Definitions

  • the invention relates to a modular flood protection device, consisting of a stationary stowage wall and a flood protection wall erectable if necessary with spaced attachable columns and fixable to two adjacent mounting columns wall elements, the mounting columns are anchored to pillared foundations, the column foundations on the stationary stowage wall of the flood protection device and in the stationary stowage wall at least one compartment of the flood protection device is arranged, which is suitable for storage of the mounting columns and the wall elements.
  • Out DE 102 40 779 A1 is a mobile flood protection device known in which, if necessary, two or three Euro pallets supporting each other connected and covered with a waterproof film.
  • a suitable arrangement of each adjacent Euro pallets relative to each other can be built in this way with simple means a nearly arbitrarily long and up to about two meters high mobile flood wall, which usually receives sufficient mechanical stability by the composite effect.
  • a mobile flood protection device in which fastening columns are also anchored to column foundations spaced apart, if required, however, large wall elements are respectively arranged between two adjacent fastening columns and fixed watertight.
  • the individual wall elements can be connected and secured with the respectively associated fastening columns and the adjacent wall elements by means of suitable fastening and connecting elements, so that a composite effect detectable across a plurality of fastening columns is produced.
  • the individual elements of the flood protection device such as the europallets or the mounting columns and wall elements, which in turn are stored on dedicated pallets or in containers, usually kept in stock at centrally located deposits and only in case of need to the Transported site.
  • the necessary containers or warehouses must be built or rented.
  • a rapid provision of the required for the establishment of the modular flood protection device items at the site is required, which means a significant cost of logistics and consideration of the time required for this purpose.
  • the provision of the items can be complicated by the fact that the course of the modular flood protection device leads through an inaccessible or difficult to reach area and transport vehicles can not get right up to the place of use.
  • the control of the required individual parts at the place of use and the overall overview of the professional and proper sequence of the assembly are usually very complex and often associated with risks and sources of error.
  • WO 2006/062393 A2 shows the closest prior art.
  • a flood protection device of the type mentioned is described in which the individual elements of a protective wall can also be stored in a trough-shaped recess, wherein the stationary recess either in the ground or spaced from the ground level on a dike crown or on a stationary stowage wall can.
  • the trough-shaped recess may have anchoring elements on or on which the temporary stowage wall can be erected and secured if necessary.
  • Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a modular flood protection device of the type mentioned in such a way that, if necessary, a modular stowage wall can be quickly, safely and reliably built without an excessive transport and logistics costs incurred.
  • the compartment is disposed on a side remote from the flood in the stationary stowage wall, wherein the compartment for storage of the mounting columns and the wall elements from a flood side facing away from accessible and that a removal opening in the stationary stowage wall arranged compartment is arranged substantially flush with the surface facing away from the flood outer surface of the stationary stowage wall.
  • the compartment can be covered with a suitable cover and closed, the cover can have a visually appealing and functionally appropriate design.
  • the cover can have a visually appealing and functionally appropriate design.
  • all items can be stored and kept in stock if necessary, which are required for the construction of the modular stowage wall on the stationary stowage wall.
  • a stationary retaining wall which extends over the entire required height if necessary, is in many cases associated with an inappropriate intervention in the landscape and is rejected by the population for optical reasons rightly.
  • a stationary stowage wall which extends only to a height of about 80 cm or 1 m and is thus comparable to a railing or a balustrade, a significantly minor intervention in the landscape and in most cases acceptable. This is all the more so if, for example, to secure traffic routes or dams a railing of comparable height is basically required.
  • a modular stowage wall can additionally be erected on this stationary stowage wall with an often insufficient height if necessary, which only remains on the stationary stowage wall during the impending flood and can then be dismantled again.
  • the items required for the modular stowage wall can advantageously be stored and stored in the compartment arranged in the stationary stowage wall. If necessary, the fastening columns and the wall elements do not have to come from a distant warehouse be transported.

  • the stationary wall fasteners may, for example, be crenellated raised portions of the stationary stowage wall extending to the maximum height of the modular stowage wall to be erected only when needed.
  • the number and spacing of adjacent wall fasteners may be dictated by the wind or water forces commonly encountered or expected, with dynamic loads and possibly exceptional events such as static loading and flooding flotsam, as well as static loading can be considered.
  • the stationary wall fastening elements have a compartment for receiving fastening columns. While individual wall elements should be expediently too large to be accommodated in the compartment of a wall mounted as narrow as possible for optical reasons Wandbefest Trentselements, both mounting columns and other accessories and small parts can be regularly stored and stocked in such a compartment. Such a compartment is closable with a door or a cover to prevent unauthorized removal or contamination of the objects arranged therein.
  • this compartment in a stationary wall fastening element and those items can be stored, which are required for the construction of the first portion or the first two sections of the adjoining the stationary wall fastener modular stowage wall.
  • two mounting pillars including the fasteners necessary for anchoring the mounting pillars to the pillar foundations, could be stored in such a compartment. If the assembly of the modular stowage wall is to be started, the attachment columns could be removed from this compartment and anchored, in order subsequently to be able to remove the required wall elements from the first compartment, which is arranged in the stationary stowage wall, and fix it to the already anchored attachment columns. The mounting column located in this compartment can then already be used for the subsequent section of the modular retaining wall.
