This eliminates the need to provide a storing tank for the washing water, and realizes reduced size and energy saving of the sanitary washing apparatus 100. In addition, a shortage of washing water heated to given temperatures is prevented from occurring even though a washing period of time is lengthened or the sanitary washing apparatus 100 is continuously used by a plurality of users.
