Da es sich um industriell gefertigte bzw. standardisierte Bauteile handelt, ist die mögliche Gesamtdicke zwischen den beiden Außengurten festgelegt und es sind hier keine Möglichkeiten vorhanden, die Dicke der Dämmschicht entsprechend den jeweiligen Gegebenheiten zu variieren. Bei einer Ausführung nach der AT 003 192 U2 wird die massive Platte zwischen den Stegen in Einzelplatten unterteilt, die durch eine Dämmschicht hindurch mit dem jeweiligen Außengurt des auch hier vorgesehenen Doppel-T-Trägers verbunden sind, wobei der Zwischenraum im Durchgangsbereich der Stege mit einer Dämmmasse ausgefüllt wird. Hier kann die massive Platte auch selbst mit einem Außenbelag aus dämmenden Werkstoff versehen sein. Nachteilig bei all diesen bekannten Konstruktionen ist bei der Ausführung nach der erwähnten AT 003 192 U2 die notwendige genaue Zurichtung der Trägerplatte und deren aufwendige Montage, wobei sich auch Schwierigkeiten beim Einbringen von Dämmmaterial und einer Außenbeplankung ergeben und sich unerwünschte Wärmebrücken bilden können, was insbesondere durch den hohen Holzanteil begünstigt wird. Sowohl die Trägergurte als auch vorgefertigte Bauteile aus Gurten und Stegen sind teuer und müssen maßgenau eingebaut werden. Zu erwähnen ist, dass auch beim Erfindungsgegenstand der Holzwerkstoff aus massiven Holzteilen, vorzugsweise aber auch aus entsprechend dick ausgeführtem Brettsperrholz, also auch kreuzweise gelegten und verbundenen Einzelbrettern bestehen kann. Bei Deckenkonstruktionen ergeben sich ähnliche Verhältnisse, wobei u. a. über die Stege Sichtdeckenteile getragen werden und der Zwischenraum zur tragenden Decke mit Isoliermaterial auszufüllen ist oder der Aufnahme von Installationsleitungen, z. B. auch Leitungen einer Klimaanlage, dienen kann. Bei raumseitiger Anordnung der Trägerplatte kann diese auch z. B. bei Flachdächern zur Stützung bzw.
