Claims (18)
- Fachboden für ein Regal, wobei unterhalb der Fachbodenebene (7) zur Aussteifung an den Querseiten Abkantungen (3) und an den Längsseiten des Fachbodens (100) Längskanäle (2) vorgesehen sind, und unterseitig an dem Fachboden in wenigstens einem Eckbereich wenigstens eine mindestens teilweise in Diagonalrichtung verlaufende Zugstrebe vorgesehen ist, die mit dem Material des in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Kanals des Fachbodens verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Teilabschnitt der in Diagonalrichtung verlaufenden Zugstrebe (5) auf der Bodenebene (7) des Fachbodens senkrecht steht und dass die Zugstrebe eine Abkantung (6) bzw. Anformung in Richtung parallel zur Fachbodenebene (7) aufweist, welche mit der Bodenebene (7) des Fachbodens verbunden ist. - Fachboden für ein Regal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugstrebe (5) als an dem Blech des Längskanals (2) angeformter Lappen ausgebildet ist.
- Fachboden für ein Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugstrebe (5) wenigstens eine parallel zur Abkantung (3) des Fachbodens in Querrichtung verlaufende Abkantung (5a) aufweist, die vorzugsweise mit der Abkantung (3) verbunden ist.
- Fachboden für ein Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugstrebe (5) mit der Bodenebene (7) des Fachbodens und/oder mit der Abkantung (3) des Fachbodens, die in Querrichtung verläuft, verschweißt ist.
- Fachboden für ein Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanäle (2) des Fachbodens im wesentlichen geschlossene Kanäle mit vier Wänden sind.
- Fachboden für ein Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanäle (2) ein etwa M-förmiges Profil aufweisen.
- Fachboden für ein Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanäle (2) wenigstens eine Abkantung (2a) aufweisen, die parallel zur Bodenebene (7) des Fachbodens verläuft und vorzugsweise mit dieser verbunden ist.
- Fachboden für ein Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Abkantungen (3) der Querseiten endseitig Abkantungen (8) in Richtung der Längskanäle (2) vorgesehen sind, die vorzugsweise mit Verlängerungen (9) der Längskanäle (2) verbunden sind, oder dass Verlängerungen (9) der Längskanäle endseitig in Richtung auf die Abkantungen (3) der Querseiten rechtwinklig abgekantet sind und mit den Abkantungen (3) verbunden sind.
- Fachboden für ein Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fachböden zur Vermeidung der Durchbiegung Unterzüge (14) aufweisen, die vorzugsweise in Querrichtung unterhalb der Bodenebene (7) verlaufen.
- Fachboden für ein Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterzüge (14) Enden (14a) aufweisen, die in eine Schlitzung (13) der Längskanäle (2) einsteckbar sind.
- Fachboden für ein Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterzüge (14) endseitig aus dem Material ausgeprägte Nocken (15) aufweisen, die nach Einschieben in die Schlitzung (13) hinter der Wandung der Längskanäle (2) verrastbar sind.
- Regal umfassend Eckpfosten (19) sowie wenigstens einen Fachboden (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
- Regal nach Anspruch 12, umfassend wenigstens einen Fachboden (20) mit in den Eckbereichen angeordneten Versteifungsblechen (18), die an den Eckpfosten (19) einerseits und an Abkantungen der Längsseite oder Querseite des Fachbodens befestigbar, vorzugsweise anschraubbar sind.
- Regal nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsbleche etwa eine Winkelform aufweisen.
- Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsbleche (18) mit integrierten Gewinden bzw. Muttern (18a) versehen sind und von der Außenseite der Fachböden bzw. Eckpfosten (19) her befestigbar sind.
- Regal nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsbleche (18) Einstanzmuttern (18a), Anschweißmuttern, Einpressmuttern, Käfigmuttern oder direkt im Blech eingeformte Gewinde aufweisen.
- Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses innerhalb eines Grundregals (22) übereinander liegende Fachböden (20) mit Versteifungsblechen (18) bzw. Fachböden (21) ohne Versteifungsbleche (18) aufweist.
- Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses aus einem Grundregal (22) mit mehreren übereinander liegenden Fachböden (20, 21) und Eckpfosten (19) und einem dieses in Längsrichtung der Fachböden verlängernden Anbauregal (23) mit weiteren übereinander liegenden Fachböden (20, 21) und wenigstens zwei weiteren Eckpfosten (19) besteht.
