Claims (10)

  1. Elektromagnetisches Schütz mit Doppelkontakt für einen Anlasser eines Verbrennungsmotors, das einen Tauchkern (100), eine erste, so genannte Einzugswicklung (La), eine zweite, so genannte Haltewicklung (Lm), eine bewegliche Kontaktplatte (CM) und erste, zweite und dritte Kontaktstücke (PC+, PC1 und PC2) enthält, wobei das Schütz drei Betriebszustände hat: einen ersten Zustand (OV) ohne elektrischen Kontakt zwischen den Kontaktstücken (PC+, PC1, PC2), einen zweiten Zustand (1CF) mit einem elektrischen Kontakt zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Kontaktstück (PC+, PC1) und einen dritten Zustand (2CF) mit einem elektrischen Kontakt zwischen dem ersten, dem zweiten und dem dritten Kontaktstück (PC+, PC1, PC2), wobei das Schütz ebenfalls einen elektrisch steuerbaren Mikroaktor (MS) enthält, um je nach der an ihn angewendeten elektrischen Steuerung (Ims) eine Umschaltung zwischen dem zweiten (1CF) und dritten (2CF) Betriebszustand zu erlauben oder zu verhindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umschaltung vom Mikroaktor (MS) mittels einer Kraft (f3) verhindert wird, die sich einem Schub der beweglichen Kontaktplakette (CM) widersetzt, wenn der Mikroaktor (MS) elektrisch angeregt wird.
  2. Schütz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrisch steuerbare Mikroaktor ein Mikrosolenoid (MS) ist.
  3. Schütz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mikrosolenoid (MS) einen Kontaktbügel (ET), vorzugsweise aus Kupfer, und eine Einheit enthält, die eine elektrische Spule (BO) und einen beweglichen Magnetkern (NM) aufweist, wobei die Einheit zwischen zwei Backen des Kontaktbügels (ET) angeordnet ist.
  4. Schütz nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktbügel (ET) vorgesehen ist, um den Durchgang eines Leistungsstroms im Schütz in den zweiten (1CF) und dritten (2CF) Betriebszuständen des Schützes zu vertragen.
  5. Schütz nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit ebenfalls eine Mulde (AN) aufweist, die Teil des Magnetkreises des Mikrosolenoids (MS) ist und eine Aufnahme für die elektrische Spule (BO) bildet.
  6. Schütz nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die elektrische Spule (BO) aufnehmende Mulde (AN) fest mit einer Wand des Schützes und der Kontaktbügel (ET) fest mit dem beweglichen Kern (NM) verbunden ist.
  7. Schütz nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mikrosolenoid (MS) ebenfalls eine leitende Litze (TS), vorzugsweise aus Kupfer, enthält, deren erstes Ende mit dem Kontaktbügel (ET) und ein zweites Ende mit dem zweiten Kontaktstück (PC1) verbunden ist.
  8. Schütz nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Kontaktplatte (CM) und der Kontaktbügel (ET) in den zweiten (1CF) und dritten (2CF) Betriebszuständen des Schützes in Kontakt kommen können.
  9. Schütz nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktbügel (ET) und das dritte Kontaktstück (PC2) im dritten Betriebszustand (2CF) des Schützes in Kontakt kommen können.
  10. Anlasser für einen Verbrennungsmotor, der mit einem elektromagnetischen Schütz mit Doppelkontakt (1) und mit einer elektronischen Steuervorrichtung (ECC) ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elektromagnetische Schütz einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 entspricht.
