Description
- Die Erfindung geht aus von LED-Lampen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
- Es sind LED-Lampen bekannt, die eine Leiterplatte und einen Sockel haben, die über Leitungskabel miteinander elektrisch verbunden sind. Die Leitungskabel müssen dabei recht aufwändig an der Leiterplatte (z.B. angelötet) befestigt und kontaktiert werden.
- Eine weitere Ausführungsform einer LED-Lampe ist in dem Dokument
US 6 462 475 offenbart, die einen Sockel mit einer Leiterplatte aufweist. - Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine LED-Lampe zu schaffen, bei der die Montage einer elektrischen Verbindung einer Leiterplatte mit einem Sockel vereinfacht ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine LED-Lampe gemäß dem unabhängigen Anspruch. Damit ist eine gegenüber dem Stand der Technik vereinfachte Montage einer elektrischen Verbindung zwischen dem Sockel und der Leiterplatte geschaffen.
- Besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen finden sich in den abhängigen Ansprüchen.
- Es handelt sich bei dem mindestens einen Steckverbinder um einen Pressfit-Connector.
- Bei einer Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen LED-Lampe ist der Steckabschnitt in einer Ausnehmung der Leiterplatte aufgenommen, wobei in dem Steckabschnitt eine Durchgangsausnehmung angeordnet ist. Die Steckabschnitte zeichnen sich durch eine einfache Montage aus.
- Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Weiterbildung der LED-Lampe ist ein zweiter Endabschnitt des zumindest einen Pressfit-Connectors an den Sockel geschweißt oder gelötet oder geklemmt. Damit ist eine elektrische und mechanische Verbindung der Leiterplatte mit dem Sockel geschaffen.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der LED-Lampe entspricht ihre Form etwa derjenigen einer herkömmlichen Glühbirne. Damit ist eine Retrofit-Lampe geschaffen, die in herkömmliche Fassungen geschraubt werden kann, wobei ihre Effizienz bzw. Lichtausbeute verbessert ist.
- Dabei wird es bevorzugt, wenn die erste Leiterplatte etwa kreisförmig ist. Dadurch kann die Leiterplatte mit optimaler Größe in die Retrofit-Lampe eingepasst werden.
- Eine besonders bevorzugte Weiterbildung der LED-Lampe hat zwei Pressfit-Connectoren, wobei der zweite Endabschnitt des ersten Pressfit-Connectors an einem unteren Abschnitt des Sockels und der zweite Endabschnitt des zweiten Pressfit-Connectors an einem seitlichen Umfangsabschnitt des Sockels befestigt ist.
- Eine bevorzugte Weiterbildung hat eine Metallkern-Leiterplatte, auf der mehrere LED's befestigt sind, und die über zwei weitere Pressfit-Connectoren mit der ersten Leiterplatte verbunden ist.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist in dem Sockel eine elektrisch isolierende Vergussmasse aufgenommen. Dadurch können die sich im Innern des Sockels erstreckenden Pressfit-Connectoren gegeneinander elektrisch isoliert werden.
- Dabei wird es bevorzugt, wenn in der Vergussmasse eine elektrische Komponente aufgenommen ist. Dadurch kann die elektrische Komponente fixiert werden und ist dabei elektrisch gegen die Pressfit-Connectoren und gegen den Sockel isoliert.
- Dabei wird es bevorzugt, wenn die elektrische Komponente ein Elektrolytkondensator oder ein Widerstand ist, der mit den beiden Pressfit-Connectoren verbunden ist.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung hat die LED-Lampe einen aus der Vergussmasse gebildeten Führungsbolzen. Dieser kann in eine Aussparung der Leiterplatte eintauchen und als Verdrehsicherung für die Leiterplatte dienen.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung hat die LED-Lampe eine Wärmesenke aus Metall oder aus wärmeleitendem Kunststoff, in der eine Treiberplatine aufgenommen ist. Damit kann Wärme von den LED's und von der ersten Leiterplatte und von der Metallkern-Leiterplatte abgeleitet werden.
