Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Waschhilfsmittelartikel, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt. Die Erfindung betrifft auch die Verwendung sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen beschichteten textilen Waschhilfsmittelartikels.
- Bei starken Verschmutzungen dosieren viele Verbraucher neben dem eigentlichen Waschmittel zusätzlich ein Waschhilfsmittel in die Flotte. Dies gilt insbesondere bei Verwendung von flüssigen Waschmitteln, die keine Bleiche enthalten.
- Waschhilfsmittel sind heute für den Verbraucher in vielfältigen Angebotsformen erhältlich. Insbesondere werden Waschhilfsmittel als Pulver oder Granulate angeboten, da diese meist Bleiche enthalten. Aber insbesondere Verbraucher, die flüssige Waschmittel verwenden, wünschen sich ein Waschhilfsmittel, welches Bleiche enthält, aber nicht als Pulver oder Granulat vorliegt.
- Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war es, einen bleichehaltigen Waschhilfsmittelartikel bereitzustellen, der nicht als Pulver oder Granulat, aber einfach und für den Anwender bequem zu dosieren ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch einen Waschhilfsmittelartikel, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt, wobei die Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung ein film-bildendes Polymer umfasst.
- Ein solcher Waschhilfsmittelartikel weist die gewünschten Vorteile bezüglich einer einfachen und portionierten Dosierung auf. Durch die Einbettung der Bleiche in ein film-bildendes Polymer werden die Bleichmittelpartikel effektiv auf dem textilen Substrat fixiert. Die Bleichepartikel werden beispielsweise nicht abgerieben.
- Da Phthalimidoperoxoalkansäuren, wie insbesondere 6-Phthalimidoperoxohexansäure (PAP), hocheffiziente Bleichmittel sind, werden diese in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung als Bleichmittel eingesetzt. Bei Einsatz von Phthalimidoperoxoalkansäuren und insbesondere von PAP kann die Menge an eingesetztem Bleichmittel klein gehalten werden. Dies hat zur Folge, dass der Waschhilfsmittelartikel an sich nicht zu steif bzw. starr wird, sondern flexibel bleibt.
- Das film-bildende Polymer ist ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Polyvinylalkohol, hochmolekulares Polyethylenglycol, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol, Stärkeether, Celluloseether, Polyacrylate und Mischungen daraus.
- Diese Polymere bilden stabile, geschlossene Filme und helfen, die Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung samt der darin enthaltenen Bleichepartikel auf dem textilen Substrat zu fixieren. Zusätzlich sind diese Polymere wasserlöslich oder wasserdispergierbar. Einige der Polymere weisen weitere Wirkungen auf. So wird bei Verwendung von Polyvinylpyrrolidon oder eines Copolymeren von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol verhindert, dass Farbstoffe von dunkleren Textilien, die sich beim Waschvorgang von dem Textil lösen, auf ein helleres Textil übertragen werden und dort zu Verfärbungen und/oder Vergrauungen führen. Carboxymethylcellulose verhindert, dass bereits gelöster Schmutz, der sich bei der Vorbehandlung und/oder beim Waschvorgang von einem Textil bereits gelöst hat, wieder auf demselben oder einem anderen Textil ablagert. Polyacrylate dienen der Enthärtung des Wassers und unterstützen die Waschwirkung durch ihre Alkalität sowie durch Herauslösen von Calcium- und Magnesium-Ionen aus Schmutz/Faserbrücken.
- Zur Verbesserung der Haptik des Waschhilfsmittelartikels enthalten diese einen Weichmacher für das film-bildende Polymer ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend 1,2-Propandiol, 1,3-Propandiol, Ethylenglycol, Diethylenglycol, 2,3-Butandiol, Triethylcitrat, Paraffinöl und Mischungen daraus.
- In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält die bleichehaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung einen weiteren Inhaltsstoff ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Tenside, optischen Aufheller, Bleichaktivatoren, Bleichkatalysatoren, Enzyme, Kohlenwasserstoffe, Gerüststoffe, Duftstoffe, Korrosionsinhibitoren und Mischungen daraus.
