Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels.
  • Back-Pinsel sind aus dem Stand der Technik allgemein bekannt. Die Reinigung der Back-Pinsel ist im Allgemeinen sehr beschwerlich. Beispielsweise lassen sich Fett-Rückstände von den Auftrags-Borsten nach Benutzung der Back-Pinsel kaum bzw. nur sehr schwer lösen. Die Reinigung erfordert daher einen höheren Zeit-Aufwand und Geschick.
  • Aus der DE 1 839 433 U ist ein Pinsel für Grillzwecke bekannt, der einen Griff umfasst. An dem Griff sind Borsten angebracht. Nachteilig an diesem Pinsel ist, dass dessen Borsten oftmals äußerst schlecht reinigbar sind.
  • Die DE 693 15 717 T2 offenbart einen Pinsel zum Auftragen von Nagellack oder dergleichen. Der Pinsel hat einen Stiel, an dem Haare befestigt sind. Die Haare erstrecken sich in Richtung der Achse des Stiels. Sie können aus Polyamid gebildet sein. Zur Verbesserung der Gleiteigenschaften der Haare und zur Verringerung der Benetzbarkeit mit Wasser bzw. Lösungsmitteln kann den Haaren Polytetrafluorethylen beigegeben werden.
  • Aus der US 2002/0120995 A1 ist eine Zahnbürste bekannt. Die Zahnbürste umfasst Borsten, die aus Nylon 6.12 gebildet sein können. Die Borsten können Polytetrafluorethylen als Gleitmittel umfassen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Back-Pinsel bereitzustellen, dessen mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste äußerst einfach reinigbar ist. Insbesondere soll die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste des Back-Pinsels äußerst fett- bzw. schmutzabweisend sein.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die in dem Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst. Der Kern der Erfindung liegt darin, dass die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste Polytetrafluorethylen enthält.
  • Polytetrafluorethylen ist auch als Teflon oder PTFE bekannt. Es ist ein Polymer aus Fluor und Kohlenstoff und gehört zu den Thermoplasten. Polytetrafluorethylen ist äußerst reaktionsträge, was auf die starke Bindung zwischen den Kohlenstoff- und Fluoratomen zurückzuführen ist. Ferner ist Polytetrafluorethylen äußerst beständig gegen Basen, Alkohol, Öl oder dergleichen. Polytetrafluorethylen weist einen sehr geringen ReibungsKoeffizienten auf. Es hat außerdem eine extrem niedrige OberflächenSpannung, so dass andere Substanzen kaum daran haften bleiben. Die mit dem Pinsel aufzutragenden Medien können so leicht von der mindestens einen Auftrags-Borste wieder entfernt werden, was eine äußerst einfache Reinigung derselben erlaubt.
  • Das Polytetrafluorethylen liegt in Form von Partikeln vor. Es liegt somit ein Teilchen-Verbund-Material vor, in dessen Matrix Polytetrafluorethylen-Partikel eingelagert sind. Als Matrix ist vorzugsweise Nylon vorgesehen.
  • Die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste enthält ferner Nylon. Nylon hat einen sehr regelmäßigen Aufbau, so dass aus Nylon äußerst einfach Fasern bzw. Borsten herstellbar sind. Außerdem ist Nylon ein Thermoplast, was die Herstellung von Fasern bzw. Borsten aus der Schmelze weiter vereinfacht. Nylon zeichnet sich ferner durch seine hohe Reißfestigkeit aus. Es trocknet außerdem sehr schnell.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung ergibt außerdem einen Pinsel, der äußerst einfach handhabbar ist. Die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste bildet so quasi eine Verlängerung des Griffs.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Nach dem Anspruch 2 ist die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste aus einem Verbund-Material gebildet, das zwei oder mehr miteinander verbundene Stoffe enthält.
  • Nylon 6.12 nach Anspruch 4 ist besonders für den Lebensmittel-Kontakt geeignet.
  • Die Polytetrafluorethylen-Partikel können in der Matrix verteilt, insbesondere gleichmäßig, verteilt angeordnet sein.
  • Die Ausgestaltung nach Anspruch 7 führt zu einer äußerst einfachen Handhabung der mindestens einen Auftrags-Borste. Medien können so äußerst gut von der mindestens einen Auftrags-Borste aufgenommen und aufgetragen werden.
  • Analoges gilt im Wesentlichen auch für die Ausgestaltung nach dem Anspruch 8.
