d'une pluralité de pages de données (3) et

au moins les pages de données (3) et le stratifié de sécurité (4) étant assemblés entre eux au moyen d'une matière adhésive (5) le long des arêtes ou arêtes de pliage de marge de reliure qui sont superposées de manière à se trouver parallèlement les unes aux autres,
lors duquel, avant l'assemblage réalisé au moyen de ladite matière adhésive (5), une pluralité de trous de perforation (6) est réalisée au moins dans la zone des arêtes ou arêtes de pliage de marge de reliure du stratifié de sécurité (4) et/ou des pages de données (3), et
lors duquel les arêtes ou arêtes de pliage de marge de reliure des pages de données (3) et, de manière facultative, du stratifié de sécurité (4) sont assemblées entre elles au moyen de ladite substance adhésive (5) formée en tant que polymère élastomère (5), la substance adhésive (5) traversant les trous de perforation (6) ou pénétrant dans ceux-ci,
caractérisé en ce que les reliures ou couvertures de livret (2) avant et arrière sont assemblées toutes les deux à la fois dans la zone du dos de livret aux arêtes ou arêtes de pliage de marge de reliure du stratifié de sécurité (4) et des pages de données (3) au moyen de la substance adhésive (5) formée en tant que polymère élastomère (5). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le document de valeur et/ou de sécurité (1) présente une unité de transpondeur RFID, de préférence selon le document 9303 de l'OACI relatif aux DVLM, en particulier en ce que l'unité de transpondeur RFID est intégrée dans le stratifié de sécurité (4) et/ou dans la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant ou arrière.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les trous de perforation (6) sont réalisés au moyen de lasers, en particulier de lasers à impulsions courtes, en particulier de lasers au CO2, au moyen de lasers UV ou au moyen de la technologie du poinçonnage ou grâce à une combinaison 25 de deux ou de trois de ces procédés.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les trous de perforation (6) présentent un diamètre compris entre 50 µm et 1000 µm, en particulier entre 100 µm et 800 µm, de préférence entre 200 et 600 µm, et/ou en ce que les trous de perforation (6) sont réalisés de forme conique, le diamètre maximal et le diamètre minimal étant situés dans les plages susnommées.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le polymère élastomère (5) est un TPU ou un TPE (élastomère polyuréthane thermoplastique) ou un système hotmelt PUR ou EVA (éthylène-acétate de vinyle), et/ou en ce que le polymère élastomère (5) présente une dureté comprise entre 20 et 70 Shore A, en particulier une dureté comprise entre 40 et 50 Shore A, et/ou en ce que les reliures ou couvertures de livret (2) avant et arrière sont réalisées de manière à se trouver comprimées au niveau de la zone du polymère élastomère, la compression étant comprise de préférence entre 10 % et 30 % de l'épaisseur de la reliure ou couverture de livret (2), faisant en particulier plus de 20 % de celle-ci.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage des arêtes ou arêtes de pliage de marge de reliure entre elles ainsi qu'avec le polymère élastomère (5) est réalisé par coulage ou pulvérisation ou dispersion ou par moulage par injection thermoplastique ou par moulage par injection-réaction (RIM).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant et/ou arrière est formée de manière à être transparente ou translucide dans son intégralité ou dans des zones données et à présenter de manière optionnelle des caractéristiques de sécurité intégrées, et en ce que le stratifié de sécurité (4) contient une photo du titulaire laquelle est visible à travers de préférence une reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant.
- Procédé destiné à fabriquer un document de valeur de type livret selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant et/ou arrière présente un dispositif photovoltaïque de préférence flexible qui est relié électriquement au transpondeur RFID et/ou une unité d'affichage, en particulier sous la forme d'un écran bistable ou d'un écran OLED, laquelle est reliée au transpondeur RFID et/ou au dispositif photovoltaïque.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant et/ou arrière présente un évidement ayant la forme d'un trou circulaire ou d'un trou non-circulaire de forme prédéfinie ou d'un évidement latéral 10.
- Procédé destiné à fabriquer un document de valeur (1) de type livret selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les reliures ou couvertures de livret (2) avant et arrière sont fabriquées en polymère élastomère par moulage par injection d'inserts et par pressage simultané ou injection simultanée du polymère élastomère (5) dans les trous de perforation (6) réalisés auparavant dans les pages de données (3) et/ou dans le stratifié de sécurité (4), formant ainsi l'assemblage qui donne naissance à un livret, et en ce que de préférence- les reliures ou couvertures de livret (2) présentent une épaisseur comprise entre 0,5 et 1,2 mm, en particulier entre 0,6 et 1,0 mm et/ou- les trous de perforation (6) présentent dans la zone de pliage des pages de données et au niveau de l'arête du stratifié de sécurité (4) un diamètre compris entre 50 µm et 1000 µm, en particulier entre 100 µm et 800 µm, de préférence entre 200 et 600 µm,- et/ou une bande est fabriquée par moulage par injection dans la zone de pliage intérieure, et ce avec une épaisseur située dans la plage correspondante au diamètre des trous de perforation (6) et avec une longueur comprise de préférence entre 3 et 10 mm, et en ce que les surfaces sont formées de préférence de manière tridimensionnelle et qu'en particulier une suite de lettres est formée en creux ou en relief.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les reliures ou couvertures de livret (2) avant et arrière sont fabriquées en polymère élastomère (5) par moulage par injection d'inserts 15 et en ce que de préférence une feuille thermoplastique avec une représentation graphique est déposée dans l'outil de moulage par injection (procédé de décoration dans le moule, IMD).
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la feuille thermoplastique est formée en polycarbonate transparent et est pourvue, de préférence sur la face intérieure, d'une représentation graphique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la feuille thermoplastique en polycarbonate opaque pourvue de la représentation graphique est assemblée par stratification à une feuille overlay transparente et est déposée dans le moule avec le côté qui présente la feuille overlay afin de former la face extérieure de la couverture de livret, le stratifié de polycarbonate présentant des dimensions plus petites par rapport au format de la couverture de livret, le polymère élastomère (5) formant ainsi une bordure de la couverture de livret (2) .
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de transpondeur RFID est intégrée dans la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant ou arrière, de préférence dans une zone en élastomère thermoplastique (5), et en ce que le stratifié de sécurité (4) est intégré dans la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un stratifié de sécurité (4) pourvu de trous personnalisés ou non personnalisés est intégré dans la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant en polymère élastomère (5), le polymère élastomère (5) étant moulé par injection à partir de la face intérieure de la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) de telle manière qu'il passe sur la face extérieure de celle-ci en traversant les trous du stratifié de sécurité (4), une structure élastomère en relief ayant la forme d'une lentille étant ainsi réalisée sur la face avant de la couverture de livret par le polymère élastomère (5) lorsqu'il passe à travers les trous du stratifié de sécurité (4).