- In einer weiteren, bevorzugten Ausführungsform liegt auf dem Substrat wenigstens eine weitere Zusammensetzung verfestigt vor. Neben der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhifsmittelzusammensetzung kann eine weitere, beispielsweise eine bleichmittelfreie Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung und/oder eine Textil-pflegende Zusammensetzung, auf dem textilen Substrat vorliegen und so der Waschhilfsmittelartikel um eine weitere Funktionalität erweitert werden. In einem solchen Waschhilfsmittelartikel können üblicherweise inkompatible Inhaltsstoffe eines Waschmittels gemeinsam, in einem Produkt formuliert werden.
- Dabei kann es bevorzugt sein, dass die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhifsmittelzusammensetzung eine Farbe aufweist, die von der Farbe der weiteren Zusammensetzung verschieden ist, um den Verbrauchern auch visuell zu zeigen, dass der beschichtete textile Waschhilfsmittelartikel mehrere Funktionalitäten besitzt.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass das textile Substrat ein Gewebe oder ein Vlies ist. Gewebe und Vliese weisen eine hohe Strapazierfähigkeit und gute Beständigkeit auf, so dass diese textilen Substrate den hohen mechanischen Belastungen während des Waschvorgangs, insbesondere in einer Waschmaschine, standhalten.
- Es kann bevorzugt sein, dass die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung und die weitere Zusammensetzung nebeneinander auf dem textilen Substrat angeordnet sind.
- In einer anderen, bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung und die weitere Zusammensetzung zumindest teilweise überlappend auf dem textilen Substrat angeordnet.
- Durch die unterschiedliche Anordnung der Zusammensetzungen können für die jeweiligen Zusammensetzungen unterschiedliche Auflöseprofile und dadurch Freisetzungsprofile der enthaltenen Inhaltsstoffe eingestellt werden.
- Die Erfindung betrifft auch die Verwendung eines erfindungsgemäßen Waschhilfsmittelartikels zum Vorbehandeln und/oder Waschen von Wäsche.
- Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum maschinellen oder manuellen Vorbehandeln und/oder Waschen von Wäsche unter Einsatz eines Waschhilfsmittelartikels, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt, wobei die Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung ein film-bildendes Polymer und einem Weichmacher für das film-bildende Polymer umfasst, wie im Anspruch 10 definiert.
- Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Waschhilfsmittelartikels, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt, umfassend die Schritte des Herstellens einer fließfähigen, bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung mit einem film-bildenden Polymer, des Bereitstellens eines textilen Substrates, des Aufbringens der fließfähigen, bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung auf zumindest eine Zone des textilen Substrats, und des Zulassens des Abkühlens und Erhärtens bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhifsmittelzusammensetzung auf dem Substrat, gemäß Anspruch 11.
- Im Folgenden soll die Erfindung, unter anderem anhand von Beispielen, eingehender erläutert werden.
- Der erfindungsgemäße Waschhilfsmittelartikel umfasst ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung.
- Geeignete textile Substrate sind beispielsweise nicht-gewebte Vliesstoffe oder Gewebe, vorzugsweise aus Cellulose (beispielsweise Baumwolle), Viskose, Polyester, Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polyethylenterephthalat, Polybutylenterephthalat, Nylon, Rayon, und/oder Polyacryl.
- Die Ausmaße des als Flächengebilde vorliegenden textilen Substrats sollten eine leichte Handhabbarkeit des Waschhilfsmittelartikels zulassen und zum Beispiel 10 cm x 10 cm oder 15 cm x 15 cm betragen, obwohl auch andere Größen möglich sind. Das textile Substrat und damit der Waschhilfsmittelartikel kann von beliebiger Flächenform, beispielsweise quadratisch, rechteckig, dreieckig, rund, oval, herzförmig, buchstaben- oder wortförmig oder der Wiedergabe einer Marke entsprechend sein. Das textile Substrat kann jede beliebige Farbe aufweisen oder im Wesentlichen weiß sein; seine Oberfläche kann im Wesentlichen glatt oder herstellungsbedingt texturiert sein. Vorzugsweise weist das textile Substrat und damit der Waschhilfsmittelartikel eine Oberfläche (bezogen auf eine Seite) von 40 cm2 bis 800 cm2 auf. In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das textile Substrat zumindest an Teilen seiner Oberflächen aufgeraut und weist so eine Oberflächenvergrößerung auf.
