Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for closing at least one thin-walled, at least one opening having transport container for valuables.
  • the device has at least one first closure element and a second closure element arranged at a distance from the first closure element.
  • the invention relates to a method for closing at least one thin-walled, at least one opening having transport container for valuables.
  • a device of this kind is preferably used in machines for the handling of notes of value, which issue notes of value and / or can accept the notes of value.
  • Banknotes, banknotes or securities are, for example, banknotes. It is known to hold notes of value, in particular banknotes, stacked in cassettes, which can be fed to a payout machine or to a so-called recycling machine. Recycling machines can pick up and check delivered banknotes on a first transaction and reissue them on a second transaction.
  • Known cassettes for banknotes serve as transport containers, which are closed during transport outside the machine by suitable security devices and can only be opened by authorized persons and suitable auxiliary devices.
  • banknotes can be fed to the machine, the machine determines the value and / or the format of each banknote and leads the ticket then depending on the determined value and / or format of a cassette suitable for the value or this format. If a cassette is filled with banknotes, it can be removed from the machine and then serves as a transport container.
  • a transport container for the notes of value not only cassettes, which are closed on all sides, but also thin-walled transport containers, in particular security bags made of film material used. These are useful, for example, if a secure storage unit, such as a suitcase or the like, is available for the transport of these transport containers, so that the relatively expensive cassettes can be dispensed with.
  • the first method is the thermal sealing of the thin-walled transport container.
  • the thermal firing can be done in particular by welding or by shrinking.
  • a disadvantage of this thermal sealing is that for this purpose a relatively high energy consumption is required.
  • the notes of value contained in the thin-walled transport container can be damaged directly.
  • a second possible method for closing the thin-walled transport container is the gluing of the walls of the thin-walled transport container in the region of a feed opening.
  • it is necessary to apply the adhesive within the machine to the thin-walled transport container.
  • Such a device is maintenance-prone, requires a relatively large amount of space and is relatively expensive.
  • a third possible method for closing the thin-walled transport container is the mechanical closing by means of a zipper and a subsequent sealing of the zipper.
  • the disadvantage of this is that two steps, namely the closing of the zipper and the seal must be performed.
  • the seal can be automated only with considerable effort. Even a variable filling volume is not feasible with the third method.
  • a device for closing envelopes which comprises two strips connected to one another via webs. There are pins on one of the ledges and holes on the other into which the pins engage to close the envelope when the two strips are closed.
  • a reusable container which is formed of two trays and a ring forming the side walls, these three parts are disassembled for transport and are fastened together for use as containers accordingly.
  • a first closure element comprises at least one first detent element and a second closure element at least one second detent element which is complementary to the first detent element.
  • the first closure element and the second closure element are arranged such that at least a part of the opening of the transport container opened for supplying the valuables can be arranged between the first and the second closure element, and by a movement of at least one closure element with a disposed between the closure elements portion of the transport container a latching connection between the first latching element and the second latching element can be generated.
  • this latching connection the transport container is securely closed in a simple manner and unauthorized access is prevented or impeded.
  • the latching connection between the first latching element and the second latching element can be generated by a uniaxial movement of at least one closure element with a part of the transporting container arranged between the closure elements.
  • a uniaxial movement can be particularly the compression of the first and the be second locking element for the preparation of the locking connection.
  • the valuables are advantageously notes of value, in particular banknotes. Notes of value can be easily stacked in the thin-walled transport container.
  • the transport container is a receiving bag, in particular a receiving bag made of film material or fabric material.
  • a receiving bag made of film material or fabric material.
  • Such receptacles can be produced inexpensively and are easy to handle due to their low weight. Furthermore, this allows the volume of the transport container to be adapted to the amount of valuables to be transported in a simple manner.
  • the latching elements are preferably formed integrally with the respective closure elements.
  • the latching connection formed by the first latching element and the second latching element is not destructively releasable.
  • the first latching element and / or the second latching element have at least one predetermined breaking point at which the first latching element or the second latching element breaks when releasing the locking connection. In this way it is prevented that one or more valuables can be removed unnoticed by an unauthorized person from the transport container. An unauthorized access to the valuables is thus easy to recognize and can be punished in a timely manner.

  • the connecting elements 32a, 32b at the transition points to the closure elements 14, 16 each have a hole.
  • These hook-shaped engagement elements of the holding arrangement which are prestressed via a spring arrangement in such a manner that the closure elements 14, 16 are pushed away from one another, engage in these holes in the state of the device 60, so that the connecting elements 32a, 32b are not or only minimally buckled.
  • the connecting elements 32a, 32b instead of the holes may have L-shaped recesses in which the hook-shaped engaging elements are received.
  • the connecting elements 32a, 32b may comprise pin-shaped elements instead of the holes on the side facing away from the transport container.
  • closure elements 14, 16 are moved away from each other with the aid of engagement elements complementary to the pin-shaped elements.
  • a hole, an L-shaped recess and / or pin-shaped elements in or on the closure elements 14, 16 may be provided.
  • At least one of the closure elements 14, 16 and / or at least one connecting element 32a, 32b comprises at least one security feature.
  • This security feature is preferably used for checking the authenticity of the device 60 and / or for unambiguously identifying the device 60.
  • This safety feature is intended to prevent the device 60 from being opened, whereby it is destroyed and replaced by another device 60 of the same design. without this being noticed.
  • the security feature is, for example, a title block on which, in particular, a double signature of two different persons can be applied.
  • at least one RFID chip, at least one barcode and / or at least one serial number may be provided, which are applied to the device 60 or integrated into it.
