Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege, insbesondere beim Duschen, Baden oder Händewaschen.
  • Dusch- bzw. Brause-Systeme sind typische Bestandteile moderner Badezimmer. Gewöhnliche Dusch- bzw. Brause-Systeme ermöglichen die "Beregnung" einer das Dusch- bzw. Brause-System verwendenden Person mit kaltem, warmem oder heißem Wasser.
    Das Wasser wird dem jeweiligen Dusch-System in der Regel über eine Mischbatterie oder Mischarmatur zugeführt.
    Als Mischbatterie oder Mischarmatur werden technische Vorrichtungen bezeichnet, in denen durch eine oder mehrere Griffe bediente Ventile die Vermischung von Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen regeln, also im Fall von Dusch-Systemen die Vermischung von heißem und kaltem Wasser.
    Das Beregnen mit Wasser in einem Dusch-System dient insbesondere der Körperpflege, aber auch dem Entspannen und Wohlbefinden.
    Das Duschen ersetzt heute in einem gewissen Umfang das Baden. Zahlreiche Wohnungen besitzen keine Badewanne mehr, sondern eine Duschkabine.
    Es gibt frei stehende Duschkabinen mit einer kleinen Wanne, aber auch Duschen, die in Badewannen integriert sind.
    Heutige Duschen weisen häufig Massagebrausen auf, die mit Warm- und/oder Kaltwasser aus einer Einhand- bzw. Einhebel-Mischbatterie gespeist sind. Übliches Zubehör zum Duschen, Baden oder Händewaschen sind Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel, Balsam.
    Von Nachteil ist insbesondere, dass herkömmliche Behälter für Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel, Balsam, etc. relativ groß sind, d.h., dass in ihnen ein relativ große Menge des jeweils gewünschten Inhaltsstoffs (Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel, Balsam) gelagert ist.
    Um einer Verschwendung von Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel, Balsam vorzubeugen, wird der jeweilige Benutzer der Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel, Balsam in der Regel erst dann eine neue Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel, Balsam verwenden, wenn die jeweilige alte Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel, Balsam vollständig oder nahezu vollständig aufgebraucht ist.

  • Aus der FR 2620470 ist eine Vorrichtung zum Parfümieren von Wasser bekannt.
  • In der JP 2000197575 ist eine Einrichtung beschrieben, mit der ein Körperpflegemittel zum Dusch-Wasser hinzugefügt werden kann.
  • Aus der EP 2 210 986 ist eine Vorrichtung bekannt, bei der ein Medium in einer Kapsel gelagert ist, und beim Duschen dem Dusch-Wasser zugesetzt werden kann. Dieses Dokument ist nur für die Frage der Neuheit relevant (Art. 54(3) EPÜ).
  • Die Erfindung hat zur Aufgabe, eine neuartige Vorrichtung zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege, insbesondere beim Duschen, Baden oder Händewaschen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
  • Sie erreicht dieses und weitere Ziele durch den Gegenstand des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1.
  • Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Gemäß einem Aspekt der Erfindung wird eine Vorrichtung zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege, insbesondere beim Duschen, Baden oder Händewaschen zur Verfügung gestellt, welche so ausgestaltet und eingerichtet ist, dass in die Vorrichtung eine Kapsel eingelegt werden kann.
  • Die Kapsel kann eine einzige Kammer aufweisen, um einen einzigen Inhaltsstoff - z.B. ein bestimmtes Shampoo, und/oder Duschgel, und/oder Balsam, und/oder Seife - zu lagern, oder - besonders vorteilhaft - mehrere Kammern.
  • Des Weiteren kann die Kapsel - insbesondere z.B., wenn deren Inhaltsstoff aufgebraucht ist - durch eine neue Kapsel ersetzt, d.h. ausgetauscht werden.
