"Waschzusatzartikel"
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Artikel, der beim Waschen von Textilien dem wäßrigen Waschmedium zugesetzt wird und der ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine auf diesem befindliche bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung umfasst, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines derartigen Artikels und ein Waschverfahren unter Anwendung eines derartigen Artikels.
Wasch- oder Behandlungsmittel sind heute für den Verbraucher in vielfältigen Angebotsformen erhältlich. Neben Pulvern und Granulaten umfasst dieses Angebot beispielsweise auch Konzentrate in Form extrudierter oder tablettierter Zusammensetzungen. Diese festen, konzentrierten beziehungsweise verdichteten Angebotsformen zeichnen sich durch ein verringertes Volumen pro Dosiereinheit aus und senken damit die Kosten für Verpackung und Transport. Insbesondere die Wasch- oder Behandlungsmitteltabletten erfüllen dabei zusätzlich den Wunsch des Verbrauchers nach vereinfachter Dosierung. Neben den angeführten Vorteilen weisen kompaktierte Wasch- oder Behandlungsmittel jedoch auch eine Reihe von Nachteilen auf. Insbesondere tablettierte Angebotsformen zeichnen sich aufgrund ihrer hohen Verdichtung häufig durch einen verzögerten Zerfall und damit eine verzögerte Freisetzung ihrer Inhaltsstoffe aus. Zur Auflösung dieses „Widerstreits" zwischen ausreichender Tablettenhärte und kurzen Zerfallszeiten wurden in der Patentliteratur zahlreiche technische Lösungen offenbart, wobei an dieser Stelle beispielhaft auf die Verwendung so genannter Tablettensprengmittel verwiesen werden soll. Diese Zerfallsbeschleuniger werden den Tabletten zusätzlich zu den wasch- oder textilbehandlungsaktiven Substanzen zugesetzt, wobei sie selbst in der Regel keine wasch- oder textilbehandlungsaktiven Eigenschaften aufweisen, und erhöhen auf diese Weise die Komplexität und die Kosten dieser Mittel.
Als Alternative zu den zuvor beschriebenen partikulären oder konnpaktierten Wasch- oder Behandlungsmitteln werden in den letzten Jahren zunehmend feste oder flüssige Wasch- oder Behandlungsmittel beschrieben, welche eine wasserlösliche oder wasserdispergierbare Verpackung aufweisen. Diese Mittel zeichnen sich wie die Tabletten durch eine vereinfachte Dosierung aus, da sie zusammen mit der Umverpackung in die Waschmaschine dosiert werden können, andererseits ermöglichen sie aber gleichzeitig auch die Konfektionierung flüssiger oder pulverförmiger Waschoder Behandlungsmittel, welche sich gegenüber den Kompaktaten durch eine höhere Auflösungsgeschwindigkeit und schnellere Wirksamkeit auszeichnen.
Eine weitere Alternative mit besonders vorteilhafter Dosiereigenschaft besteht aus Wasch- beziehungsweise Textilbehandlungsmitteln, die auf blatt- beziehungsweise tuchförmige wasserunlösliche Materialien aufgebracht worden sind. Das beschichte blatt- beziehungsweise tuchförmige wasserunlösliche Material wird zusammen mit der zu waschenden Wäsche in die Waschtrommel einer Waschmaschine gegeben, wo es unter den Anwendungsbedingungen in der Maschine seine Beschichtung freisetzt und die in der Beschichtung enthalten gewesenen Inhaltsstoffe ihre Wirkung
entfalten können. Ein zum Waschen und Textilkonditioneren brauchbarer beschichteter Waschzusatzartikel ist zum Beispiel aus der internationalen Patentanmeldung WO 2007/120867 A2 bekannt.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein beschichteter textiler Waschzusatzartikel, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt, insbesondere aus einer Schmelze erstarrt, auf dem Substrat vorliegt. Dabei muß nicht die gesamte Oberfläche des textilen Substrats mit dem verfestigten bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittel bedeckt sein, solage dieses in mindestens einem Teil der Substratoberfläche, einer Zone, auf dem Substrat vorliegt.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Verwendung eines derartigen erfindungsgemäßen Waschzusatzartikels zum Waschen von Wäsche.
Es ist möglich, die Waschmittelzusammensetzung als flüssige Lösung, Aufschlämmung oder als Paste auf das textile Substrat aufzubringen und anschließend einen Trocknungsschritt durchzuführen und dabei das Aufschlämmungs- beziehungsweise Lösungsmittel, beispielsweise Wasser, so weit zu entfernen, dass sich die Waschmittelzusammensetzung auf dem textilen Substrat durch Trocknen verfestigt. Bevorzugt ist jedoch, die Waschmittelzusammensetzung als erwärmte Schmelze auf das textile Substrat aufzubringen und diese anschließend durch Abkühlen zu verfestigen. Dabei muss nicht die gesamte Waschmittelzusammensetzung durch Schmelzen verflüssigt vorliegen, es ist im Gegenteil möglich, dass die Schmelze teilchenförmige Feststoffe, wie beispielsweise anorganische Buildermaterialien und insbesondere Bleichwirkstoffe enthält.
Vorzugsweise liegen eine oder mehrere bleichmittelfreie weitere Waschmittelzusammen- setzung(en) neben, unter oder über der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung auf dem textilen Substrat vor, die ebenso wie die bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung, insbesondere in einfacher Weise durch Erstarrenlassen entsprechender Schmelzen, auf dem textilen Substrat beziehungsweise Teilen seiner Oberfläche aufgebracht werden können.
Vorzugsweise enthält die bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung 10 Gew.-% bis 80 Gew.-%, insbesondere 40 Gew.-% bis 70 Gew.-% Bleichmittel. Die bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung kann zusätzlich zu dem Bleichmittel Bleichaktivator und/oder bleichverstärkenden Übergangsmetallkomplex enthalten, es kann jedoch auch frei von diesen sein. Bevorzugt enthält mindestens eine der weiteren Waschmittelzusammensetzungen Bleichaktivator und/oder bleichverstärkenden Übergangsmetallkomplex. In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält mindestens eine der weiteren Waschmittelzusammensetzungen einen gewebe- weichmachenden Wirkstoff. Bezogen auf die Summe der auf dem textilen Substrat vorliegenden Waschmittelzusammensetzungen beträgt die Menge der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung vorzugsweise 10 Gew.-% bis 100 Gew.-%, insbesondere 40 Gew.-% bis 80 Gew.-%.
Die bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung kann auch einen Wäschepflegewirkstoff, insbesondere einen textilweichmachenden Wirkstoff, enthalten, oder bei der zusätzlich vorliegenden weiteren Waschmittelzusammensetzung kann es sich auch um ein Wäschepflegemittel handeln. In diesem Fall ist es bevorzugt, wenn die erstarrte Schmelze der den Wäschepflegewirkstoff enthaltenden Zusammensetzung einen höheren Erweichungspunkt aufweist als die erstarrte Schmelze der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung. Gleiches gilt, wenn die zusätzlich vorliegende weitere Zusammensetzung einen im Wäschetrockner freisetzbaren Duft enthält. Vorzugsweise wird bei Anwesenheit von Wäschepflegewirkstoff in dem erfindungsgemäßen Waschzusatzartikel das wasserunlösliche textile Substrat nach dem Waschvorgang zusammen mit der gewaschenen Wäsche in einen automatischen Wäschetrockner überführt, in dem der Wäschpflegwirkstoff, der insbesondere aus einer genannten zusätzlich vorliegenden weiteren Zusammensetzung stammt, seine Wirkung entfalten kann.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist die eine oder weisen die mehreren bleichmittelfreie(n) weitere(n) Waschmittelzusammensetzung(en) eine Farbe auf, die von der Farbe der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung verschieden ist. Falls zusätzlich zu der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung mehrere bleichmittelfreie weitere Waschmittelzusammensetzungen vorhanden sind, weist vorzugsweise jede der Waschmittelzusammensetzungen eine von den anderen Waschmittelzusammensetzungen verschiedene Farbe auf.
Geeignete textile Substrate sind beispielsweise nicht-gewebte Vliesstoffe oder gewebte Materialien, vorzugsweise gewebte oder nicht-gewebte Vliesstoffe aus Polyester, Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polyethylenterephthalat, Polybutylenterephthalat, Nylon, Rayon, und/oder Polyacryl.
