Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le polymère élastomère (5) présente une dureté comprise entre 20 et 70 Shore A, en particulier une dureté comprise entre 40 et 50 Shore A, et/ou en ce que la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant et arrière est réalisée de manière à se trouver comprimée au niveau de la zone du polymère élastomère, la compression étant comprise de préférence entre 10 % et 30 % de l'épaisseur de la reliure ou couverture de livret (2), faisant en particulier plus de 20 % de celle-ci.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    - les pages de données (3) et le stratifié de sécurité (4) sont disposés entre deux parties de moule (10, 11) d'un moule (9) et que les reliures ou couvertures de livret (2) avant et arrière sont disposées entre les parties de moule (10, 12) ainsi qu'entre les parties de moule (11, 13), et
    - les parties de moule (10, 11, 12, 13) sont soumises à une force et que la substance adhésive (5) est coulée ou injectée dans la zone des marges de reliure de sorte que ladite substance adhésive (5) comprend les pages de données (3), le stratifié de sécurité (4) ainsi que la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant et arrière et pénètre dans les trous de perforation (6) et les traverse.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, de manière complémentaire, une partie de moule est mise en place lorsque le moule (9) se trouve en position ouverte et qu'un dos de livret est formé en trois dimensions.
  10. Procédé destiné à fabriquer un document de valeur (1) de type livret selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant et arrière est fabriquée en polymère élastomère par moulage par injection d'inserts et en ce que, de manière simultanée, l'assemblage permettant de former un livret est réalisé par pressage ou injection du polymère élastomère (5) dans les trous de perforation (6) pratiqués auparavant dans les pages de données (3) et/ou dans le stratifié de sécurité (4), et en ce que de préférence - les couvertures ou reliures de livret (2) présentent une épaisseur comprise entre 0,5 et 1,2 mm, en particulier entre 0,6 et 1,0 mm, et/ou - les trous de perforation (6) présentent dans la zone de pliage des pages de données et au niveau de l'arête du stratifié de sécurité (4) un diamètre compris entre 50 µm et 1000 µm, en particulier entre 100 µm et 800 µm, de préférence entre 200 et 600 µm, - et/ou une bande est fabriquée par moulage par injection dans la zone de pliage intérieure, et ce avec une épaisseur située dans la plage correspondant au diamètre des trous de perforation (6) et avec une longueur comprise de préférence entre 3 et 10 mm, et en ce que les surfaces sont formées de préférence de manière tridimensionnelle et qu'en particulier une suite de lettres est formée en creux ou en relief.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant et arrière est fabriquée en polymère élastomère (5) par moulage par injection d'inserts et en ce que de préférence une feuille thermoplastique avec une représentation graphique est déposée dans l'outil de moulage par injection (procédé de décoration dans le moule, IMD).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la feuille thermoplastique est formée en polycarbonate transparent et est pourvue, de préférence sur la face intérieure, d'une représentation graphique ou en ce que la feuille thermoplastique en polycarbonate opaque pourvue de la représentation graphique est assemblée par stratification à une feuille de recouvrement transparente et est déposée dans le moule avec le côté qui présente la feuille de recouvrement, ce qui forme la face extérieure de la couverture de livret, le stratifié de polycarbonate présentant des dimensions plus petites par rapport au format de la couverture de livret, le polymère élastomère (5) formant ainsi une bordure de la couverture de livret (2) .
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un stratifié de sécurité (4) pourvu de trous personnalisés ou non personnalisés est intégré dans la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant en polymère élastomère (5), le polymère élastomère (5) étant moulé par injection à partir de la face intérieure de la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) de telle manière qu'il passe sur la face extérieure de celle-ci en traversant les trous du stratifié de sécurité (4), une structure élastomère en relief ayant la forme d'une lentille étant ainsi réalisée sur la face avant de la couverture de livret par le polymère élastomère (5) lorsqu'il passe à travers les trous du stratifié de sécurité (4).
  14. Document de sécurité et/ou de valeur, en particulier livret de passeport, de préférence obtenu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, comprenant une reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant et arrière, une pluralité de pages de données (3) et au moins un stratifié de sécurité (4) avec des données de personnalisation, au moins les pages de données (3) et le stratifié de sécurité (4) étant assemblés entre eux au moyen d'une substance adhésive (5) le long des arêtes ou arêtes de pliage de marge de reliure qui sont superposées de manière à être disposées parallèlement les unes aux autres, la substance adhésive (5) étant un polymère élastomère (5), la substance adhésive (5) traversant une pluralité de trous de perforation (6) pratiqués dans la zone des arêtes ou arêtes de pliage de marge de reliure du stratifié de sécurité (4) et/ou des pages de données (3), caractérisé en ce que la substance adhésive (5) en polymère élastomère assemble, dans la zone du dos de livret, la reliure ou couverture de livret (2) avant et arrière aux arêtes ou arêtes de pliage de marge de reliure du stratifié de sécurité (4) et des pages de données (3) et forme un assemblage par adhérence à élasticité permanente au niveau du dos de livret.
