Claims (6)

  1. Processeur de feuilles de papier configuré pour stocker des feuilles de papier en prenant chaque feuille de papier (20) en sandwich entre une paire de films et en enroulant les films grâce à un rouleau d'enroulement (la), comportant :
    un capteur (1b) configuré pour détecter une position de chaque feuille de papier (20) dans la direction de la largeur du rouleau d'enroulement (la) qui est orthogonale à une direction d'enroulement des films, lorsque la feuille de papier (20) est déplacée sur un trajet de transport pour transporter les feuilles de papier, dans lequel le trajet de transport s'étend entre le rouleau d'enroulement (la) et une ouverture d'entrée-sortie (lg) pour les feuilles de papier ;
    une unité de calcul de quantité de correction (1c) configurée pour permettre, lors du stockage des feuilles de papier sur le rouleau d'enroulement (1a) :
    de calculer une quantité de dépassement dont chaque feuille de papier (20) dépasse d'une zone prédéterminée fixée préalablement par rapport à l'ouverture d'entrée-sortie (lg) en comparant la position de la feuille de papier (20) détectée par ledit capteur (1b) et la zone prédéterminée ;
    de déterminer une quantité de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la) en calculant une quantité de correction pour recevoir la feuille de papier (20) dans la zone prédéterminée en fonction de la quantité de dépassement, et une direction de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (1a) ; et
    de former une information de correction en associant la quantité de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la) à l'ordre de stockage de la feuille de papier (20) ;
    une unité de stockage d'information de correction (1d) configurée pour stocker l'information de correction ;
    une unité de déplacement (1f) configurée pour déplacer le rouleau d'enroulement (la) dans la direction de la largeur du rouleau d'enroulement (1a) ; et
    une unité de contrôle de position (le) configurée pour permettre, lors de la décharge des feuilles de papier stockées sur le rouleau d'enroulement (la), de lire l'information de correction depuis l'unité de stockage d'information de correction (1d), d'extraire la quantité de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la) qui est associée à la feuille de papier (20) devant être déchargée ensuite, en fonction de l'ordre de stockage, et de contrôler ladite unité de déplacement (1f) en fonction de la quantité de déplacement pour ainsi amener une position de décharge de la feuille de papier (20) devant être reçue à l'intérieur de la zone prédéterminée.
  2. Processeur de feuilles de papier selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite unité de calcul de quantité de correction (1c) est configurée pour comparer un point maximum et un point minimum de la feuille de papier (20) dans la direction de la largeur du rouleau d'enroulement (la), qui sont détectés par ledit capteur (1b), et la zone prédéterminée, et lorsque le point maximum ou le point minimum de la feuille de papier (20) se trouve à l'extérieur de la zone prédéterminée, ladite unité de calcul de quantité de correction (1c) est configurée pour calculer la quantité de correction en fonction de la quantité de dépassement correspondant à une distance depuis le point maximum ou le point minimum de la feuille de papier (20) à l'extérieur de la zone prédéterminée par rapport à la zone prédéterminée, fixer une direction depuis le point maximum ou le point minimum vers la zone prédéterminée en tant que direction de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la), et déterminer la quantité de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la) en fonction de la quantité de correction et de la direction de déplacement.
  3. Processeur de feuilles de papier selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite unité de calcul de quantité de correction compare une position centrale de la feuille de papier (20) déterminée selon la position de la feuille de papier (20) détectée par ledit capteur (1b) et une position centrale de la zone prédéterminée, calcule la quantité de correction en fonction de la quantité de dépassement correspondant à une distance depuis la position centrale de la feuille de papier (20) par rapport à la position centrale de la zone prédéterminée, fixe une direction depuis la position centrale de la feuille de papier vers la position centrale de la zone prédéterminée en tant que direction de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la), et détermine la quantité de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la) en fonction de la quantité de correction et de la direction de déplacement.
  4. Processeur de feuilles de papier selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite unité de calcul de quantité de correction (1c) est configurée pour sélectionner soit une première quantité de correction pour recevoir la feuille de papier dans la zone prédéterminée soit une seconde quantité de correction pour aligner la position centrale de la feuille de papier (20) et la position centrale de la zone prédéterminée, en fonction d'un temps de délivrance qui doit être pris jusqu'à ce que la feuille de papier suivante (20) soit délivrée et dépend d'un intervalle minimum prédéterminé de délivrance de feuilles de papier lorsque les feuilles de papier sont délivrées sur le trajet de transport une par une, et un temps de déplacement maximum au-dessus duquel ladite unité de contrôle de position (le) amène le rouleau d'enroulement (la) à être déplacé dans la direction de la largeur du rouleau d'enroulement (la).