Die Ausmaße des als Flächengebilde vorliegenden textilen Substrats sollten eine leichte Handhabbarkeit des Waschzusatzartikels zulassen und zum Beispiel 10 cm x 10 cm oder 20 cm x 20 cm betragen, obwohl auch andere Größen möglich sind. Das textile Substrat und damit der Waschzusatzartikel kann von beliebiger Flächenform, beispielsweise quadratisch, rechteckig, dreieckig, rund, oval, herzförmig, buchstaben- oder wortförmig oder der Wiedergabe einer Marke entsprechend sein. Das textile Substrat kann jede beliebige Farbe aufweisen oder im wesentlichen weiß sein; seine Oberfläche kann im wesentlichen glatt oder herstellungsbedingt texturiert sein. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das textile Substrat zumindest an Teilen seiner Oberfläche mit Farbfänger beaufschlagt, so dass sich im erfindungsgemäßen Waschzusatzartikel der Farbfänger unter oder, wenn die bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung nicht die gesamt Substratoberfläche bedeckt, neben der Zone mit der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung befindet. Vorzugsweise weist das textile Substrat und damit der Waschzusatzartikel eine Oberfläche (bezogen auf eine Seite) von 40 cm2 bis 800 cm2 auf.
Die bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung und die gegebenenfalls vorliegenden weiteren Waschmittelzusammensetzungen können auf eine oder beide Seiten des textilen Substrats
aufgebracht werden, beispielsweise die bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung auf eine Seite und eine zusätzliche bleichmittelfreie Waschmittelzusammensetzung auf die andere Seite des textilen Flächengebildes. Vorzugsweise befinden sich insgesamt 0,001 g/cm2 bis 1 g/cm2, insbesondere 0,01 g/cm2 bis 0,1 g/cm2 Waschmittelzusammensetzung auf dem textilen Substrat. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung befindet sich die bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung auf einer Seite des textilen Substrats und Farbfänger auf der anderen Seite des textilen Substrats.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum maschinellen oder manuellen Waschen von Wäsche unter Einsatz eines beschichteten textilen Waschzusatzartikels, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt.
Ein bevorzugtes Verfahren zur Herstellung eines beschichteten textilen Waschzusatzartikels, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt, umfasst die Schritte des Schmelzens einer Waschmittelzusammensetzung, des Einarbeitens eines insbesondere teilchenförmigen Bleichmittels in die Waschmittelzusammensetzungsschmelze, des Bereitstellens eines textilen Substrates, des Aufbringens der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelschmelze auf zumindest eine Zone des textilen Substrats, und des Zulassens des Abkühlens und Erhärtens der Schmelze auf dem Substrat.
Wie oben angesprochen muß die Schmelze nicht die gesamten Waschmittelinhaltsstoffe in geschmolzener Form enthalten, sondern es können z.B. Builderteilchen enthalten sein. In der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung liegt auch das Bleichmittel vorzugsweise nicht in geschmolzener Form, sondern als feinteiliger Feststoff, insbesondere mit einem mittleren Teilchendurchmesser (Gewichtsmittel) im Bereich von 1 μm bis 500 μm, vor. Vorzugsweise weist es keine Teilchen größer als 2000 μm auf; es kann gewünschtenfalls durch Mahlen auf den angegebenen Größenbereich gebracht werden. Für sonstige in einer auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzung enthaltene Feststoffe gelten vorzugsweise die gleichen Angaben zur Teilchengröße. Bevorzugt wird die auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende Waschmittelzusammensetzung auf eine Temperatur von bis zu 90 0C erwärmt; nach dem Aufbringen der wie geschildert gegebenenfalls feststoffhaltigen Schmelze wird der Waschzusatzartikel auf niedrigere Temperaturen, vorzugsweise Raumtemperatur, abgekühlt beziehungsweise einfach abkühlen gelassen, so dass die Schmelze sich auf dem textilen Waschzusatzartikel durch Erstarren verfestigt.
Eine auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende Waschmittelzusammensetzung enthält, insbesondere wenn sie als Schmelze aufgebracht werden soll, bei Raumtemperatur feste beziehungsweise wachsartige, bei höherer Temperatur schmelzbare Bestandteile, zu denen insbesondere Tenside und organische Polymere zu rechnen sind. Außerdem können in der Waschmittelzusammenset-
zung beziehungsweise den verschiedenen Waschmittelzusammensetzungen für Wasch- beziehungsweise Wäschenachbehandlungsmittel übliche Inhaltsstoffe enthalten sein.
Eine erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende Waschmittelzusammensetzung kann insbesondere Buildersubstanzen, oberflächenaktive Tenside, Enzyme, Sequestrierungs- mittel, Elektrolyte, pH-Regulatoren, Polymere mit Spezialeffekten, wie soil release-Polymere, Farbübertragungsinhibitoren, Vergrauungsinhibitoren, knitterreduzierende Wirkstoffe und formerhaltende Wirkstoffe, und weitere Hilfsstoffe, wie optische Aufheller, Schaum reg ulatoren, Bleichaktivatoren, Färb- und Duftstoffe enthalten. Die auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung enthält Bleichmittel, insbesondere Bleichmittel auf Persauerstoffbasis.
Als für den Einsatz in erfindungsgemäßen Waschzusatzartikeln geeignete Persauerstoffverbindun- gen kommen insbesondere organische Persäuren beziehungsweise persaure Salze organischer Säuren, wie Phthalimidopercapronsäure, Perbenzoesäure oder Salze der Diperdodecandisäure, und unter den Waschbedingungen Wasserstoffperoxid abgebende anorganische Salze, zu denen Alkaliperborat, Alkalipercarbonat, -persilikat und/oder -persulfat wie Caroat gehören, in Betracht. Die Persauerstoffverbindungen können in Form von Pulvern oder Granulaten verwendet werden, die auch in im Prinzip bekannter Weise umhüllt sein können. Der Zusatz geringer Mengen bekannter Bleichmittelstabilisatoren wie beispielsweise von Phosphonaten, Boraten beziehungsweise Metaboraten und Metasilikaten sowie Magnesiumsalzen wie Magnesiumsulfat kann zweckdienlich sein. Eine auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung enthält in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform 15 Gew.-% bis 50 Gew.-%, insbesondere 18 Gew.-% bis 35 Gew.-% persauerstoffhaltiges Bleichmittel, insbesondere Alkalipercarbonat.
Zusätzlich zum Bleichmittel kann, entweder als Teil der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung oder als Teil einer weiteren bleichmittelfreien Waschmittelzusammensetzung, Bleichaktivator eingearbeitet werden. Als Bleichaktivatoren können insbesondere Verbindungen, die unter Perhydrolysebedingungen aromatische oder aliphatische Peroxocarbonsäuren ergeben, eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugt sind mehrfach acylierte Alkylendiamine, insbesondere Tetra- acetylethylendiamin (TAED), acylierte Triazinderivate, insbesondere 1 ,5-Diacetyl-2,4-dioxohexa- hydro-1 ,3,5-triazin (DADHT), acylierte Glykolurile, insbesondere Tetraacetylglykoluril (TAGU), N- Acylimide, insbesondere N-Nonanoylsuccinimid (NOSI), acylierte Phenolsulfonate, insbesondere n- Nonanoyl- oder Isononanoyloxybenzolsulfonat (n- bzw. iso-NOBS), Carbonsäureanhydride, insbesondere Phthalsäureanhydrid, sowie acylierte mehrwertige Alkohole, insbesondere Triacetin, Ethylenglykoldiacetat und 2,5-Diacetoxy-2,5-dihydrofuran. Auch unter Perhydrolysebedingungen Perimidsäuren bildende Nitrile, beispielsweise Ammoniumgruppen tragende Acetonitrile, können eingesetzt werden.
Zusätzlich zu den konventionellen Bleichaktivatoren oder an deren Stelle können auch so ge-
nannte Bleichkatalysatoren eingearbeitet werden. Bei diesen Stoffen handelt es sich um bleichverstärkende Übergangsmetallsalze beziehungsweise Übergangsmetallkomplexe wie beispielsweise Mn-, Fe-, Co-, Ru- oder Mo-Salenkomplexe oder -carbonylkomplexe. Auch Mn-, Fe-, Co-, Ru-, Mo- , Ti-, V- und Cu-Komplexe mit stickstoffhaltigen Tripod-Liganden sowie Co-, Fe-, Cu- und Ru-Am- minkomplexe sind als Bleichkatalysatoren verwendbar. Zu den bevorzugten Bleichkatalysatoren gehören Komplexe mit Triazacyclononan-Liganden, die gegebenenfalls auch ein- oder mehrfach Alkylsubstituiert sein können, beispielsweise 1 ,4,7-Trimethyl-1 ,4,7-triazacyclononan.
