Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Handschuh, insbesondere Sporthandschuh mit einem einzelne Finger aufweisenden Fingerteil und einem an dem Handrücken des Handschuhs befestigten über den Fingerteil stülpbaren Fäustlingsteil. Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen solchen Handschuh so auszugestalten, dass der Handschuh bei unterschiedlichsten Temperaturbereichen bzw. Wetterlagen einsetzbar ist, ohne dass sich der Tragekomfort des Handschuhs mit oder ohne überstülpten Fäustlingsteil verringert. Hierzu ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass der Fäustlingsteil in der Ruheposition in einer im Bereich des Handrückens des Handschuhs ausgebildeten Tasche angeordnet ist.

Description

Duo Component System
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Handschuh, der die Hand des Trägers bei möglichst vielen Temperaturbedingungen, einschließlich sehr niedriger Temperatur und Bedingungen mit starkem Wind, zuverlässig schützen kann. Die Erfindung betrifft hierbei im einzelnen einen Handschuh, insbesondere Sporthandschuh, mit einem einzelne Finger aufweisenden Fingerteil und einem an dem Handrücken des Handschuhs befestigten, über den Fingerteil stülpbaren Fäustlingteil.
Handschuhe mit einem Fingerteil bzw. einem Halbfingerteil, über welchen ein Fäustlingteil überstülpbar ist, sind seit langer Zeit bekannt und werden vielseitig eingesetzt, da sie eine bessere Handhabung von Gegenständen ermöglichen. Häufig handelt es sich bei entsprechenden Handschuhen auch um gestrickte Handschuhe.
Ein Beispiel eines entsprechenden Handschuhs ist z.B. in der G 88 02 559.4 beschrieben. Der in dieser Druckschrift beschriebene Handschuh, insbesondere Jagdhandschuh, zeichnet sich durch eine im Inneren des Fäustlingteils ausgebildete Tasche aus, in welche ein Beutel mit wärmeerzeugenden Substanzen eingeführt werden kann. Hierdurch wird ein Warmhalten und Erwärmen der Finger des Handschuhträgers auch bei einfacher Ausgestaltung des Handschuhs aus dünnem Material ermöglicht.
Durch die im Bereich des Fäustlingteils ausgebildete Tasche, wird jedoch, insbesondere bei eingeführtem Beutel, die Beweglichkeit der Hände, vor allem der Finger, deutlich herabgesetzt. Wird der Fäustlingteil bei eingelegtem Beutel in eine Ruheposition überführt, wirkt sich das Gewicht des Beutels störend auf den Tragekomfort auf, unabhängig davon, ob der Fäustlingteil in der Ruheposition fixiert ist oder nicht.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen Handschuh mit Fingerteil und Fäustlingteil solchermaßen auszugestalten, dass der Handschuh bei unterschiedlichsten Temperaturbereichen bzw. Wetterlagen einsetzbar ist, ohne dass sich der Tragekomfort des Handschuhs mit oder ohne überstülpten Fäustlingteil verringert.
Diese Aufgabe wird für einen Handschuh, insbesondere Sporthandschuh mit einem einzelnen Finger aufweisenden Fingerteil und einem an dem Handrücken des Handschuhs befestigten über den Fingerteil stülpbaren Fäustlingteil dadurch gelöst, dass der Fäustlingteil in der Ruheposition in einer im Bereich des Handrückens des Handschuhs ausgebildeten Tasche angeordnet ist.
Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Fäustlingteil bei Nichtbenutzung, das heißt in der Ruheposition vollständig innerhalb der Tasche auf dem Handrücken des Handschuhs verstaubar ist, und somit im nicht benutzten Zustand nicht auffällt. Hierdurch wird einerseits verhindert, dass der Fäustlingteil im Bereich der Hände des Trägers zusätzlichen Widerstand bildet, z.B. durch ein Aufblähen des Fäustlingteils bei schnellen Bewegungen oder bei Wind. Ferner ist der Fäustlingteil dem Wetter nicht ausgesetzt, so dass hierdurch verhindert werden kann, dass dieser bei starkem Regen bereits durchweicht oder bei Stürzen, z.B. beim Skifahren, verschmutzt oder Schnee in den als Tasche wirkenden Fäustlingteil eintritt, so dass hierdurch die Wärmefunktion vollständig verloren geht.
