Claims (19)

  1. Gelenkeinrichtung des Typs, der aufweist:
    - einen Stopfen (6) mit einer Abdeckhülle (20), die eine Abdeckfläche (22, 24) begrenzt, wobei die Abdeckhülle dazu bestimmt ist, um eine Öffnung abzudecken und sich entlang einer Abdeckebene (P-P) zu erstrecken,
    - ein Scharnier (36), welches eingerichtet ist zum Ermöglichen einer Winkelverlagerung des Stopfens (6) zwischen einer Offenposition und einer Schließposition,
    wobei das Scharnier (36) einen ersten Steuerkurventeil (38C) und einen ersten Gegen-Steuerkurventeil (38T) aufweist, wobei der erste Steuerkurventeil (38C) und der erste Gegen-Steuerkurventeil (38T) über einen ersten Winkelbereich (α) zusammenwirken, der zwischen der Öffnungs- und der Schließposition vorliegt,
    wobei das Scharnier (36) einen Zusatzsteuerkurventeil (44C; 144C) und einen Gegen-Zusatzsteuerkurventeil (44T, 144T) aufweist, die über einen Zusatzwinkelbereich (β; γ) zusammenwirken, der zwischen der Öffnungs- und der Schließposition vorliegt, wobei der Zusatzsteuerkurventeil (44C; 144C) und der Gegen-Zusatzsteuerkurventeil (44T, 144T) von dem ersten Steuerkurventeil und dem ersten Gegen-Steuerkurventeil verschiedene Profile haben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der erste Winkelbereich (α) und der Zusatzwinkelbereich (β; γ) sich über einen Überdeckungswinkelbereich überdecken, der wenigstens 60° beträgt und über dessen gesamte Erstreckung sowohl der erste Steuer- und erste Gegen-Steuerkurventeil als auch der Zusatzsteuerkurventeil und der Gegen-Zusatzsteuerkurventeil simultan zusammenwirken.
  2. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überdeckungswinkelbereich wenigstens einen der folgenden Werte beträgt: 65°, 70°, 80, 85°.
  3. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkelüberdeckungsbereich und der erste Winkelbereich (α) zusammenfallen.
  4. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Steuerkurventeil (38C) eine Steuerkurvenfläche (4) von einem Zylinder-Kurven, insbesondere Kreiskurven, -Teilquerschnitt hat.
  5. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Gegen-Steuerkurventeil (38T), wenn der Stopfen (6) in seiner Schließposition ist, angeordnet ist, insbesondere komplett, im Inneren der Projektion der Abdeckfläche.
  6. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zusatzsteuerkurventeil und der Gegen-Zusatzsteuerkurventeil einen zweiten Steuerkurventeil (44C) und einen zweiten Gegen-Steuerkurventeil (44T) aufweisen und dass Zusatzwinkelbereich einen zweiten Winkelbereich (β) aufweist, wobei der zweite Steuerkurventeil (44C) und der zweite Gegen-Steuerkurventeil (44T) über den zweiten Winkelbereich (β) zusammenwirken, der zwischen der Offenposition und der Schließposition liegt.
  7. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Winkelbereich (β) von der Schließposition begrenzt ist.
  8. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Gegen-Steuerkurventeil (44T) an einem Ende eines ersten Vorsprungs (46) angeordnet ist, der sich senkrecht zur Hüllenebene (P-P) erstreckt und der zweite Steuerkurventeil (44C) eine erste Teil-Steuerkurventeil-Fläche (48) aufweist.
  9. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Steuerkurventeil (44C) eine zweite Teil-Steuerkurventeil-Fläche (49) aufweist, die bezüglich der ersten Teil-Steuerkurventeil-Fläche (48) geneigt ist.
  10. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zusatzsteuerkurventeil und der Gegen-Zusatzsteuerkurventeil einen dritten Steuerkurventeil (144C) und einen dritten Gegen-Steuerkurventeil (144T) aufweisen, die über einen dritten Winkelbereich (γ) zusammenwirken, der ganz außerhalb des zweiten Winkelbereichs (β) liegt.
  11. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dritte Steuerkurventeil und der dritte Gegen-Steuerkurventeil eine Achse und eine Aussparung mit Kreiskurvenquerschnitt sind.
  12. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung Stützmittel (50) aufweist, die eingerichtet sind zum Stützen des Stopfens (6) bezüglich eines Rahmens (4) in der Schließposition entlang einer Richtung senkrecht zur Abdeckebene (P-P), wobei diese Stützmittel insbesondere das Ende des ersten Vorsprungs (46) und die erste Teil-Steuerkurventeil-Fläche (48) aufweisen.
  13. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung Rückhaltemittel (60) aufweist, die eingerichtet sind zum Blockieren des Stopfens bezüglich des ersten Steuerkurventeils (38C) hinsichtlich Translation entlang der Abdeckebene (P-P), wenn der Stopfen (6) in Schließposition ist, wobei diese Rückhaltemittel einen zweiten Vorsprung (62) aufweisen, der bezüglich des ersten Steuerkurventeils (38C) fest ist und der mit einer in dem Stopfen vorgesehenen Aussparung (64) zusammenwirkt, wenn dieser in der Schließposition ist.
  14. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung Blockiermittel (70) aufweist, die eine Öffnungsposition definieren, in welcher ein Schwenken des Stopfens (6) zu der Schließposition hin verhindert ist, und die eine Verlagerung des Stopfens (6) zwischen dieser blockierten Öffnungsposition und einer nicht-blockierten Öffnungsposition des Stopfens (6) erlauben.
  15. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiermittel (70) eine Anschlagfläche (76), die an den ersten Steuerkurventeil (38C) angrenzt, und eine Anschlagfläche (74) aufweisen, die dem ersten Steuerkurventeil (38C) gegenüberliegen angeordnet ist.
  16. Gelenkeinrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Gegen-Steuerkurventeile (38T, 44T) am Stopfen fixiert ist, und insbesondere wenigstens ein Gegen-Steuerkurventeil mit dem Stopfen im Stoffschluss ist.
  17. Abfallvorrichtung des Typs, der aufweist:
    - einen Rahmen (4), der eine Öffnung (10) begrenzt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist eine Einrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dass der Stopfen (6) angepasst ist, um die Öffnung (10) des Rahmens (4) abzudecken, und dass der oder jeder Steuerkurventeil am Rahmen festgelegt (4) ist.
  18. Abfallvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Steuerkurventeil aus einem einzigen Stück mit dem Rahmen hergestellt ist.
  19. Abfallvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Steuerkurventeil ein an den Rahmen angestücktes Teil ist.
