Definitions
- the present invention relates to a profile element, in particular a construction profile, for example, drywall, facade, plaster, screed or tile profile, with an in particular metallic or made of plastic elongated body in which at least one opening is formed. Furthermore, the invention is directed to a method for producing such a profile element.
- Profile elements of this type are known for example from WO 2004/055289 Al and can be used in particular as a C-shaped stand profiles for drywall.
- To produce the profile elements of the elongated body is provided for example with a predetermined pattern.
- two parallel longitudinal sections of the profile element can be pulled apart, in particular in a folding process, whereby a widening of the profile element takes place without additional material.
- the extended longitudinal sections are connected to each other via integrally formed with the longitudinal sections connecting elements.
- Corresponding cutting patterns are described in WO 2004/055289 A1, the content of which, in particular with regard to the cutting patterns described in this publication, is hereby explicitly included in the disclosure content of the present application.
- the opening comprises at least one edge formed transversely to the longitudinal extent of the body, which is at least partially formed by a bent portion of the body, that the bent portion together with an adjacent portion of the base body forms an at least double-layered region of the basic body and that, in order to increase the rigidity of the profile element transversely to its longitudinal extension, the bent-over section is connected to the adjacent section within the at least double-layered region.
- An inventively designed method for producing such a profile element is characterized in that in the body slits for folding out a portion of the body are introduced, that the portion for forming an opening in the body along a transverse to the longitudinal extent of the body, connecting the slots bend line is folded out and bent until the bent portion together with an adjacent portion of the body forms an at least double-layered region of the body, and that is connected to increase the stiffness of the profile element transversely to the longitudinal extent of the bent portion within the at least double-layered portion with the adjacent portion ,
- the reduced stiffness caused by the opening is compensated for by being located directly in the area a transverse to the longitudinal direction of the profile element extending edge of the opening at least a double-layered area is generated and the individual layers of this area are connected to each other, so that no displacement of the two layers against each other is possible.
- At least one of the layers is produced by a material section which, by folding out of the base body, forms at least one region of the opening.
- transverse is understood to mean any direction that does not extend exclusively in the longitudinal direction of the profile element.
- the transverse edge may be rectilinear or curved, as long as it extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the profile element at least in a partial region.
- the edge extends at least partially substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the body.
- a uniform bearing edge is provided for lines or the like to be led through the opening.
- the two-ply Rich perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the body so that the increased rigidity is achieved in an optimal manner in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the body.
- the bent-over section is connected to the adjacent section by a pressure joining method such as clinching or crimping, by clamping, crimping, pressing, welding, screwing, gluing or riveting.
- a shearing movement between the layers of the multi-layer area should be prevented with the chosen connection method, so that, for example, a bulging of the profile element is prevented.
- the edge is formed substantially over its entire length by the bent portion. This may be the case, for example, if the main body is not divided into two spaced-apart longitudinal sections by pulling apart or the folding process described above, but essentially forms a closed surface. In this case, after inserting corresponding slots in the base body defined by this slot portion of the
- a first part of the edge is formed by the bent portion.
- a second part of the edge adjoins the first part of the edge, which is formed by a non-bent portion of the base body.
- the non-bent portion may form at least a part of the adjacent portion of the base body.
- the first part of the edge can be formed by a single-layer bent portion, which is adjoined by at least a second part of the edge, which is formed by a double-layer bent-over section of the main body.
- bent-over section can form a double-layered region both with the first longitudinal section and with the second longitudinal section, wherein in both of these two-layered regions and in both double-layered regions the connection of the bent-over section to the respective adjacent sections can be established. to achieve increased rigidity.
- the basic body comprises two longitudinal sections which are spaced apart from one another and which run parallel to one another and, at a plurality of connecting points, are integral with the one another Formed longitudinal sections, the distance between the longitudinal sections each bridging connecting elements are interconnected, wherein the opening extends from one of the longitudinal sections over the distance to the other longitudinal section and the bent portion forms a distance between the longitudinal sections bridging portion of the edge.
