Claims (12)
- Federhaus (10) für eine Uhr umfassend eine zylindrische Trommel (12), in der eine Feder (14) des Federhauses untergebracht ist, eine Federwelle (16), an der ein Ende der Feder (14) befestigt ist, und einen Deckel (20), der die Trommel (12) an ihrem oberen axialen Ende verschliesst, wobei der Deckel einen Hauptkörper (34) in Form einer Scheibe und einen unteren umgebenden axialen Mantel (36) umfasst, der auf der axialen äusseren Wand (30) der Trommel eingetrieben ist, um den Deckel (20) auf der Trommel (12) zu halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äussere axiale Wand (30) der Trommel (12) eine erste nach unten gewandte radiale Oberfläche (40) umfasst, und dass die innere Seite (42) des axialen Mantels (36) eine zweite nach oben gewandte radiale Oberfläche (44) umfasst, und dass die zwei radialen Oberflächen (40, 44) einander derart gegenüber liegen, dass sie den Deckel (20) im Fall eines Stosses axial auf der Trommel (12) halten.
- Federhaus (10) gemäss dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden radialen Oberflächen (40, 44) ringförmig sind.
- Federhaus nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite radiale Oberfläche (44) von einem Absatz gebildet ist, welcher in der inneren Seite (42) des axialen Mantels (36) ausgebildet ist.
- Federhaus (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste radiale Oberfläche (40) von einem Absatz gebildet ist, welcher in der äusseren Seite (30) der Trommel (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Federhaus (10) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äussere axiale Wand (30) der Trommel (12) eine radiale ringförmige Rille (46) umfasst, die axial nach oben von der ersten radialen Oberfläche (40) und axial nach unten von einer dritten radialen Oberfläche (48) begrenzt ist, welche ringförmig und nach oben gewandt ist.
- Federhaus (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Mantel (36) an seinem axialen inneren Ende eine innere Schräge (50) umfasst, die bei der Montage des Deckels (20) auf der Trommel (12) mit dem äusseren Rand (53) des axialen oberen Endes der Trommel (12) zusammenwirkt, um die Verformung des axialen Mantels (36) nach aussen zu steuern.
- Federhaus (10) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äussere Rand (53) des axialen oberen Endes der Trommel (12) abgeschrägt ist, um die Verformung des axialen Mantels (36) nach aussen bei der Montage des Deckels (20) auf der Trommel (12) zu erleichtern.
- Federhaus (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Seite (54) des Hauptkörpers (34) eine umgebende ringförmige Nut (56) umfasst, die an den axialen Mantel (36) anliegt, um die Verformung des axialen Mantels (36) nach aussen bei der Montage des Deckels (20) auf der Trommel (12) zu erleichtern.
- Federhaus (10) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmige Nut (56) nach innen von einer axialen Oberfläche (58) und nach aussen von einer kegelstumpfförmigen Oberfläche (60) begrenzt ist, deren Durchmesser nach unten zunimmt.
- Federhaus (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äusseren Rand (52) des axialen oberen Endes des axialen Mantels (36) abgeschrägt ist, um die Verformung des axialen Mantels (36) nach aussen bei der Montage des Deckels (20) auf der Trommel (12) zu erleichtern.
- Federhaus (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äussere axiale Wand (30) der Trommel (12) einen kegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitt (38) mit einem nach oben zunehmenden Durchmesser umfasst, der eine Form besitzt, die komplementär zu der eines kegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitts der inneren Seite (42) des axialen Mantels (36) ist, um das Eintreiben des axialen Mantels auf die Trommel (12) zu erleichtern.
- Uhr, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Federhaus (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