  • Vorteilhaft wird als Kapsel eine Einweg-Kapsel bzw. Einwegwegwerfkapsel, d.h. ein Wegwerfartikel verwendet - die Vorrichtung kann einen Kapselöffnungsmechanismus bzw. eine Einrichtung zum Öffnen der Kapsel aufweisen mit Mitteln zum Beschädigen einer Kapsel-Wand zum Öffnen der Kapsel.
  • Der Kapselöffnungsmechanismus bzw. die Einrichtung zum Öffnen der Kapsel bzw. die Mittel zum Beschädigen der Kapsel-Wand können z.B. zum Aufstoßen der Kapsel-Wand, insbesondere zum Stoßen eines Lochs in die Kapsel-Wand eingerichtet sein, oder auf beliebige andere Weise.
  • Die Erfindung wird nun anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele sowie der beigefügten Zeichnung näher erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigt:

  • Figur 1 zeigt-schematisch und beispielhaft - ein Dusch-System 10, bei dem eine Vorrichtung 1 zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendet werden kann.
  • Die Vorrichtung 1 zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege kann im Prinzip in jedem beliebigen Dusch-System 10 eingesetzt werden, z.B. in einem Dusch-System mit Duschkabine, in einer ebenerdigen Dusche, oder in einer Großraumdusche.
  • Das Dusch-System 10 kann einen wasserfesten Vorhang ("Duschvorhang") aufweisen, und/oder eine oder mehrere Schiebetüren oder schwenkbare Türen, um das Dusch-System von der Umgebung abzugrenzen, um diese vor Spritzwasser zu schützen.
  • Bei dem Dusch-System 10 kann es sich z.B. um eine ebenerdige bzw. bodengleiche Dusche handeln. Hierbei sind Wand und Fußboden des Duschbereiches gefliest oder anderweitig wasserdicht verkleidet; der Boden ist zum Ablauf hin leicht geneigt. Diese Bauform ermöglicht auch die Nutzung mit Rollstühlen oder anderen Gehhilfen. Weitere behindertengerechte Anbauten können Sitzgelegenheiten und Haltegriffe sein.
  • Statt in einem Dusch-System 10 kann die Vorrichtung 1 zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege alternativ z.B. auch in einem System mit Badewanne, insbesondere in einer mit einem Dusch-System versehenen Badewanne verwendet werden, oder z.B. auch in einem System mit Waschbecken oder Bidet (Sitzwaschbecken).
  • Die o.g. Duschkabine, die o.g. ebenerdige Dusche, die o.g. Badewanne, die o.g. Großraumdusche, das o.g. Waschbecken, Bidet (Sitzwaschbecken) etc. kann sich z.B. in einem Badezimmer einer Wohnung oder eines Wohnhauses befinden, oder an einem beliebigen anderen Ort, z.B. in einer öffentlichen oder privaten Badeanstalt, in einem Hotel, einem Motel, einer Pension, einer Gaststätte, in einem Fitness-Club, oder in den Duschräumen eines Sportvereins.
  • Wie in Figur 1 gezeigt ist, kann das o.g. Dusch-System 10 eine Mischbatterie oder Mischarmatur 2 aufweisen.
  • Als Mischbatterie oder Mischarmatur kann im Prinzip jede beliebige Mischbatterie oder Mischarmatur verwendet werden, z.B. gemäß Figur 1 eine Einhand- bzw. Einhebel-Mischbatterie mit oder ohne Thermostat, oder eine beliebige andere Mischbatterie, z.B. eine Mischbatterie mit Sensor- statt mit Hebel-Steuerung. Die Mischbatterie kann z.B. im Badezimmer angeordnet sein, oder an einem beliebigen anderen Ort, z.B. im Keller.
  • In die Mischbatterie oder Mischarmatur 2 kann über einen Heißwasser-Anschluss entsprechend heißes, und über einen Kaltwasser-Anschluss entsprechend kaltes Wasser eingeleitet werden.
  • In der Mischbatterie oder Mischarmatur 2 kann über durch einen oder mehrere Griffe bediente Ventile die Vermischung des heißen und kalten Wassers geregelt werden.