Da der Fäustlingteil im Bereich des Handrückens angeordnet wird, bleibt die Beweglichkeit des Fingerteils vollständig erhalten, gleichzeitig stellen die von dem Fäustlingteil in der Ruheposition bereitgestellten zusätzlichen Schichten einen verbesserten Schutz des Handrückens bereit, welcher sich z.B. bei einem Aufprall des Handrückens auf dem Boden vorteilhaft auswirken kann.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform kann die Tasche auf dem Handrücken des Handschuhes als gesondertes Element angeordnet sein. Dies stellt eine besonders einfache Lösung dar, um die Tasche im Bereich des Handrückens bereitzustellen.
Vorteilhafterweise kann die Tasche im Bereich des den Handrücken bildenden Materials ausgebildet sein. In der Regel umfassen entsprechende Handschuhe mehr eine Materiallage, so dass die Tasche zwischen zwei Lagen, z.B. Außenstoff und Futter, eingearbeitet werden kann. Diese Lösung ist optisch besonders ansprechend, da die Tasche nicht direkt auffällt. Gleichzeitig fügt sich die Tasche optimal auf dem Handrücken ein.
Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform kann die Tasche auf dem Handrücken des Handschuhs durch einen Verschlussmechanismus verschließbar sein. Hierdurch wird sichergestellt, dass Regen oder Schnee nicht in den Bereich der Tasche eindringen kann, gleichzeitig wird ein Aufblähen des Handschuhrückens im Bereich der Tasche durch eindringenden Wind vermieden. Vorteilhafterweise kann der Verschlussmechanismus als Reißverschluss- und/oder Klettver- schluss ausgebildet sein. Die Ausbildung des Verschlussmechanismus als Reißverschluss ist hierbei eine besonders bevorzugte Ausführungsform, da hierdurch ein sicheres und schnelles Verschließen der Tasche gewährleistet wird.
Gemäß einer anderen bevorzugten Ausführungsform kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Fäustlingteil in der Stülpposition die Eingriffsöffnung der Tasche abdeckt. Hierdurch wird sichergestellt, dass die Tasche auch bei verwendetem Fäustlingteil sicher geschützt ist, so dass der Zugriff von außen unmöglich ist. Gleichzeitig wird auch ein Teil des Verschlußmechanismus geschützt.
Gemäß einer anderen bevorzugten Ausführungsform kann vorgesehen sein, dass Abdeckungsmittel für den Verschlussmechanismus am Handrücken des Handschuhs vorgesehen sind. Hierdurch wird der zwischen dem Fäustlingteil und dem Handrücken angeordnete Verschlussmechanismus zusätzlich geschützt.
Ferner hat es sich bewährt, dass der Fäustlingteil an der Innenseite der Tasche befestigt ist. Hierdurch wird eine gute und sichere Befestigung erzielt, die von außen nicht zugänglich ist.
Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform kann der Fäustlingteil im Bereich der Befestigung schmaler als die Breite der Taschenöffnung ausgebildet sein und erst nach einem vorbestimmten Abstand von der Taschenöffnung die volle Breite aufweisen. Da der Fäustlingteil im Bereich der Taschenöffnung kleiner als diese ausgebildet ist, wird das Einführen und Herausnehmen des Fäustlingteils in das bzw. aus dem Innere der Tasche vereinfacht.
Gemäß einer anderen bevorzugten Ausführungsform kann vorgesehen sein, dass sich der Fäustlingteil im Bereich der Innenhand in etwa bis zu den Fingerwurzeln erstreckt. Hierdurch wird sichergestellt, dass die Finger ausreichend warm gehalten werden, gleichzeitig wird der die Beweglichkeit der Hände und der Grip der Handflächen nicht beeinträchtigt.
Vorteilhafterweise kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Fäustlingteil an dem im Bereich der Fingerwurzeln angeordneten Ende verstärkt ausgebildet ist. Hierbei kann die Verstärkung durch eine zusätzliche Schicht aus einem anderen Material, z.B. Leder ausgebildet werden. Durch die Verstärkungsschicht wird einerseits die Passform des Fäustlingteils verbessert werden, gleichzeitig kann die zusätzliche Schicht auch zusätzliche Griffeigenschaften be- reitstellen, so dass der Handschuh auch mit überstülptem Fäustling eine gute Funktionalität besitzt.
Vorteilhafterweise kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Fäustlingteil im Bereich der Oberhand- und/oder Innenhand jeweils aus drei Lagen besteht.
