Abstract

Bei einem Polstermöbel (1), mit einer Sockelfläche (3), einer gepolsterten Sitzfläche (5), wobei die Sockelfläche (3) größer ist als die Sitzfläche (5), und mit einer Lehne (9), wobei die Lehne (9) sowie die Sitzfläche (5) auf der Sockelfläche (3) angeordnet sind, schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass die Lehne (9) und das übrige Polstermöbel (1) zusammenwirkende Befestigungsmittel (7a,7b) aufweisen, mittels welcher die Lehne (9) lösbar an dem übrigen Polstermöbel (1) festgelegt ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Polstermöbel nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Bei gattungsfremden Polstermöbeln reichen die seitlichen Armlehnen neben der Sitzfläche bis zum Boden und bilden gleichzeitig die Füße des Polstermöbels, mit denen das Polstermöbel auf dem Untergrund aufsteht.
  • Bei gattungsgemäßen Polstermöbeln hingegen ist eine Sockelfläche vorgesehen, die entweder direkt auf dem Untergrund aufsteht, oder an welcher die Füße des Polstermöbels angeordnet sind, die dann ihrerseits auf dem Untergrund aufstehen. Jedenfalls ist bei gattungsgemäßen Polstermöbeln vorgesehen, dass sowohl die Sitzfläche als auch eine Lehne, beispielsweise eine Armlehne, auf der Sockelfläche angeordnet sind.
  • Für die Kunden sind üblicherweise mehrere unterschiedliche Ausgestaltungen der Polstermöbel verfügbar. Beispielsweise können dies bei ansonsten gleichem Grundaufbau des Polstermöbels Varianten sein, die sich hinsichtlich der Lehnen-Ausgestaltung unterscheiden. So ist es beispielsweise bekannt, Armlehnen mit einer geradlinig oder schräg oder kurvig verlaufenden Oberseite zur Wahl zu stellen. Oder es können Armlehnen zur Wahl stehen, die einen klappbaren Abschnitt aufweisen, um wahlweise auch als Kopfstütze zu dienen, wenn beispielsweise das Polstermöbel entsprechend breit ausgestaltet ist, so dass es eine längs auf dem Polstermöbel liegende Person aufnehmen kann, wie dies beispielsweise bei Sofas der Fall ist.
  • Problematisch ist der erhebliche Platzbedarf in den Ausstellungs- bzw. Präsentationsräumen, in denen die unterschiedlichen Varianten des Polstermöbels der Kundschaft vorgeführt werden sollen. Dabei ist es wünschenswert, die unterschiedlichen Gestaltungen der Armlehnen nicht nur anhand eines Möbelkatalogs demonstrieren zu können, sondern tatsächlich durch praktische Benutzung im Verkaufsraum für den Kunden erfahrbar zu machen. Die Eignung unterschiedlicher Armlehnengestaltungen für den jeweiligen Kunden hängt nämlich beispielsweise nicht nur vom individuellen ästhetischen Geschmack des Kunden ab, sondern beispielsweise auch von der Körpergröße oder dem Gewicht des Kunden - und dementsprechend der Einsinktiefe in die Sitzfläche - so dass die optimale Konfiguration des Polstermöbels nur durch das praktische Ausprobieren der unterschiedlichen Varianten möglich ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein gattungsgemäßes Polstermöbel dahingehend zu verbessern, dass dieses auf möglichst wirtschaftliche Weise eine Auswahl unter den unterschiedlichen Gestaltungsvarianten des Polstermöbels ermöglicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Polstermöbel mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Die Erfindung schlägt mit anderen Worten vor, die unterschiedlich konfigurierbare Lehne als von dem übrigen Polstermöbel separates Bauteil auszugestalten und korrespondierende, also miteinander zusammenwirkende Befestigungsmittel einerseits an der Lehne und andererseits am übrigen Polstermöbel vorzusehen, so dass das Polstermöbel vervollständigt werden kann, indem die Lehne lösbar an dem übrigen Polstermöbel festgelegt wird.
  • Es ergibt sich also eine provisorische, nämlich wieder lösbare, Montage der Lehne. Dadurch wird ermöglicht, bei einem grundsätzlich stets gleichen Polstermöbel, welches im Rahmen des vorliegenden Vorschlags als das "übrige Polstermöbel" bezeichnet wird, unterschiedliche Lehnentypen zu montieren bzw. zu demontieren. So können die tatsächlichen Sitzverhältnisse mehrerer unterschiedlicher Polstermöbel, nämlich mit unterschiedlich ausgestalteten Lehnen, mit nur dem geringen Platzbedarf demonstriert werden, den ein einziges Polstermöbel erfordert, indem nämlich die entsprechend unterschiedlichen Lehnenvarianten nach Kundenwunsch montiert bzw. demontiert werden.
