Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for the presentation of spectacles, comprising a base body and a plurality of receiving devices carried by the base body for receiving a pair of spectacles, wherein the device is attachable to a substantially vertical surface, and wherein the base body of the mounted on a surface device is pivotable or rotatable with respect to the surface.
  • These devices are used, in particular, to store spectacles or spectacle frames and to present them to the customer in an appealing and optically easily detectable manner.
  • the receiving devices of the known devices generally have at least one support surface for spectacle frames.
  • glasses can be inserted or inserted into the receiving devices in the unfolded state and can thus be presented to the customer in a frontal view.
  • the known devices are generally mounted on a substantially vertical surface.
  • a vertical surface may in this case have a room wall, a wall section, a panel mounted on a room wall, a panel or a wall cladding.
  • the customer wishes to consider this before the purchase decision or even before the meeting of a preselection also from the side and / or from the back.
  • the design and functionality of the eyeglass temple in addition to the actual frame for the lenses plays the lead role in a purchase decision.
  • the lateral viewing of a spectacle model is difficult or even impossible, especially when several adjacent base body, ie several rows of glasses are arranged side by side. Looking at the back of the glasses is even impossible.
  • eyewear models are often secured in known devices with a security device, so that only the staff must be sought here to remove the eyewear models at all.
  • a presentation device for products of crafts and / or DIY needs known which has one or more rotatable presentation units.
  • a support structure on the presentation side out of the base plane protruding upper boom is arranged on the horizontally spaced from the base plane at least one upper pivot bearing for a support structure with distance upstream, rotatable about a vertical axis rotation presentation unit is provided.
  • a lower pivot bearing for the rotatable presentation unit is provided, which is located on a lower boom.
  • the DE 93 11 724 U1 shows a perforated wall rotation display for the hanging goods presentation.
  • a product carrier which is rotatable about an axis is fastened at a distance from a perforated wall.
  • an axle attached to two carriers is suspended vertically in the hole wall. Spokes are made on this axis fastened goods carrier on which goods packages can be threaded in a known manner in a known manner.
  • a generic device for the presentation of glasses known.
  • This device has a metal support grid with a plurality of receiving devices for each pair of spectacles, which is articulated with one side pivotally mounted on a vertical base.
  • the spectacles to be presented are inserted with the temples into the openings of the metal support grid and the temples are then folded.
  • the pivotability of the metal support grid of the generic device therefore realizes an anti-theft device recorded glasses, but just does not allow complete viewing of the recorded glasses on the part of the clientele.
  • Another presentation device is off BE 367617 known.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object, a device for the presentation of glasses of the type mentioned in such a way and further, that a comprehensive, convenient and rapid assessment of presented in the device glasses is realized.
  • a pivoting movement or rotational movement is understood to mean a rotational and / or translatory movement of the base body, which makes it possible to examine at least the lateral appearance of the spectacle models taken up. Accordingly, it is provided that, after the pivoting or rotation of a base body, the spectacle plane defined by the spectacle lenses of the recorded spectacles is not oriented further parallel to the surface on which the device is attached or attachable. Any pivotal / rotational movement which the above result is capable of realizing is therefore included within the spirit of the invention.
  • the pivoting / rotation of the base body is reversible, and in particular during the purchase process by the customer is feasible.
  • the invention thus goes far beyond a simple oblique, but rigid arrangement of known devices on an adjacent surface.
  • the customer can judge him or her eyewear models initially in a basic or zero position.
  • the eyeglass level In this basic position, the eyeglass level is usually frontal to the customer, i. perpendicular to the viewing direction of the customer, face. This form of presentation is expected by the customer and continues to provide the most important information on the appearance of the glasses.
  • the customer is more interested in one or more models, he can also inspect the lateral appearance (eyeglass temples) or even the back of the eyewear models by pivoting or rotating the base body.
  • a pivoting or rotation can - as indicated - be made by the customer or the sales staff.
  • the removal of spectacle models of interest from the device can be dispensed with during a first selection step.
  • the eyeglass frames and the presentation device are spared.
  • a preselection can be made very quickly and very comfortably for the customer.
  • the customer may, in comparison to prior art devices in the same period of time, subject a lot more spectacle models to a preselection, as he does not have to remove every single spectacle of interest from the presentation device.
  • the possible tilting of the eyewear models offered can be reversed at any time - by the customer or the staff - so that the customer can once again have the familiar frontal view of the eyewear.
  • the pivoting / rotational movement of at least two adjacent base bodies is mechanically synchronized.
  • there is a direct mechanical connection or an operative connection between adjacent base bodies which inevitably provides for joint pivoting or rotation of the adjacent base bodies. All such coupled or synchronized base bodies are thus always in the same angular position with respect to the surface on which the device is mounted.