- the opening comprises at least two correspondingly formed, in particular opposite edges.
- the profile element is designed as a C-profile, U-profile, L-profile, T-profile, H-profiles, hat profile or Z-profile.
- the profile element according to the invention can also be used for other suitable types of profiles.
- the edge is at least partially overlapped by a cover and in particular includes.
- the cover elements can not only overlap the support edge, but advantageously also be designed so that the entire peripheral edge of the opening overlaps and in particular is encompassed.
- the edge can be provided at least in regions with a bend, in particular a flanging. This can be done in particular as an alternative, but in principle in addition to the cover described. Also by a bend is achieved that, despite a possibly sharp-edged design of the edge, the support for guided through the opening lines is rounded. This in turn avoids damage to the elements passed through the opening.
- the opening may advantageously be designed as a passage opening, in particular for electrical lines, it is also possible in principle for the opening to fulfill a function deviating therefrom.
- the opening may, for example, also be used as an air passage opening or as a passage opening for other materials, such as e.g. Insulation materials are used.
- a stiffening of the profile element is achieved by the inventive design.
- a plurality of openings are provided, in particular in
- the openings can be present in particular at regular intervals.
- FIG. 1 shows a section of a strip-shaped material section with sectional patterns for producing a profile element designed according to the invention
- Fig. 2 shows an inventively designed C-profile
- Fig. 3 shows a detail of another strip-shaped
- FIG. 4 shows the element according to FIG. 3 after expansion
- FIG. 5 shows a further C-profile according to the invention designed with the cutting pattern according to FIG. 3, FIG.
- FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a Abdeckele- element
- FIGS. 10 to 13 show four different states during the production of a further embodiment of the invention.
- Fig. 1 shows an elongated, flat material portion 1, which may for example consist of metal, plastic or other suitable materials for producing a profile element according to the invention.
- the material section 1 comprises an elongated base body 2, which comprises a longitudinally extending base section 3 and two sections 4 adjoining the base section 3 laterally, which in each case run along a dashed line 6 in order to produce legs 5 (FIG. 2) 90 ° can be bent so that a shown in Fig. 2 stator profile 7 is generated.
- outer edge regions 8 of the sections 4 can again be angled relative to the legs 5 by 90 ° in order to produce a C-shaped upright profile 7 in this way.
- a plurality of slots 9, 10 are formed, of which the slots 9 extend in the longitudinal direction of the base body 2 and the slots 10 perpendicular thereto.
- the slots 9, 10 can be generated for example by rotary die cutting, laser cutting or any other suitable cutting or stamping process.
- bent portions 12 edges 14 of the openings 13 are respectively generated according to FIG. 2, which extend transversely and in particular perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the base body 2.
- the bent-over sections 12 of the main body 2 are bent over so far that they come into abutment flatly on adjacent sections 15 of the basic body 2, which are shown in FIG. 1 as hatched areas. Together with the adjacent sections 15, the bent-over sections 12 thus form double-layered regions 16 of the main body 2, which, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the main body 2, are each immediately adjacent to the openings 13.
- connecting means 17 designed as rivets are provided, for example, with which the bent-over sections 12 are firmly connected to the adjacent sections 15.
- the connecting means 17 By the connecting means 17 relative movements between the bent portions 12 and the adjacent portions 15 are prevented, whereby a stiffening of the base body 2 is achieved directly in the region of the openings 13, ie in the area weakened by the openings 13 in its rigidity.
- a stiffening effect it can be achieved, for example, that, when used as a stud profile, bending of the base section 3 is avoided in the case of a lateral load on the legs 5, as may occur, for example, when screwing in screws when attaching a planking.
- the openings 13 may be used to pass members such as electrical leads 18. Since the edges 14 are each formed by the bent portions 12, the edges 14 are not sharp-edged, but have a certain roundness. This avoids damage to the insulation of the electrical leads 18 resting on the edges 14.
