Claims (4)

  1. Outil à ruban abrasif réglable, avec un ruban abrasif (11) tournant en continu et un module abrasif (4) supportant le ruban abrasif dans la zone d'abrasion, qui présente une surface de guidage profilée, tournée vers le dos du ruban abrasif, qui constitue un rayon d'arrondi à abraser, sachant que le module abrasif (4) est logé au milieu de manière à pouvoir tourner sur un corps de base (3) disposé transversalement au sens d'abrasion et présente sur son profilé périphérique au moins deux contours en quart de cercle avec différents rayons qui déterminent la surface de guidage respective pour le ruban abrasif (11), caractérisé en ce que le module abrasif (4) réalisé en forme de disque est logé au milieu de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un boulon axial (5) sur le corps de base (3), et en ce que deux éléments de guidage de ruban (9, 9a) réglables par le biais de vis de réglage (10, 10a) sont disposés guidés entre le module abrasif (4) et une plaque de recouvrement (13) dans le corps de base (3), lesquels supportent le ruban abrasif (11) dans la zone de transition de l'arrondi aux surfaces planes d'une pièce à usiner (2).
  2. Outil à ruban abrasif réglable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le module abrasif (4) présente des perçages indicateurs (7) disposés de manière circulaire, par le biais desquels il peut être fixé dans la position correspondant au rayon d'arrondi respectif à l'aide d'un doigt d'indexage (8) et d'une vis de blocage (6).
  3. Outil à ruban abrasif réglable selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un revêtement glissant (12) est prévu entre le module abrasif (4) et les éléments de guidage de ruban (9, 9a) d'une part ainsi que le ruban abrasif (11) d'autre part.
  4. Outil à ruban abrasif réglable selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (3) est réalisé avec le boulon axial (5) et la vis de blocage (6) de sorte que le module abrasif (4) puisse être échangé contre des modules abrasifs avec d'autres rayons d'arrondi.