  • the synchronization according to the invention of the pivoting / rotating movement of adjacent base bodies has numerous advantages.
  • all eyewear models can always be viewed in the same angular position, for example. In the side view. It is sufficient for turning all eyewear models within a device, a single handle. Just as quickly and easily, all eyewear models or basic body can be returned to the initial / zero position. Due to the inevitably achieved identical angular position of all base body within a device, a tidy and visually appealing impression of the device is achieved. By synchronizing collisions between glasses in adjacent base bodies can be avoided. Damage or falling out of eyewear models from the device can thus be prevented.
  • a device for presenting spectacles with which a comprehensive, convenient and rapid assessment of spectacles presented in the device is realized.
  • the base body is rotatable (centrically) about its longitudinal axis.
  • the base body according to this embodiment can be used to achieve the invention Rotate rotatable about its longitudinal axis.
  • the recorded spectacle models are rotated together with the base body to allow a comprehensive assessment of the goods received.
  • Such a rotatability can be realized in particular by means of a rotatable mounting of the base body to holding elements, which in turn are fastened or fastened to an adjacent surface (wall).
  • a purely centric rotation of the base body has the advantage that these or the recorded glasses - with appropriate spacing - during the rotational movement can not collide with each other. Damage is thereby safely avoided.
  • the base body is pivotable on an arc (eccentrically).
  • the base body does not alone execute a rotation about its longitudinal axis during the pivoting movement according to the invention, but performs an arcuate, in particular a circular arc-shaped movement.
  • holding elements which space the base body from a surface (wall) and hold it to the surface, may be rotatably mounted in the region of the surface.
  • An eccentric pivoting has the advantage that adjacent rows of recorded glasses can be spaced apart by pivoting, to allow a better inspection.
  • the eccentric and centric pivoting / rotations can also be superimposed.
  • the base body is pivotable or rotatable in any pivoting direction and up to 90 °.
  • the eyeglass temple can be seen frontally, and by an oblique viewing direction, the back of the glasses can be examined in a revealing way.
  • the base body can be pivoted or rotated by up to 180 ° or even completely by 360 °. In such cases, a corresponding spacing of the base body from the receiving surface and adjacent base bodies is to be planned.
  • the base body is indirectly or directly hinged to holding elements, which are attachable to a substantially vertical surface.
  • Said holding elements may be oriented substantially perpendicular to the receiving surface and both hold the base body and space from the surface.
  • the inventively provided pivoting / rotation of the base body can be realized in an appropriate manner between the surface and the holding element and / or within the holding element and / or between the holding element and the base body.
  • a pivoting lever in view of a particularly simple and easily adjustable pivoting / rotation of the base body of the base body, in particular on the back, a pivoting lever. It can be provided over the length of the base body and a plurality of actuating lever.
  • the operating lever can protrude in the basic position of the base body from this perpendicular to the rear (i.e., in the direction of the receiving surface) and thus hardly disturbs the overall visual impression of the device.
  • the operating lever can be grasped and guided by hand.
  • the actuating lever cooperates with a further mechanical component, a drive or a synchronization element.
  • a synchronization element or a transmission is arranged between adjacent base bodies.
  • a mechanical synchronization of adjacent base bodies can be achieved by acting in the region of the upper and / or lower end of the base body, in particular in a surrounding housing or the like frame, a transmission between the base bodies.
  • a synchronization element is arranged between adjacent base bodies.
  • Such a synchronization element (or several such elements) may in particular articulate the end of operating levers, which may be associated with each base body. The operation of such operating lever has already been explained.
  • such a synchronization element may comprise a rod, a rod, a linkage, a chain, a wire, a rope or an elastic element.
  • a linkage is understood a construction which consists of several, suitably interconnected and / or hinged together rods or rods. If an elastic element is used, this will usually not be able to transmit compressive forces, so that for pivoting / turning in different directions different, respectively opposite base bodies are to be pivoted in order to drag along the adjacent base bodies.
  • each base body has at least one, in particular rearwardly projecting, actuating lever, wherein the actuating levers of a linkage or a rod are mechanically and hingedly connected.
  • the element can be configured in a curve or arc shape, as an angle or in a V or U shape, so that the synchronization element reaches a pivoting / rotation angle of approximately 90 ° can lay the base body around. In this way, even with a rigid synchronization element pivoting / rotation angle with an amount of 90 ° or even more achievable. Blocking the pivoting / rotating movement due to the collision of the synchronization element with the base body is thereby avoided.
  • the receiving devices can have a securing device for recorded spectacles.
  • Suitable security devices are the DE 10 2005 003 573 A1 as well as the DE 10 2007 036 602 A1 removable.