  • Auf diese Weise kann die Temperatur des über die Mischbatterie oder Mischarmatur 2 über ein Rohr bzw. einen Schlauch 30a einem Brausekopf 30 zugeführten Wassers entsprechend den Wünschen des jeweiligen Benutzers der Vorrichtung 1 eingestellt werden, und/oder die zugeführte Wasser-Menge.
  • Statt dem in Figur 1 gezeigten Brausekopf 30 mit einer - aus einer an der Wand des Dusch-Systems 10 befestigten Halterung herausnehmbaren - Handbrause kann im Prinzip jeder beliebige andere Brausekopf verwendet werden, z.B. ein fest an der Wand oder der Decke der Dusche befestigter Brausekopf.
  • Die in Figur 1 gezeigte Vorrichtung 1 zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege kann fest mit dem Dusch-System 10 (oder dem o.g. System mit Badewanne, Waschbekken, Bidet) verbunden sein, z.B. auf lösbare oder nicht lösbare Art und Weise an einer Wand des Dusch-Systems bzw. der Duschkabine (oder einer Wand des o.g. Systems mit Badewanne, Waschbecken, Bidet) befestigt sein, und/oder an der o.g. schwenkbaren Tür, Schiebetür, Vorhang, und/oder einer beliebigen anderen Türe oder Wand, insbesondere an einer in der Nähe der o.g. Systeme (Dusch-System 10, System mit Badewanne, Waschbecken, Bidet) befindlichen Tür oder Wand, z.B. einer Wand oder Türe, die näher als 4m, insbesondere näher als 2m oder 1 m zur jeweiligen Dusche, Badewanne, Waschbekken, Bidet angeordnet ist.
  • Beispielsweise kann die Vorrichtung 1 zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege - insbesondere deren Gehäuse 16 (s.u.) - einen oder mehrere Saugnäpfe aufweisen, mit denen die Vorrichtung 1 an der o.g. Wand / Tür / Vorhang etc. befestigt werden kann.
  • Alternativ kann die Vorrichtung 1 zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege - insbesondere deren Gehäuse 16 (s.u.) - auch mittels Kleber, z.B. mittels Klebstreifen an der o.g. Wand / Tür / Vorhang befestigt werden.
  • Bei weiteren alternativen Varianten kann die Vorrichtung 1 zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege - insbesondere deren Gehäuse 16 (s.u.) - auch mittels entsprechender Schraub- und/oder Steckverbindungen mit der o.g. Wand / Türe / Vorhang verbunden sein, z.B. dadurch, dass die o.g. Wand, Türe etc. mit Bohrungen versehen wird, in die entsprechende Dübel eingeführt werden, in die - die Vorrichtung 1 haltende - Schrauben eingeschraubt werden.
  • Alternativ kann die Vorrichtung 1 zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege z.B. auch mittels Nägeln an der o.g. Wand, Türe etc. befestigt werden, oder auf beliebige andere Weise.
  • Bei weiteren Varianten kann auf eine Befestigung der Vorrichtung 1 verzichtet werden - beispielsweise kann die Vorrichtung 1 auf dem Boden oder einem Rand der entsprechenden Dusche bzw. Duschwanne, Badewanne, Waschbecken, Bidet abgestellt werden, oder auf einer in der Nähe der Dusche bzw. Duschwanne, Badewanne, Waschbecken, Bidet angeordneten Armatur, Möbelstück, etc. (insbesondere auf einem Möbelstück, einer Armatur, etc., das / die näher als 4m, insbesondere näher als 2m oder 1 m zur jeweiligen Dusche, Badewanne, Waschbecken, Bidet angeordnet ist).
  • Bei weiteren alternativen Ausführungsformen kann die Vorrichtung 1 auch in eine Mischbatterie oder Mischarmatur integriert sein, und/oder in die o.g. Wand, und/oder das o.g. Möbelstück, und/oder die o.g. Duschwanne, die o.g. Badewanne, das o.g. Waschbecken, das o.g. Bidet.