- In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist das textile Substrat eine Ausrüstung auf. Unter einer Ausrüstung wird im Rahmen dieser Anmeldung eine kurzzeitige oder dauerhafte, chemische und/oder physikalische Veränderung des wasserunlöslichen Substrats verstanden, die diesem bestimmte Gebrauchseigenschaften, wie beispielsweise Farbfängereigenschaften, Schmutzfängereigenschaften oder antimikrobielle Wirkung, vermittelt. Diese Veränderung kann an den Fasern, welche später das wasserunlösliche textile Substrat bilden, oder an dem wasserunlöslichen textilen Substrat vorgenommen werden.
- Die Ausrüstung der Fasern kann beispielsweise mittels eines so genannten Aufziehverfahrens erfolgen, bei dem die Fasern mit einer Anwendungsflotte, das heißt beispielsweise mit einer Lösung, Dispersion oder ähnlichem einer Farb-fangenden und/oder Schmutz-fangenden Verbindung, behandelt werden. Während der Behandlung zieht die eingesetzte Farb-fangenden und/oder Schmutz-fangende Verbindung aus der Anwendungsflotte auf die behandelten Fasern gleichmäßig auf. Alternativ kann das wasserunlösliche textile Substrat in die Anwendungsflotte getaucht oder mit dieser bedruckt oder besprüht werden. Die antimikrobielle Ausrüstung kann beispielsweise durch Einarbeiten von Silberfäden während der Herstellung des textilen Substrats oder durch Aufbringen von Silberverbindungen, wie beispielsweise SILVERPLUS® (ex Rudolf Chemie), erfolgen.
- Auf dem textilen Substrat befindet sich eine verfestigte, bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung.
- Die Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung enthält zwingend ein Bleichmittel.
- Als für den Einsatz in erfindungsgemäßen Waschhilfsmittelartikeln geeignete Bleichmittel kommen insbesondere organische Persäuren beziehungsweise persaure Salze organischer Säuren, wie Perbenzoesäure oder Salze der Diperdodecandisäure, und unter den Waschbedingungen Wasserstoffperoxid abgebende anorganische Salze, zu denen Alkaliperborat, Alkalipercarbonat,-persilikat und/oder -persulfat wie Caroat gehören, in Betracht.
- Bevorzugt enthält die Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung eine Phthalimidoperoxoalkansäure. Beispielsweise kommen 4-Phthalimidoperoxobutansäure, 5-Phthalimidoperoxopentansäure, 6-Phthalimidoperoxohexansäure, 7-Phthalimidoperoxoheptansäure, N,N'-Terephthaloyl-di-6-aminoperoxohexansäure und Mischungen aus diesen in Betracht. Zu den bevorzugten Phthalimidoperoxoalkansäuren gehört 6-Phthalimidoperoxohexansäure (PAP).
- Die Phthalimidoperoxoalkansäurepartikel können eine Beschichtung aufweisen. Dabei ist wichtig, dass das Beschichtungsmaterial unter den Anwendungsbedingungen des Waschhilfsmittelartikels (bei höherer Temperatur, sich durch Verdünnung mit Wasser veränderndem pH-Wert, oder ähnlichem) die umhüllte Peroxocarbonsäure freigibt. Ein bevorzugtes Beschichtungsmaterial ist eines, das zumindest anteilsweise aus gesättigter Fettsäure besteht. Die Kettenlänge der Fettsäure ist dabei vorzugsweise größer als C12, insbesondere bevorzugt ist Stearinsäure.
- Außerdem kann der Zusatz geringer Mengen bekannter Bleichmittelstabilisatoren wie beispielsweise von Phosphonaten, Boraten beziehungsweise Metaboraten und Metasilikaten sowie Magnesiumsalzen wie Magnesiumsulfat zweckdienlich sein.