- Dabei wird es bevorzugt, wenn die Wärmesenke etwa rotationssymmetrisch ist, wobei an einem ersten Rand eine umlaufende Kante eines Kunststoffkolbens befestigt ist, und wobei an einem zweiten Rand eine umlaufende Kante des Sockels befestigt ist. Damit dient die Wärmesenke als verbindende Komponente zwischen dem Lampenkolben und dem Sockel.
- Im Folgenden soll die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert werden. Die Figuren zeigen:

- In
Figur 1 ist in einer perspektivischen Seitenansicht schematisch eine LED-Lampe 1 gemäß einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt. Diese hat einen birnenförmigen Lampenkolben 2 mit einem Sockel 4. Innerhalb des Lampenkolbens 2 ist zumindest eine LED 6 angeordnet, wobei eine Mehrzahl von LEDs 6 vorgesehen sind. Bei der LED-Lampe 1 handelt es sich vorzugsweise um eine sogenannte Retrofit-LED-Lampe. Diese soll äußerlich beispielsweise einer herkömmlichen Glühlampe entsprechen, wobei allerdings keine Glühwendel, sondern die energiesparenden LEDs 6 als Leuchtmittel dienen. Der Sockel 4 ist für herkömmliche Fassungen, wie beispielsweise E14, E27 oder GU10, ausgebildet. - Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt eine elektrische Kontaktierung einer Leiterplatte 8 der LED-Lampe 1 mit dem Sockel 4 über Steckverbinder in Form von Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12. Diese sind in der
Figur 1 nur schematisch angedeutet und werden nachstehend in derFigur 2 näher erläutert. - Die Leiterplatte 8 ist etwa tellerförmig ausgebildet und auf einem Träger 14 fest gehaltert. Dieser hat einen Basisabschnitt 16, der sich an einer Innenwandung eines etwa zylindrischen und dem Sockel 4 zuweisenden Kolbenabschnitts 18 des Lampenkolbens 2 abstützt. Von dem Querträger 16 erstrecken sich weg vom Sockel 4 zwei Längsträger 20, die zum Haltern der Leiterplatte 8 mechanisch fest mit dieser verbunden sind.
- Die LEDs 6 sind auf einer von dem Sockel 4 weg weisenden Seite einer Metallkern-Leiterplatte 22 fixiert, die ebenfalls über zwei Pressfit-Connectoren 24, 26 mit der Leiterplatte 8 mechanisch und elektrisch verbunden ist. Die Pressfit-Connectoren 24, 26 sind jeweils stiftförmig ausgebildet und haben jeweils einen Einpresskontakt bzw. Steckabschnitt 28, der in eine nicht dargestellte Durchgangsbohrung der Leiterplatte 8 eintaucht und kraft-, stoff- und/oder formschlüssig an dieser mechanisch und elektrisch fixiert ist.
- Ein mittlerer Abschnitt der Pressfit-Connectoren 24, 26 ist durch Durchgangsbohrungen der Metallkern-Leiterplatte 22 durchgeführt, wobei an von den Steckabschnitten 28 weg weisenden Endabschnitten der Pressfit-Connectoren 24, 26, jeweils ein Ankerelement 30 ausgebildet ist. Dieses hintergreift die Metallkern-Leiterplatte 22 und fixiert diese in Längsrichtung der LED-Lampe 1. Mit den Pressfit-Connectoren 24, 26 erfolgt somit eine steife mechanische Verbindung zwischen der Metallkern-Leiterplatte 22 und der Leiterplatte 8 und zugleich eine elektrische Verbindung.
