Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement within a road construction for providing access to a below the roadworks sewer system with a frame with a top of a level at a level of a road surface leading recording and extending from the upper end in the road body frame body, one of a Wall has surrounded interior, which is provided at its upper end facing away from the lower end with access to the lying below the lower end part of the road body.
  • Such frames such as, inter alia, from the generic document DE 8604492 U1 are known, have a frame body, the wall of which extend in Iotrechter direction of a road surface in the direction of embracing an opening through which the sewer system is accessible. On the enclosure of the frame body is supported. In this installed state, the frame body is surrounded on all sides by the road body against which an outer surface of the frame body facing it rests. In this sense, some fixtures are designed, which are connected as wells or rainwater inlets with running in the street body sewer system.
  • Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a framework that in is able to initiate a substantial part of the forces introduced into the frame body in the body surrounding the frame body.
  • Such a frame body distributed due to its inclined design of its outside the forces introduced into it to a substantial extent on the adjacent part of the road body on which the frame is supported. This reduces the load on the edge surrounding the opening.
  • a road cap in which a cap body encloses a cavity and opens with its upper end face in a way ceiling, which rests against at least one of the side walls ( DE 3500659 A1 ).
  • the cap body tapers conically at least in the region of the side walls from the upper end face in the direction of one of these opposite lower end face.
  • the cap body is supported on a lower end face opposite the upper end face.
  • This lower end face is mounted on a solid foundation, for example made of concrete and penetrated only by a bore through which an actuator extends, with the aid of a provided below the road cap control valve is actuated.
  • the conical design of the road cap makes it possible, for example, in a repair of the road to pull out of their intended depression, to provide the trough to a part with a backfilling and then insert the road cap back into the filled trough.
  • this increase in the road cap it does not depend on a careful storage of their walls in the area surrounding the trough.
  • the essential forces are easily forwarded from the lower end face in the supporting concrete base. Therefore, the cap body also has only a slight inclination, which is sufficient to pull the cap body out of the trough. In contrast, it does not matter on a supporting the side wall relieving the lower end face.
  • the frame is designed as a manhole frame with a receptacle leading to a level of the road surface and towards the one to be closed Shaft opening extending frame body formed, which encloses an access to the shaft opening opening interior with a wall having on its inner side facing away from the interior of the road surface in the direction of the shaft opening to a cross section of the shaft opening surrounding the edge narrowing design, in their
  • the manhole cover adjacent area is surrounded by a surface of the pavement and in the direction of the shaft opening has a slope
  • Such a manhole frame relieves the closed shaft of him in a significant way of loads that were previously suitable to damage a shaft prematurely, or destroy ,
  • the manhole frame distributes the loads acting on him to a relatively large area of the road body and thus relieves the shaft opening, which is relatively narrow and therefore in many cases is not able to absorb the significant loads, for example, by the traffic without damage and in the Forward shaft.
  • the inclination of the wall from its upper end, which is surrounded by the lining of the road surface, to its lower end, which is supported on the edge of the manhole opening a ratio of 1, 3 to 1.1: 0.9 at a height of the manhole frame of about 160 mm.
  • the outer surface of the wall is relatively wide on a suitably prepared bearing within the road body and therefore can introduce the impact forces relatively large area in the road body.
  • the outer surface of the wall in the vertical direction from this position can be lifted relatively easily.
  • 1, 2: 1 has been found.
  • asphalt is provided as a filling compound.
  • This asphalt filling is provided in the lower part of the manhole frame with a coarse filling mass, while in the upper part of the frame, the asphalt is provided with a finer structural mass.
  • a permanently elastic mass is provided as the filling compound.
  • very effective damping of dynamic loads can be made with a permanently elastic mass before they are introduced into the road body.
  • the pavement of the road surface on the backfilling is brought up to the upper end of the manhole frame. This results in a close connection of the road surface with the upper boundary of the manhole frame. This close connection of the lining to the upper boundary of the manhole frame results in a watertight transition between the road surface and the upper end of the manhole frame, so that no water can enter the backfill through a gap
  • the receptacle is adapted to a configuration of a manhole cover which is used in each case. This ensures that the manhole frame can be used with its inclined outer wall for manhole cover of any kind.
  • the manhole frame is designed as a truncated cone. This lies with its tip on the edge surrounding the shaft opening, which has a circular shape, to which the upper part of the truncated cone is adapted.
  • the manhole frame is designed as a truncated pyramid. This contributes to a square design of the shaft opening surrounding the edge of a shaft bill, which in most cases also has a polygonal cross-section. In the direction of this edge, the truncated tip of the truncated pyramid, which is used primarily with four side walls, but may also be provided with more or fewer side walls.
