Claims (10)
- Verschlussvorrichtung (2), insbesondere Straßengulli, der Art mit einem festen Rahmen (4) und einem von dem Rahmen (4) getragenen Abdeckelement (6), wobei der Rahmen eine Rahmenebene (P-P) und eine Mittelachse (X-X) definiert, wobei das Abdeckelement (6) an dem Rahmen (4) durch ein Scharnier (14) gelenkig angebracht ist, wobei die Vorrichtung (2) einen ersten Riegel (30) aufweist, der mit einer einstückig mit dem Abdeckelement (6) ausgebildeten ersten Verriegelungsfläche (34) und einer einstückig mit dem Rahmen (4) ausgebildeten ersten Verriegelungsfläche (32) versehen ist, wobei diese beiden ersten Verriegelungsflächen (32, 34) bezüglich der Rahmenebene (P-P) geneigt sind und zusammenwirken, wenn sich das Abdeckelement in der Verschlussposition auf dem Rahmen befindet, wobei das Abdeckelement (6) und der Rahmen (4) einen umfangsmäßig zu dem ersten Riegel (30) bezüglich der Mittelachse (X-X) versetzten Anschlag (50) aufweisen, wobei der Anschlag (50) eine einstückig mit dem Abdeckelement (6) ausgebildete Anschlagsfläche (52) und eine einstückig mit dem Rahmen (4) ausgebildete Anschlagsfläche (56) aufweist, wobei diese Anschlagsflächen (52, 56) ausschließlich dann zusammenwirken, wenn sich das Abdeckelement in der Verschlussposition befindet, und sie eine Verschiebung des Abdeckelementes (6) in dem Rahmen (4) gemäß der Rahmenebene (P-P) begrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagsflächen (52, 56) des Abdeckelementes (6) und des Rahmens (4) bezüglich der Rahmenebene (P-P) um einen Winkel (γ) zwischen 30° und 80° geneigt sind und das Abdeckelement (6) auf den Rahmen (4) plattieren.
- Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (2) einen zweiten Riegel (30) aufweist, der mit einer einstückig mit dem Abdeckelement (6) ausgebildeten zweiten Verriegelungsfläche (34) und einer einstückig mit dem Rahmen (4) ausgebildeten zweiten Verriegelungsfläche (32) versehen ist, wobei diese beiden zweiten Verriegelungsflächen (32, 34) bezüglich der Rahmenebene (P-P) geneigt sind und zusammenwirken, wenn sich das Abdeckelement in der Verschlussposition auf dem Rahmen befindet, wobei der erste Riegel (30) umfangsmäßig zu dem zweiten Riegel (30) und dem Anschlag (50) bezüglich der Mittelachse (X-X) versetzt ist.
- Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Riegel (30) umfangsmäßig zu dem Anschlag (50) bezüglich der Mittelachse (X-X) um zumindest 90° versetzt ist.
- Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Riegel (30) ein elastisches Organ (40) aufweist, das mit einer der Verriegelungsflächen (34) versehen ist, und dass das elastische Organ (40) ermöglicht, die zugehörige Verriegelungsfläche (34) zwischen Positionen der Verriegelung des Abdeckelementes (6) in dem Rahmen (4) und der Entriegelung des Abdeckelementes (6) zu verschieben.
- Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder jedes elastische Organ (40), wenn sich das Abdeckelement (6) in der Verschlussposition befindet, die oder jede Verriegelungsfläche (34) des Abdeckelementes (6) gegen die oder jede entsprechende Verriegelungsfläche (32) des Rahmens (4) und die Anschlagsfläche (52) des Abdeckelementes (6) gegen die entsprechende Anschlagsfläche (56) des Rahmens drückt.
- Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder jedes elastische Organ ein elastischer Umfangsarm (40) ist, wobei die zugehörige Verriegelungsfläche (34) an einem freien Ende (44) dieses Armes (40) angeordnet ist, wobei das andere Ende (42) dieses Armes an dem Abdeckelement (6) befestigt ist.
- Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6 und Anspruch 2 zusammengenommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die elastischen Arme (40) in entgegen gesetzte Umfangsrichtungen erstrecken.
- Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Einrichtungen (46) zur Begrenzung der Verschiebung der an dem elastischen Organ (40) angeordneten Verriegelungsfläche (34) aufweist, und zwar in der Verschiebungsrichtung zu der Entriegelungsposition des Abdeckelementes (6) hin.
- Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier (14) ein Rahmengelenk (16) und ein Abdeckelementgelenk (20) aufweist, und dass der Anschlag (50) durch zumindest einen Vorsprung (54) gebildet ist, der einstückig mit dem Gelenk (20) des Abdeckelementes und mit einer einstückig mit dem Rahmengelenk (16) ausgebildeten zusammenwirkenden Fläche (56) ausgebildet ist.
- Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Straßengulli ist.
