Definitions
- the invention relates to a blanket, e.g. an intermediate ceiling in a building according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the concrete layer is supported on a rebate on the inside of a wall on which, on the outside then, the wooden frame rests.
- the stone screws are used only for attachment of the frame to the concrete layer, but is supported by the fold. They would not be able to absorb the high shear forces that acted between the concrete layer and the wooden frame if the concrete layer had to be carried by the frame.
- DE 353 082 C shows a building board with a rectangular wooden frame, which is covered at the bottom and top each with cardboard.
- the cardboard at the top is covered by a layer of concrete into which the nails used to fasten the cardboard protrude and are poured.
- the invention is based on the object to provide a blanket in which the concrete layer is surrounded by a wooden frame and the concrete layer is reliably connected to the same and is wholly or predominantly carried by him. This object is solved by the features in the characterizing part of claim 1.
- connection of the concrete layer to the frame in the inventive cover has proved to be extremely sustainable. In many cases, fractures occur even in the concrete layer itself rather than at the interface between the wooden frame and the concrete layer.
- the compound can also be easily made from easily procurable, relatively cheap standard parts.
- the blanket includes ( Fig. 1
- the latter consists for example of straight beams 3 and corner pieces 4, which are each connected to two beams 3 in such a way that they enclose a right angle.
- the connection between a beam 3 and a corner piece 4 adjoining the same is produced in each case by an inner connecting plate 5 and an outer connecting plate 6, which are respectively in adjoining recesses on the beam 3 and the corner piece 4 are.
- the inner connecting plate 5 and the outer connecting plate 6 in turn are connected by round rods 7, each congruent adjoining transverse bores in the beam 3 or the corner piece 4 and the inner connecting plate 5 and the outer connecting plate 6, with the beam 3 and the corner piece 4.
- the wood frame can also have a more complex shape than shown, with projections and projections, acute and obtuse angles and curved sections.
- the concrete layer 1 can be reinforced. It can also be supported on the remote from the wooden frame 2 places.
- the bar 3 consists ( Fig. 2 ) Each of a composite material with thin wood panels and is, for example, as shown formed as a multi-layer plate 8 or as a veneer layer board or plywood.
- the corner pieces 4 are constructed similarly.
- the beams 3 and the corner pieces 4 form a peripheral boundary surface 9, which in the example is piecewise flat and perpendicular and to which the wood panels of the beam 3 are parallel.
- An edge surface of the concrete layer 1 immediately adjoins the interface 9.
- the wooden frame 2 successively in the circumferential direction, groups 10 of connecting parts attached, each as a straight pin 11a -d (s. Fig. 2, 3rd , the concrete layer is in Fig. 2 only hinted at and in Fig. 3 omitted) are formed.
- the bolts 11a-d are each formed as one-piece bolts, e.g. SFS WT-T 8.2x245.
- Each of the bolts 11a-d has a tip thread 12 formed as a cutting thread.
- a rear thread follows 13, which is pulled through to a head 14 and whose courses form a series of slightly oblique transverse grooves.
- the head 14 is designed so that the engagement of a turning tool is possible, e.g. he is provided with a slot or other depression.
- Each of the bolts 11a-d is provided with an anchoring portion extending from the tip to about the middle, i.
- the rear end protrudes from the wooden beam 3 at the interface 9 and forms a holding portion that is completely embedded in the concrete layer 1.
- the transverse grooves formed by the rear thread 13 thereby make a firm, in particular also tensile connection with the same safe.
- a group 10 consists in each case of four bolts 11a-d, of which two bolts 11a, b are arranged perpendicular to the interface 9, ie horizontally aligned in the example and at a distance of between 10cm and 15cm, in the example of about 14cm, one above the other.
- On the one side of the bolt 11a, b preferably by between 0.5 cm and 2.5 cm, in the example offset by about 1cm laterally, an obliquely upwardly facing, in a plane perpendicular to the boundary surface 9 bolt 11c arranged. He pierces the interface 9 on a lying in the middle between the height of the bolt 11 a and 11 b height and closes with it an angle of about 45 °.
- the bolt 11a, b On the other side of the bolt 11a, b is, in the same way laterally offset as the bolt 11c, an obliquely downward pointing, also in a plane perpendicular to the boundary surface 9 bolt 11d attached. He pierces the interface 9 at about the same height as the obliquely upwardly directed bolt 11c and also encloses with it an angle of about 45 °.
- the angles between the interface 9 and the pins 11c, 11d may deviate from 45 °, preferably between 30 ° and 60 °.
- the wooden frame 2 is first constructed. It may be wholly or partially supported on an outer wall, which preferably also consists of wood, for example, arranged side by side vertical square posts. Subsequently, or even before assembly, the connecting parts are attached to the wooden frame 2, that is screwed in the example, the bolts 11a-d of the groups 10 by means of a suitable tool in the beam 3 and created a formwork, which in the usual way by means of supports on a floor or a already finished lower ceiling supported boards can be made, which are arranged at the height of the boundary surface 9 on the underside bordering the lower edge of the wooden frame 2.

Description
The invention relates to a blanket, e.g. an intermediate ceiling in a building according to the preamble of claim 1.
Laying existing ceilings from a poured concrete layer and connecting them firmly with load-bearing masonry or concrete walls is usually unproblematic, as the ceiling can be pulled through to the outside and thus its edge area rests directly on the walls supporting it. By contrast, it has proved difficult to pour a concrete layer into a wooden frame carrying it and to connect it with sufficient reliability. However, this is necessary if, for example, the outer wall of a building is made of wood and pulling through the concrete layer to the outside is to be avoided, e.g. to avoid cold spots.
The concrete layer is supported on a rebate on the inside of a wall on which, on the outside then, the wooden frame rests. The stone screws are used only for attachment of the frame to the concrete layer, but is supported by the fold. They would not be able to absorb the high shear forces that acted between the concrete layer and the wooden frame if the concrete layer had to be carried by the frame.
The invention is based on the object to provide a blanket in which the concrete layer is surrounded by a wooden frame and the concrete layer is reliably connected to the same and is wholly or predominantly carried by him. This object is solved by the features in the characterizing part of claim 1.
The connection of the concrete layer to the frame in the inventive cover has proved to be extremely sustainable. In many cases, fractures occur even in the concrete layer itself rather than at the interface between the wooden frame and the concrete layer. The compound can also be easily made from easily procurable, relatively cheap standard parts.

The
In the production of the ceiling, the