  • Die Ausgestaltung nach Anspruch 9 sorgt für eine sichere und dauerhafte Verbindung zwischen der mindestens einen Auftrags-Borste und der Zwinge. Die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste kann aber auch auf andere Art und Weise an dem Griff angebracht sein.
  • Die Ausgestaltung nach Anspruch 10 ermöglicht ein besonders schnelles und gleichmäßiges Auftragen eines aufzutragenden Mediums.
  • Die Ausgestaltung nach Anspruch 12 ermöglicht einen äußerst flächigen Auftrag des aufzutragenden Mediums. Die Zwinge gibt die Anordnung der Auftrags-Borsten vor.
  • Nachfolgend wird unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügte Zeichnung eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung beschrieben. Die Figur 1 zeigt eine schematische Ansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Pinsels.
  • Ein Back-Pinsel umfasst einen Griff 1 und eine Vielzahl von Auftrags-Borsten 2, die an dem Griff 1 büschelartig zusammengefasst befestigt sind.
  • Der Griff 1 ist länglich ausgebildet. Er hat eine Längs-Mittel-Achse 3. Der Griff 1 kann aus Holz oder Kunststoff gebildet sein. Er dient zum Greifen des Pinsels.
  • Im Bereich eines Längs-Endes 4 des Griffs 1 ist eine Zwinge 5 aus einem Metall-Material an dem Griff 1 angebracht. Die Zwinge 5 bildet quasi eine Verlängerung des Griffs 1. Sie erstreckt sich somit in Richtung der Längs-Mittel-Achse 3 des Griffs 1. Die Zwinge 5 bildet eine Auftrags-Borsten-Aufnahme. Sie kann auch aus Kunststoff bestehen.
  • In der Zwinge 5 sind End-Bereiche der Auftrags-Borsten 2 gehalten. Die End-Bereiche der Auftrags-Borsten 2 sind in der Zwinge 5 mittels Klebstoff fixiert. Der übrige, freie Teil der Auftrags-Borsten 2 steht gegenüber der Zwinge 5 von deren dem Griff 1 abgewandten Seite vor. Dieser freie Teil der Auftrags-Borsten 2 steht zum Auftragen von Medien zur Verfügung. Die Auftrags-Borsten 2 erstrecken sich in Richtung der Längs-Mittel-Achse 3. Sie durchdringen dabei die Auftrags-Borsten-Öffnung der Zwinge 5.
  • Die Auftrags-Borsten 2 haben insgesamt eine Länge von 1 cm bis 7 cm, vorzugsweise von 1,5 cm bis 5 cm. Der aus der Zwinge 5 ragende freie Teil der Auftrags-Borsten 2 hat eine Länge zwischen 0,5 cm und 4 cm, vorzugsweise zwischen 1,5 cm und 3 cm. Die Auftrags-Borsten 2 haben vorzugsweise einen runden Querschnitt. Sie haben einen Durchmesser von 0,02 mm bis 0,4 mm, vorzugsweise von 0,08 mm bis 0,25 mm. Am bevorzugtesten beträgt der Durchmesser etwa 0,15 mm.
  • Es ist eine Vielzahl von Auftrags-Borsten 2 vorgesehen, die durch die Zwinge 5 büschelartig zusammengefasst sind. Die Auftrags-Borsten-Öffnung ist vorzugsweise länglich ausgebildet. Sie erstreckt sich vorteilhafterweise quer zu der Längs-Mittel-Achse 3 und ist in Richtung derselben offen. Der durch die Auftrags-Borsten 2 gebildete Auftrags-Büschel hat somit einen länglichen Querschnitt.
  • Die Auftrags-Borsten 2 enthalten 1 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-% Polytetrafluorethylen, vorzugsweise 3 Gew.-% bis 7 Gew.-% Polytetrafluorethylen, und am bevorzugtesten etwa 4 Gew.-% Polytetrafluorethylen. Sie enthalten ferner 80 Gew.-% bis 99 Gew.-% Nylon, vorzugsweise 93 Gew.-% bis 97 Gew.-% Nylon, und am bevorzugtesten etwa 96 % Nylon, wobei als Nylon vorzugsweise Nylon 6.12 = Polyamid 6.12 = Poly-(hexamethylendodecandiamid) Anwendung findet. Die Auftrags-Borsten 2 enthalten also wesentlich mehr Nylon als Polytetrafluorethylen, so dass Nylon die Matrix bildet. Das Polytetrafluorethylen liegt in Form gleichmäßig verteilter Partikel bzw. Teilchen vor.
