Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de production d'une feuille intercalaire (11), en particulier d'une page de données, destinée à un document (10) de type livre, en particulier un document d'identification, la feuille intercalaire (11) comportant un corps principal (16) et une région formant charnière (12) qui est reliée au corps principal (16) et qui dépasse d'un bord (30) du corps principal (16), le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - relier un certain nombre de feuillets (13, 14, 17, 18) pour former une page de feuille intercalaire (15), les feuillets comprenant au moins un feuillet formant charnière (17, 18),
    - sectionner, en particulier découper, une ébauche de page intercalaire (19) à partir de la feuille de page intercalaire (15),
    - sectionner une partie (22) de l'ébauche de page intercalaire (19) pour créer la région formant charnière (12) qui comprend l'au moins un feuillet formant charnière (17, 18),
    caractérisé en ce que le sectionnement de la partie (22) de l'ébauche de page intercalaire (19) est effectué en une seule opération, de préférence à l'aide d'un processus de coupe par enlèvement de copeaux.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, la liaison des feuillets (13, 14, 17, 18) pour former la feuille de page intercalaire (15) étant effectuée en une seule opération.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, une portion de la région formant charnière (12), adjacente au corps principal (16), étant formée comme une région de transition (29) lors du sectionnement d'une partie (22) de l'ébauche de page intercalaire (19) de telle sorte que le retrait de l'au moins un feuillet formant charnière (17, 18) de la page intercalaire (11) ne soit pas possible ou entraîne obligatoirement un endommagement de la page intercalaire (11).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, le bord latéral (26) du corps principal (16) s'étendant obliquement par rapport à la surface (31) de l'au moins un feuillet formant charnière (17, 18) jusque dans la région formant charnière (12).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, l'au moins un feuillet formant charnière (17, 18) comprenant un feuillet de contre-collage en polyuréthane thermoplastique.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, un certain nombre de feuillets (13, 14, 17, 18) étant reliés pour former une feuille de page intercalaire (15) de telle sorte que l'au moins un feuillet formant charnière (17, 18) soit disposé au-dessous d'un certain nombre de feuillets centraux (13).