  • the frame is formed as a rust-carrying grate frame of a rainwater inlet, the upper end of which carries a receptacle for the grate at a level of the road surface and which is formed in the direction of an opening provided in the sewer system as a frame body, the enclosing an interior space with walls which, on their outer sides facing away from the interior, have an opening which narrows from the road surface in the direction of the road drainage system and which narrows in a cross section of an edge surrounding the opening and which is surrounded by the road surface in its upper region and in the direction of the edge surrounding the opening, a slope supported on a backfill of the roadworks accommodating the frame body.
  • a rainwater inlet is provided with a conically tapered grate frame, which is able to distribute the forces acting on it at least partially on the surrounding the grate frame road body.
  • This design is particularly important for rainwater inlets of great importance, since they are very often provided in the lateral boundary of roads.
  • changing stresses can act on the grate of a rainwater inlet, so that care must be taken to ensure safe construction, so that the rainwater inlet does not decrease compared to the road surface and thus a threat to Road user caused.
  • the inclination of the wall from its upper end, which is surrounded by the road surface, to its lower end, which is supported on the edge of the opening a constriction in the ratio of 1.3 to 1.1 : 1 with an average height of the grate frame of 160 mm.
  • the frame is arranged in a street structure provided in the road body, in which it is supported on a backfill, which consists of at least two superimposed layers of filling compounds, of which the lower of coarser consistency than the upper one.
  • a backfill which consists of at least two superimposed layers of filling compounds, of which the lower of coarser consistency than the upper one.
  • the grate frame is designed as a truncated pyramid This contributes to the favorable of the quadrangular design of a rainwater inlet bill. Ultimately, however, it depends on how the opening of the sewage system is designed. In a circular design of the opening and a truncated cone can be used as a rust carrier.
  • the inventive design of the frame will now be illustrated by two examples, namely a manhole frame and a grate frame.
  • a manhole cover 1 lies with its bottom 3 facing a shaft 3 in a receptacle 7, which is provided in a manhole frame 2.
  • the receptacle 7 is adapted to the manhole cover 1 so that one of the underside 6 opposite top 8 of the manhole cover 1 with an upper boundary 9 of the manhole frame 2 in the same plane.
  • This plane is given by a road surface 10 of a road body 11 which is covered by the road surface 10.
  • This road surface 10 may define an asphalt layer 5 upwards, which adjoins the manhole frame 2 directly.
  • the manhole frame 2 is supported on its entire circumference 12 by a backfilling 4. This fills an annular space around the manhole frame 2 extending gap 13, which is bounded on the one hand by an outer side 14 of the manhole frame wall 15 and on the other hand by a side surface 16 of a trough 17 of the road body 11, in which on an upper boundary 18 of Shaft 3 quiescent manhole frame 2 is arranged.
  • the manhole frame 2 has in the region of its upper boundary 9 a larger cross-section 31 than in the region of its support 32 on the upper boundary 18 of the shaft 3.
  • the support 32 is adapted to the size of the edge 29 of a shaft opening 28 formed upper boundary 18 of the shaft 3 .
  • the upper boundary 9 of the manhole frame 2 projects beyond its support 32, so that the outer side 14 of the manhole frame 2 has a slope 30 from its upper boundary 9 in the direction of its support 32.
  • This inclination 30 gives the manhole frame 2 a design narrowing its cross-section. Due to this narrowing design, the outer side 14 of the lowered into the trough 17 manhole frame 2 on the backfill 4, with the trough 17 is filled.
  • This edition of the outside 14 on the backfill 4 favors the lifting of the manhole frame 2 of the backfill 4 in case of a necessary repair of the manhole frame 2, since when it is lifted the backfill 4 remains in the trough 17.
  • the weight of the manhole frame 2 and possibly occurring loads of the manhole frame 2, for example, by passing motor vehicle traffic is not exclusively transmitted to the upper boundary 18 of the shaft 3, but derived directly from the wall 15 of the manhole frame 2 in the backfill 4 and thus from the shaft. 3 held.
  • the large-scale support of the wall 15 through the backfilling 4 leads to a gentle introduction of the load in the backfill 4, the upper and lower layers 23, 24 additionally act damping to swinging loads occur.
  • this support of the outside 14 on the backfill 4 favors the lifting of the manhole frame.
  • the narrowing configuration of the wall 15 from the upper boundary 9 in the direction of the support 32 is adapted to this depending on the particular design of the manhole frame 2.
  • this may be formed in the form of a truncated cone 33, which tapers from the upper boundary 9 in the direction of the edge 29 of the manhole opening 28.