  • Ein vom Kunden ausgewähltes und später zum Kunden geliefertes Möbel ist dann als Polstermöbel mit fest montierter Lehne ausgestaltet, so dass die gewünschte Stabilität des Polstermöbels für die praktische Benutzung über lange Zeit sichergestellt ist. Das vorschlagsgemäße Polstermöbel mit auswechselbaren Lehnen wird daher als "Präsentations-Polstermöbel" bezeichnet, da es insbesondere für die Verwendung in den Präsentationsräumen des Möbelhandels vorgesehen ist und nicht die spätere, tatsächlich an den Kunden ausgelieferte Ausgestaltung des Möbels darstellt.
  • Der Begriff der "Lehne" rührt von der Funktion des entsprechenden Möbelteils her, einen Körperteil des Benutzers abzustützen, so dass sich der Benutzer dementsprechend an die Lehne anlehnen kann, beispielsweise an eine Armlehne oder ein Rückenlehne. Vorschlagsgemäß kann allerdings von dieser StützFunktion abgewichen werden, indem die "Lehne" beispielsweise als Barfach ausgestaltet ist, ein ausklappbares bzw. ausfahrbares TV-Gerät enthält oder dergleichen. Der vorschlagsgemäße Vorteil der für Demonstrationszwecke schnell auswechselbaren Lehne bleibt dabei voll und ganz erhalten: auch bei derartigen Lehnen, die nicht in erster Linie als Körperstütze dienen, können auf einfache und schnelle Weise unterschiedliche Ausgestaltungen des Polstermöbels präsentiert und miteinander verglichen werden, ohne dass der Platzbedarf all dieser unterschiedlichen Polstermöbel in dem Ausstellungsraum besteht, sondern nur der Platzbedarf eines einzigen Polstermöbels.
  • Da unterschiedlich ausgestaltete Lehnen allerdings das Sitzgefühl bzw. die Benutzbarkeit des Polstermöbels stark beeinflussen können, kann auch vorgesehen sein, dem Kunden das Polstermöbel in der vorschlagsgemäßen Ausgestaltung anzubieten, also mit auswechselbaren Lehnen, so dass auch der Kunde nach einer gewissen Zeit im praktischen Gebrauch sein Polstermöbel unterschiedlich konfigurieren und beispielsweise an geänderte Bedürfnisse anpassen kann. Nachfolgend wird jedoch als typischer Anwendungsfall betrachtet, dass das Präsentations-Polstermöbel in den Verkaufsräumen des Möbelhandels benutzt wird und dem Kunden später die von ihm ausgewählte Variante des Polstermöbels, allerdings mit fest montierter Lehne, ausgeliefert wird.
  • Die Befestigungsmittel, die zur lösbaren Befestigung der Lehne vorgesehen sind, können grundsätzlich auf beliebige Weise ausgestaltet sein. Dem Sinn und Zweck des vorliegenden Vorschlags entspricht es besonders gut, wenn ein schneller, unkomplizierter Wechsel unterschiedlicher Lehnen ermöglicht und durch die Befestigungsmittel nicht behindert wird. So können beispielsweise Spanngurte verwendet werden, die rasch gelockert oder gespannt werden können und die Lehne am übrigen Polstermöbel provisorisch sichern.
  • Vorteilhaft kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Befestigungsmittel werkzeuglos betätigt werden können, so dass im Verkaufsraum des Möbelhandels ein schneller und unkomplizierter Wechsel der einzelnen Lehnen vorgenommen werden kann. So kann beispielsweise vorteilhaft vorgesehen sein, die Befestigungsmittel als Häkchenverschluss auszugestalten. Derartige Verschlüsse sind aus Kunststoff und neuerdings auch aus Metall herstellbar, so dass entsprechend hohe Haltekräfte sichergestellt werden können, die beim Probesitzen auf dem Präsentations-Polstermöbel die entsprechenden Belastungen problemlos aufnehmen können, jedoch andererseits in kürzester Zeit die Demontage und erneute Montage einer anderen Lehnenvariante ermöglichen.
  • Alternativ kann vorgesehen sein, das Polstermöbel in Art einer so genannten Polsterklammer bzw. eines so genannten Polsterhakens auszugestalten, wie sie aus der Praxis im Möbelbau bekannt sind: Die Befestigungsmittel umfassen dabei einerseits eine Aufnahmetasche und andererseits, als komplementäres Gegenstück, eine Einsteckzunge, die in die Aufnahmetasche eingesteckt werden kann. So kann je nach Ausrichtung der Aufnahmetasche und der Einsteckzunge die Lehne beispielsweise von oben gesteckt und somit montiert werden, so dass bei Auflage auf der Lehne, also bei einem Druck von oben, die Verbindung immer fester wird, so dass ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Lehne im Probebetrieb des Verkaufsraumes ausgeschlossen ist.