- Vorzugsweise enthält die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung 5 Gew.-% bis 95 Gew.-%, insbesondere 10 Gew.-% bis 90 Gew.-% Bleichmittel. Die Gesamtmenge an Bleichmittel beträgt vorzugsweise zwischen 0,1 g und 20 g, bevorzugt zwischen 0,5 und 15 g und besonders bevorzugt zwischen 1 g und 10 g. Die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhifsmittelzusammensetzung kann zusätzlich zu dem Bleichmittel Bleichaktivator und/oder bleichverstärkenden Übergangsmetallkomplex enthalten, es kann jedoch auch frei von diesen sein. Bevorzugt enthält mindestens eine der weiteren Zusammensetzungen Bleichaktivator und/oder bleichverstärkenden Übergangsmetallkomplex.
- Als Bleichaktivatoren können insbesondere Verbindungen, die unter Perhydrolysebedingungen aromatische oder aliphatische Peroxocarbonsäuren ergeben, eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugt sind mehrfach acylierte Alkylendiamine, insbesondere Tetraacetylethylendiamin (TAED), acylierte Triazinderivate, insbesondere 1,5-Diacetyl-2,4-dioxohexahydro-1,3,5-triazin (DADHT), acylierte Glykolurile, insbesondere Tetraacetylglykoluril (TAGU), N-Acylimide, insbesondere N-Nonanoylsuccinimid (NOSI), acylierte Phenolsulfonate, insbesondere n-Nonanoyl-oder Isononanoyloxybenzolsulfonat (n- bzw. iso-NOBS), Carbonsäureanhydride, insbesondere Phthalsäureanhydrid, sowie acylierte mehrwertige Alkohole, insbesondere Triacetin, Ethylenglykoldiacetat und 2,5-Diacetoxy-2,5-dihydrofuran. Auch unter Perhydrolysebedingungen Perimidsäuren bildende Nitrile, beispielsweise Ammoniumgruppen tragende Acetonitrile, können eingesetzt werden.
- Zusätzlich zu den konventionellen Bleichaktivatoren oder an deren Stelle können auch so genannte Bleichkatalysatoren eingearbeitet werden. Bei diesen Stoffen handelt es sich um bleichverstärkende Übergangsmetallsalze beziehungsweise Übergangsmetallkomplexe wie beispielsweise Mn-, Fe-, Co-, Ru- oder Mo-Salenkomplexe oder -carbonylkomplexe. Auch Mn-, Fe-, Co-, Ru-, Mo-, Ti-, V- und Cu-Komplexe mit stickstoffhaltigen Tripod-Liganden sowie Co-, Fe-, Cu- und Ru-Amminkomplexe sind als Bleichkatalysatoren verwendbar. Zu den bevorzugten Bleichkatalysatoren gehören Komplexe mit Triazacyclononan-Liganden, die gegebenenfalls auch ein- oder mehrfach Alkylsubstituiert sein können, beispielsweise 1,4,7-Trimethyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononan.
- Daneben enthält die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung als essentiellen Bestandteil ein film-bildendes Polymer. Dieses Polymer ist ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Polyvinylalkohol, hochmolekulares Polyethylenglycol, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol, Carboxymethylcellulose, Polyacrylate und Mischungen daraus.
- Bei den Polyvinylalkoholen kann es sich beispielsweise um durch teilweise Verseifung von Polyvinylacetat hergestellte Polyvinylalkohole mit einer Verseifungszahl (=mg KOH, die zur Verseifung der restlichen Acetylgruppen erforderlich sind) von 150 bis 240 und einem viskosimetrisch ermitteltem Molekulargewicht von 15 000 bis 100.000 handeln.
- Geeignete Polyethylenglycole weisen ein Molekulargewicht im Bereich von 2.000 bis 10.000 auf.
- Die Verwendung von Polyvinylpyrrolidon (PVP) oder Copolymeren von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol (PVP/PVI) als film-bildende Polymere hat den Vorteil, dass die Polymere nicht nur die Bleichmittelpartikel der Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung auf dem textilen Substrat fixieren, sondern dass die Polymere bei Verwendung des Waschhilfsmittelartikels zusätzlich als Farbübertragungsinhibitoren fungieren. Die eingesetzten Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) besitzen bevorzugt ein mittleres Molekular gewicht von 2.500 bis 400.000 und sind kommerziell von ISP Chemicals als PVP K 15, PVP K 30, PVP K 60 oder PVP K 90 oder von der BASF als Sokalan® HP 50 oder Sokalan® HP 53 erhältlich. Die eingesetzten Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol (PVP/PVI) weisen vorzugsweise ein Molekulargewicht im Bereich von 5.000 bis 100.000 auf. Kommerziell erhältlich ist ein PVP/PVI-Copolymer beispielsweise von der BASF unter der Bezeichnung Sokalan® HP 56.