  • its outer sides form a truncated pyramid 34, which is supported with its tapered end 35 on the edge 29 of the correspondingly shaped shaft 36.
  • the outer side 14 of the manhole frame 2 can also be bulged in the direction of the layers 23, 24, except in the form of a flat surface, so that the bulge rests on at least one of the layers 23, 24.
  • the backfill 4 consists of a filling compound 19 which surrounds the manhole frame 2 and closely conforms to the outside 14 of the wall 20 surrounding an interior 20 of the manhole frame 2.
  • the interior 20 of the frame body formed by the wall 15 22 takes place with the manhole cover 1 access to the interior 21 of the shaft 3 through a shaft opening 28 which is bounded by an edge 29.
  • the filling compound 19 consists of an upper layer 23 and a lower layer 24.
  • the upper layer 23 has a finer consistency than the lower layer 24.
  • Both layers 23, 24 use binders, for example asphalt, for their respective grains 25, 26. However, other elastic materials may be used Find use.
  • the lower layer 24 with its coarser grain 26 represents the support for the upper layer 23 with its finer grain size 25.
  • the upper layer 23 with the finer grain size 25 has a higher elasticity than the lower layer 24 with the coarser grain size 26, the however, is itself a very resilient foundation for the upper layer 23.
  • This upper layer 23 is able to strongly dampen dynamic loads of the road surface 10 and forward in the damped state to the road body 11. By this optimal damping of the dynamic loads occurring, it is possible to connect the applied to the backfilling 4 asphalt layer durable to the manhole frame 2 in the region of the upper boundary 9.
  • a road structure in the form of a trough 17 is introduced into the road body 11. This is designed so large that the manhole frame 2 can be adjusted via the backfill 4 in the trough 17 on the edge 29 formed as an upper boundary 18 of the shaft 3.
  • one or more spacer rings 27 are placed. These may consist of an elastic material, so that the manhole frame 2 is also elastically mounted relative to the shaft 3.
  • the lower layer 24 of the backfilling 4 is first introduced into the trough 17 and compacted accordingly.
  • the upper layer 23 is applied to the lower layer 24, which is also compressed. Both layers 23 and 24 close close to the outer side 14 of the frame body 22 so that it is fixed relative to the shaft 3.
  • the asphalt layer 5 is applied to the upper layer 23 of the backfilling 4 and firmly connected to the outer side 14 of the wall 15.
  • the connection of the asphalt layer 5 must be made so well that on the road surface 10 accumulating water can not penetrate between the asphalt layer 5 and the wall 15 of the manhole frame 2, for example in the rain.
  • the filling compounds19 can be prefabricated to the construction site.
  • a backfilling 4 can be selected based on asphalt or another binding material. Appropriately, however, an elastic compound compound will be selected.
  • the construction of the frame according to the invention is also used successfully in the design of a grate frame 46, which receives a grate 47 of a rainwater inlet 45. Also, this grate frame 46 is supported on an edge 42 of an opening 65 which connects to a sewer system 44. It is formed as a frame body 63, whose upper end 64 is formed as a receptacle 7 for the grate 47. This upper end 64 of the frame body 63 lies within a road surface 10 surrounding the upper end 64 of the frame body 63.
  • the frame body 63 is formed by walls 38, 39, 40, which run conically from the road surface 10 in the direction of the edge 42 surrounding the opening 65 and thus enclose an interior space 55 surrounded by the walls 38, 39, 40 in the form of a truncated cone 33 , If the opening 65 have a rectangular or square cross-section, the frame body 63 could also be designed in the form of a truncated pyramid 34.
  • the walls 38, 39, 40 have an inclination 30 relative to the vertical.
  • the grate frame 46 is narrowed from its dimensions in the area of the road surface 10 to the cross section of the opening 65. This constriction is expediently in the ratio of 1.3 to 1.1: 1 with an average height of the grate frame 46 of 160 mm.
  • the walls 38, 39, 40 are supported in a backfill 4. This consists of at least two juxtaposed layers 23, 24 of a filling mass 19. In this case, the filling mass is used with a finer consistency than the upper layer 23 and the filling compound having a coarser consistency as the lower layer 24 expediently. In this way, the grate frame 46 is stabilized in the road structure 17.
  • the forces introduced via the ribs 48 of the grate 47 into the grate frame 46, for example of a vehicle not shown crossing the grate 47, are conveyed via the layers 23, 24 of the filling mass 19 into the adjacent regions of a road body 11 introduced, so that only a small part of the loads on the walls 38, 39, 40 are introduced into the edge 42 of the opening 65.