- Die Pressfit-Connectoren 24, 26 werden kostengünstig als Stanzteil gefertigt. Die Steckabschnitte 28 werden hierbei nadelöhrförmig ausgebildet, wodurch eine elastische Einpresszone geschaffen ist. Des Weiteren sind die Steckabschnitte 28 der Pressfit-Connectoren 24, 26 in Durchgangsbohrungen der Leiterplatte 8 getaucht, die einen geringeren Durchmesser als die Steckabschnitte 28 aufweisen, wodurch diese im Wesentlichen elastisch verformt werden und mit einer elastischen Spannkraft in der Durchgangsbohrung gehaltert sind.

Figur 2 zeigt in einer schematischen Darstellung den Sockel 4 mit den Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 ausFigur 1 . - Die axiale Erstreckung der Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 ist der Einfachheit halber etwas verkürzt dargestellt.
- Die Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 sind als mechanisch steife Einpressstifte ausgebildet und haben jeweils einen vom Sockel 4 weg kragenden Steckabschnitt 28. Die Steckabschnitte 28 sind entsprechend wie die der Pressfit-Connectoren 24, 26 aus
Figur 1 ausgestaltet. - Der in der
Figur 2 rechte Pressfit-Connector 12 erstreckt sich etwa koaxial zu einer Längsachse des Sockels 4 bis zu einem unteren Sockelabschnitt 32, an dem dieser dann zum elektrischen und mechanischen Verbinden geschweißt, gelötet oder geklemmt wird. Der in derFigur 2 linke Pressfit-Connector 10 ist etwa L-förmig gebogen, wobei ein erster Schenkel 34 sich etwa parallel zum Pressfit-Connector 12 und ein zweiter Schenkel 36 sich radial zu einem seitlichen Umfangsabschnitt 38 des Sockels 4 erstreckt. An einer Innenseite des Umfangsabschnitts 38 ist der L-förmige Pressfit-Connector 10 dann zum elektrischen und mechanischen Verbinden mit dem Sockel 4 geschweißt, gelötet oder geklemmt. - Die Steckabschnitte 28 der Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 sind in der
Figur 1 jeweils in eine Ausnehmung der Leiterplatte 8 kraft-, stoff- und/oder formschlüssig eingetaucht. Die Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 ausFigur 2 weisen an ihrem Steckabschnitt 28 jeweils eine längliche Aussparung in Form einer Durchgangsausnehmung 40 auf. Hierdurch sind die Steck abschnitte 28 elastisch verformbar, wodurch gewisse Fertigungstoleranzen der Ausnehmungen der Leiterplatte 8 ausFigur 1 ausgleichbar sind. - Mit der erfindungsgemäßen LED-Lampe 1 aus
Figur 1 ist eine äußerst einfache Kontaktierung der Leiterplatte 8 mit dem Sockel 4 ermöglicht. Ein Verlöten oder Verschweißen der Leiterplatte 8 beispielsweise mit stromführenden Kabeln zur Kontaktierung mit dem Sockel 4 wie im Stand der Technik ist nicht mehr notwendig. Bei der Montage wird der Sockel 4 mit den Pressfit-Connectoren 24, 26 einfach auf die Leiterplatte 8 gesteckt, indem die Steckabschnitte 28 in die Ausnehmungen der Leiterplatte 8 eingetaucht werden. - An den Steckabschnitten 28 der Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12, 24, 26 in den
Figuren 1 und2 sind axiale Führungsnasen 41 ausgebildet, die zum einfachen Einführen der Steckabschnitte 28 in die Ausnehmungen der Leiterplatte 8 bei der Montage dienen. Diese haben einen geringeren Durchmesser als die Steckabschnitte 28. - Über den Sockelabschnitt 32 und den Umfangsabschnitt 38 des Sockels 4 werden die Pressfit-Connectoren 12 bzw. 10 im montierten Zustand des Sockels 4 in einer nicht gezeigten Fassung elektrisch kontaktiert.
