Claims (15)
- Warmgeformter Behälter, der bestimmt ist, eine flüssige oder pastöse Substanz abzugeben, wobei der Behälter umfasst:eine starre Hülle, die sich unter der von einem Benutzer ausgeübten Aktion verformt, wobei die Hülle einen Vorratsbehälter (1) bildet, wobei der Vorratsbehälter die flüssige oder pastöse Substanz enthält,eine zerreißbare, zerbrechbare oder zerschneidbare Trennzone (6), die bestimmt ist, einen Applikator (3) für die Ausgabe der flüssigen oder pastösen Substanz aus dem Behälter freizugeben, undeine Greifzone (5), umfassend einen Austrittsweg (7) der flüssigen oder pastösen Substanz,wobei der Behälter nichtwiederverschließbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austrittsweg (7) von einer engen, nicht verschlossenen Kontaktzone zwischen einem Bodenkomplex (9) einer warmformbaren starren ersten Folie und einem Deckelkomplex (10) einer elastischen zweiten Folie gebildete ist, wobei die erste und zweite Folie zwei unterschiedliche Materialien bilden, wobei die Kontaktzone von einer verschlossenen Zone (4) des ersten und zweiten Komplexes begrenzt ist, so dass:der Austrittsweg (7) bei Abwesenheit eines von dem Benutzer ausgeübten Drucks natürlich verschlossen ist, so dass der Austritt der flüssigen oder pastösen Substanz nach dem Öffnen des Behälters blockiert ist,die Verformung des Vorratsbehälters unter der Aktion des von dem Benutzer ausgeübten Drucks die flüssige oder pastöse Substanz in Richtung des Applikators (3) durch den Austrittsweg (7) befördert, undder Austrittsweg (7) durch Verformen des elastischen Teils des Austrittswegs (7) geöffnet wird, was das Austreten der flüssigen oder pastösen Substanz erlaubt.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Öffnen des Behälters vor seiner Benutzung durch Durchtrennen der Trennzone der Benutzer eine Kompression auf den Austrittsweg ausübt, der von der nicht verschlossenen Kontaktzone und engen Kontakts zwischen dem Bodenkomplex (9) und dem Deckelkomplex (10), welcher den Austritt der flüssigen oder pastösen Substanz verhindert, gebildet ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sein Nennvolumen zwischen 0,50 und 4,02 ml inklusive beträgt.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (3) keine scharfe Kante aufweist.
- Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennzone (6) durch ein lösbares Etikett (8) verstärkt ist.
- Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennzone (6) durch eine gerade oder konvexe Trennlinie geschwächt ist.
- Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifzone (5) mindestens zwei durch die Trennzone (6) getrennte Greifohren (51, 52) umfasst.
- Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verstärkungen (12) beiderseits und in der Nähe des Austrittswegs (7) angeordnet sind.
- Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorratsbehälter (1) als flüssige oder pastöse Substanz eine Zusammensetzung umfasst, die mindestens ein Wirkstoffprinzip umfasst, das aus dem Fipronil, dem Pyriproxyfen, dem Imidacloprid, dem Permethrin, dem Nitenpyram, herangezogen allein oder im Gemisch, ausgewählt ist.
- Verwendung eines Behälters nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche für eine pharmazeutische oder tierärztliche Anwendung.
- Verwendung eines Behälters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 für eine Lebensmittel- oder kosmetische Anwendung.
- Verwendung eines nichtwiederverschließbaren Behälters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Öffnen des Behälters ein Benutzer:- den Austritt der flüssigen oder pastösen Substanz durch Ausüben einer Kompression auf den Austrittsweg verhindert, der von der nicht verschlossenen Kontaktzone und engen Kontakts zwischen dem Bodenkomplex (9) und dem Deckelkomplex (10) gebildet ist, und- die Trennzone (6) zerbricht, zerreißt oder zerschneidet, um einen Applikator (3) freizugeben,und dass, nach dem Öffnen des Behälters, der Austrittsweg (7) bei Abwesenheit eines von dem Benutzer ausgeübten Drucks natürlich verschlossen ist und sich durch Verformen des elastischen Teils des Austrittswegs (7) öffnet, was das Austreten der flüssigen oder pastösen Substanz unter der Wirkung des Drucks, der von dem Benutzer auf den Vorratsbehälter (1) ausgeübt wird, erlaubt, durch den die flüssige oder pastöse Substanz in Richtung des Applikators (3) durch den Austrittsweg (7) befördert wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines nichtwiederverschließbaren warmgeformten Behälters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, umfassend:- einen Schritt des Verschließens eines warmgeformten starren Teils und eines elastischen Teils, um einen Vorratsbehälter (1) zu bilden, wobei eine Greifzone (5) einen Austrittsweg (7) der flüssigen oder pastösen Substanz umfasst und einen Applikator (3) durch Kleben, Warmschweißen, Diamantpunktschweißen oder durch Flachschweißen eines Bodenkomplexes (9) mit einem Deckelkomplex (10),und einen Schritt des Schneidens, um die endgültige Form zu erhalten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austrittsweg (7) von einer zwischen dem Bodenkomplex (9) mit dem Deckelkomplex (10) nicht verschlossenen engen Kontaktzone gebildet ist und bei Abwesenheit eines von dem Benutzer auf den Vorratsbehälter ausgeübten Drucks natürlich verschlossen ist, so dass der Austritt der flüssigen oder pastösen Substanz nach dem Öffnen des Behälters blockiert ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Verschließens eines warmgeformten starren Teils und eines elastischen Teils durch Warmschweißen zwischen dem warmgeformten Bodenkomplex (9) im Bereich des Vorratsbehälters (1) und des Deckelkomplexes (10) durchgeführt wird.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der warmgeformte Bodenkomplex (9) von einer starren Folie gebildet ist, die aus einem Material besteht, das aus dem Polypropylen (PP), dem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC), dem Polyvinylidenchlorid, dem Cycloolefin-Copolymer (COC), dem Polychlortrifluorethylen (PCTFE) oder ihren Derivaten, herangezogen allein oder im Gemisch, besteht, und dass der Deckelkomplex (10) eine elastische Folie ist, die aus einem Material besteht, das aus dem Polyethylenterephtalat (PET), dem Polyamid, dem Aluminium oder dem Polyacrylnitril oder ihren Derivaten, herangezogen allein oder im Gemisch, besteht.