- Geeignete Celluloseether umfassen beispielsweise Methylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Methylhydroxypropylcellulose oder Carboxymethylcellulose. Bei Verwendung dieser Celluloseether und insbesondere bei Einsatz des Natriumsalzes von Carboxymethylcellulose als film-bildendes Polymer weist der Waschhilfsmittelartikel auch vergrauungsinhibierende Wirkung auf.
- Durch Einsatz von Polyacrylaten wie Polyacrylsäure oder Acrylsäure/Maleinsäure-Copolymeren als film-bildendes Polymer weist der Waschhilfsmittelartikel zusätzlich einen wasserenthärtenden Effekt auf.
- Die film-bildenden Polymere werden in Mengen von 5 bis 35 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die gesamte Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung eingesetzt.
- Damit die Waschhilfsmittelartikel in Form von beschichteten textilen Substraten nicht zu steif werden, sondern eine gewisse Geschmeidigkeit aufweisen, enthält die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung einen Weichmacher für das film-bildende Polymer ausgewählt aus der gruppe umfassend 1,2-Propandiol, 1,3-Propandiol, Ethylenglycol, Diethylenglycol, 2,3-Butandiol, Triethylcitrat, Paraffinöl und Mischungen daraus.
- Eine auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung enthält, insbesondere wenn sie als Schmelze aufgebracht werden soll, bei Raumtemperatur feste beziehungsweise wachsartige, bei höherer Temperatur schmelzbare Bestandteile, zu denen insbesondere Tenside zu rechnen sind. Außerdem können in der Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung für Wasch- beziehungsweise Wäschenachbehandlungsmittel übliche Inhaltsstoffe enthalten sein.
- Eine erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung kann als weitere Inhaltsstoffe insbesondere Tenside, optische Aufheller, Bleichaktivatoren, Bleichkatalysatoren, Enzyme, Kohlenwasserstoffe, Gerüststoffe, Duftstoffe, Korrosionsinhibitoren und Mischungen daraus enthalten.
- Die erfindungsgemäß aufzubringende bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung kann insbesondere ein oder mehrere Tenside enthalten, wobei insbesondere anionische Tenside, nichtionische Tenside und deren Gemische, aber auch kationische Tenside in Frage kommen. Geeignete nichtionische Tenside sind insbesondere Alkylglykoside und Ethoxylierungs- und/oder Propoxylierungsrodukte von Alkylglykosiden oder linearen oder verzweigten Alkoholen mit jeweils 12 bis 18 C-Atomen im Alkylteil und 3 bis 20, vorzugsweise 4 bis 10 Alkylethergruppen. Weiterhin sind entsprechende Ethoxylierungs- und/oder Propoxylierungsprodukte von N-Alkyl-aminen, vicinalen Diolen, Fettsäureestern und Fettsäureamiden, die hinsichtlich des Alkylteils den genannten langkettigen Alkoholderivaten entsprechen, sowie von Alkylphenolen mit 5 bis 12 C-Atomem im Alkylrest brauchbar.
- Geeignete anionische Tenside sind insbesondere Seifen und solche, die Sulfat- oder SulfonatGruppen mit bevorzugt Alkaliionen als Kationen enthalten. Verwendbare Seifen sind bevorzugt die Alkalisalze der gesättigten oder ungesättigten Fettsäuren mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen. Derartige Fettsäuren können auch in nicht vollständig neutralisierter Form eingesetzt werden. Zu den brauchbaren Tensiden des Sulfat-Typs gehören die Salze der Schwefelsäurehalbester von Fettalkoholen mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen und die Sulfatierungsprodukte der genannten nichtionischen Tenside mit niedrigem Ethoxylierungsgrad. Zu den verwendbaren Tensiden vom Sulfonat-Typ gehören lineare Alkylbenzolsulfonate mit 9 bis 14 C-Atomen im Alkylteil, Alkansulfonate mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen, sowie Olefinsulfonate mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen. die bei der Umsetzung entsprechender Monoolefine mit Schwefeltrioxid entstehen, sowie alpha-Sulfofettsäureester, die bei der Sulfonierung von Fettsäuremethyl- oder -ethylestem entstehen.