  • In Figur 2 ist eine schematische beispielhafte Darstellung einer in die Vorrichtung 1 zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege einsetzbaren - austauschbaren - Kapsel 7 gezeigt.
  • Wie sich aus Figur 2 ergibt, kann die Kapsel 7 ähnlich einer in einem Kaffee-Vollautomaten zur Zufuhr von Kaffee verwendeten Kapsel ausgestaltet sein.
  • Beispielsweise kann die Kapsel 7 im Wesentlichen zylinderförmig ausgestaltet sein, oder auf beliebige andere Weise, z.B. würfelförmig.
  • Die seitliche Außenwand 7a der Kapsel 7 kann z.B. aus Kunststoff ausgebildet sein, und/oder aus einem Metall, z.B. Aluminium.
  • Entsprechend ähnlich kann auch die obere Wand 7b der Kapsel 7, und/oder die untere Wand der Kapsel 7 z.B. aus Kunststoff ausgebildet sein, und/oder aus einem Metall, z.B. Aluminium.
  • Gemäß Figur 2 kann die untere Wand, und/oder die obere Wand 7b der Kapsel 7 einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen (oder eine beliebige andere Querschnittform, z.B. ellipsenförmig, quadratisch, rechteckig, sechseckig, fünfeckig).
  • Die Kapsel 7 ist relativ klein: Beispielsweise kann die Höhe h der Kapsel 7 kleiner als 5cm oder 4cm sein, insbesondere kleiner als 3cm oder 2cm. Entsprechend kann der Durchmesser d der Kapsel 7 z.B. kleiner als 6cm oder 5cm sein, insbesondere kleiner als 4cm oder 2cm.
  • Die in der Kapsel 7 insgesamt gelagerte Menge an Inhaltsstoff (Seife, und/oder Shampoo, und/oder Duschgel, und/oder Balsam) ist also relativ klein, z.B. kleiner als 100 ml oder 50ml, insbesondere kleiner als 30ml oder 10ml.
  • Insbesondere ist die jeweilige Menge an Inhaltsstoff so gewählt, dass sie für einen einzigen Duschvorgang, und/oder Badevorgang, und/oder Händewaschvorgang ausreichend ist, nicht aber für mehrere derartige Vorgänge.
  • Alternativ kann die jeweilige Menge an Inhaltsstoff so gewählt sein, dass sie für nur relativ wenige Duschvorgänge, und/oder Badevorgänge, und/oder Händewaschvorgänge ausreichend ist, z.B. lediglich für zwei bis zehn, insbesondere zwei bis vier, nicht aber für mehrere derartige Vorgänge.
  • Die Kapsel 7 kann eine einzige Kammer aufweisen, um einen einzigen Inhaltsstoff - z.B. ein bestimmtes Shampoo, und/oder Duschgel, und/oder Balsam - zu lagern.
  • Alternativ kann die Kapsel 7 mehrere Kammern aufweisen, z.B. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, oder 10 oder mehr Kammern.
  • In jeder Kammer kann ein Inhaltsstoff unterschiedlicher Art gelagert sein, z.B. in einer ersten Kammer ein Shampoo, in einer zweiten Kammer ein Duschgel, in einer dritten Kammer ein Balsam.
  • Alternativ oder zusätzlich können in jeweils zwei oder mehr Kammern unterschiedliche Inhaltsstoffe der gleichen Art gelagert sein, z.B. in einer ersten Kammer ein erstes Shampoo, in einer zweiten Kammer ein zweites, vom ersten Shampoo unterschiedliches Shampoo, und/oder in einer dritten Kammer ein drittes, vom ersten und zweiten Shampoo unterschiedliches Shampoo, und/oder in einer weiteren Kammer ein erstes Duschgel, und/oder in einer zusätzlichen Kammer ein zweites, vom ersten Duschgel unterschiedliches Duschgel, und/oder in einer noch weiteren Kammer ein drittes, vom ersten und zweiten Duschgel unterschiedliches Duschgel.