  5. Processeur de feuilles de papier configuré pour stocker des feuilles de papier en prenant chaque feuille de papier (20) en sandwich entre une paire de films et en prélevant les films grâce à un rouleau d'enroulement (la), comportant :
    un capteur (1b) configuré pour détecter une position de chaque feuille de papier (20) dans la direction de la largeur du rouleau d'enroulement (la) qui est orthogonale à une direction d'enroulement de films, lorsque la feuille de papier (20) est déplacée sur un trajet de transport pour transporter les feuilles de papier, dans lequel le trajet de transport s'étend entre le rouleau d'enroulement (la) et une ouverture d'entrée-sortie (lg) pour les feuilles de papier ;
    une unité de calcul de quantité de correction (1c) configurée pour permettre, lorsque chaque feuille de papier (20) se déplace sur le trajet de transport dans une direction de stockage pour stocker la feuille de papier (20) sur le rouleau d'enroulement (la), de calculer une quantité de dépassement dont la feuille de papier (20) dépasse une zone prédéterminée fixée préalablement par rapport à l'ouverture d'entrée-sortie (1g) en comparant la position de la feuille de papier (20) détectée par ledit capteur (1b) et la zone prédéterminée, et pour déterminer une quantité de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la) en calculant une quantité de correction pour recevoir la feuille de papier (20) à l'intérieur de la zone prédéterminée en fonction de la quantité de dépassement et en déterminant une direction de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (1a) ;
    une unité de déplacement (1f) configurée pour déplacer le rouleau d'enroulement (la) dans la direction de la largeur du rouleau d'enroulement (1a) ; et
    une unité de contrôle de position (le) configurée pour permettre, avant le stockage de la feuille de papier (20) sur le rouleau d'enroulement (la), de contrôler ladite unité de déplacement (1f) en fonction de la quantité de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la) qui est calculée par ladite unité de calcul de quantité de correction (1c) en association avec la feuille de papier (20), pour ainsi amener une position de stockage de la feuille de papier (20) devant être reçue dans la zone prédéterminée du rouleau d'enroulement (1a) qui, lorsque la feuille de papier (20) doit être déchargée, correspond à la zone prédéterminée de l'ouverture d'entrée-sortie (1g).
  6. Procédé de traitement de feuilles de papier pour stocker des feuilles de papier en prenant chaque feuille de papier (20) en sandwich entre une paire de films et en prélevant les films grâce à un rouleau d'enroulement (la), comportant :
    la détection d'une position de chaque feuille de papier (20) dans la direction de la largeur du rouleau d'enroulement (la) qui est orthogonale à une direction d'enroulement de films, lorsque la feuille de papier (20) est déplacée sur un trajet de transport pour transporter les feuilles de papier, qui s'étend entre le rouleau d'enroulement (la) et une ouverture d'entrée-sortie (1g) pour les feuilles de papier ;
    lors du stockage des feuilles de papier sur le rouleau d'enroulement (la), le calcul d'une quantité de dépassement dont chaque feuille de papier (20) dépasse d'une zone prédéterminée fixée préalablement par rapport à l'ouverture d'entrée-sortie (1g) en comparant la position de la feuille de papier (20) détectée par ledit capteur (1b) et la zone prédéterminée, la détermination d'une quantité de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la) en calculant une quantité de correction pour recevoir la feuille de papier (20) dans la zone prédéterminée en fonction de la quantité de dépassement et la détermination d'une direction de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la), et le stockage d'une information de correction dans laquelle la quantité de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la) est associée à un ordre de stockage de la feuille de papier (20) dans une unité de stockage d'information de correction (1d) ; et
    lors de la décharge des feuilles de papier stockées sur le rouleau d'enroulement (la), la lecture de l'information de correction à partir de l'unité de stockage d'information de correction (1d), l'extraction de la quantité de déplacement du rouleau d'enroulement (la) qui est associée à une feuille de papier (20) devant être déchargée ensuite, en fonction de l'ordre de stockage, le contrôle d'une unité de déplacement (1f) pour déplacer le rouleau d'enroulement (la) dans la direction de la largeur du rouleau d'enroulement (la), en fonction de la quantité de déplacement pour ainsi amener une position de décharge de la feuille de papier (20) devant être reçue dans la zone prédéterminée.
