- the primary mass 10 comprises at each end of the sector 9 a stop 12a 12b, one of these stops 12a being fixed by a screw 25. This makes it possible to slide the secondary mass 20 into the recess 18, and then to limit the deflection by aiming at the stop 12a. As we can see, this construction is particularly simple.