Vorteilhafterweise können die Lagen Außenstoff, Futter, Innenstoff umfassen. Eine andere Möglichkeit besteht darin, die drei Lagen aus Softshell-Material auszubilden, umfassend Außenstoff, Membran, aufkaschiertes Fließ- oder Trikotmaterial.
Die vorliegende Erfindung wird nachfolgend unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
Figur 1 eine Aufsicht auf die Oberhand eines erfindungsgemäßen Handschuhs, wobei sich der Fäustlingteil in Ruheposition befindet,
Figur 2 den in Figur 1 dargestellten Handschuh als Aufsicht von der Innenhandseite,
Figur 3 der in den Figuren 1 und2 dargestellte Fäustling mit aufgestülpten Fäustlingteil, in einer Ansicht auf die Oberhand, und

Der in Figur 1 dargestellte Handschuh 1 umfasst einen Fingerteil 2, den Handrücken 3 sowie einen Stulpen 4. Die einzelnen Teile sind hierbei einstückig ausgebildet. Der Stulpen 4 ist von dem Handrücken 3 durch einen mit elastischen Elementen durchwirkten Bereich 5 abgetrennt.
Zusätzlich kann im Bereich des Stulpen 4 ein zusätzliches Verschlusselement 7 vorgesehen sein, vorzugsweise umfassend eine an der Innenseite mit Klettverschluss ausgebildete Lasche sowie ein Klettgegenelement im Bereich der Stulpe, wodurch die Stulpe sich enger an dem Arm anlegen lässt.
Unterhalb des Fingerteils2 ist im Bereich des Handrückens 3 ein Reißverschluss 6 angeordnet, welcher sich über den ganzen Handrücken in etwa parallel zu den Fingerwurzeln erstreckt. Mittels dieses Reißverschlusses 6 kann eine im Bereich des Handrückens 3 angeordnete Tasche geöffnet, und hierdurch zugänglich gemacht werden. Vorzugsweise ist der Reißverschluss 6 solchermaßen eingenäht, das die einzelnen Zacken des Reißverschlusses durch Stoffkanten abgedeckt und solchermaßen geschützt werden.
In Figur 2 ist die Innenhand desselben Handschuhs dargestellt, wobei im Bereich der Handfläche ein Materialmix vorgesehen sein kann, um hier zusätzlichen Grip zu ermöglichen. Dieser Materialmix kann sich hierbei bis über die Fingerinnenflächen hinaus erstrecken, so dass eine gute Griffigkeit des ganzen Handbereichs gewährleistet wird.
Innerhalb der am Handrücken 3 ausgebildeten Tasche ist ein Fäustlingteil 8 angeordnet, welcher in Ruhestellung von außen nicht sichtbar ist. In Figur 3 ist der in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellte Handschuh mit über den Fingerteil 2 gestülpten Fäustlingteil 8 dargestellt. Um den Fäustlingteil zu entnehmen, muss hierbei zunächst der Reißverschluss 6 in eine geöffnete Position überführt werden, anschließend kann durch Eingreifen in die geöffnete Tasche der Fäustlingteil 8 herausgezogen werden. Der Fäustlingteil ist hierbei im Bereich der Tasche angenäht, vorzugsweise im Bereich des die Außenhaut bildenden Materials. Durch das Einnähen des Fäustlingteils 8, ist dieser bei geschlossenem Reißverschluss 6 von außen vollständig unsichtbar.
Der Fäustlingteil 8 erstreckt sich an der Außenseite der Oberhand von dem Verschlussmechanismus 6 bis über den Fingerteil und auf der Innenhand ca. bis zu den Fingerwurzeln, so dass lediglich der Fingerteil vollständig bedeckt ist. Da der Fäustlingteil 8 oberhalb des Gelenkes der Fingerwurzeln endet, kann eine ausreichend gute Beweglichkeit des Fingerteils der Hand sichergestellt werden. Um diese Beweglichkeit zu erhöhen, kann die an die Fingerwurzeln angrenzende Kante des Fäustlingteils 8 im Bereich der Innenhand mit einer vorgegebenen Rundung ausgebildet sein.
