Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Anschließen eines Erschließungsteils (1), wie etwa eines Gullys, an ein feststehendes, senkrecht verlaufendes Abwasserablaufrohr (6), das in eine Gehsteigkante bzw. einen Rinnstein (B) integriert werden soll, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine starre Anpassungszwischenplatte (7) mit mittlerer Ablauföffnung (8) enthält, die fest mit einem zylinderförmigen Schaft (9) verbunden ist, der quer unter der Platte (7) koaxial zur Öffnung (8) verläuft und in dichter Weise in einer relativen einstellbaren Höhe in das senkrecht verlaufende Rohr (6) eingreifen oder dieses umgreifen kann, wobei die Anpassungsplatte (7) relativ zur Gehsteigkante bzw. zum Rinnstein durch Verdrehen des Schafts (9) in dem senkrecht verlaufenden Rohr (6) bzw. um dieses herum ausgerichtet werden kann, und dass das Erschließungsteil (1) an der Anpassungsplatte (7) in Richtung der Gehsteigkante bzw. des Rinnsteins gleitbeweglich und beidseitig translatorisch verschiebbar geführt ist, wodurch es möglich ist, das Erschließungsteil (1) in eine bestimmte, vorgegebene Stellung bezüglich der Gehsteigkante bzw. des Rinnsteins zu bringen, bevor das Erschließungsteil (1) mit dem letztgenannten vergossen wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpassungsplatte (7) rechteckförmig ist und dass Mittel zum translatorischen Führen des Erschließungsteils an dieser Platte zwei längliche Seitenränder (12) enthalten, die fest mit dem Teil (1) im unteren Bereich seines rechteckförmigen Rahmens (2) verbunden sind, sowie zumindest zwei Gleitführungsteile (13), die fest mit den beiden jeweiligen Seiten der Anpassungsplatte (7) so verbunden sind, dass die beiden Seitenränder (12) in den beiden Gleitführungsteilen (13) gleiten können.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Dichtung aus Elastomer (10) enthält, die zwischen Schaft (9) der Anpassungsplatte (7) und senkrecht verlaufendem Ablaufrohr (6) eingefügt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung fest mit dem freien Ende des senkrecht verlaufenden Rohrs (6) verbunden ist, indem sie dieses übergreift, und eine Dichtlippe (10) enthält, die zwischen Schaft (9) der Anpassungsplatte (7) und senkrecht verlaufendem Ablaufrohr (6) eingefügt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung fest mit dem freien Ende des senkrecht verlaufenden Rohrs (6) verbunden ist, indem sie dieses übergreift, wenn der Schaft (9) um das Ablaufrohr (6) herum angebracht ist, und eine Dichtlippe (10) enthält, die zwischen Schaft und senkrecht verlaufendem Ablaufrohr (6) eingefügt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Öffnung (8) der Anpassungsplatte (7) kegelstumpfförmig ausgeführt ist, um einen Ablauftrichter für Abwässer zu bilden.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schmutzauffangkorb (14) im Schaft (9) der Anpassungsplatte (7) aufgenommen ist und in Anlage an der kegelstumpfförmigen mittleren Öffnung (8) dieser Platte gehalten wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Gleitführungsteile (13) enthält, die entlang einer jeden Seite der Anpassungsplatte (7) voneinander beabstandet liegen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Gleitführungsteil (13) aus einem Plattenabschnitt besteht, der so umgebogen ist, dass er einen U-förmigen Querschnitt hat, bei dem der eine Schenkel fest mit der Anpassungsplatte in der gleichen Ebene wie diese verbunden ist und der andere Schenkel sich parallel oberhalb der Anpassungsplatte (7) erstreckt.