- FIG. 3 shows a material section 19 with a main body 35, which has a multiplicity of slits 20 running obliquely and along the longitudinal extent of the material section 19.
- slits 20 running obliquely and along the longitudinal extent of the material section 19.
- slits 22 adjoining two obliquely extending slits 21 are formed in FIG. 3 and extend transversely to the longitudinal extent of the material section 19.
- Each of the slots 22 is followed by a slot 23 extending in the longitudinal direction of the material section 19, to which, in turn, a further slot 24 extending parallel to the respective slot 22 follows.
- the ends of the two slots 24 are in turn connected by a longitudinally extending slot 25.
- a further slot 26 extends in turn parallel to the slots 24 beyond their ends, with the end of the slot 26 in turn followed by two longitudinal slots 27, 28, each approximately at the level of Slits 24 end.
- the ends of the slots 27, 28 are connected to the slots 24 via dashed lines 29, 30, respectively, which represent kink lines 31, 32, as will be explained below.
- slots 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 sections 33, 34 of the base body 35 are limited, which can be bent along the fold lines 31, 32, as will be explained in more detail below.
- Slot-shaped openings 36 which extend in the longitudinal direction of the material section 19, are respectively formed in the sections 33, 34.
- tongue-shaped sections 37, 38 of the main body 35 are formed by the slots 22, 23 and 24, at the ends of tabs 39, 40 are formed.
- the main body 35 of the material section 19 is divided into two longitudinal sections 41, 42, which according to FIG. 4 transverse to the longitudinal extent of the material portion 19 can be pulled apart and in the extended state over one piece with the longitudinal sections 41, 42, the distance between the longitudinal sections 41, 42 respectively bridging connecting elements 43 are interconnected. From Fig. 4 it can be seen that by pulling apart and an additional bending of the sections 33, 34 along the fold lines 29, 30 between the longitudinal sections 41, 42, an opening 44 is formed, which limits in the longitudinal direction of the material portion 19 by edges 45, 46 is.
- a first part 47 of the edges 45, 46 is formed in each case by the bent over sections 33, 34, while a second part 48 of the edges 45, 46 adjoining it is formed by the non-bent tongue-shaped sections 37, 38.
- the bent-over portions 33, 34 lie, as described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, on adjacent portions 49, 50 of the main body 35, which are again shown in FIG. 3 as hatched areas.
- Further adjacent sections 51, 52 are formed by the ends of the tongue-shaped sections 37, 38, which after bending over the sections 33, 34, as well as the adjacent sections 49, 50, together with the bent portions 33, 34 double-layered areas 53, 54th of the main body 35 form.
- connection means 55, 56 are shown by way of example as riveted, but can also be designed as other suitable initially described connection means.
- the connecting means 56 are exemplified in Fig. 4 by the slot-shaped openings 36 and the tabs 39, 40 of the tongue-shaped sections 37, 38 formed.
- the tabs 39, 40 are bent over and inserted through the slot-shaped openings 36, as can be seen in FIG. Fig. 5 shows a C-shaped St S pro fil 57, which is made of a material portion 35 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the upright profile 57 comprises a plurality of openings 44 through which electrical lines 18 or other supply lines can be routed. Since the edges 45 of the openings 44 on which the electrical lines 18 abut, formed only in their right in Fig. 5 shown areas 58 by bending the portion 34 as a rounded edge, there is a danger that without additional protective measures through guided electrical lines 18 are damaged when they rest on the remaining area of the edge 45.
- the edge 45 may be provided with a bend 63, for example a curl.
- the edge 45 can be provided with a cover element 59.
- the cover member 59 may for example have the shape shown in Fig. 6 a sleeve with longitudinal slot. In this case, the cover element 59 can simply be plugged onto the edge 45 and either held by a corresponding clamping effect or additionally be squeezed or pressed. Since the top of the cover 59 is formed rounded, damage to the electric wire 18 is prevented in this way.