Die erfindungsgemäß aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzungen können ein oder mehrere Tenside enthalten, wobei insbesondere anionische Tenside, nichtionische Tenside und deren Gemische, aber auch kationische Tenside in Frage kommen. Geeignete nichtionische Tenside sind insbesondere Alkylglykoside und Ethoxylierungs- und/oder Propoxylierungsprodukte von Alkyl- glykosiden oder linearen oder verzweigten Alkoholen mit jeweils 12 bis 18 C-Atomen im Alkylteil und 3 bis 20, vorzugsweise 4 bis 10 Alkylethergruppen. Weiterhin sind entsprechende Ethoxylierungs- und/oder Propoxylierungsprodukte von N-Alkyl-aminen, vicinalen Diolen, Fettsäureestern und Fettsäureamiden, die hinsichtlich des Alkylteils den genannten langkettigen Alkoholderivaten entsprechen, sowie von Alkylphenolen mit 5 bis 12 C-Atomem im Alkylrest brauchbar.
Geeignete anionische Tenside sind insbesondere Seifen und solche, die Sulfat- oder Sulfonat- Gruppen mit bevorzugt Alkaliionen als Kationen enthalten. Verwendbare Seifen sind bevorzugt die Alkalisalze der gesättigten oder ungesättigten Fettsäuren mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen. Derartige Fettsäuren können auch in nicht vollständig neutralisierter Form eingesetzt werden. Zu den brauchbaren Tensiden des Sulfat-Typs gehören die Salze der Schwefelsäurehalbester von Fettalkoholen mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen und die Sulfatierungsprodukte der genannten nichtionischen Tenside mit niedrigem Ethoxylierungsgrad. Zu den verwendbaren Tensiden vom Sulfonat-Typ gehören lineare Alkylbenzolsulfonate mit 9 bis 14 C-Atomen im Alkylteil, Alkansulfonate mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen, sowie Olefinsulfonate mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen, die bei der Umsetzung entsprechender Monoolefine mit Schwefeltrioxid entstehen, sowie alpha-Sulfofettsäureester, die bei der Sulfonierung von Fettsäuremethyl- oder -ethylestern entstehen.
Derartige Tenside sind in erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzungen in Mengen von vorzugsweise 5 Gew.-% bis 50 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 8 Gew.-% bis 30 Gew.-%, enthalten.
Kationische Tenside werden vorzugsweise unter den Esterquats und/oder den quaternären Ammoniumverbindungen (QAV) gemäß der allgemeinen Formel (R1XR11XR111XR^)N+ X" ausgewählt, in der R1 bis Rιv für gleiche oder verschiedene Ci_22-Alkylreste, C7.28-Arylalkylreste oder heterozyklische Reste stehen, wobei zwei oder im Falle einer aromatischen Einbindung wie im Pyridin sogar drei Reste gemeinsam mit dem Stickstoffatom den Heterozyklus, z.B. eine Pyridinium- oder Imida- zoliniumverbindung, bilden, und X" für Halogenidionen, Sulfationen, Hydroxidionen oder ähnliche
Anionen steht. QAV sind durch Umsetzung tertiärer Amine mit Alkylierungsmitteln, wie z.B. Methylchlorid, Benzylchlorid, Dimethylsulfat, Dodecylbromid, aber auch Ethylenoxid herstellbar. Die Alky- lierung von tertiären Aminen mit einem langen Alkyl-Rest und zwei Methyl-Gruppen gelingt besonders leicht, auch die Quaternierung von tertiären Aminen mit zwei langen Resten und einer Methyl- Gruppe kann mit Hilfe von Methylchlorid unter milden Bedingungen durchgeführt werden. Amine, die über drei lange Alkyl-Reste oder Hydroxy-substituierte Alkyl-Reste verfügen, sind wenig reaktiv und werden beispielsweise mit Dimethylsulfat quaterniert. In Frage kommende QAV sind beispielsweise Benzalkoniumchlorid (N Alkyl-N,N dimethyl-benzylammoniumchlorid), Benzalkon B (m.p-Dichlorbenzyl-dimethyl-C-i∑-alkylammoniumchlorid, Benzoxoniumchlorid (Benzyl-dodecyl-bis- (2-hydroxyethyl)-ammoniumchlorid), Cetrimoniumbromid (N-Hexadecyl-N,N-trimethyl-ammo- niumbromid), Benzetoniumchlorid (N, N Dimethyl-N [2-[2-[p-(1 ,1 ,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenoxy]- ethoxy]-ethyl]-benzylammoniumchlorid), Dialkyldimethylammoniumchloride wie Di-n-decyl-di- methyl-ammoniumchlorid, Didecyldimethylammonium-bromid, Dioctyl-dimethyl-ammoniumchlorid, 1-Cetylpyridiniumchlorid und Thiazolinjodid sowie deren Mischungen. Bevorzugte QAV sind die Benzalkoniumchloride mit C8-C-Al ky I resten, insbesondere C-i2-C14-Alkyl-benzyl-dimethyl- ammoniumchlorid.
Unter Esterquats sollen hier Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel
verstanden werden, in der R5 für einen Alkyl- oder Alkenylrest mit 12 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen und 0, 1 , 2 oder 3 Doppelbindungen, R6 und R7 unabhängig voneinander für H, OH oder 0(CO)R5, s, t und u jeweils unabhängig voneinander für den Wert 1 , 2 oder 3 und X~ für ein Anion, insbesondere Halogenid, Methosulfat, Methophosphat oder Phosphat sowie Mischungen aus diesen, steht. Bevorzugt sind Verbindungen, die für R6 die Gruppe 0(CO)R5 und für R5 einen Alkylrest mit 16 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen enthalten. Besonders bevorzugt sind Verbindungen, bei denen R7 zudem für OH steht. Beispiele für Verbindungen der Formel (V) sind Methyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-N,N- di(talgacyl-oxyethyl)ammonium-methosulfat, Bis-(palmitoyl)-ethyl-hydroxyethyl-methyl-ammonium- methosulfat oder Methyl-N,N-bis(acyloxyethyl)-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium-methosulfat. Werden quarternierte Verbindungen der Formel (V) eingesetzt, die ungesättigte Gruppen aufweisen, sind die Acylgruppen bevorzugt, deren korrespondierende Fettsäuren eine Jodzahl zwischen 5 und 80, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 60 und insbesondere zwischen 15 und 45 aufweisen und/oder die ein cis/trans-lsomerenverhältnis (in Mol-%) von größer als 30 : 70, vorzugsweise größer als 50 : 50 und insbesondere größer als 70 : 30 haben. Handelsübliche Beispiele sind die von der Firma Stepan unter dem Warenzeichen Stepantex® vertriebenen Methylhydroxyalkyldialkoyloxyalkyl- ammoniummethosulfate oder die unter dem Handelsnamen Dehyquart® bekannten Produkte der
Firma Cognis Deutschland GmbH beziehungsweise die unter der Bezeichnung Rewoquat® bekannten Produkte des Herstellers Goldschmidt-Witco.