  • Die Kammern können alle im Wesentlichen gleich groß ausgestaltet sein, und/oder jeweils im Wesentlichen die gleiche Menge an Inhaltsstoff lagern; alternativ können einige Kammern größer, und andere Kammern kleiner ausgestaltet sein, wobei eine größere Kammer z.B. um mehr als 10% oder 20%, insbesondere um mehr als 50% oder 100% größer sein kann, als eine kleinere Kammer.
  • Die o.g. unterschiedlichen Inhaltsstoffe der gleichen Art (z.B. das o.g. erste und zweite und dritte Shampoo, das o.g. erste und zweite und dritte Duschgel) können sich z.B. hinsichtlich der jeweiligen Duftnote unterscheiden, oder auf beliebige andere Weise.
  • Zur Erzeugung der jeweiligen - ggf. unterschiedlichen - Duftnoten können den jeweiligen (unterschiedlichen) Shampoos, (unterschiedlichen) Duschgels, (unterschiedlichen) Balsams etc. entsprechend wie auf herkömmliche Weise entsprechend unterschiedliche lösliche natürliche Essenzen, z.B. ätherische Öle pflanzlicher und/oder tierischer Herkunft zugesetzt sein, und/oder entsprechend unterschiedliche synthetisch hergestellte Duftstoffe, z.B. synthetische ätherische Öle bzw. Riechstoffe, und/oder jeweils unterschiedliche Mengen der o.g. oder beliebiger anderer Grundbestandteile.
  • Die jeweiligen (unterschiedlichen) Shampoos, (unterschiedlichen) Duschgels, (unterschiedlichen) Balsams etc. können somit durch unterschiedliche Anteile der o.g. Grundbestandteile jeweils unterschiedliche Duftnoten aufweisen, z.B. entsprechende blumig-feminine, maskuline, orientalische, fruchtige, pudrige, zitrusfrische oder klassisch-elegante Duftnuancen.
  • Vor dem Einsetzen der z.B. in Figur 2 gezeigten Kapsel 7 in die z.B. in Figur 1 gezeigte Vorrichtung 1 zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege wird der oder werden die Inhaltsstoffe der Kapsel 7 ― z.B. das o.g. Shampoo, und/oder Duschgel, und/oder Balsam - dicht von den Kapsel-Wänden umschlossen, insbesondere der o.g. seitlichen Außenwand 7a der Kapsel 7, und der unteren und oberen Wand 7b der Kapsel 7.
  • In Figur 3 ist eine perspektivische Detailansicht der in Figur 1 gezeigten Vorrichtung 1 zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege im montierten Zustand gezeigt, und in Figur 4 eine perspektivische Detailansicht der Vorrichtung 1 im demontierten Zustand; Figur 5 zeigt eine Schnittansicht der in Figur 4 gezeigten Vorrichtungs-Teile.
  • Wie aus den Figuren 3 - 5 hervorgeht, weist die Vorrichtung 1 z.B. ein Gehäuse 16, einen Gehäusedeckel 12 mit Gewindeanschluss, eine Kolbenpumpe 11 mit Spenderauslass 11a, einen Kapselhalter 14 mit Durchflussloch 14a, einen Wählhebel 17, und eine Zwischenplatte 13 auf.
  • Wird die in Figur 2 gezeigte Kapsel 7, oder eine entsprechend ähnliche oder wie oben beschrieben aufgebaute Kapsel in die Vorrichtung 1 eingesetzt, z.B. in den in Figur 4 und Figur 5 gezeigten Kapselhalter 14 der Vorrichtung 1, kann die Kapsel 7 in Betrieb genommen werden.
