Claims (10)
- Machine de nettoyage pour des bouteilles ou des contenants (2) similaires, comprenant un système de transport de contenant pourvu de cellules pour récipient (5) servant à recevoir respectivement un contenant (2), sachant que les cellules pour récipient (5) forment au moins un groupe de cellules pour récipient, dans lequel une pluralité de cellules pour récipient (5) se suivent les unes les autres dans un sens de transport (A), selon un agencement formant une boucle fermée, comprenant au moins une zone de traitement (1), le long de laquelle les contenants (2) sont déplacés à l'aide du système de transport pour nettoyer au jet ces derniers en particulier au niveau de leur face extérieure ou enveloppante, et comprenant également une structure de glissement ou une grille de glissement (9) pourvue d'au moins une face de glissement (13, 13c) pour les contenants (2) au niveau de la zone de traitement (1), sous la voie de déplacement des cellules pour récipient (5), sachant que la face de glissement (13, 13c) coopère avec le fond du contenant, sachant qu'au moins une face de glissement est réalisée sous la forme d'une baguette ou d'une bordure de glissement (13, 13c) de telle manière qu'elle dépasse nettement, vers le haut, de la partie restante de la structure de glissement ou de la grille de glissement (9), caractérisée en ce que chaque baguette de glissement est réalisée avec une rampe ascendante, une ligne descendante située en bout de rampe et une rampe ascendante à nouveau.
- Machine de nettoyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les cellules pour récipient (5) sont disposées dans plusieurs groupes de cellules pour récipient situés dans le prolongement les uns des autres de manière perpendiculaire par rapport au sens de transport (A), et en ce qu'au moins une face de glissement (13, 13c) réalisée sous la forme d'une bordure de glissement ou d'une baguette de glissement est prévue au niveau de la zone de traitement (1) au moins au nombre de une pour chaque groupe de cellules pour récipient.

- Machine de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de glissement (12, 12a - 12c) formant la face de glissement (13, 13c) au moins au nombre de une présente au moins un élément formant un pied (14, 15, 16, 16a - 16c) pour sa fixation, et en ce que l'élément formant un pied dépasse par exemple sur les côtés la face de glissement (13, 13c).
- Machine de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de glissement (12, 12a - 12c) au moins au nombre de une formant la face de glissement (13, 13c) est fixée de manière à pouvoir être retirée au niveau de la structure de glissement ou au niveau de la grille de glissement (9).
- Machine de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la largeur de la face de glissement (13, 13c) au moins au nombre de une de type baguette présente une valeur allant de 2 mm à 15 mm, et/ou en ce que la largeur de l'élément formant un pied (14, 15, 16, 16a - 16c) présente une valeur égale à 25 mm et à 45 mm.
- Machine de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le rapport entre la largeur de la face de glissement (13, 13c) au moins au nombre de une et la largeur de l'élément formant un pied (14, 15, 16, 16a - 16c) va de 1/3 à 1/15.
- Machine de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments formant des pieds (14, 15, 16, 16a - 16c) forment, en combinaison avec les pièces de glissement (12, 12a - 12c) la structure de glissement ou la grille de glissement, et/ou en ce qu'une autre pièce de glissement (12, 12a - 12c) ou l'élément formant un pied (16, 16a - 16c) de cette dernière sont prévus au moins au niveau d'un côté d'une pièce de glissement (12, 12a - 12c), à distance de cette dernière.
- Machine de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de glissement (12, 12a - 12c) au moins au nombre de une est fabriquée, au moins au niveau de la face de glissement (13, 13c), à partir d'une matière plastique, par exemple à partir de PP (polypropylène), PVC (polychlorure de vinyle), HDPE (polyéthylène haute densité).
- Machine de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la structure de glissement ou la grille de glissement (9) pourvue de la pièce de glissement (12, 12a - 12c) au moins au nombre de une formant la face de glissement (13, 13c) est prévue de manière à pouvoir être retirée au niveau de la machine de nettoyage ou dans cette dernière, de préférence par accrochage ou insertion par glissement également de manière transversale par rapport au sens de convoyage (A).