Eine erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzung enthält vorzugsweise mindestens einen wasserlöslichen und/oder wasserunlöslichen, organischen und/oder anorganischen Builder. Zu den wasserlöslichen organischen Buildersubstanzen gehören Polycarbonsäuren, insbesondere Citronensäure und Zuckersäuren, monomere und polymere Aminopolycarbonsäuren, insbesondere Methylglycindiessigsäure, Nitrilotriessigsäure, Ethylendi- amin-N,N'-dibernsteinsäure und Ethylendiamintetraessigsäure sowie Polyasparaginsäure, Polyphosphonsäuren, insbesondere Aminotris(methylenphosphonsäure), Ethylendiamintetrakis(methy- lenphosphonsäure) und 1-Hydroxyethan-1 ,1-diphosphonsäure, polymere Hydroxyverbindungen wie Dextrin sowie polymere (Poly-)carbonsäuren, insbesondere die durch Oxidation von Polysacchariden beziehungsweise Dextrinen zugänglichen Polycarboxylate, polymere Acrylsäuren, Methacrylsäuren, Maleinsäuren und Mischpolymere aus diesen, die auch geringe Anteile polymeri- sierbarer Substanzen ohne Carbonsäurefunktionalität einpolymerisiert enthalten können. Die relative Molekülmasse der Homopolymeren ungesättiger Carbonsäuren liegt im allgemeinen zwischen 5 000 und 200 000, die der Copolymeren zwischen 2 000 und 200 000, vorzugsweise 50 000 bis 120 000, jeweils bezogen auf freie Säure. Ein besonders bevorzugtes Acrylsäure-Maleinsäure- Copolymer weist eine relative Molekülmasse von 50 000 bis 100 000 auf. Geeignete, wenn auch weniger bevorzugte Verbindungen dieser Klasse sind Copolymere der Acrylsäure oder Methacryl- säure mit Vinylethern, wie Vinylmethylethern, Vinylester, Ethylen, Propylen und Styrol, in denen der Anteil der Säure mindestens 50 Gew.-% beträgt. Als wasserlösliche organische Buildersubstanzen können auch Terpolymere eingesetzt werden, die als Monomere zwei ungesättigte Säuren und/oder deren Salze sowie als drittes Monomer Vinylalkohol und/oder einem veresterten Vinyl- alkohol oder ein Kohlenhydrat enthalten. Das erste saure Monomer beziehungsweise dessen Salz leitet sich von einer monoethylenisch ungesättigten C3-C8-Carbonsäure und vorzugsweise von einer C3-C4-Monocarbonsäure, insbesondere von (Meth)-acrylsäure ab. Das zweite saure Monomer beziehungsweise dessen Salz kann ein Derivat einer C4-C8-Dicarbonsäure, wobei Maleinsäure besonders bevorzugt ist, und/oder ein Derivat einer Allylsulfonsäure, die in 2-Stellung mit einem Alkyl- oder Arylrest substituiert ist, sein. Derartige Polymere weisen im allgemeinen eine relative Molekülmasse zwischen 1 000 und 200 000 auf. Weitere bevorzugte Copolymere sind solche, die als Monomere vorzugsweise Acrolein und Acrylsäure/Acrylsäuresalze beziehungsweise Vinyl- acetat aufweisen. Alle genannten Säuren werden in der Regel in Form ihrer wasserlöslichen Salze, insbesondere ihre Alkalisalze, eingesetzt.
Derartige organische Buildersubstanzen können gewünschtenfalls in Mengen bis zu 40 Gew.-%, insbesondere bis zu 25 Gew.-% und vorzugsweise von 1 Gew.-% bis 8 Gew.-% in einer erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzung enthalten sein.
Als wasserlösliche anorganische Buildermaterialien kommen insbesondere polymere Alkaliphosphate, die in Form ihrer alkalischen neutralen oder sauren Natrium- oder Kaliumsalze vorliegen können, in Betracht. Beispiele hierfür sind Tetranatriumdiphosphat, Dinatriumdihydrogen- diphosphat, Pentanatriumtriphosphat, sogenanntes Natriumhexametaphosphat sowie die entsprechenden Kaliumsalze beziehungsweise Gemische aus Natrium- und Kaliumsalzen. Als wasserunlösliche, wasserdispergierbare anorganische Buildermaterialien werden insbesondere kristalline oder amorphe Alkalialumosilikate, in Mengen von bis zu 50 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise nicht über 40 Gew.-% und in flüssigen Mitteln insbesondere von 1 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.-%, eingesetzt. Unter diesen sind die kristallinen Natriumalumosilikate in Waschmittelqualität, insbesondere Zeolith A, P und gegebenenfalls X, bevorzugt. Geeignete Alumosilikate weisen insbesondere keine Teilchen mit einer Korngröße über 30 μm auf und bestehen vorzugsweise zu wenigstens 80 Gew.-% aus Teilchen mit einer Größe unter 10 μm. Ihr Calciumbindevermögen, das nach den Angaben der deutschen Patentschrift DE 24 12 837 bestimmt werden kann, liegt in der Regel im Bereich von 100 bis 200 mg CaO pro Gramm.
Geeignete Substitute beziehungsweise Teilsubstitute für das genannte Alumosilikat sind kristalline Alkalisilikate, die allein oder im Gemisch mit amorphen Silikaten vorliegen können. Die als Gerüststoffe brauchbaren Alkalisilikate weisen vorzugsweise ein molares Verhältnis von Alkalioxid zu SiO2 unter 0,95, insbesondere von 1 :1 ,1 bis 1 :12 auf und können amorph oder kristallin vorliegen. Bevorzugte Alkalisilikate sind die Natriumsilikate, insbesondere die amorphen Natriumsilikate, mit einem molaren Verhältnis Na2O:SiO2 von 1 :2 bis 1 :2,8. Als kristalline Silikate, die allein oder im Gemisch mit amorphen Silikaten vorliegen können, werden vorzugsweise kristalline Schichtsilikate der allgemeinen Formel Na2SixO2x+1 y H2O eingesetzt, in der x, das sogenannte Modul, eine Zahl von 1 ,9 bis 4 und y eine Zahl von 0 bis 20 ist und bevorzugte Werte für x 2, 3 oder 4 sind. Bevorzugte kristalline Schichtsilikate sind solche, bei denen x in der genannten allgemeinen Formel die Werte 2 oder 3 annimmt. Insbesondere sind sowohl ß- als auch δ-Natriumdisilikate (Na2Si2O5 y H2O) bevorzugt. Auch aus amorphen Alkalisilikaten hergestellte, praktisch wasserfreie kristalline Alkalisilikate der obengenannten allgemeinen Formel, in der x eine Zahl von 1 ,9 bis 2, 1 bedeutet, können in erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzungen eingesetzt werden. In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird ein kristallines Natriumschichtsilikat mit einem Modul von 2 bis 3 eingesetzt, wie es aus Sand und Soda hergestellt werden kann. Kristalline Natriumsilikate mit einem Modul im Bereich von 1 ,9 bis 3,5 werden in einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform erfindungsgemäßer Mittel eingesetzt. In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung erfindungsgemäßer Waschzusatzartikel setzt man ein granuläres Compound aus Alkalisilikat und Alkalicarbonat ein, wie es zum Beispiel unter dem Namen Nabion® 15 im Handel erhältlich ist. Falls als zusätzliche Buildersubstanz auch Alkalialumosilikat, insbesondere Zeolith, vorhanden ist, beträgt das Gewichtsverhältnis Alumosilikat zu Silikat, jeweils bezogen auf wasserfreie Aktivsubstanzen, vorzugsweise 1 :10 bis 10:1. Wenn sowohl amorphe als auch kristalline Alkalisilikate enthalten sind, beträgt das Gewichtsverhältnis von amorphem Alkalisilikat zu kristallinem Alkalisilikat vorzugsweise 1 :2 bis 2:1 und insbesondere 1 :1 bis 2:1.
Buildersubstanzen sind in erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittel- zusammensetzungen vorzugsweise in Mengen bis zu 60 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 5 Gew.-% bis 40 Gew.-%, enthalten.
In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist eine erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzung einen wasserlöslichen Builderblock auf. Durch die Verwendung des Begriffes „Builderblock" soll hierbei ausgedrückt werden, daß die Zusammensetzung keine weiteren Buildersubstanzen enthält als solche, die wasserlöslich sind, das heißt sämtliche in der Waschmittelzusammensetzung enthaltenen Buildersubstanzen sind in dem so charakterisierten „Block" zusammengefasst, wobei allenfalls die Mengen an Stoffen ausgenommen sind, die als Verunreinigungen beziehungsweise stabilisierende Zusätze in geringen Mengen in den übrigen Inhaltsstoffen der Waschmittelzusammensetzung handelsüblicherweise enthalten sein können. Unter dem Begriff „wasserlöslich" soll dabei verstanden werden, daß sich der Builderblock bei der Konzentration, die sich durch die Einsatzmenge der ihn enthaltenden Waschmittelzusammensetzung bei den üblichen Bedingungen ergibt, rückstandsfrei löst. Vorzugsweise sind mindestens 15 Gew.-% und bis zu 55 Gew.-%, insbesondere 25 Gew.-% bis 50 Gew.-% an wasserlöslichem Builderblock in der erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzung enthalten. Dieser setzt sich vorzugsweise zusammen aus den Komponenten a) 5 Gew.-% bis 35 Gew.-% Citronensäure, Alkalicitrat und/oder Alkalicarbonat, welches auch zumindest anteilig durch Alkalihydrogencarbonat ersetzt sein kann, b) bis zu 10 Gew.-% Alkalisilikat mit einem Modul im Bereich von 1 ,8 bis 2,5, c) bis zu 2 Gew.-% Phosphonsäure und/oder Alkaliphosphonat, d) bis zu 50 Gew.-% Alkaliphosphat, und e) bis zu 10 Gew.-% polymerem Polycarboxylat, wobei die Mengenangaben sich auf die erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende Waschmittelzusammensetzung beziehen. Dies gilt auch für alle anderen Mengenangaben, sofern nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält der wasserlösliche Builderblock mindestens 2 der Komponenten b), c), d) und e) in Mengen größer 0 Gew.-%.