  • Insbesondere kann die Kapsel 7 ― z.B. entsprechend ähnlich wie bei in Kaffee-Vollautomaten verwendeten Kapseln der Fall ― nach dem Einsetzen der Kapsel 7 in die Vorrichtung 1 entsprechend geöffnet werden, z.B., indem ein Loch in eine der Wände der Kapsel 7 gestoßen wird, insbesondere z.B. in deren obere Wand 7b (oder deren untere Wand, oder deren seitliche Außenwand 7a), oder auf beliebige andere Weise.
  • Das Öffnen bzw. Aufstechen der Kapsel 7 kann z.B. mittels eines spitzen Stifts erfolgen, oder z.B. mittels einer spitzen Düse, oder auf beliebige andere Weise.
  • Zum Einsetzen der Kapsel in die Vorrichtung 1 kann z.B. deren Gehäusedeckel 12 von dem in Figur 3 gezeigten - geschlossenen - Zustand in einen geöffneten Zustand gebracht werden.
  • Daraufhin kann die Kapsel 7 in den Kapselhalter 14 eingelegt, und dann der Gehäusedeckel 12 wieder geschlossen, d.h. wieder in den in Figur 3 gezeigten Zustand gebracht werden.
  • Vorteilhaft wird die Kapsel 7 beim Schließen des Gehäusedeckels 12 automatisch geöffnet / aufgestochen, z.B. dadurch, dass durch die Bewegung des Gehäusedeckels 12 beim Schließen der o.g. Stift bzw. die o.g. Düse in Richtung der Kapsel 7 mit bewegt wird (und/oder die Kapsel 7 in Richtung des Stifts/Düse), bis dessen bzw. deren Spitze die o.g. Wand der Kapsel 7 durchdringt.
  • Daraufhin kann der in der Kapsel 7 gelagerte Inhaltsstoff entnommen werden, z.B. durch Betätigen der Kolbenpumpe 11, beispielsweise eines dort ausgebildeten Druckknopfes.
  • Durch Betätigen der Kolbenpumpe 11 wird Inhaltsstoff aus der Kapsel 7 herausgesaugt bzw. herausgepresst, und z.B. durch die o.g. die o.g. Wand der Kapsel 7 durchdringende Düse, ein in dem Kapselhalter 14 vorgesehenes Durchflussloch 14a, ein Loch 13a in der Zwischenplatte 13, ein oder mehrere Rohre bzw. Leitungen 11b in der Kolbenpumpe 11 in Richtung des Spenderauslasses 11a bewegt, und aus einer dort vorgesehenen Öffnung herausgefördert.
  • Die Kapsel 7 kann - insbesondere z.B., wenn deren Inhaltsstoff aufgebraucht ist - durch eine neue Kapsel ersetzt werden.
  • Zum Ersetzen der Kapsel 7 in der Vorrichtung 1 kann z.B. deren Gehäusedeckel 12 von dem in Figur 3 gezeigten - geschlossenen - Zustand erneut in einen geöffneten Zustand gebracht werden.
  • Daraufhin kann die Kapsel 7 aus dem Kapselhalter 14 genommen, und eine neue Kapsel in den Kapselhalter 14 eingelegt werden.
  • Daraufhin kann der Gehäusedeckel 12 wieder geschlossen, d.h. wieder in den in Figur 3 gezeigten Zustand gebracht werden, wobei wie oben erläutert die neue Kapsel automatisch geöffnet / aufgestochen werden kann.
  • Wie bereits oben erwähnt, kann die Kapsel 7 eine einzelne, oder - alternativ - mehrere Kammern aufweisen.
  • Wie aus Figur 4 und Figur 5 hervorgeht, kann der Kapselhalter 14 in der Vorrichtung 1 drehbar gelagert sein, z.B. derart, dass der Kapselhalter 14 um dessen Mittelachse gedreht werden kann.
  • Zum Drehen des Kapselhalters 14 dient der o.g. Wählhebel 17 (vgl. Figuren 3 -5):
    • Der Wählhebel 17 - insbesondere dessen unterer Teil 17a - kann z.B. (im montierten Zustand der Vorrichtung 1) durch eine Durchgangsöffnung 14b durch den Kapselhalter 14 hindurchgehend ausgebildet sein.
