Claims (6)
- Cale de montage comprenant une base et une surface de rampe, la cale de montage (1) étant formée par une tôle pliée, la surface de rampe étant formée par des bords latéraux libres (3), la surface de rampe comprenant une structuration qui est formée du côté de la face par des surfaces latérales (5) sur les bords latéraux (3), caractérisée en ce que la structuration comprend des barrières contre le glissement dirigées contre une pointe de cale (4) et sert de barbelure et que les surfaces latérales (5) convergent suivant un angle aigu dans la direction de la pointe de cale (4).
- Cale de montage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la structuration est une denture.
- Cale de montage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que celle-ci est fabriquée en métal.
- Cale de montage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pointe de cale (4) est ouverte.
- Utilisation d'une cale de montage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 pour la coulée des plans inclinés en béton.
- Procédé de fabrication de cales de montage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que deux pièces de tôle qui sont disposées directement l'une à côté de l'autre et dont chacune est décalée de 180° sont estampées dans une tôle plane, une structuration étant formée dans les bords latéraux (3) des pièces de tôle par un outil d'estampage correspond pendant l'estampage et chaque pièce de tôle étant après soumis à un double pliage de façon qu'à l'état finalement formé les surfaces latérales (5) fassent saillie à partir de la surface de base selon un angle perpendiculaire et dans la même direction.