Hinsichtlich der Komponente a) sind in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform 15 Gew.-% bis 25 Gew.-% Alkalicarbonat, welches zumindest anteilig durch Alkalihydrogencarbonat ersetzt sein kann, und bis zu 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,5 Gew.-% bis 2,5 Gew.-% Citronensäure und/oder Alkalicitrat enthalten. In einer alternativen Ausführungsform sind als Komponente a) 5 Gew.-% bis 25 Gew.-%, insbesondere 5 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-% Citronensäure und/oder Alkalicitrat und bis zu 5 Gew.-% , insbesondere 1 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.-% Alkalicarbonat, welches zumindest anteilig durch Alkalihydrogencarbonat ersetzt sein kann, enthalten. Falls sowohl Alkalicarbonat wie auch Alkalihydrogencarbonat vorhanden sind, weist die Komponte a) Alkalicarbonat und Alkalihydrogencar-
bonat vorzugsweise im Gewichtsverhältnis von 10:1 bis 1 :1 auf.
Hinsichtlich der Komponente b) sind in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform 1 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.- % Alkalisilikat mit einem Modul im Bereich von 1 ,8 bis 2,5 enthalten.
Hinsichtlich der Komponente c) sind in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform 0,05 Gew.-% bis 1 Gew.-% Phosphonsäuren und/oder Alkaliphosphonat enthalten. Unter Phosphonsäuren werden dabei auch gegebenenfalls substituierte Alkyl- und Arylphosphonsäuren, wie beispielsweise Phenylphosphonsäure, verstanden, die auch mehrere Phosphonsäuregruppierungen aufweisen könne (sogenannte Polyphosphonsäuren). Bevorzugt werden sie ausgewählt aus den Hydroxy- und/oder Aminoalkylphosphonsäuren und/oder deren Alkalisalzen, wie zum Beispiel Dimethyl- aminomethandiphosphonsäure, 3-Aminopropan-1-hydroxy-1 ,1-diphosphonsäure, 1-Amino-1- phenyl-methandiphosphonsäure, 1-Hydroxyethan-1 ,1-diphosphonsäure (HEDP), Amino-tris(me- thylenphosphonsäure), und acylierte Derivate der phosphorigen Säure, die auch in beliebigen Mischungen eingesetzt werden können.
Hinsichtlich der Komponente d) sind in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform 15 Gew.-% bis 35 Gew.-% Alkaliphosphat, insbesondere Trinatriumpolyphosphat, enthalten. Alkaliphosphat ist dabei die summarische Bezeichnung für die Alkalimetall- (insbesondere Natrium- und Kalium-) - Salze der verschiedenen Phosphorsäuren, bei denen man Metaphosphorsäuren (HPO3)n und Orthophosphorsäure H3PO4 neben höhermolekularen Vertretern unterscheiden kann. Die Phosphate vereinen dabei mehrere Vorteile in sich: Sie wirken als Alkaliträger, verhindern Kalkbeläge auf Maschinenteilen beziehungsweise Kalkinkrustationen in Geweben und tragen überdies zur Reinigungsleistung bei. Natriumdihydrogenphosphat, NaH2PO4, existiert als Dihydrat (Dichte 1 ,91 gern"3, Schmelzpunkt 6O0C) und als Monohydrat (Dichte 2,04 gern"3). Beide Salze sind weiße, in Wasser sehr leicht lösliche Pulver, die beim Erhitzen das Kristallwasser verlieren und bei 2000C in das schwach saure Diphosphat (Dinatriumhydrogendiphosphat, Na2H2P2O7), bei höherer Temperatur in Natiumtrimetaphosphat (Na3P3O9) und Madrellsches Salz übergehen. NaH2PO4 reagiert sauer; es entsteht, wenn Phosphorsäure mit Natronlauge auf einen pH-Wert von 4,5 eingestellt und die Maische versprüht wird. Kaliumdihydrogenphosphat (primäres oder einbasiges Kaliumphosphat, Kaliumbiphosphat, KDP), KH2PO4, ist ein weißes Salz der Dichte 2,33 gern'3, hat einen Schmelzpunkt 253° (Zersetzung unter Bildung von (KPO3)X, Kaliumpolyphosphat) und ist leicht löslich in Wasser. Dinatriumhydrogenphosphat (sekundäres Natriumphosphat), Na2HPO4, ist ein farbloses, sehr leicht wasserlösliches kristallines Salz. Es existiert wasserfrei und mit 2 Mol. (Dichte 2,066 gern'3, Wasserverlust bei 950C), 7 Mol. (Dichte 1 ,68 gern'3, Schmelzpunkt 480C unter Verlust von 5 H2O) und 12 Mol. Wasser (Dichte 1 ,52 gern'3, Schmelzpunkt 350C unter Verlust von 5 H2O), wird bei 1000C wasserfrei und geht bei stärkerem Erhitzen in das Diphosphat Na4P2O7 über. Dinatriumhydrogenphosphat wird durch Neutralisation von Phosphorsäure mit Sodalösung unter Verwendung von Phenolphthalein als Indikator hergestellt. Dikaliumhydrogenphosphat (sekundäres od. zweibasiges Kaliumphosphat), K2HPO4, ist ein amorphes, weißes Salz, das in Wasser
leicht löslich ist. Trinatriumphosphat, tertiäres Natriumphosphat, Na3PO4, sind farblose Kristalle, die als Dodecahydrat eine Dichte von 1 ,62 gern'3 und einen Schmelzpunkt von 73-760C (Zersetzung), als Decahydrat (entsprechend 19-20% P2O5) einen Schmelzpunkt von 1000C und in wasserfreier Form (entsprechend 39-40% P2O5) eine Dichte von 2,536 gern'3 aufweisen. Trinatriumphosphat ist in Wasser unter alkalischer Reaktion leicht löslich und wird durch Eindampfen einer Lösung aus genau 1 Mol Dinatriumphosphat und 1 Mol NaOH hergestellt. Trikaliumphosphat (tertiäres oder dreibasiges Kaliumphosphat), K3PO4, ist ein weißes, zerfließliches, körniges Pulver der Dichte 2,56 gern"3, hat einen Schmelzpunkt von 134O0C und ist in Wasser mit alkalischer Reaktion leicht löslich. Es entsteht z.B. beim Erhitzen von Thomasschlacke mit Kohle und Kaliumsulfat. Trotz des höheren Preises werden in der Reinigungsmittel-Industrie die leichter löslichen, daher hochwirksamen, Kaliumphosphate gegenüber entsprechenden Natrium-Verbindungen vielfach bevorzugt. Tetranatriumdiphosphat (Natriumpyrophosphat), Na4P2O7, existiert in wasserfreier Form (Dichte 2,534 gern'3, Schmelzpunkt 9880C, auch 88O0C angegeben) und als Decahydrat (Dichte 1 ,815-1 ,836 gern"3, Schmelzpunkt 94° unter Wasserverlust). Bei Substanzen sind farblose, in Wasser mit alkalischer Reaktion lösliche Kristalle. Na4P2O7 entsteht beim Erhitzen von Dinatriumphosphat auf >200°C oder indem man Phosphorsäure mit Soda im stöchiometrischem Verhältnis umsetzt und die Lösung durch Versprühen entwässert. Das Decahydrat komplexiert Schwermetall-Salze und Härtebildner und verringert daher die Härte des Wassers. Kaliumdiphosphat (Kaliumpyrophosphat), K4P2O7, existiert in Form des Trihydrats und stellt ein farbloses, hygroskopisches Pulver mit der Dichte 2,33 gern'3 dar, das in Wasser löslich ist, wobei der pH-Wert der 1 %igen Lösung bei 250C 10,4 beträgt. Durch Kondensation des NaH2PO4 beziehungsweise des KH2PO4 entstehen höhermolekulare Natrium- und Kaliumphosphate, bei denen man cyclische Vertreter, die Natrium- beziehungsweise Kaliummetaphosphatem und kettenförmige Typen, die Natrium- beziehungsweise Kaliumpolyphosphate, unterscheiden kann. Insbesondere für letztere sind eine Vielzahl von Bezeichnungen in Gebrauch: Schmelz- oder Glühphosphate, Grahamsches Salz, Kurrolsches und Madrellsches Salz. Alle höheren Natrium- und Kaliumphosphate werden gemeinsam als kondensierte Phosphate bezeichnet. Das technisch wichtige Pentanatriumtriphosphat, Na5P3O10 (Natriumtripolyphosphat), ist ein wasserfrei oder mit 6 H2O kristallisierendes, nicht hygroskopisches, weißes, wasserlösliches Salz der allgemeinen Formel NaO-[P(O)(ONa)-O]n-Na mit n=3. In 100 g Wasser lösen sich bei Zimmertemperatur etwa 17 g, bei 60° ca. 20 g, bei 100° rund 32 g des kristallwasserfreien Salzes; nach zweistündigem Erhitzen der Lösung auf 100° entstehen durch Hydrolyse etwa 8% Orthophosphat und 15% Diphosphat. Bei der Herstellung von Pentanatriumtriphosphat wird Phosphorsäure mit Sodalösung oder Natronlauge im stöchiometrischen Verhältnis zur Reaktion gebracht und die Lsg. durch Versprühen entwässert. Ähnlich wie Grahamsches Salz und Natriumdiphosphat löst Pentanatriumtriphosphat viele unlösliche Metall-Verbindungen (auch Kalkseifen usw.). Pentakaliumtriphosphat, K5P3Oi0 (Kaliumtripolyphosphat), kommt beispielsweise in Form einer 50 Gew.-%-igen Lösung (> 23% P2O5, 25% K2O) in den Handel. Die Kaliumpolyphosphate finden in der Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel-Industrie breite Verwendung. Weiter existieren auch Natriumkaliumtripolyphosphate, welche ebenfalls im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung
einsetzbar sind. Diese entstehen beispielsweise, wenn man Natriumtrimetaphosphat mit KOH hydrolysiert:
(NaPOs)3 + 2 KOH ■* Na3K2P3O10 + H2O
Diese sind genau wie Natriumtripolyphosphat, Kaliumtripolyphosphat oder Mischungen aus diesen beiden einsetzbar; auch Mischungen aus Natriumtripolyphosphat und Natriumkaliumtripolyphos- phat oder Mischungen aus Kaliumtripolyphosphat und Natriumkaliumtripolyphosphat oder Gemische aus Natriumtripolyphosphat und Kaliumtripolyphosphat und Natriumkaliumtripolyphosphat sind einsetzbar.
