Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for stripping and drawing a synthetic thread into a fully drawn yarn (FDY) according to the preamble of claim 1 and to an apparatus for carrying out the method according to FIG
  • FDY fully drawn yarn
  • the multifilament yarns are more or less stretched after melt-spinning, depending on the types of yarn to be produced.
  • POY yarns or FDY yarns so-called POY yarns or FDY yarns.
  • the POY yarns Pre Oriented Yarn
  • FDY yarns Füll Drawn Yarn
  • the drawing of the synthetic threads is carried out by driven guide shells of several godets, wherein the threads are guided with contact on the circumference of the guide shells.
  • the guide shells of the godets are at least partially heated to heat the threads for stretching or relaxation. Since, on the one hand, high draws require correspondingly high differential speeds between the guide sheaths of the godets and, on the other hand, the heating of the yarns takes place through contact with the heated guide shells, large contact lengths between the yarn and the guide sheath for heating the yarns are required at high speeds. For this reason, usually godet duos are used to pull and stretch synthetic threads into fully drawn yarns, two of which are of identical circumference.
  • each of the godet towers has two driven guide shells on which the thread is guided with several wraps.
  • the guide coats of one of the godet duo cooperate to perform on the thread a thermal treatment and to pull the thread from its spinning zone or stretch in a draw zone.
  • the number of wraps on the guide shells are chosen in relation to the speeds such that after the thread from the guide sheath, the desired stretching temperature is reached. In principle, however, any contact between the thread and a ceremoniessfiambae to rubbing effects that can cause unevenness in the individual filaments due to the multiglaen structure of the thread.
  • Radiation heater is done.
  • a Described method and apparatus for pulling and stretching a multiglaen thread in which or which the thread is guided with simple wrapping on the guide shells of the godets.
  • free treatment zones are formed, which are used for heating the thread by radiant heater.
  • Such methods and apparatus thus require greater free guide paths of the yarn to allow for sufficient temperature control at high speeds.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide a method and a device of the generic type, with which a heat treatment and drawing on the smallest possible space is executable.
  • the invention is based on the finding that even the type of thread guide in synthetic threads for textile applications with fine titres has an influence on the heating of the thread.
  • the godet duo with two driven and heated Stanfordssinn are basically repeatedly wrapped with the same Umschlingungssinn of the threads.
  • This type of thread guide causes the multifilament thread a Inside and has an outer side, so that the arranged on the inside of the thread filament strands are repeatedly performed on the heated surface of the guide shells of the godet dome. Heating of the filament strands of the filament lying on the outside is thus effected exclusively by heat transport within the filament bundle.
  • the invention now has the particular advantage that the yarn is heated uniformly on both sides of the guide sheaths of the godet godet.
