Claims (25)

  1. Dispositif de cintrage de barres métalliques, et en particulier de barres conçues pour renforcer du béton, du type qui comprend :
    - au moins une unité de cintrage (2) qui définit un plan de cintrage (P) et un espace (8) destiné à recevoir un certain nombre de barres à cintrer, placées parallèlement les unes aux autres et les unes sur les autres sur un plan orthogonal par rapport au plan de cintrage,
    - des moyens (26, 32, 40, 22, 15, 14, 11) destinés à transférer les barres depuis un magasin de barres, dans lequel les barres sont disposées en un faisceau à l'intérieur dudit espace de réception sur ladite unité de cintrage ; et
    - des moyens de commande desdits moyens de transfert,
    ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de commande sont conçus pour contrôler lesdits moyens de transfert de façon à attraper un nombre prédéterminé de barres dans le magasin (M) et à les fournir les unes après les autres audit espace de réception (8), en les maintenant séparées et à une distance les unes des autres au moins à une étape finale d'acheminement vers l'espace de réception (8) de façon à ce qu'elles atteignent l'espace de réception à des moments qui sont proches les uns des autres mais distincts.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un poste intermédiaire (18) destiné à recevoir les barres, ledit poste intermédiaire (18) étant placé le long de ladite unité de cintrage (2) et prédisposé pour recevoir les barres attrapées dans le magasin (M), ledit dispositif comprenant un moyen (14) destiné à fournir les barres les unes après les autres, une par une, entre ledit poste intermédiaire (18) et ledit espace de réception sur ladite unité de cintrage, en déplaçant les barres dans une direction transversale par rapport à leur direction longitudinale.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit poste de réception intermédiaire (18) comprend un canal de réception.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de transfert comprennent en outre un moyen (40) destiné à tirer longitudinalement les barres attrapées dans le magasin (M) de façon à les séparer entièrement du faisceau dans le magasin, et à les déposer sur ledit poste de réception intermédiaire.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de transfert comprend en outre :
    - un moyen (26) destiné à attraper une ou plusieurs barre(s) dans le magasin, en attrapant une partie de celles-ci ; et
    - un moyen (32) destiné à déplacer les parties des barres attrapées dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction longitudinale des barres, et à libérer les parties d'un nombre prédéterminé de barres les unes après les autres, une par une, vers le moyen destiné à tirer les barres longitudinalement.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de transfert comprend en outre :
    - un moyen (26) destiné à attraper une ou plusieurs barres dans le magasin, en attrapant une partie de celles-ci et en amenant les parties attrapées dans une première position surélevée ;
    - un moyen (32) destiné à déplacer les unes après les autres, une par une, les parties des barres attrapées de ladite première position surélevée à une seconde position surélevée, décalée par rapport à la première position surélevée dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction longitudinale des barres, et à libérer lesdites parties, dès qu'elles atteignent ladite seconde position surélevée, vers le moyen destiné à tirer les barres longitudinalement.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen (40) destiné à tirer les barres est conçu pour envoyer les barres les unes après les autres, une par une, vers ledit poste intermédiaire.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité de découpe en amont de ladite unité de cintrage.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen destiné à fournir les barres audit espace de réception comprend un plan de glissement (11), grâce auquel les barres roulent par gravité jusqu'à ce qu'elles atteignent l'espace de réception, un dispositif d'alimentation à compartiments (14) étant prévu pour amener lesdites barres sur ledit plan de glissement.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen destiné à fournir les barres audit espace de réception comprend un plan incliné (11), grâce auquel les barres roulent par gravité jusqu'à ce qu'elles atteignent l'espace de réception, au moins un rouleau rotatif étant prévu pour amener lesdites barres sur ledit plan incliné, ledit rouleau étant placé dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction longitudinale des barres, et ayant une partie hélicoïdale le long de sa surface extérieure, prédisposée pour s'engager avec une partie des barres afin de déplacer ladite partie le long de l'axe dudit rouleau.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen destiné à fournir les barres audit espace de réception comprend un plan incliné (11), grâce auquel les barres roulent par gravité jusqu'à ce qu'elles atteignent l'espace de réception, un convoyeur à compartiments (14) étant prévu pour amener lesdites barres sur ledit plan incliné.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen destiné à tirer les barres longitudinalement comprend un dispositif d'approvisionnement (40) muni de rouleaux opposés, dans lequel un premier groupe de rouleaux (46) est conçu pour appuyer les barres contre un second groupe de rouleaux (42) destinés à fournir les barres eux-mêmes, au moins un rouleau situé entre lesdits premier et second ensembles étant entraîné par un moteur.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen destiné à déplacer les barres dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction longitudinale des barres comprend un dispositif de saisie (32) porté par un coulisseau (36) mobile dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction longitudinale des barres.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen destiné à déplacer les barres dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction longitudinale des barres comprend au moins un rouleau rotatif, placé dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction longitudinale des barres, et ayant une partie hélicoïdale le long de sa surface extérieure, prédisposée pour s'engager avec une partie des barres afin de déplacer ladite partie le long de l'axe dudit rouleau.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen destiné à déplacer les barres dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction longitudinale des barres comprend un convoyeur à chaîne.
