zur Verfügung, dafür steht mehr Höhenraum für auf dem Abschnitt 38 abzulegendes Spülgut 10 zur Verfügung. Insbesondere in der Position C ergibt sich eine nahezu ebene gesamte Bodenwand 30, da nun der Abschnitt 38 und der restliche Teil 40 die gleiche Höhenlage H0 aufweisen. In dieser Position kann dann z.B. auch in einer alternativen Ausführungsform die Trennwand 42 entnehmbar sein. So ergibt sich ein Oberkorb 22 mit etwa gleich großer Bodenabstellfläche für Geschirr wie die bei einem herkömmlichen Oberkorb.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt außerdem angedeutet eine Oberkorbbrause oder einen rotierbar gelagerten Sprüharm als beispielhafte Sprüheinrichtung 44, die dem Oberkorb 22 zugeordnet ist, um diesen mit nicht dargestellter Spülflotte zu beaufschlagen. Die Sprüheinrichtung 44 ist vorzugsweise an der Unterseite des feststehenden ersten Teilbereichs 32 der Bodenwand 30 angekoppelt. Um das Spülergebnis optimal an die jeweils gewählte Position A - C des zweiten Teilbereiches 34 anpassen zu können, ist die Sprüheinrichtung 44 in Richtung des Pfeils 46, also in Querrichtung der Geschirrspülmaschine 2 nach links oder rechts, also vom zweiten Teilbereich 34 weg oder auf diesen zu verschiebbar. Dadurch kann sichergestellt werden, dass die Sprüheinrichtung bezüglich des feststehenden ersten Teilbereichs 32 ausgerichtet werden kann, insbesondere z.B. auf dessen Zentrum, wenn der zweite, bewegliche Teilbereich 34 in eine Höhenlage mit Höhenabstand zum ersten Teilbereich 32 gebracht worden ist.
  • Gemäß dem in Fig. 2 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der zweite Teilbereich 34 in Form des Abschnittes 38 der Bodenwand 30 derart höhenverstellbar, dass der Abschnitt 38 in jeder der Positionen A - C jeweils die gleiche Neigung zu einer Fläche bzw. Waagerechten 48 einnimmt, hier stets parallel zu dieser liegt. In alternativen Ausführungsformen kann der Abschnitt 38 auch stets die gleiche Neigung gegenüber der Waagerechten in allen Positionen A-C einnehmen. Denkbar ist jedoch alternativ auch, dass der Abschnitt 38 in verschiedenen Positionen A-C verschiedene Neigungen gegenüber der Waagerechten 48 einnimmt.
  • Im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 bedeckt die gesamte Bodenwand 30, also der Abschnitt 38 und der restliche Teil 40 zusammen, in jeder der Positionen A - C die gesamte, von der Seitenwand 28 umgrenzte Grundfläche des Oberkorbes 22.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt eine alternative Ausführungsform eines Oberkorbes 22 in Draufsicht von der Vorderseite 4 her. Der zweite Teilbereich 34 umfasst hier einen ersten Flügel 50a, der über ein Drehgelenk 52a an der Bodenwand 30 des ersten Teilbereiches 32 bzw. deren Teil 40 angebracht ist. Der zweite Teilbereich 34 umfasst außerdem einen zweiten Flügel 50b, welcher wiederum über ein zweites Drehgelenk 52b am ersten Flügel 52a gelagert ist. In der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Position A bildet der erste Flügel 50a eine Trennwand 42 und der zweite Flügel 50b einen Abschnitt 38 der Bodenwand 30 in einer Höhenlage H1. Die gesamte Bodenwand 30, d.h. der Abschnitt 38 zusammen mit dem restlichen Teil 40 überdeckt nun im Gegensatz zu oben nicht mehr die gesamte, durch die Seitenwand 28 begrenzte Grundfläche des Oberkorbes 22. Vielmehr verbleibt im zweiten Teilbereich 34 eine Lücke 53 im Oberkorb 22, die einen vollständigen Durchtritt von Spülgut 10 durch den Oberkorb 22 erlaubt.
  • Durch Verschwenken der beiden Flügel 50a,b in Richtung des Pfeils 54 gelangen diese in die Position B, in Fig. 3 gestrichelt gezeichnet. Beide Flügel 50a,b zusammen bilden dann den Abschnitt 38 der Bodenwand 30, welcher auf der gleichen Höhenlage H0 des restlichen Teils 40 der Bodenwand 30 liegt. Die Bodenwand 30 füllt nun wiederum den gesamten Raum zwischen den Wandungsteilen der Seitenwand 28 vollständig aus. In beiden Positionen A und B kann auf dem Abschnitt 38 der Bodenwand 30 wieder Spülgut 10 abgelegt werden (nicht dargestellt).