  • Beim Schwenken des Wählhebels 17 nach links oder rechts (z.B. in Richtung des in Figur 3 gezeigten Pfeils A) wird - da der Unterteil 17a des Wählhebels 17 im montierten Zustand der Vorrichtung 1 in der Durchgangsöffnung 14b des Kapselhalters 14 angeordnet ist - der Kapselhalter 14 entsprechend mitgenommen, d.h., nach links oder rechts gedreht.
  • Durch das Drehen des Wählhebels 17 bzw. des Kapselhalters 14 kann auch die darin eingesetzte Kapsel 7 entsprechend mitgenommen werden (entweder z.B. direkt durch den Kapselhalter 14 (d.h. nur indirekt durch die Drehbewegung des Wählhebels 17), und/oder direkt durch den Wählhebel 17 (d.h. direkt durch die Drehbewegung des Wählhebels 17)), d.h., nach links oder rechts gedreht werden.
  • Weist die Kapsel 7 mehrere Kammern auf, ist je nach Dreh-Stellung der Kapsel 7 wahlweise entweder deren erste Kammer (z.B. über das Durchflussloch 14a im Kapselhalter 14, das Loch 13a in der Zwischenplatte 13, und die Leitungen 11 b in der Kolbenpumpe 11) mit dem Spenderauslass 11a verbunden, oder deren zweite Kammer (z.B. über ein zweites Durchflussloch im Kapselhalter 14, das Loch 13a in der Zwischenplatte 13, und die Leitungen 11 b in der Kolbenpumpe 11), oder deren dritte Kammer (z.B. über ein drittes Durchflussloch im Kapselhalter 14, das Loch 13a in der Zwischenplatte 13, und die Leitungen 11 b in der Kolbenpumpe 11).
  • Damit kann - insbesondere z.B. auch während ein- und desselben Dusch-, Bade-oder Händewaschvorgangs - der Benutzer mehrere verschiedene (jeweils in unterschiedlichen Kapsel-Kammern gelagerte) Inhaltsstoffe aus der Kapsel 7 entnehmen, z.B. verschiedene Shampoos, und/oder Duschgels, und/oder Balsams.
  • Dadurch kann eine hohe Flexibilität beim Duschen, Baden oder Händewaschen erreicht werden.
  • Vorteilhaft kann die Kapsel 7 so ausgestaltet sein, dass sie statt in der in den Figuren 1, 3 - 5 gezeigten Vorrichtung 1 zusätzlich in einer Vielzahl anderer, ähnlich oder unterschiedlich wie die in den Figuren 1, 3-5 gezeigte Vorrichtung ausgestalteten Vorrichtungen verwendet werden kann.

Vorrichtung (1) zur Verwendung zur Körperpflege, insbesondere beim Duschen, Baden oder Händewaschen, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Auslass (11a) aufweist, und wobei in die Vorrichtung (1) eine Kapsel (7) eingesetzt ist, die austauschbar ist, und wobei eine Pumpe (11) vorgesehen ist, mit der ein in der Kapsel (7) gelagerter Inhaltsstoff ohne Zugabe weiterer Flüssigkeiten und/oder Gase an den Auslass (11a) der Vorrichtung gefördert wird, und eine Einrichtung zum Durchstoßen einer Wand der Kapsel (7) nach dem Einsetzen der Kapsel in die Vorrichtung (1), um sie in Betrieb zu nehmen.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kapsel (7) mehrere Kammern aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei je nach Lage der Kapsel (7) in der Vorrichtung (1) eine andere Kammer mit dem Auslass (11a) der Vorrichtung (1) verbunden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei in der Kapsel (7) ein Shampoo und/oder ein Duschgel und/oder ein Balsam und/oder eine Seife gelagert ist.