  • In ähnlicher Weise kann vorgesehen sein, die Befestigungsmittel einerseits mit einer Aufnahmehülse auszugestalten, die sich beispielsweise durch die Lehne erstreckt und andererseits mit einem Einsteckstift, welcher beispielsweise von der Sockelfläche des Polstermöbels aus nach oben ragt, so dass auch in dieser Ausgestaltung eine von oben erfolgende Steckverbindung der Lehne ermöglicht wird und andererseits eine problemlose Demontage der Lehne dadurch ermöglicht ist, dass diese einfach nach oben von dem übrigen Polstermöbel abgezogen wird. Bei allen drei oben genannten, rein beispielhaften Ausgestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Befestigungsmittel ist vorgesehen, dass diese unsichtbar sind, wenn die Lehne am übrigen Polstermöbel montiert ist. Auf diese Weise ist sichergestellt, dass sich für den Kunden dieselbe Optik des provisorisch zusammengefügten Präsentations-Polstermöbels ergibt, wie es auch später das Polstermöbel aufweisen würde, welches dem Kunden ausgeliefert wird und ggf. eine fest montierte unlösbare Lehne aufweist. Vorteilhaft kann die Lehne als Armlehne ausgestaltet sein. Grundsätzlich ist es auch denkbar, die Lehne als Rückenlehne des Polstermöbels auszugestalten, beispielsweise um dem grundsätzlichen gleichen Polstermöbel eine unterschiedliche optische Erscheinung zu verleihen. Insbesondere die unterschiedliche Ausgestaltung von Armlehnen bewirkt eine sehr unterschiedliche Nutzbarkeit des Polstermöbels, beispielsweise durch die Armlehnenhöhe, den Verlauf der Oberkante der Armlehne oder dadurch, dass die Armlehne Funktionselemente enthält, wie beispielsweise die klappbare Kopfstütze, oder eine klappbare Abdeckung für ein in der Armlehne angeordnetes Fach oder dergleichen, so dass insbesondere eine Ausgestaltung der Lehne als Armlehne vorteilhaft ist.
  • Im Unterschied zu beispielsweise zerlegbaren und transportablen Polstermöbeln, die beispielsweise für den Zusammenbau beim Kunden vorgesehen sind, ist bei dem vorschlagsgemäß ausgestalten Polstermöbel nicht nur vorgesehen, dass eine Lehne überhaupt demontierbar am Möbel vorgesehen ist, sondern dass insbesondere mehrere, unterschiedlich ausgestaltete Lehnen vorgesehen sind, denn das vorschlagsgemäß ausgestaltete Präsentationsmöbel ist ja nicht in erster Linie für den Verkauf an einen Kunden gedacht, sondern als Präsentations-Polstermöbel für die Verwendung in den Ausstellungsräumen des Möbelhandels, so dass das vorschlagsgemäße Präsentationsmöbel mehr Lehnen aufweist als gleichzeitig am Polstermöbel montiert werden können. Somit kann durch Demontage der einen Lehne und Montage einer dazu unterschiedlichen Lehne das grundsätzlich gleiche Polstermöbel zu einer Vielzahl tatsächlich unterschiedlich ausgestalteter Polstermöbel konfiguriert werden, so dass mit dem Platzbedarf nur eines Polstermöbels mehrere unterschiedliche Polstermöbel präsentiert werden können.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines vorschlagsgemäßen Polstermöbels wird anhand der rein schematischen Darstellungen nachfolgend näher erläutert. Dabei zeigt

  • In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 ein Polstermöbel bezeichnet, welches als Sofa ausgestaltet ist und nicht vollständig ausgebildet ist. Das Polstermöbel 1 weist mehrere Füße 2 auf, mit denen es auf dem Untergrund aufsteht, wobei die Füße 2 an einer Sockelfläche 3 angeordnet sind, an der auch eine Rückenlehne 4 des Polstermöbels 1 befestigt ist. Auf der Sockelfläche 3 befindet sich zudem eine Sitzfläche 5 mit Rückenpolstern 6, wobei ersichtlich ist, dass die Sitzfläche 5 schmaler ausgestaltet ist als die Sockelfläche 3.
  • Weiterhin ist aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, dass an der Sitzfläche 5 Befestigungsmittel 7a vorgesehen sind, wobei diese Befestigungsmittel 7a Einsteckzungen 8 aufweisen.