Hinsichtlich der Komponente e) sind in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform 1 ,5 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.-% polymeres Polycarboxylat, insbesondere ausgewählt aus den Polymerisations- beziehungsweise Copolymerisationsprodukten von Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure und/oder Maleinsäure enthalten. Unter diesen sind die Homopolymere der Acrylsäure und unter diesen wiederum solche mit einer mittleren Molmasse im Bereich von 5 000 D bis 15 000 D (PA-Standard) besonders bevorzugt.
Als verwendbare Enzyme kommen insbesondere solche aus der Klasse der Proteasen, Lipasen, Cutinasen, Amylasen, Pullulanasen, Mannanasen, Cellulasen, Hemicellulasen, Xylanasen und Peroxidasen sowie deren Gemische in Frage, beispielsweise Proteasen wie BLAP®, Optimase®, Opticlean®, Maxacal®, Maxapem®, Alcalase®, Esperase®, Savinase®, Durazym® und/oder Purafect® OxP, Amylasen wie Termamyl®, Amylase-LT®, Maxamyl®, Duramyl® und/oder Purafect® OxAm, Lipasen wie Lipolase®, Lipomax®, Lumafast® und/oder Lipozym®, Cellulasen wie Celluzyme® und/oder Carezyme®. Besonders geeignet sind aus Pilzen oder Bakterien, wie Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Streptomyces griseus, Humicola lanuginosa, Humicola insolens, Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes oder Pseudomonas cepacia gewonnene enzymatische Wirkstoffe. Die gegebenenfalls verwendeten Enzyme können an Trägerstoffen adsorbiert und/oder in Hüllsubstanzen eingebettet sein, um sie gegen vorzeitige Inaktivierung zu schützen. Sie sind in einer erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzung vorzugsweise in Mengen bis zu 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 0,2 Gew.-% bis 2 Gew.-%, enthalten, wobei besonders bevorzugt gegen oxidativen Abbau stabilisierte Enzyme eingesetzt werden.
Zur Einstellung eines gewünschten, sich beim Zugeben von Wasser zu dem erfindungsgemäßen Waschzusatzartikel nicht von selbst ergebenden pH-Werts, der im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren vorzugsweise im Bereich von 5 bis 12, insbesondere 7 bis 11 und besonders bevorzugt 8 bis 10 (bezogen auf die Waschlauge) liegt, können die erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzungen System- und umweltverträgliche Säuren, insbesondere Citronensäure, Essigsäure, Weinsäure, Äpfelsäure, Milchsäure, Glykolsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glutarsäure und/oder Adipinsäure, aber auch Mineralsäuren, insbesondere Schwefelsäure, oder
Basen, insbesondere Ammonium- oder Alkalihydroxide, enthalten. Derartige pH-Regulatoren sind vorzugsweise nicht über 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 1 ,2 Gew.-% bis 17 Gew.-%, enthalten.
Schmutzablösevermögende Polymere, die oft als "Soil Release"-Wirkstoffe oder wegen ihres Vermögens, die behandelte Oberfläche, zum Beispiel der Faser, schmutzabstoßend auszurüsten, als "Soil Repellents" bezeichnet werden, sind beispielsweise nichtionische oder kationische Cellulose- derivate. Zu den insbesondere polyesteraktiven schmutzablösevermögenden Polymeren gehören Copolyester aus Dicarbonsäuren, beispielsweise Adipinsäure, Phthalsäure oder Terephthalsäure, Diolen, beispielsweise Ethylenglykol oder Propylenglykol, und Polydiolen, beispielsweise Polyethy- lenglykol oder Polypropylenglykol. Zu den bevorzugt eingesetzten schmutzablösevermögenden Polyestern gehören solche Verbindungen, die formal durch Veresterung zweier Monomerteile zugänglich sind, wobei das erste Monomer eine Dicarbonsäure HOOC-Ph-COOH und das zweite Monomer ein Diol HO-(CHR21-)aOH, das auch als polymeres Diol H-(O-(CHR21-)a)bOH vorliegen kann, ist. Darin bedeutet Ph einen o-, m- oder p-Phenylenrest, der 1 bis 4 Substituenten, ausgewählt aus Alkylresten mit 1 bis 22 C-Atomen, Sulfonsäuregruppen, Carboxylgruppen und deren Mischungen, tragen kann, R21 Wasserstoff, einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 22 C-Atomen und deren Mischungen, a eine Zahl von 2 bis 6 und b eine Zahl von 1 bis 300. Vorzugsweise liegen in den aus diesen erhältlichen Polyestern sowohl Monomerdioleinheiten -O-(CHR21-)aO- als auch Polymerdiol- einheiten -(O-(CHR21-)a)bO- vor. Das molare Verhältnis von Monomerdioleinheiten zu Polymer- dioleinheiten beträgt vorzugsweise 100:1 bis 1 :100, insbesondere 10:1 bis 1 :10. In den Polymer- dioleinheiten liegt der Polymerisationsgrad b vorzugsweise im Bereich von 4 bis 200, insbesondere von 12 bis 140. Das Molekulargewicht beziehungsweise das mittlere Molekulargewicht oder das Maximum der Molekulargewichtsverteilung bevorzugter schmutzablösevermögender Polyester liegt im Bereich von 250 bis 100 000, insbesondere von 500 bis 50 000. Die dem Rest Ph zugrundeliegende Säure wird vorzugsweise aus Terephtalsäure, Isophthalsäure, Phthalsäure, Trimellithsäure, Mellithsäure, den Isomeren der Sulfophthalsäure, Sulfoisophthalsäure und Sulfoterephtalsäure sowie deren Gemischen ausgewählt. Sofern deren Säuregruppen nicht Teil der Esterbindungen im Polymer sind, liegen sie vorzugsweise in Salzform, insbesondere als Alkali- oder Ammoniumsalz vor. Unter diesen sind die Natrium- und Kaliumsalze besonders bevorzugt. Gewünschtenfalls können statt des Monomers HOOC-Ph-COOH geringe Anteile, insbesondere nicht mehr als 10 Mol-% bezogen auf den Anteil an Ph mit der oben gegebenen Bedeutung, anderer Säuren, die mindestens zwei Carboxylgruppen aufweisen, im schmutzablösevermögenden Polyester enthalten sein. Zu diesen gehören beispielsweise Alkylen- und Alkenylendicarbonsäuren wie Malonsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Fumarsäure, Maleinsäure, Glutarsäure, Adipinsäure, Pimelinsäure, Korksäure, Azelainsäure und Sebacinsäure. Zu den bevorzugten Diolen HO-(CHR21-)aOH gehören solche, in denen R21 Wasserstoff und a eine Zahl von 2 bis 6 ist, und solche, in denen a den Wert 2 aufweist und R21 unter Wasserstoff und den Alkylresten mit 1 bis 10, insbesondere 1 bis 3 C-Atomen ausgewählt wird. Unter den letztgenannten Diolen sind solche der Formel HO-CH2-CHR21-OH, in der R21 die obengenannte Bedeutung besitzt, besonders bevorzugt. Beispiele für Diolkomponenten sind Ethylenglykol, 1 ,2-Propylenglykol, 1 ,3-Propylenglykol, 1 ,4-Butandiol, 1 ,5-Pentandiol, 1 ,6-Hexandiol, 1 ,8-
