Claims (17)
- Dispositif (1) pour nettoyer une bande mouvante (60) comprenant
une tête de nettoyage (50) qui est mobile transversalement à la bande mouvante (60) et présente une ouverture de sortie d'où sortent des particules de saleté et de l'eau usée, et
un récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) qui présente une ouverture d'entrée (25) pour les particules de saleté et l'eau usée (74) provenant de la tête de nettoyage (50), une sortie d'air (27) et une sortie d'eau usée (26),
le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) étant relié à la tête de nettoyage (50) de sorte que le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) peut être déplacé transversalement à la bande mouvante (60) conjointement avec la tête de nettoyage (50), et
la tête de nettoyage (50) et le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) étant reliés l'un à l'autre de manière étanche à l'air au niveau de l'ouverture de sortie de la tête de nettoyage (50) et de l'ouverture d'entrée (25) du récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) ou la tête de nettoyage (50) et le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) étant reliés par l'intermédiaire d'un corps tubulaire (10). - Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un tuyau d'eau usée (30) est raccordé, de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'un raccord tubulaire coudé (31), à la sortie d'eau usée (26) et conduit, de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de guidage de câbles (32) mobile, à un système d'écoulement fixe (40).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le corps tubulaire présente au moins une entrée (13) pour agent propulseur, et de préférence au moins une des entrées (13) d'agent propulseur présentes est conçue pour produire une accélération des particules de saleté et de l'eau usée (74) provenant de la tête de nettoyage (50) et pour transporter celles-ci à travers le corps tubulaire (10).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel au moins une des entrées (13) d'agent propulseur présentes est disposée de manière essentiellement coaxiale à l'axe central du corps tubulaire (10) et est conçue de préférence pour de l'air comprimé.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel au moins une des entrées (13) d'agent propulseur présentes est orientée dans une direction qui n'est pas parallèle à l'axe central du corps tubulaire (10).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps tubulaire (10) et / ou la tête de nettoyage (50) présentent une section transversale restant essentiellement égale.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la tête de nettoyage (50) est reliée de manière pivotante au corps tubulaire (10).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) présente une couverture amovible et / ou est de forme cylindrique et / ou la section transversale du récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) se rétrécit en forme d'entonnoir en direction de la sortie d'eau usée (26).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif (1) et / ou la tête de nettoyage (50) présentent des surfaces de paroi à isolation thermique.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ouverture d'entrée (25) représente une entrée dans le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20), laquelle présente une composante de direction non perpendiculaire à une surface intérieure latérale du récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) de sorte que les particules de saleté et l'eau usée (74) provenant du corps tubulaire (10) forment un flux en forme de tourbillon dans le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bande mouvante est une toile de séchage (60) d'une installation de fabrication de papier.
- Procédé pour évacuer des particules de saleté et de l'eau usée (74) d'une tête de nettoyage (50) servant à nettoyer une bande mouvante (60), selon lequel la tête de nettoyage (50) se meut transversalement à la bande mouvante (60), comprenant les étapes :- entraîner un récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) relié à la tête de nettoyage (50) avec les mouvements de la tête de nettoyage (50) ;- récupérer les particules de saleté et l'eau usée (74) sous la forme d'une suspension (73) dans le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) ;- séparer l'air de la suspension de particules de saleté et d'eau usée dans le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) ;- laisser sortir l'air par la sortie d'air (27) du récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) et laisser sortir la suspension (73) constituée des particules de saleté et d'eau usée par la sortie d'eau usée (26) du récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) ;la tête de nettoyage (50) et le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) étant reliés l'un à l'autre de manière étanche à l'air au niveau de l'ouverture de sortie de la tête de nettoyage et de l'ouverture d'entrée (25) du récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) ou la tête de nettoyage (50) et le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20) étant reliés par l'intermédiaire d'un corps tubulaire (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, selon lequel l'étape suivante est en outre exécutée :- générer une accélération des particules de saleté et de l'eau usée (74) par injection d'un agent propulseur dans le corps tubulaire (10) qui relie la tête de nettoyage (50) et le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, selon lequel l'étape suivante est en outre exécutée :- générer un flux en forme de spirale ou d'hélice dans le corps tubulaire (10), et / ou- générer un flux en forme de tourbillon dans le récipient séparateur d'air et d'eau (20).
- Procédé selon les revendications 11 à 14, selon lequel la bande mouvante est une toile de séchage (60) d'une installation de fabrication de papier.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15, selon lequel le procédé est mis en oeuvre pendant un processus de nettoyage de la toile de séchage (60), le processus de nettoyage étant de préférence exécuté en même temps que le processus de fabrication de papier.
- Procédé de fabrication de papier avec le procédé d'évacuation de particules de saleté et d'eau usée d'une tête de nettoyage (50) servant à nettoyer une toile de séchage (60) d'une installation de fabrication de papier selon la revendication 16.