  • Fig. 4 zeigt eine weitere alternative Ausführungsform eines Oberkorbes 22. Entsprechend Fig. 3 weist auch hier der zweite Teilbereich zwei Flügel 50a,b auf, welche allerdings über ein jeweiliges Drehgelenk 52a,b mit dem ersten Teilbereich 32 verbunden sind. Die Flügel 50a,b sind untereinander z.B. über eine Langlochführung 56 verbunden. Fig. 4 zeigt ausgezogen eine Position A, in welcher der Flügel 50b einen Abschnitt 38 der Bodenwand 30, der Flügel 50a eine Trennwand 42 bildet. Durch Umschwenken der beiden Flügel 50a,b in Richtung des Pfeils 58 gelangt der zweite Teilbereich 34 in die Position B. Die jeweils den Drehgelenken 52a,b gegenüberliegenden Enden der Flügel 50a,b sind über die gezeigte Langlochführung 56 während des Verschwenkens geführt. In der Position B wechseln die Flügel 50a,b ihre Rollen: Der Flügel 50a bilden den Abschnitt 38, der Flügel 50b dagegen keine Trennwand, sondern einen Teil der Seitenwand 28. Beide Flügel 50a,b erfüllen also in beiden Positionen A,B eine Doppelaufgabe. Insbesondere umfasst hier der zweite Teilbereich 34 nicht nur einen Teil der Bodenwand 30, sondern auch einen Teil der Seitenwand 28. In der Position A stellt damit die Trennwand 42 auch gleichzeitig eine Seitenwand 28 dar. Anstelle der Langlochführung kann ggf. auch ein Gelenk oder dergleichen zweckmäßig sein.
  • In einer alternativen Ausführungsform sind die Flügel 50a,b nicht dauerhaft über eine Langlochführung 56 verbunden, sondern sind lediglich in den Positionen A und B verbindbar. Zum Verschwenken zwischen den Positionen A,B werden entsprechende Klips, Rasten oder ähnliches ausgehakt, die Flügel 50a,b entlang des Pfeils 58 verschwenkt und in der Position B wieder erneut zusammengehakt.

Claims (8)

  1. Geschirrspülmaschine (2)
    - mit einem im oberen Bereich (20) eines Spülbehälters (8) angeordneten Oberkorb (22) zur Aufnahme von Spülgut (10),
    - wobei der Oberkorb (22) eine, insbesondere eine etwa waagerecht verlaufende, Bodenwand (30) und eine diese umgrenzende, nach oben abstehende, insbesondere etwa senkrecht verlaufende, Seitenwand (28) enthält,
    - wobei der Oberkorb (22) einen feststehenden ersten Teilbereich (32) und einen zwischen mindestens zwei Positionen (A-C) relativ zum ersten Teilbereich (32) bewegbaren zweiten Teilbereich (34) aufweist,
    - dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teilbereich (34) in allen Positionen wenigstens einen Abschnitt (38) der Bodenwand (30) bildet,
    - dass für unterschiedliche Positionen (A-C) des zweiten Teilbereichs (34) des Oberkorbs (22) der Abschnitt (38) der Bodenwand (30) unterschiedliche Höhenlagen (H0-H2) in Bezug auf einen Teil (40) der Bodenwand (30) des ersten Teilbereichs (32) des Oberkorbs (22) einnimmt,
    - und dass für zumindest eine Position (A-C) des zweiten Teilbereichs (34) des Oberkorbs (22) der Abschnitt(38) der Bodenwand (30) eine Höhenlage (H1,H2) oberhalb der Höhenlage (H0) des Teils (40) der Bodenwand (30) des ersten Teilbereiches (32) des Oberkorbs (22) einnimmt.
  2. Geschirrspülmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 1, bei der für zumindest eine Position (A-C) des zweiten Teilbereichs (34) des Oberkorbs (22) der Abschnitt (38) eine Höhenlage (H0) einnimmt, die gleich der Höhenlage (H0) des Teils (40) der Bodenwand (30) des ersten Teilbereiches (32) des Oberkorbs (22) ist.
  3. Geschirrspülmaschine (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Abschnitt (38) der Bodenwand (30) für mindestens zwei Positionen (A-C) des zweiten Teilbereichs (34) des Oberkorbs (22) eine gleiche Neigung bezüglich einer Waagerechten (48) aufweist.
  4. Geschirrspülmaschine (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Abschnitt (38) der Bodenwand in allen Positionen (A-C) des zweiten Teilbereichs (34) des Oberkorbs (22) zusammen mit dem Teil (40) der Bodenwand (30) die gesamte, von der Seitenwand (28) umgrenzte Fläche bedeckt.
  5. Geschirrspülmaschine (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der der zweite Teilbereich (34) des Oberkorbs (22) im Wesentlichen nur den Abschnitt (38) der Bodenwand (30) umfasst.
  6. Geschirrspülmaschine (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der der zweite Teilbereich (34) des Oberkorbs (22) einen ersten (50a) und einen zweiten Flügel (50b) enthält die mit dem ersten Teilbereich (32) des Oberkorbs (22) und/oder untereinander verbindbar sind, wobei in jeder Position (A-C) erster (50a) und/oder zweiter Flügel (50b) den Abschnitt (38) der Bodenwand (30) bilden.
  7. Geschirrspülmaschine (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der zweite Teilbereich (34) des Oberkorbs (22) in einem Seitenbereich (36) des Oberkorbes (22) angeordnet ist.
  8. Geschirrspülmaschine (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer dem Oberkorb (22) zugeordneten Sprüheinrichtung (44), insbesondere Oberkorbbrause(44), die zum zweiten Teilbereich (34) des Oberkorbs (22) hin oder von diesem weg verschiebbar ist.