- Alternativ zu den beschriebenen Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12, 24 bzw. 26 sind auch andere Steckverbinder, wie beispielsweise Schneidklemm-Kontakte, einsetzbar.
- In
Figur 3 ist der Sockel 4 einer erfindungsgemäßen LED-Lampe 1 ausFigur 1 gemäß einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. - Im Unterschied zum vorhergehenden Ausführungsbeispiel aus
Figur 1 und2 ist in dem Sockel 4 eine elektrisch isolierende Vergussmasse 42 eingebracht. Diese dient zum einen zur elektrischen Isolierung der Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 zueinander und kann zum anderen bei einer bestimmten mechanischen Steifigkeit die Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 zusätzlich mechanisch stützen. Die Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 kragen dabei aus der Vergussmasse 42 mit den Steckabschnitten 28 aus. -
Figur 4 stellt einen Sockel 4 einer erfindungsgemäßen LED-Lampe gemäß einem dritten Ausführungsbeispiel dar. In der Vergussmasse 42 ist hierbei eine elektrische Komponente 44 aufgenommen. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen Elektrolytkondensator oder einen Widerstand, der mit den beiden Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 elektrisch und mechanisch verbunden ist. Aus der Vergussmasse 42 ist zusätzlich ein Führungsbolzen 46 gebildet, der sich etwa im Parallelabstand zu den Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 aus dem Sockel 4 heraus erstreckt. Der Führungsbolzen 46 weist eine größere axiale Länge als die Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 auf und kann bei der Montage der Leiterplatte 8 in eine entsprechende Aussparung der Leiterplatte 8 eintauchen, wodurch diese zusätzlich gestützt und verdrehgesichert ist. -
Figur 5 zeigt in einer schematischen Darstellung die LED-Lampe 1 mit dem Sockel 4 ausFigur 3 gemäß einem vierten Ausführungsbeispiel. Im Unterschied zur LED-Lampe 1 ausFigur 1 ist kein Träger 14 ausgebildet. Die Leiterplatte 8 ist hierbei durch die Pressfit-Connectoren 10, 12 gehaltert und elektrisch kontaktiert. Eine weitere die LEDs aufweisende Leiterplatte 48 ist über einen Bügel 50 im Parallelabstand zur Leiterplatte 8 an dieser gehaltert und mit dieser elektrisch kontaktiert. Die Leiterplatten 8, 48 sind dabei im zylinderförmigen Kolbenabschnitt 18 des Lampenkolbens 2 angeordnet. -
Figur 6 offenbart in einer schematischen Darstellung die LED-Lampe 1 gemäß einem fünften Ausführungsbeispiel. Hierbei ist zwischen dem Lampenkolben 2 und dem Sockel 4 eine Wärmesenke als ringförmiges Senkenelement 52 angeordnet. Dieses besteht aus Metall oder aus einem wärmeleitenden Kunststoff. Das Senkenelement 52 dient zur Kühlung des Innenbereichs der LED-Lampe 1 und ist etwa rotationssymmetrisch mit einer kegelstumpfförmigen Umfangswandung ausgebildet, wobei an einem ersten, vom Sockel 4 weg weisenden, Rand 54 eine umlaufende Kante 56 des in derFigur 6 zylinderförmigen Lampenkolbens 2 befestigt ist. An einem zweiten, dem Sockel 4 zuweisenden, Rand 58 des Senkenelements 52 ist der Sockel 4 befestigt. Die Befestigung des Senkenelements 52 mit dem Sockel 4 bzw. dem Lampenkolben 2 erfolgt beispielsweise über Laserschweißen oder Kleben. Die Verbindung kann auch über eine Verrastung, beispielsweise über mehrere Rastnasen, oder durch Perforierung bzw. Verquetschung des Sockels 4, des Senkenelements 52 und des Lampenkolbens 2 erfolgen. - In dem Senkenelement 52 ist eine mit der Leiterplatte 8 aus
Figur 1 bzw.Figur 5 verbundene Treiberplatine (nicht gezeigt) aufgenommen. - Zur Befestigung eines Lampenkolbens können am Sockel 4 etwa in Längsrichtung auch zwei etwa diametral angeordnete Federhaken auskragen, die zur Halterung des Lampenkolbens in entsprechende Aussparungen des Lampenkolbens eingreifen.