  16. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un ensemble (26) destiné à attraper les barres dans le faisceau de barres dans le magasin, qui comprend un aimant (27) supporté de manière oscillante autour d'un axe horizontal et qui coulisse sur un plan horizontal.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen de comptage destiné à fournir un nombre prédéterminé de barres à ladite unité de cintrage.
  18. Procédé de chargement automatique de barres métalliques, et en particulier de barres destiné à renforcer du béton, dans un dispositif de cintrage des barres qui comprend au moins une unité de cintrage (2) qui définit un plan de cintrage et un espace (8) destiné à recevoir un certain nombre de barres (B) à cintrer, placées parallèlement les unes aux autres et les unes sur les autres sur un plan orthogonal par rapport au plan de cintrage,
    dans lequel les barres sont transférées depuis un magasin (M) de barres, dans lequel les barres (B) sont disposées en un faisceau à l'intérieur dudit espace de réception (8) sur ladite unité de cintrage,
    ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'un nombre prédéterminé de barres dans le magasin (M), et lesdites barres sont fournies les unes après les autres audit espace de réception (8), en les maintenant séparées et à une distance les unes des autres au moins à une étape finale d'acheminement vers l'espace de réception de façon à ce qu'elles atteignent l'espace de réception à des moments qui sont proches les uns des autres mais distincts.
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce qu'un poste de travail intermédiaire (18) est prévu pour recevoir les barres, le long de ladite unité de cintrage (2), et reçoit les barres attrapées dans le magasin (M), et les fournit les unes après les autres, une par une, entre ledit poste intermédiaire et ledit espace de réception sur ladite unité de cintrage (2), en déplaçant les barres dans une direction transversale par rapport à leur direction longitudinale.
  20. Procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que les barres attrapées dans le magasin (M) sont tirées longitudinalement de façon à les séparer entièrement du faisceau dans le magasin, et à les déposer sur ledit poste de réception intermédiaire.
  21. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 et 20, caractérisé en ce que :
    - une ou plusieurs barres sont attrapées dans le magasin (M) en attrapant une partie de celles-ci ; et
    - les parties des barres attrapées sont déplacées dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction longitudinale des barres, et les parties d'un nombre prédéterminé de barres sont libérées les unes après les autres, une par une, vers le moyen (40) destiné à tirer les barres longitudinalement jusqu'audit poste intermédiaire (18).
  22. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 et 20, caractérisé en ce que :
    - une ou plusieurs barres sont attrapées dans le magasin en attrapant une partie de celles-ci et en amenant les parties attrapées dans une première position surélevée,
    - les parties des barres attrapées sont déplacées de ladite première position surélevée, une par une, à une seconde position surélevée, décalée par rapport à la première position surélevée dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction longitudinale des barres, et lesdites parties sont libérées, dès qu'elles atteignent ladite seconde position surélevée, vers le moyen destiné à tirer les barres longitudinalement.
  23. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 22, caractérisé en ce que les barres roulent par gravité, le long d'un plan incliné (11), jusqu'à ce qu'elles atteignent l'espace de réception (8), lesdites barres étant amenées les unes après les autres, une par une, sur ledit plan incliné.
  24. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 23, caractérisé en ce qu'une étape de découpe des barres est envisagée avant que celles-ci soient fournies à l'unité de cintrage.
  25. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 24, caractérisé en ce qu'une étape de comptage des barres à fournir à l'unité de cintrage est envisagée.