Um die Entnahme des Fäustlingteils 8 aus der Tasche zu erleichtern, ist der Fäustlingteil 8 im Bereich der Taschenöffnung schmäler ausgebildet als der Reißverschluss 6 und erstreckt sich erst nach einen vorbestimmten Abstand von dem Reißverschluss 6 bzw. der Taschenöffnung über den gesamten Bereich des Fingerteils, d.h. über die gesamte Breite des Fingerteils 2. Hierdurch wird einerseits die Entnahme des Fäustlingteils 8 wie auch dessen Verstauung in die Tasche deutlich erleichtert. Gleichzeitig erhöht sich die Beweglichkeit des Fingerteils auch bei überstülpten Fäustlingteil 8. Vorzugsweise verbreitert sich der Fäustlingteil ausgehend von dem Reißverschluss langsam bis die vollständige Breite erzielt ist. Der Fäustlingteil 8 ist solchermaßen innerhalb der Tasche eingenäht, dass nach Ausklappen des Fäustlingteils die Taschenöffnung wie auch zumindest eine Hälfte des Reißverschlusses vollständig von dem Fäustlingteil abgedeckt wird, so dass die Tasche vollständig mit Hilfe des Fäustlingteils 8 geschlossen wird, um das Eindringen von Schnee, Fahrtwind oder Feuchtigkeit zu verhindern.
Der Fäustlingteil 8 wird aus einem Material gefertigt, welches sich ohne Probleme innerhalb der Tasche anordnen lässt, ohne den Träger zu behindern, und besteht vorzugsweise im Bereich der Oberhand aus Außenstoff, Futter, Innenstoff, wobei die gleichen Lagen auch im Bereich der Innenhand verwendet werden können. Für andere Anwendungen kann das Material des Fäustlingteils auch aus einer Dreilagensoftshell bestehen, umfassend Außenstoff, Membran, aufcashiertes Fließ- oder Trikotmaterial. Um den Grip des Handschuhs auch mit überstülptem Fäustlingteil 8 zu gewährleisten, kann die Innenhand des Fäustlings noch mit zusätzlichen Grip-Elementen verstärkt werden, z.B. Lederpatches etc.
Die Tasche im Bereich des Handrückens 3 kann wie dargestellt einstückig mit dem Handschuh ausgebildet werden, oder kann als Extraelement auf der Oberseite des Handschuhs ausgebildet werden.
Durch die zusätzliche Verstärkung des Handrückens durch die einzelnen Lagen des Fäustlingteils in Ruheposition, wird in der Ruheposition ein verbesserter Schutz des Handrückens des Trägers erzielt.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Handschuh, insbesondere Sporthandschuh mit einem einzelne Finger aufweisenden Fingerteil und einem an dem Handrücken des Handschuhs befestigten über den Fingerteil stülpbaren Fäustlingteil dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fäustlingteil in der Ruheposition in einer im Bereich des Handrückens des Handschuhs ausgebildeten Tasche angeordnet ist.
2. Handschuh nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche auf dem Handrücken als gesondertes Element angeordnet ist.
3. Handschuh nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche im Bereich des den Handrücken bildenden Materials, vorzugsweise zwischen zwei Materialschichten, ausgebildet ist.
4. Handschuh einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche auf dem Handrücken durch einen Verschlussmechanismus verschließbar ist.
5. Handschuh nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussmechanismus als Reißverschluss- und/oder Klettverschluss ausgebildet ist.
6. Handschuh einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fäustlingteil in der Stülpposition die Taschenöffnung abdeckt.
7. Handschuh einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Abdeckungsmittel für den Verschlussmechanismus am Handrücken des Handschuhs vorgesehen sind.
8. Handschuh einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fäustlingteil an der Innenseite der Tasche befestigt ist.
9. Handschuh einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fäustlingteil im Bereich der Befestigung schmaler als die Breite der Taschenöffnung ausgebildet ist und erst nach einem vorbestimmten Abstand von dem Verschlussmechanismus die volle Breite aufweist.
10. Handschuh einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Fäustling im Bereich der Innenhand in etwa bis zu den Fingerwurzeln erstreckt.
11. Handschuh einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fäustlingteil an seinem im Bereich der Fingerwurzeln der Innenhand angeordneten Ende verstärkt ausgebildet ist.
12. Handschuh einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fäustlingteil im Bereich der Oberhand- und/oder Innenhand jeweils aus mehreren, insbesondere drei, Lagen besteht.
13. Handschuh nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagen Außenstoff, Futter, Innenstoff umfassen.
14. Handschuh nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die drei Lagen aus Softshell-Material ausgebildet sind, umfassend Außenstoff, Membran, aufkaschiertes Fließ- oder Trikotmaterial.