Octandiol, 1 ,2-Decandiol, 1 ,2-Dodecandiol und Neopentylglykol. Besonders bevorzugt unter den polymeren Diolen ist Polyethylenglykol mit einer mittleren Molmasse im Bereich von 1000 bis 6000. Gewünschtenfalls können diese Polyester auch endgruppenverschlossen sein, wobei als Endgruppen Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 22 C-Atomen und Ester von Monocarbonsäuren in Frage kommen. Den über Esterbindungen gebundenen Endgruppen können Alkyl-, Alkenyl- und Arylmonocarbonsäuren mit 5 bis 32 C-Atomen, insbesondere 5 bis 18 C-Atomen, zugrundeliegen. Zu diesen gehören VaIe- riansäure, Capronsäure, Önanthsäure, Caprylsäure, Pelargonsäure, Caprinsäure, Undecansäure, Undecensäure, Laurinsäure, Lauroleinsäure, Tridecansäure, Myristinsäure, Myristoleinsäure, Pentadecansäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Petroselinsäure, Petroselaidinsäure, Ölsäure, Linolsäure, Linolaidinsäure, Linolensäure, Eläostearinsäure, Arachinsäure, Gadoleinsäure, Arachi- donsäure, Behensäure, Erucasäure, Brassidinsäure, Clupanodonsäure, Lignocerinsäure, Cerotin- säure, Melissinsäure, Benzoesäure, die 1 bis 5 Substituenten mit insgesamt bis zu 25 C-Atomen, insbesondere 1 bis 12 C-Atomen tragen kann, beispielsweise tert.-Butylbenzoesäure. Den Endgruppen können auch Hydroxymonocarbonsäuren mit 5 bis 22 C-Atomen zugrundeliegen, zu denen beispielsweise Hydroxyvaleriansäure, Hydroxycapronsäure, Ricinolsäure, deren Hydrierungsprodukt Hydroxystearinsäure sowie o-, m- und p-Hydroxybenzoesäure gehören. Die Hydroxymonocarbonsäuren können ihrerseits über ihre Hydroxylgruppe und ihre Carboxylgruppe miteinander verbunden sein und damit mehrfach in einer Endgruppe vorliegen. Vorzugsweise liegt die Anzahl der Hydroxymonocarbonsäureeinheiten pro Endgruppe, das heißt ihr Oligomerisierungsgrad, im Bereich von 1 bis 50, insbesondere von 1 bis 10. In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung werden Polymere aus Ethylenterephthalat und Polyethylenoxid-terephthalat, in denen die PoIy- ethylenglykol-Einheiten Molgewichte von 750 bis 5000 aufweisen und das Molverhältnis von Ethylenterephthalat zu Polyethylenoxid-terephthalat 50:50 bis 90:10 beträgt, allein oder in Kombination mit Cellulosederivaten verwendet.
Zu den für den Einsatz in erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzungen in Frage kommenden Farbübertragungsinhibitoren gehören insbesondere Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polyvinylimidazole, polymere N-Oxide wie Poly-(vinylpyridin-N-oxid) und Co- polymere von Vinylpyrrolidon mit Vinylimidazol und gegebenenfalls weiteren Monomeren. Zusätzlich zu oder statt ihnen kann das textile Substrat vor dem Aufbringen der Waschmittelzusammensetzung mit Farbfänger beaufschlagt worden sein.
Eine erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende Waschmittelzusammensetzung kann Knitterschutzmittel enthalten, da die zu waschende Wäsche, insbesondere wenn sie aus Reyon, Wolle, Baumwolle und deren Mischungen besteht beziehungsweise diese enthält, zum Knittern neigen kann, weil die Einzelfasern gegen Durchbiegen, Knicken, Pressen und Quetschen quer zur Faserrichtung empfindlich sind. Hierzu zählen beispielsweise synthetische Produkte auf der Basis von Fettsäuren, Fettsäureestern, Fettsäureamiden, -alkylolestern, -alkylolamiden oder Fettalkoholen, die meist mit Ethylenoxid umgesetzt sind, oder Produkte auf der Basis von Lecithin oder modifizierter Phosphorsäureester.
Vergrauungsinhibitoren haben die Aufgabe, den von der der Textilfaser abgelösten Schmutz in der Flotte suspendiert zu halten. Hierzu sind wasserlösliche Kolloide meist organischer Natur geeignet, beispielsweise Stärke, Leim, Gelatine, Salze von Ethercarbonsäuren oder Ethersulfonsäuren der Stärke oder der Cellulose oder Salze von sauren Schwefelsäureestern der Cellulose oder der Stärke. Auch wasserlösliche, saure Gruppen enthaltende Polyamide sind für diesen Zweck geeignet. Weiterhin lassen sich andere als die obengenannten Stärkederivate verwenden, zum Beispiel Aldehydstärken. Bevorzugt werden Celluloseether, wie Carboxymethylcellulose (Na-SaIz), Methyl- cellulose, Hydroxyalkylcellulose und Mischether, wie Methylhydroxyethylcellulose, Methylhydroxy- propylcellulose, Methylcarboxymethylcellulose und deren Gemische, beispielsweise in Mengen von 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzungen, eingesetzt.
Eine erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende Waschmittelzusammensetzung kann optische Aufheller, unter diesen insbesondere Derivate der Diaminostilbendisulfonsäure beziehungsweise deren Alkalimetallsalze, enthalten. Geeignet sind zum Beispiel Salze der 4,4'-Bis(2- anilino-4-morpholino-1 ,3,5-triazinyl-6-amino)stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure oder gleichartig aufgebaute Verbindungen, die anstelle der Morpholino-Gruppe eine Diethanolaminogruppe, eine Methylami- nogruppe, eine Anilinogruppe oder eine 2-Methoxyethylaminogruppe tragen. Weiterhin können Aufheller vom Typ der substituierten Diphenylstyryle anwesend sein, zum Beispiel die Alkalisalze des 4,4'-Bis(2-sulfostyryl)-diphenyls, 4,4'-Bis(4-chlor-3-sulfostyryl)-diphenyls, oder 4-(4-Chlorstyryl)- 4'-(2-sulfostyryl)-diphenyls. Auch Gemische der vorgenannten optischen Aufheller können verwendet werden.
Insbesondere beim Einsatz in maschinellen Wasch- und Reinigungsverfahren kann es von Vorteil sein, einer erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzung übliche Schauminhibitoren zuzusetzen. Als Schauminhibitoren eignen sich beispielsweise Seifen natürlicher oder synthetischer Herkunft, die einen hohen Anteil an C18-C24-Fettsäuren aufweisen. Geeignete nichttensidartige Schauminhibitoren sind beispielsweise Organopolysiloxane und deren Gemische mit mikrofeiner, gegebenenfalls signierter Kieselsäure sowie Paraffine, Wachse, Mikrokristallinwachse und deren Gemische mit silanierter Kieselsäure oder Bisfettsäure- alkylendiamiden. Mit Vorteilen werden auch Gemische aus verschiedenen Schauminhibitoren verwendet, zum Beispiel solche aus Silikonen, Paraffinen oder Wachsen. Vorzugsweise sind die Schauminhibitoren, insbesondere Silikon- und/oder Paraffin-haltige Schauminhibitoren, an eine granuläre, in Wasser lösliche beziehungsweise dispergierbare Trägersubstanz gebunden. Insbesondere sind dabei Mischungen aus Paraffinen und Bistearylethylendiamid bevorzugt.
In erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringenden Waschmittelzusammensetzungen können außerdem Wirkstoffe zur Vermeidung des Anlaufens von Gegenständen aus Silber, sogenannte Silberkorrosionsinhibitoren, eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugte Silberkorrosionsschutzmittel sind organische Disulfide, zweiwertige Phenole, dreiwertige Phenole, gegebenenfalls alkyl- oder
aminoalkylsubstituierte Triazole wie Benzotriazol sowie Cobalt-, Mangan-, Titan-, Zirkonium-, Hafnium-, Vanadium- oder Cersalze und/oder -komplexe, in denen die genannten Metalle in einer der Oxidationsstufen II, IM, IV, V oder VI vorliegen.
Eine erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende Waschmittelzusammensetzung kann zur Verstärkung der Desinfektionswirkung gegenüber speziellen Keimen zusätzlich zu den bisher genannten Inhaltsstoffen übliche antimikrobielle Wirkstoffe enthalten. Derartige antimikro- bielle Zusatzstoffe sind vorzugsweise in Mengen nicht über 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 0,1 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.-%, enthalten.
Als Duftstoffe beziehungsweise Parfümöle können einzelne Riechstoffverbindungen, z.B. die synthetischen Produkte vom Typ der Ester, Ether, Aldehyde, Ketone, Alkohole und Kohlenwasserstoffe verwendet werden. Bevorzugt werden jedoch Mischungen verschiedener Riechstoffe verwendet, die gemeinsam eine ansprechende Duftnote erzeugen. Solche Parfümöle können auch natürliche Riechstoffgemische enthalten, wie sie aus pflanzlichen Quellen zugänglich sind.
Um den ästhetischen Eindruck des Waschzusatzartikels zu verbessern, kann er beziehungsweise die auf ihn aufgebrachte(n) Waschmittelzusammensetzung(en) mit geeigneten Farbstoffen eingefärbt werden. Bevorzugte Farbstoffe, deren Auswahl dem Fachmann keinerlei Schwierigkeit bereitet, besitzen eine hohe Lagerstabilität und Unempfindlichkeit gegenüber den übrigen Inhaltsstoffen der Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel und gegen Licht sowie keine ausgeprägte Substantivität gegenüber Textilfasern, um diese nicht anzufärben.
Bevorzugt ist, wenn eine erfindungsgemäß auf das textile Substrat aufzubringende Waschmittelzusammensetzung, welche insbesondere nicht die bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung ist, einen Wäschepflegewirkstoff, insbesondere einen textilweichmachenden Wirkstoff, besonders bevorzugt ein obengenanntes Esterquat, enthält.
Erfindungsgemäße Waschzusatzartikel können in maschinellen oder manuellen Waschverfahren eingesetzt werden, aber auch als Waschmitteladditive und/oder als Wäsche- beziehungsweise Textilvor- oder -nachbehandlungsmittel zum Einsatz kommen. In bevorzugten Ausführungsformen werden erfindungsgemäße Waschzusatzartikel als alleiniges Waschmittel oder zusammen mit einem üblichen Waschmittel eingesetzt. Letzteres ist vor allem dann sinnvoll, wenn der Anwender das übliche Waschmittel in seiner Bleichleistung verbessern will. Bei der Wäschevorbehandlung werden die erfindungsgemäßen Waschzusatzartikel insbesondere eingesetzt, um die Entfernung von verkrustetem Schmutz oder Flecken, insbesondere „Problemflecken", wie Kaffee, Tee, Rotwein, Gras, oder Fruchtsaft, zu verbessern, die durch Waschen mit üblichen Textilwaschmitteln nur schwierig zu entfernen, aber einem oxidativen Angriff zugänglich sind.
Beispiele
Durch Zusammenschmelzen der in den beiden nachfolgenden Tabellen 1 und 2 angegebenen schmelzbaren Bestandteile und Dispergieren der festen Bestandteile wurden zwei Schmelzen der folgenden Zusammensetzungen erzeugt:

15 g von Rezeptur A und 5 g von Rezeptur B wurden auf ein Vlies (Polyester Fa. HDK) der Größe 177 mm x 90 mm gegossen, verteilt und erstarren gelassen. Das fertig beschichtete Tuch besaß noch eine gute Flexibilität und wurde in Waschversuchen auf seine Leistung im Vergleich zu anderen Waschmitteladditiven bei einer Waschtemperatur von 2O0C in Gegenwart eines handelsüblichen Flüssigwaschmittels (das in einer Menge von 77 g pro Waschvorgang eingesetzt wurde) bewertet. Dabei wurde zum Vergleich ein handelsübliches Fleckengel tensidgleich zum verwendeten Tuch eingesetzt; ein handelsübliches percarbonathaltiges Fleckensalz wurde in einer Menge, dass sich im Waschgang im Vergleich zum Tuch die doppelte Menge an Percarbonat ergab, eingesetzt. Außerdem wurde die Leistung der bei den Waschmitteladditiv-Tests eingesetzten handelsüblichen Flüssigwaschmittelbasis (abgekürzt FWM in der Tabelle) auch alleine bestimmt. Zur Leistungsermittlung wurde die Remission von standardisiert angeschmutzten Textilproben (B: 4 bleichbare Anschmutzungen; E: 3 enzymatisch entfernbare Anschmutzungen; F: 3 Fett/Pigment-Anschmutzungen) ermittelt.

Man erkennt, dass das erfindungsgemäße Tuch im Mittelwert eine zum höher dosierten Fleckensalz vergleichbare Leistung zeigte. Im Vergleich zum tensidgleich eingesetzten Fleckengel war das erfindungsgemäße Tuch in allen Dimensionen überlegen.
Claims
1. Beschichteter textiler Waschzusatzartikel, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt.
2. Artikel nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das textile Substrat ein nicht-gewebter Vliesstoff oder ein gewebtes Material ist.
3. Artikel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das textile Substrat zumindest an Teilen seiner Oberfläche mit Farbfänger beaufschlagt ist.
4. Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung 10 Gew.-% bis 80 Gew.-%, insbesondere 40 Gew.-% bis 70 Gew.-% Bleichmittel enthält.
5. Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine oder mehrere bleichmittelfreie weitere Waschmittelzusammensetzung(en) neben, unter oder über der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung auf dem textilen Substrat vorliegt/vorliegen.
6. Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bezogen auf die Summe der auf dem textilen Substrat vorliegenden Waschmittelzusammensetzungen die Menge der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung 10 Gew.-% bis 100 Gew.-%, insbesondere 40 Gew.-% bis 80 Gew.-% beträgt.
7. Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Waschmittelzusammensetzung Bleichaktivator und/oder bleichverstärkenden Übergangsmetallkomplex enthält.
8. Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Waschmittelzusammensetzung, einen Wäschepflegewirkstoff, insbesondere einen textilweichmachenden Wirkstoff, enthält.
9. Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine oder mehreren bleichmittelfreie(n) weitere(n) Waschmittelzusammensetzung(en) eine Farbe aufweist/aufweisen, die von der Farbe der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelzusammensetzung verschieden ist.
10. Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das textile Substrat und damit der Waschzusatzartikel eine Oberfläche (bezogen auf eine Seite) von 40 cm2 bis 800 cm2 aufweist.
11. Artikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich insgesamt 0,001 g/cm2 bis 1 g/cm2, insbesondere 0,01 g/cm2 bis 0,1 g/cm2 Waschmittelzusammensetzung auf dem textilen Substrat befinden.
12. Verwendung eines Waschzusatzartikels gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 zum Waschen von Wäsche
13. Verfahren zum maschinellen oder manuellen Waschen von Wäsche unter Einsatz eines beschichteten textilen Waschzusatzartikels, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt.
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Anwesenheit von Wäschepflegewirkstoff in dem Waschzusatzartikel das wasserunlösliche textile Substrat nach dem Waschvorgang zusammen mit der gewaschenen Wäsche in einen automatischen Wäschetrockner überführt wird.
15. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines beschichteten textilen Waschzusatzartikels, umfassend ein wasserunlösliches textiles Substrat und eine bleichmittelhaltige Waschmittelzusammensetzung, die verfestigt auf dem Substrat vorliegt, umfassend die Schritte des Schmelzens einer Waschmittelzusammensetzung, des Einarbeitens eines Bleichmittels in die Waschmittelzusammensetzungsschmelze, des Bereitstellens eines textilen Substrates, des Aufbringens der bleichmittelhaltigen Waschmittelschmelze auf zumindest eine Zone des textilen Substrats, und des Zulassens des Abkühlens und Erhärtens der Schmelze auf dem Substrat.
