Fixtures for the purposes mentioned above are known in a variety of configurations. Such internals are used for example as drainage or drainage devices, which are used for example for the underground storage of surface water. Such drainage or drainage bodies with lattice structures for filling cavities in the ground are known in principle. The mostly cubic or parallelepiped known lattice boxes are generally surrounded on all sides by fleece to prevent the ingress of soil into the lattice box. Occasionally, the known lattice boxes are crossed by flushing channels. Several such grid boxes can be interconnected to increase the cavity in the soil, which serves the drainage and drainage and storage and removal of surface water.
Depending on the available space, different sized drainage and drainage boxes are used. This means that these boxes are of different sizes to manufacture and store. This leads to a logistical overhead on the part of the manufacturer and distributor.
The object of the invention is to provide a modular installation for a device for the treatment, cooling or storage of a fluid, such as a gas or a liquid.
- a plurality of grid plate intermediate elements which can be positioned one above the other and have a top side and a bottom side,
- wherein each intermediate grid plate member has a grid strut and a plurality of particularly uniformly distributed over the grid plate intermediate member arranged supporting parts which extend substantially transversely to the extension of the intermediate grid plate member from the underside to the upper side and are supported on the support members of an adjacent intermediate plate intermediate member arranged intermediate plate intermediate member and supporting the support members of an adjacent intermediate grid plate member disposed above the respective intermediate grid plate member.
The inventive concept of installation (explained below by way of example with reference to its use in a drainage and drainage device) is based on the use of identical parts, namely the intermediate grid plate elements, which are arranged one above the other according to the invention, whereby the height of the installation (drainage or drainage) Body is adaptable in its installed state to the given spatial conditions. The weight forces acting on the stack of intermediate grid plate members are captured by the support members of the intermediate grid plate members which adjacent grid plate intermediate elements abut each other. This results in a modular system that meets the requirements of the load-bearing, as they are found in practice.
According to one embodiment of the invention it is provided that the support members are strand-shaped and in particular designed as bolts and their opposite ends are provided with a connecting projection at one end and a connection receiving at the other end, wherein adjacent support members or adjacent groups of support members to their arranged on the top or bottom ends are alternately provided with connecting projections or connection receptacles and adjacent grids plate intermediate elements are interconnected by the connecting projections and receptacles under load-transmitting connection of their support parts.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that on the uppermost grid plate intermediate element of the stack, a grid plate cover element and / or below the bottom grid plate intermediate element of the stack, a grid plate bottom element is arranged, which are in particular identical and each a grid struts and one-sided protruding support members for connection to the support parts of have top and bottom tie plate intermediate element of the stack. The grid plate cover or grid plate floor element is, in particular, the upper or lower half of a grid plate intermediate element which is divided in terms of its extent. This can then be equipped with other braces.
For the construction of a fitting as z. B. drainage or drainage body according to the invention, therefore, a plurality of intermediate grid plate elements are initially required, the stack of these elements may be completed by a grid plate cover element or a grid plate floor element. These last two elements are not absolutely necessary.
The modular system according to the invention can advantageously be supplemented by a rinsing, inspection or connection channel grid element which is integrated into the stack of intermediate grid plate elements. This channel grid element has an upper surface on which a grid plate intermediate member rests and an underside resting on a grid plate intermediate element. The connection technique of the channel grid element to the respective adjacent grid plate intermediate elements is advantageously realized in the same way as the connection of adjacent grid plate intermediate elements. In other words, extending through the channel grid element in its thickness extension turn supporting parts, which are preferably formed strand-like and in particular in the manner of rod sections or bolts.
Furthermore, it is possible and advantageous that a channel grid element is arranged between two adjacent grid plate intermediate elements, the channel grid element having a top side and a bottom side, a grid strut having a flushing channel running transversely to the thickness extension between the top and bottom sides and extending from the top side to the bottom side Having support members for connection to the support members of each arranged above or below the channel grid element grid plate intermediate element.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the channel grid element has four identical Kanalgitterteilelemente, of which a first pair next to each other and a second pair is disposed on the first pair, each Kanalgitterteilelement a grid strut with substantially transverse to its extension supporting parts and on a Edge having a substantially over a quarter of the cross section of the channel extending, provided with perforations channel inner side portion, wherein each two adjacent Kanalgitterteilelemente are arranged symmetrically to a stacking direction extending plane and two superposed Kanalgitterteilelemente symmetrical to a plane extending transversely to the stacking direction.
Alternatively, it is provided that the channel grid element has two identical channel grid sub-elements, which are arranged side by side and symmetrical to a stacking plane, wherein each channel grid member element has a grid strut with extending substantially transversely to their extension support members and an edge, one over substantially which forms half of the cross-section of the channel, perforated inside portion of the channel. In this embodiment, the channel plane consists of two identical channel grating sub-elements.
Overall, therefore, a modular system for assembling an installation body is provided with the invention, which is composed of the highest three different elements, wherein the number of stacked grid plate intermediate elements is selected depending on the size of the space to be filled by the mounting body.
Another peculiarity of the installation according to the invention can be seen in the fact that the intermediate grid plate elements and, if present, the channel grid elements as well as their partial elements have geometrically identical grid structures. This creates in the stacking direction extending passages in the mounting body by the grid openings of all elements are each aligned with each other and thus form the mounting body in the stacking direction traversing passages. This is particularly advantageous for the treatment, storage and other processing of more polluted fluids (for example, sewage treatment plants in which the installation can be used as a trickling filter or bioreactor (for example as a submerged packed bed)).
The invention has been explained above with reference to the use of the installation in a drainage and / or drainage device. The field of application of the installation according to the invention, however, goes far beyond this application. In general, the installation according to the invention can be used in a device for humidification, storage, cleaning or the like and / or cooling a fluid (gas or liquid) such as air. Such devices are also known as evaporation humidifiers or material exchangers, inter alia, for humidification and simultaneous air cooling, for example, in residential or office buildings, warehouses, stables, greenhouses and other spaces or even technical equipment, such as for cleaning and dedusting in particular of or Exhaust air and for reactive gas or air purifications (in particular removal of odors such as ammonia from stable exhaust air) are used. The cooling of a gas by means of such devices is carried out according to the principle of evaporative cooling. Examples of other devices in which the installation according to the invention can be used are sewage treatment plants, cooling towers and gas scrubbers.

Overall, therefore, a modular drainage and drainage drainage body is described for a drainage or drainage device, which is composed of a maximum of three different parts.
