Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Schließen einer Öffnung, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Rahmen (4) mit einer Innenseite und einer Außenseite umfasst, der eine durchgehende Zugangsöffnung (10) begrenzt, die geeignet ist, einen Deckel (6) aufzunehmen, wobei der Rahmen eine Rahmenscharnierrolle (18) umfasst, die eine Scharnierfläche (38) und eine durchgehende Scharnierrollenöffnung (40) umfasst, die zwischen einer äußeren Aussparung (19), die zur Außenseite des Rahmens offen ist, und einer inneren Aussparung (50), die zur Innenseite des Rahmens offen ist, angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung außerdem einen eingesetzten Stopfen (52) umfasst, der in der inneren Aussparung (50) angeordnet ist und die Innenseite der Rahmenscharnierrolle (18) nach außen im Wesentlichen abdichtet, wobei der Stopfen (52) aus einem elastisch deformierbaren Material, insbesondere einteilig und insbesondere aus Elastomer hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen (52) eine zur Scharnieroberfläche (38) gewandte Außenseite und Mittel (62) zur Entleerung von Schmutz (70), der sich an der Außenseite des Stopfens (52) angesammelt hat, umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schmutzentleerungsmittel mindestens ein elastisch deformierbares Element (68) umfassen, das zwischen einer Verschlussposition, in der es die innere Aussparung (50) verschließt und Schmutz, der sich an der Außenseite des Stopfens (52) angesammelt hat, zurückhält, und einer Durchgangsposition, in der es die innere Aussparung (50) freigibt und die Entleerung des Schmutzes von der Außenseite zur Innenseite des Rahmens durch die Scharnierrollenöffnung (40) gestattet, beweglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Rahmen (4) gemäß einer Rahmenebene (C - C) erstreckt und dass das bewegliche Element mindestens eine Dichtlippe (68) umfasst, die um eine Achse (Y - Y, Z - Z) biegsam ist, die parallel zur Rahmenebene (C - C) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharnierrollenöffnung (40) mindestens eine Fläche (42, 44) zur Blockierung des Deckels (6) in einer offenen Position begrenzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner einen Deckel (6) umfasst, der geeignet ist, die Zugangsöffnung (10) zu verschließen, wobei der Deckel (6) zwischen einer Öffnungs- und einer Schließposition verschoben werden kann und eine Deckelscharnierrolle (20) umfasst, die mit der Rahmenscharnierrolle (18) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der von Anspruch 3 abhängigen Ansprüche und Anspruch 6 zusammengenommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckelscharnierrolle (20) geeignet ist, das bewegliche Element (68) in seine Durchgangsposition zu bringen, wenn der Deckel (6) in seine Öffnungsposition gebracht wird und wenn die Schmutzmenge eine vorbestimmte Schwelle (d) überschritten hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ein Schachtdeckel (2) ist.
