Claims (14)
- Uhr mit fester Einschalung, umfassend:• einen Mittelteil (1)• einen Boden (2)• ein Uhrwerk (3bis, 3ter)• ein Einschalungsring (4, 4bis, 4ter, 42), der in Kontakt mit dem Mittelteil (1) steht; und• ein Hilfsring zur Einschalung (12, 12bis, 12ter, 12quarter, 27, 35), der fest mit dem Uhrwerk verbunden ist und auf dem sich eine Außenumfangsfläche (13, 18) befindet,wobei:• der Einschalungsring (4, 4bis, 4ter, 42) eine Innenumfangsfläche (8, 17) aufweist, deren Profil wenigstens eine Zone Z aufweist, deren anliegende Tangente (T) mit der Achse (X) einen Winkel (α) bildet, der nicht null ist, wobei sie durch den Mittelpunkt des Uhrwerks verläuft und senkrecht zur Ebene steht, die durch letzteres gebildet wird;• das Uhrwerk fest mit der Außenumfangsfläche (13, 18) verbunden ist, deren Profil wenigstens eine Zone Z' aufweist, deren anliegende Tangente (T') einen Winkel (α') mit der genannten Achse (X) bildet, der nicht null ist;• die genannten inneren (8, 17) und äußeren (13, 18) Umfangsflächen stehen in Kontakt miteinander im Bereich ihrer Zonen Z und Z',dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Einschalungsring und der Hilfsring jeweils einen Spalt aufweisen, wobei der Spalt des Hilfsrings zur Einschalung und der Spalt des Einschalungsrings zueinander ausgerichtet sind. - Uhr gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkel (α) und (α') im Wesentlichen identisch sind.
- Uhr gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei welcher die Winkel (α) und (α') zwischen 5 und 45 Grad betragen.
- Uhr gemäß Anspruch 3, bei welcher die Winkel (α) und (α') zwischen 15 und 25 Grad betragen.
- Uhr gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei welcher die Innenumfangsfläche (8) des Einschalungsrings (4) kegelstumpfförmig ist.
- Uhr gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei welcher die Innenumfangsfläche (17) des Einschalungsrings (4bis, 4ter, 42) gerundet oder gebogen ist.
- Uhr gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei welcher die fest mit dem Uhrwerk verbundene, äußere Umfangsfläche (13) kegelstumpfförmig ist.
- Uhr gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei welcher die fest mit dem Uhrwerk verbundene, äußere Umfangsfläche (18) gerundet oder gebogen ist.
- Uhr gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Einschalungsring (4ter) und der Hilfsring zur Einschalung (12ter) eine torische Form aufweisen.
- Uhr gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, umfassend unter anderem ein Verschlusselement (5, 5bis), welches in Form eines Rings mit Außen- oder Innengewinde vorliegt.
- Uhr gemäß Anspruch 10, umfassend unter anderem einen Schraubsicherungsring (33), der in Kontakt mit dem Verschlusselement (5, 5bis) steht.
- Uhr gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, ohne Deckel und bei welcher das Uhrwerk (3bis, 3ter) mit dem Mittelteil (1) in Kontakt steht.
- Uhr gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, umfassend unter anderem einen Deckel (16), wobei das Uhrwerk (3bis) mit dem Deckel (16) in Kontakt steht.
- Einschalungsverfahren für ein Uhrwerk einer Uhr gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 13 in einen Mittelteil (1), umfassend die folgenden Schritte:a) Einsetzen des Uhrwerks (3bis, 3ter) in den Mittelteil (1);a') Anlegen des Hilfsrings zur Einschalung (12, 12bis, 12ter, 27, 35) um das Uhrwerk (3bis, 3ter) herum;b) Anlegen des Einschalungsrings (4, 4bis, 4ter, 42) um das Uhrwerk (3bis, 3ter) herum;c) gegebenenfalls Anbringen eines Verschlusselements (5, 5bis, 5ter).