- the cover member may have different shapes and, for example, according to FIG. 7 to 9 may be formed as a hook-shaped cover member 60. By an extended, downwardly projecting portion 61 of the cover 60 is an additional attachment of the cover 60 on the body 35, for example, by riveting or other of the types of connection described above possible.
- the opening 44 can be covered over its entire circumference by a corresponding cover member 62.
- the cover member 62 thus forms an all-round eyelet, which covers the edge 45 and the adjoining edges of the opening 44 in a manner similar to the cover elements 59 and 60, respectively.
- the cover or the eyelet can also have rounded areas, so that ultimately a correspondingly rounded inner contour of the opening is achieved.
- a circular, an elliptical, an oval or even an angular shape with rounded corners can be achieved.
- even the openings themselves may have a corresponding rounded shape.
- the openings it is also possible for the openings to have an angular shape, as illustrated by way of example in FIG. 5, and a rounded inner contour only to be formed by correspondingly formed covering elements or eyelets, e.g. have a greater radial thickness at the corners than in the sections lying between the corners.
- FIG. 10 shows a further embodiment of the invention, in which the cutting pattern according to FIG. 3 is modified.
- FIGS. 10 to 13 show the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 3 to 5.
- Fig. 10 close to the slots 21 each transverse to the longitudinal extent of the material portion 19 extending slots 64 which each only up to the center line 65 of the material portion 19 and up to the level of the center formed by the inclined slots 20, 21 Cutting patterns in the upper and lower portions of the material portion 19 extend.
- one of the slots 64 extends starting from a slot 21 terminating on one side of the center line 65 and the other slot 64 starting from a slot 21 ending on the other side of the center line 65 in the direction of the center line 65.
- the slots 64 each adjoin one another along the center line 65 running slot 66 to which in turn an opposite parallel to the respective slot 64 extending further slot 67 connects.
- a slot 68 running perpendicular to the respective slot 67 is formed, which thus extends parallel to one another and parallel to the longitudinal extension of the material section 19.
- the centers of the two slots 68 are connected to each other via a slot 69 extending parallel to the slots 67.
- the slots 68 each extend beyond the slots 67 and terminate in inclined slots 70, which are connected to each other via broken lines 71 shown in broken lines.
- the ends of the slots 67 are also connected to the slots 68 by broken lines 72 shown in broken lines.
- each oblique extending slots 73 formed by the triangular holes 74 arise between the slots 68, 69 and 73, as can be seen in Fig. 10.
- Both the slanted slots 70 and the slanted slots 73 are only optional and prevent sharp corners from forming on the resulting profile element. Therefore, these slots can basically be omitted.
- the slots 70, 73 could be replaced, for example, by curved slots, so that ultimately rounded corners arise.
- first sections 75 are formed, to which adjoin between the fold lines 71 and 72 and the slots 68 and 70 bordered second sections 76. Furthermore, 71 third portions 77 are formed between the slots 66, 67, 68 and 70 and the fold lines.
- the portions 75 are each bent along the fold lines 72, whereby an opening 78 shown in Fig. 12 is generated.
- the sections 75 which have already been bent over once, together with the sections 76 and 77 now to be folded over the fold lines 71, are bent over a second time so that the opening 78 acquires its final size, as shown in FIG. 13.
- the bent portions 75, 76, 77 together with adjacent sections 79, 80 (see FIG. 10) of the main body 35 double- or three-layered areas 81, 82, 83, within which the bent portions 75, 76, 77 are connected to the adjacent sections 79, 80 by connecting means 84 .
- the connecting means 84 can again be designed in a variety of ways, as has already been described in detail in the context of this application.
- Bent lines 71 formed when bending the sections 76, 77 resulting buckling edges, so that these parts 85, 86 are formed as rounded edges. Additional cover elements or eyelets for the edges 87, 88 are therefore not essential. In principle, however, the cover elements and eyelets already described can also be used in this embodiment.