- Derartige Tenside sind in der erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung in Mengen von vorzugsweise 1 Gew.-% bis 25 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 5 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.%, enthalten.
- Durch das Vorhandensein einer weiteren Zusammensetzung, welche verfestigt auf dem textilen Substrat vorliegt, können dem Waschhilfsmittelartikel weitere Funktionalitäten vermittelt werden. Insbesondere kann die weitere Zusammensetzung Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, die mit Inhaltsstoffen der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung inkompatibel sind bzw. die erst in der Waschflotte mit Inhaltsstoffen der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung in Kontakt kommen sollen. Inhaltsstoffe der weiteren Zusammensetzung können insbesondere Tenside, optischen Aufheller, Bleichaktivatoren, Bleichkatalysatoren, Enzyme, Kohlenwasserstoffe, Gerüststoffe, Duftstoffe und Mischungen daraus sein.
- Vorzugsweise ist die weitere Zusammensetzung eine weitere, bleichmittelfreie Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung, welche beispielsweise ein anderes Auflöseprofil als die erste bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung hat und so ihre Inhaltsstoffe (beispielsweise Enzyme) zu einem anderen (späteren) Zeitpunkt im Waschvorgang freisetzt.
- Die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung und die weitere Zusammensetzung können in einer Ausführungsform zumindest teilweise überlappend auf dem textilen Substrat angeordnet sein.
- In einer alternativen Ausführungsform sind die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung und die weitere Zusammensetzung nebeneinander auf dem textilen Substrat angeordnet.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung eine Farbe auf, die von der Farbe der weiteren Zusammensetzung verschieden ist.
- In allen Ausführungsformen muss nicht die gesamte Oberfläche des textilen Substrats mit der verfestigten bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung und der gegebenenfalls vorhandenen weiteren Zusammensetzung bedeckt sein, solange die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhifsmittelzusammensetzung in mindestens einem Teil der Substratoberfläche, einer Zone, auf dem Substrat vorliegt.
- Die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung und die gegebenenfalls vorliegenden weiteren Zusammensetzungen können auf eine oder beide Seiten des textilen Substrats aufgebracht werden. Vorzugsweise werden die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittezusammensetzung und die gegebenenfalls vorliegenden weiteren Zusammensetzungen auf einer Seite des textilen Substrats aufgebracht. Dies hat insbesondere den Vorteil, dass der Verbraucher beim Dosieren des Waschhilfsmittelartikels nicht in direkten Kontakt mit den Zusammensetzungen kommen muss, sondern den Waschhilfsmittelartikel auf der Zusammensetzungs-freien Oberfläche problemlos anfassen kann.
- Es ist möglich, die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung als flüssige Lösung, Aufschlämmung oder als Paste auf das textile Substrat aufzubringen und anschließend einen Trocknungsschritt durchzuführen und dabei das Aufschlämmungs- beziehungsweise Lösungsmittel, beispielsweise Wasser, so weit zu entfernen, dass sich die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung auf dem textilen Substrat durch Trocknen verfestigt. Alternativ kann die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung als erwärmte Schmelze auf das textile Substrat aufgebracht werden und diese anschließend durch Abkühlen verfestigen zu lassen. Dabei muss nicht die gesamte bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung durch Schmelzen verflüssigt vorliegen, es ist im Gegenteil möglich, dass die Schmelze teilchenförmige Feststoffe, wie beispielsweise anorganische Builder enthält.
- Zunächst wurde eine kommerziell erhältliche wässrige PAP-Dispersion (Euroco® LX von Solvay) zentrifugiert. Nach Abdekantieren des Überstands wurden die PAP-Partikel mit destilliertem Wasser aufgeschlämmt und erneut zentrifugiert. Die erhaltene PAP-Paste wies einen iodometrisch ermittelten Aktivsubstanzgehalt von 45 % auf.
- In Tabelle 1 ist die Zusammensetzung einer bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung gezeigt, bevor sie auf ein textiles Substrat aufgebracht wird.