  • In Fig. 2 sind drei unterschiedlich ausgestaltete Arten von Armlehnen 9 dargestellt, wobei die links dargestellte Armlehne 9 eine schräg verlaufende Oberkante aufweist, die rechts dargestellte Armlehne 9 eine geradlinig und horizontal verlaufende Oberkante und die mittlere Armlehne 9 ein oberes Polster 10 aufweist.
  • Die größte Höhe sämtlicher drei Armlehnen 9 ist stets gleich, wobei durch den schrägen Verlauf der Oberkante die links dargestellte Armlehne 9 unterschiedliche nutzbare Abstützhöhen für den Benutzer bereitstellt und die mittlere Armlehne 9 ein vergleichsweise niedriges Grundelement 11 aufweist, an welchem das Polster 10 gelenkig befestigt ist, so dass das Polster 10 wahlweise als Armlehne, oder als Schulter- bzw. Kopfstütze genutzt werden kann.
  • An der links dargestellten Armlehne 9 sind Befestigungsmittel 7b ersichtlich, die mit den Befestigungsmitteln 7a der Sitzfläche 5 zusammenwirken und Aufnahmetaschen 12 aufweisen. Gleichartige Befestigungsmittel 7b weisen auch die beiden anderen Varianten von Armlehnen 9 auf.
  • Die Befestigungsmittel 7a und 7b ermöglichen es, werkzeuglos die jeweils gewünschte Armlehne 9 an dem übrigen Polstermöbel zu befestigen, indem die Armlehne 9 einfach auf die Sockelfläche 3 aufgesetzt wird und dabei die Aufnahmetaschen 12 auf die Einsteckzungen 8 gesteckt werden. Somit ist eine provisorische Befestigung der Armlehne 10 gegeben, die zum Probesitzen bzw. Probeliegen eine Probenutzung des Polstermöbels 1 ermöglicht, wobei durch einfaches Abheben und erneutes Aufstecken in kürzester Zeit die unterschiedlichen Varianten von Armlehnen 9 präsentiert bzw. ausprobiert werden können. Diese provisorische Befestigung der Armlehne 9 erfolgt dabei insofern unsichtbar, als nach der provisorischen Montage die Befestigungsmittel 7a und 7b nicht erkennbar sind, so dass das so komplettierte Polstermöbel 1 das gleiche Aussehen aufweist wie das später an den Kunden ausgelieferte Polstermöbel, bei dem die Armlehne 9 seiner Wahl dann fest montiert ist.

Claims (9)

  1. Polstermöbel,
    mit einer Sockelfläche,
    einer gepolsterten Sitzfläche,
    wobei die Sockelfläche größer ist als die Sitzfläche,
    und mit einer Lehne,
    wobei die Lehne sowie die Sitzfläche auf der Sockelfläche angeordnet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Lehne (9) und das übrige Polstermöbel (1) zusammenwirkende Befestigungsmittel (7a, 7b) aufweisen, mittels welcher die Lehne lösbar an dem übrigen Polstermöbel (1) festgelegt ist.
  2. Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Befestigungsmittel (7a, 7b) werkzeuglos betätigbar sind.
  3. Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Befestigungsmittel als Häkchenverschluss ausgestaltet sind.
  4. Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Befestigungsmittel (7a, 7b) einerseits als wenigstens eine Aufnahmetasche (12) ausgestaltet sind, und andererseits als wenigstens eine Einsteckzunge (8), welche in die Aufnahmetasche (12) einsteckbar ist.
  5. Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Befestigungsmittel einerseits als wenigstens eine Aufnahmehülse ausgestaltet sind, und andererseits als wenigstens ein Einsteckstift, welche in die Aufnahmetasche einsteckbar ist.
  6. Polstermöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Befestigungsmittel (7a, 7b) unsichtbar angeordnet sind, wenn die Lehne (9) am übrigen Polstermöbel (1) montiert ist.
  7. Polstermöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass an der Sockelfläche (3) Füße (2) angeordnet sind, mit denen das Polstermöbel (1) auf dem Untergrund aufsteht.
  8. Polstermöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Lehne als Armlehne (9) ausgestaltet ist.
  9. Bausatz für ein Polstermöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass mehrere unterschiedlich ausgestaltete Lehnen (9) vorgesehen sind,
    wobei die Befestigungsmittel (7b) jeder dieser Lehnen (9) mit den Befestigungsmitteln (7a) an dem übrigen Polstermöbel (1) zusammenwirkend ausgestaltet ist, derart, dass wahlweise eine der mehreren unterschiedlichen Lehnen (9) an dem übrigen Polstermöbel (1) montierbar ist.