- Offenbart ist eine LED-Lampe mit einem Sockel und mit einer ersten Leiterplatte. Hierbei ist zumindest ein mit dem Sockel elektrisch verbundener Pressfit-Connector vorgesehen. Dieser wird über einen Steckabschnitt mit der Leiterplatte verbunden.
Claims (12)
- LED-Lampe mit einem Sockel (4) und mit einer ersten Leiterplatte (8), wobei zumindest ein mit dem Sockel (4) elektrisch verbundener Steckverbinder (10, 12) vorgesehen ist, der über einen Steckabschnitt (28) mit der Leiterplatte (8) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Steckverbinder ein Pressfit-Connector (10, 12) ist und der Steckabschnitt (28) in einer Ausnehmung der Leiterplatte (8) aufgenommen ist, und wobei in dem Steckabschnitt (28) eine Durchgangsausnehmung (40) angeordnet ist, und wobei der Pressfit-Connector (10, 12) als mechanisch steifer Einpressstift ausgebildet ist.
- LED-Lampe nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei ein zweiter Endabschnitt des zumindest einen Pressfit-Connectors (10, 12) an einer Innenseite des Sockels (4) zum elektrischen und mechanischen Verbinden geschweißt oder gelötet oder geklemmt ist.
- LED-Lampe nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, deren Form etwa derjenigen einer herkömmlichen Glühbirne entspricht.
- LED-Lampe nach Patentanspruch 3, wobei die erste Leiterplatte (8) etwa kreisförmig ist.
- LED-Lampe nach Patentanspruch 3 oder 4 mit zwei Pressfit-Connectoren (10, 12), wobei der zweite Endabschnitt des ersten Pressfit-Connectors (12) an einem unteren Abschnitt (32) des Sockels (4) und der zweite Endabschnitt des zweiten Pressfit-Connectors (10) an einem seitlichen Umfangsabschnitt (38) des Sockels (4) befestigt ist.
- LED-Lampe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 mit einer Metallkern-Leiterplatte (22), auf der mehrere LEDs (6) befestigt sind, wobei die Metallkern-Leiterplatte (22) über zwei weitere Pressfit-Connectoren (24, 26) mit der ersten Leiterplatte (8) verbunden ist.
- LED-Lampe nach einem der Patentansprüche 2 bis 6, wobei in dem Sockel (4) eine elektrisch isolierende Vergussmasse (42) aufgenommen ist.
- LED-Lampe nach Patentanspruch 7, wobei in der Vergussmasse (42) eine elektrische Komponente (44) aufgenommen ist.
- LED-Lampe nach Patentanspruch 4 und 8, wobei die elektrische Komponente (44) ein Elektrolytkondensator oder ein Widerstand ist, der mit den beiden Pressfit-Connectoren (10, 12) elektrisch und mechanisch verbunden ist.
- LED-Lampe nach einem der Patentansprüche 7 bis 9 mit einem aus der Vergussmasse (42) gebildeten Führungsbolzen (46).
- LED-Lampe nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche mit einer Wärmesenke (52) aus Metall oder aus wärmeleitendem Kunststoff, in der eine Treiberplatine aufgenommen ist.
- LED-Lampe nach Patentanspruch 3 und 11, wobei die Wärmesenke (52) etwa rotationssymmetrisch ist, und wobei etwa an einem ersten Rand (54) eine umlaufende Kante (56) eines Kunststoffkolbens (2) befestigt ist, und wobei an einem zweiten Rand (58) eine umlaufende Kante des Sockels (4) befestigt ist.