Tabelle 1: Bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung [alle Mengen sind in Gew.% Aktivstoff, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, angegeben] Inhaltsstoffe Gew.-% aufbereitete PAP-Paste 35 Acrylsäure-Maleinsaure-Copolymer, Na-Salz 5 Flüssiges Paraffin 8 Wasser Ad 100 - Zur Herstellung der in Tabelle 1 gezeigten bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung wurden das Polyacrylat und das Paraffin langsam in die PAP-Paste eingerührt. 5,71 g der erhaltenen homogenen Paste wurden auf ein Vlies aus Polyester der Größe 100 mm x 50 mm gegossen und verteilt. Das präparierte Vlies wurde 30 Minuten bei 35 °C getrocknet.
- Nach 4 Wochen Lagerung bei Raumtemperatur betrug der Gehalt an PAP mehr als 90 %.
Claims (11)
- Waschhilfsmittelartikel, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt, wobei die Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzunga) ein film-bildendes Polymer ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Polyvinylalkohol, hochmolekulares Polyethylenglycol, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Stärkeether, Celluloseether, - Polyacrylate und Mischungen daraus undb) einen Weichmacher für das film-bildende Polymer ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend 1,2-Propandiol, 1,3-Propandiol, Ethylenglycol, Diethylenglycol, 2,3-Butandiol, Triethylcitrat, Paraffinöl und Mischungen daraus umfasst.
- Waschhilfsmittelartikel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung eine Phthalimidoperoxoalkansäure, vorzugsweise 6-Phthalimidoperoxohexansäure (PAP), enthält.
- Waschhilfsmittelartikel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung einen weiteren Inhaltsstoff ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Tenside, optischen Aufheller, Bleichaktivatoren, Bleichkatalysatoren, Enzyme, Kohlenwasserstoffe, Gerüststoffe, Duftstoffe, Korrosionsinhibitoren und Mischungen daraus enthält.
- Waschhilfsmittelartikel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Substrat wenigstens eine weitere Zusammensetzung verfestigt vorliegt.
- Waschhilfsmittelartikel gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung eine Farbe aufweist, die von der Farbe der weiteren Zusammensetzung verschieden ist.
- Waschhilfsmittelartikel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das textile Substrat ein Gewebe oder ein Vlies ist.
- Waschhilfsmittelartikel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung und die weitere Zusammensetzung nebeneinander auf dem textilen Substrat angeordnet sind.
- Waschhilfsmittelartikel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung und die weitere Zusammensetzung zumindest teilweise überlappend auf dem textilen Substrat angeordnet sind.
- Verwendung eines Waschzusatzartikels gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 zum Vorbehandeln und/oder Waschen von Wäsche.
- Verfahren zum maschinellen oder manuellen Vorbehandeln und/oder Waschen von Wäsche unter Einsatz eines Waschhilfsmittelartikels, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt, wobei die Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzunga) ein film-bildendes Polymer ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Polyvinylalkohol, hochmolekulares Polyethylenglycol, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Stärkeether, Celluloseether, Polyacrylate und Mischungen daraus undb) einen Weichmacher für das film-bildende Polymer ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend 1,2-Propandiol, 1,3-Propandiol, Ethylenglycol, Diethylenglycol, 2,3-Butandiol, Triethylcitrat, Paraffinöl und Mischungen daraus umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Waschhilfsmittelartikels, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt, umfassend die Schritte des Herstellens einer fließfähigen, bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung, des Bereitstellens eines textilen Substrates, des Aufbringens der fließfähigen, bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung auf zumindest eine Zone des textilen Substrats, und des Zulassens des Abkühlens und Erhärtens bleichmittelhaltigen Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzung auf dem Substrat, wobei die Waschhilfsmittelzusammensetzunga) ein film-bildendes Polymer ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Polyvinylalkohol, hochmolekulares Polyethylenglycol, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Stärkeether, Celluloseether, Polyacrylate und Mischungen daraus undb) einen Weichmacher für das film-bildende Polymer ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend 1,2-propandiol, 1,3-Propandiol, Ethylenglycol, Diethylenglycol, 2,3-Butandiol, Triethylcitrat, Paraffinöl und Mischungen daraus umfasst.