  • Mit dem Back-Pinsel können beispielsweise Back-Formen und/oder BackBleche mit einem Trenn-Mittel bzw. Medium bestrichen werden, damit sich das herzustellende Backgut leicht aus der Back-Form oder dem BackBlech lösen lässt. Als Trenn-Mittel kann Öl oder Fett herangezogen werden. Andere Trenn-Mittel sind alternativ möglich. Mit dem Back-Pinsel können aber auch Teiglinge direkt mit einer Flüssigkeit bzw. einem Medium, wie flüssiger Butter, Wasser, Öl oder dergleichen, bestrichen werden, um deren Geschmack und Aussehen zu verändern. Der Back-Pinsel ist äußerst einfach mit Wasser reinigbar. Fertige Backwaren können ebenfalls mit dem Back-Pinsel einfach und schnell bestrichen werden. Teiglinge, die etwas angebacken worden sind, können auch mit dem Back-Pinsel bestrichen werden.
  • Prinzipiell sind mit dem Pinsel quasi alle Streich- bzw. Einstreichtätigkeiten mit flüssigen bzw. streichfähigen Lebensmitteln im Bereich "Backen" möglich. Alternativ kann der Pinsel auch in den Bereichen "Kochen" und "Braten" eingesetzt werden. Der Einsatzbereich des Pinsels liegt somit in der Küche.
  • Die Auftrags-Borsten 2 sind vorzugsweise äußerst flexibel bzw. biegsam ausgebildet. Sie sind insbesondere flexibler bzw. biegsamer als vergleichbare Silikon- oder Schweine-Borsten. Ferner sind die Auftrags-Borsten 2 günstigerweise äußerst fein. Sie sind insbesondere feiner als vergleichbare Silikon- oder Schweine-Borsten. Die Auftrags-Borsten 2 passen sich so besonders gut an den zu bestreichenden Gegenstand an.

Claims (12)

  1. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels zum Bestreichen von Back-Formen und/oder Back-Blechen mit einem Trenn-Mittel bzw. Medium und/oder zum Bestreichen von Teiglingen direkt mit einer Flüssigkeit bzw. einem Medium, wobei der Back-Pinsel umfasst
    a) einen eine Längs-Mittel-Achse (3) aufweisenden Griff (1) zum Greifen des Back-Pinsels, und
    b) mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste (2), die
    i) mit dem Griff (1) in Verbindung steht, und
    ii) sich in Richtung der Längs-Mittel-Achse (3) erstreckt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    iii) die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste (2) Polytetrafluorethylen und ferner Nylon enthält,
    - wobei das Polytetrafluorethylen in Form von Polytetrafluorethylen-Partikeln vorliegt.
  2. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste (2) aus einem Verbund-Material gebildet ist.
  3. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste (2) 80 Gew.-% bis 99 Gew.-% Nylon, bevorzugter 93 Gew.-% bis 97 Gew.-% Nylon, aufweist.
  4. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Nylon Nylon 6.12 ist.
  5. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste (2) 1 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-% Polytetrafluorethylen, vorzugsweise 3 Gew.-% bis 7 Gew.-% Polytetrafluorethylen, aufweist.
  6. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polytetrafluorethylen-Partikel verteilt angeordnet sind.
  7. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste (2) eine Dicke, vorzugsweise einen Durchmesser, von 0,02 mm bis 0,4 mm, vorzugsweise von 0,08 mm bis 0,25 mm, aufweist.
  8. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste (2) einen Länge von 1 cm bis 7 cm, vorzugsweise von 1,5 cm bis 5 cm, aufweist.
  9. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine an dem Griff (1) angebrachte Zwinge (5), die die mindestens eine Auftrags-Borste (2) hält, wobei vorzugsweise die Zwinge (5) aus einem Metall-Material gebildet ist, wobei sich vorzugsweise die Zwinge (5) in Richtung der Längs-Mittel-Achse (3) erstreckt.
  10. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vielzahl von Auftrags-Borsten (2) vorgesehen sind, die büschelartig zusammengefasst angeordnet sind.
  11. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels nach Anspruch 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl von Auftrags-Borsten (2) von der Zwinge (5) gehalten ist.
  12. Verwendung eines Back-Pinsels nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwinge (5) eine längliche Auftrags-Borsten-Öffnung aufweist.
