Claims (11)

  1. Ladesystem (4) zum Heben und Entleeren eines Behälters (6, 118, 120) in eine Sammeleinrichtung (3), das aufweist:
    - einen Rahmen (5) mit Kopplungen (34), der auf der Sammeleinrichtung (3) montierbar ist;
    - einen mit dem Rahmen (5) verbundenen Hebemechanismus zum Heben des Behälters (6, 118, 120), wobei der Hebemechanismus ein erstes und ein zweites Ladeauflager aufweist,
    - ein Antriebssystem (36, 70), das betriebsfähig mit dem Hebemechanismus verbunden ist, wobei das Antriebssystem (36, 70) aufweist:
    - Verbindungseinrichtungen (40, 112) zum betriebsfähigen Verbinden des Antriebssystems (36, 70) mit einer externen Energiequelle (38);
    - einen ersten Elektromotor (46, 78), der betriebsfähig mit dem ersten Ladeauflager verbunden ist, und eine erste Motorsteuerung (44, 74) zum Steuern des ersten Elektromotors (46, 78);
    - eine erste Hydraulikpumpe (48, 86), die von dem ersten Elektromotor (46, 78) angetrieben wird, um einen ersten Hubzylinder (52, 98) des Hebemechanismus hydraulisch zu steuern; und
    - einen Vorratsbehälter (54) für Hydraulikfluid, der betriebsfähig mit der ersten Hydraulikpumpe (48, 86) verbunden ist;
    wobei das Ladesystem dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,
    dass das Antriebssystem (36, 70) einen zweiten Elektromotor (62, 80) aufweist, der betriebsfähig mit dem zweiten Ladeauflager verbunden ist, ferner eine zweite Motorsteuerung (60, 76) zum Steuern des zweiten Elektromotors (62, 80) und eine von dem zweiten Elektromotor (62, 80) angetriebene zweite Hydraulikpumpe (64, 88) zum hydraulischen Steuern eines zweiten Hubzylinders (68, 100) aufweist, wobei der Vorratsbehälter (54) für Hydraulikfluid betriebsfähig mit der Hydraulikpumpe (48, 86) verbunden ist,
    wobei der Rahmen (5) mit den Kopplungen (34) lösbar mit der Sammeleinrichtung (3) verbunden ist, und
    wobei die Verbindungseinrichtungen (40, 112) derart sind, dass sie von der externen Energiequelle (38) entkoppelt werden können.
  2. Ladesystem (4) nach Anspruch 1, das ferner eine Steuerung (42, 72) zum Steuern der ersten und zweiten Motorsteuerung (44, 60), welche jeweils die ersten und zweiten Elektromotoren (46, 78, 62, 80) des Hebemechanismus steuern, aufweist, so dass die ersten und zweiten Ladeauflager unabhängig oder synchron arbeiten.
  3. Ladesystem (4) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei wenigstens einer der ersten und zweiten Elektromotoren (46, 78, 62, 80) ein Dreiphasenmotor ist.
  4. Ladesystem (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, wobei der Vorratsbehälter (54, 106) für das Hydraulikfluid innen in einem oder mehreren Teilen des Rahmens (5) bereitgestellt ist.
  5. Ladesystem (4) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 - 4, wobei die Verbindungseinrichtungen (40, 112) dazu dienen, das Antriebssystem (36) betriebsfähig mit einer Batterie (38, 71) oder einem Müllfahrzeug (2) als die externe Energiequelle (38) zu verbinden.
  6. Ladesystem (4) nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Verbindungseinrichtungen (40, 112) dazu dienen, das Antriebssystem (36) betriebsfähig mit einer 24-Volt-Batterie eines Müllfahrzeugs (2) als die externe Energiequelle (38) zu verbinden.
  7. Ladesystem (4) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei die ersten und zweiten Motorsteuerungen (44, 60) zum Steuern der zwei Elektromotoren (46, 78, 62,80) für den Direktbetrieb mit der Batterie verbunden sind.
  8. Ladesystem (4) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 - 7, sofern abhängig von Anspruch 2, wobei der Hebemechanismus mit Hydraulikdrucksensoren (94, 96) versehen ist, die derart betriebsfähig mit der Steuerung (42, 72) verbunden sind, dass die Steuerung (42, 72) das Antriebssystem (36, 70) auf der Basis von Lasten, die auf dem Hebemechanismus auftreten, steuern kann.
  9. Müllfahrzeug (2), das mit einem Ladesystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-8 und einer Sammeleinrichtung (3) versehen ist.
  10. Verfahren zum Entleeren eines Behälters (6, 118, 120), das aufweist:
    - Bereitstellen eines Ladesystems (4) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 - 8, das mit den Kopplungseinrichtungen (34) auf einer Sammeleinrichtung (3) montiert ist;
    - Anordnen des Behälters (6) in einer Position, so dass er von dem ersten und/oder zweiten Ladeauflager des Ladesystems hochgehoben werden kann;
    - Antreiben der ersten und/oder zweiten Hydraulikpumpe (48, 86, 64, 88) durch den ersten und/oder zweiten Elektromotor (46, 78, 60, 76), um den ersten und/oder zweiten Hubzylinder (52, 98, 68, 100) des Hebemechanismus hydraulisch zu steuern;
    - Durchführen einer Hebebewegung und Entleeren des Behälters (6, 118, 120);
    - Absetzen des Behälters (6, 118, 120) durch eine Umkehrbewegung; und
    - Ersetzen des Behälters (6, 118, 120).
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, das ferner den Schritt des Erzeugens von Energie aufweist, indem Hydraulikfluid durch die erste und/oder zweite Hydraulikpumpe (48, 86, 64, 88) befördert wird, wenn ein entleerter Behälter (6, 118, 120) abgesetzt wird.
