caractérisé par le fait
que la platine de soudage (12) comporte, dans la direction du ruban en matière plastique, un appui (14) conféré à la force de traction par rapport au boîtier. - Appareil de cerclage selon la revendication 1,

que la platine de soudage (12) est montée dans un bloc presseur (15) pouvant être abaissé sur le ruban (4) en matière plastique et relevé, depuis la zone inférieure, à l'intérieur du boîtier (24). - Appareil de cerclage selon la revendication 5,