  • the combination of the present invention provided pivoting / rotation with a suitable safety device for recorded glasses is doing no problems, since the base body is always pivoted or rotated as a whole and therefore also together with the safety device.
  • an embodiment is proposed in which an electric drive is provided for the pivoting / rotating movement.
  • This electric drive can be controlled via a remote control.
  • a possibly existing security device can also be controlled via the remote control.
  • the electric drive can be designed so that an automatic swiveling back or turning back of the base body in the original position is executable. For example. After a waiting period of a few minutes after the pivoting or rotating of the base body of a device, an automatic reverification or reverse rotation can take place in order to give the next customer the usual, frontal view of the offered spectacles. With the proposed automatic backward pivoting or turning back, it is ensured that all devices on a sales area present themselves in the frontal basic position as a standard, whereby a tidy visual impression is achieved despite the inventively enabled pivotability or rotatability.
  • a development of the device in which the pivoting / rotational movement and the opening / closing movement of a safety device for recorded spectacles are coupled together.
  • a coupling is proposed in such a way that prior to opening of the securing device, forcibly pivoting back or turning back the base body into the basic position (frontal view of the spectacles) takes place. This prevents eyewear models from being tilted out of the device in an inclined position and, if necessary, from colliding with obstacles.
  • a mechanical blocking of the opening movement of the securing device can be provided.
  • a blocking of the pivoting / rotating movement can be provided, as long as the securing device is not closed. If the base body are to be pivoted, an enforced closing of the securing device can initially be provided with an opened securing device before the pivoting / rotating movement can be initiated.
  • Fig. 1 shows the front view of a not inventive, exemplary device for the presentation of spectacles 1, which has only a base body 2 and is designed to be centrally rotatable.
  • the single base body 2 carries a plurality of receiving devices 3 for receiving a pair of spectacles 1.
  • the device is mounted on a vertical surface 4, namely on a wall or a wall portion.
  • the device can also be attached to any other suitable surface, in particular on a panel, on a board, on a display stand or the like.
  • devices are conceivable which are not attached or attachable to a continuous surface, but, for example, are held only at the top and at the bottom of a wall portion, a frame or a housing and can be otherwise referred to as freestanding.
  • the receiving devices 3 each have a forwardly oriented support surface 5 for the spectacle frame and a rearwardly projecting support bracket 6 for receiving the eyeglass temple.
  • a securing device 7 for securing the received spectacles 1 is realized.
  • a securing bracket 8 cooperates with each bearing surface 5.
  • the securing bracket 8 can be unlocked by a arranged below in the base body 2 lock 9 and open or close by a single joint operation as a whole.
  • the base body 2 is held at the upper and at the lower end by holding elements 10, which in turn are fastened to the surface 4.
  • the base body 2 of the device mounted on the surface 4 is rotatable with respect to the surface 4.
  • a centric rotation of the base body 2 is realized about its longitudinal axis in the present example.
  • the base body 2 is rotatably mounted on the holding elements 10.
  • FIG Fig. 2 The rotatability of the device is illustrated by the illustration in FIG Fig. 2 clarified.
  • the base body 2 has been rotated by about 90 ° to the left.
  • the presented glasses 1 can now be viewed from the side. A rear view of the glasses 1 is possible. Since no collision with adjacent rows of spectacles 1 or with adjacent base bodies 2 is to be feared when rotating the spectacles 1, rotatability of the base body 2 by 360 ° can be provided without difficulty.
  • Fig. 3 shows the front view of a particularly preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention.
  • three adjacent base bodies 2 are provided, which in turn are mounted on holding elements 10 on an adjacent, substantially vertical surface 4.
  • each base body 2 in its lower region on an actuating lever 11 which protrudes to the rear in the basic position shown.
  • the ends of this actuating lever 11 are connected to each other via a synchronizing element 12 and hinged to each other, so that forcibly enters a synchronization of the rotational movement.
  • the synchronization element 12 consists of a rod 13 which is rotatably connected to the ends of the actuating lever 11. Depending on the shape of the synchronization element 12 so rotation angle of 90 ° or even more can be achieved.
  • Fig. 5 shows the already in Fig. 4 shown section of the device according to Fig. 3 , wherein the device can be seen here in the rotated state. Here it is clearly visible how a synchronous rotation is achieved via the actuating lever 11 and the synchronization element 12.
  • Fig. 6 shows the representation of the lower part of a further embodiment of the device according to the invention in the basic position.
  • the pivoting movement is mechanically synchronized.
  • an eccentric pivotability of the base body 2 is provided here.
  • the pivot lever 11 are rotatably mounted on the holding elements 10.
  • the pivot levers 11 are articulated in the central region of the holding elements 10.
  • the ends of the pivot lever 11 are also rotatably connected to a synchronizing element 12.
