Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de laminage (1) comprenant: au moins deux cylindres de travail (2, 3) qui sont montés respectivement au moyen d'au moins un élément de montage de cylindre de travail (4, 5) dans une cage de laminage (6), au moins un des cylindres de travail (2, 3) dans la cage de laminage (6) peut être réglé pour le réglage d'une emprise désirée (7) par rapport à l'autre cylindre de travail (2, 3), en particulier en direction verticale, au moins un des cylindres de travail (2, 3) étant monté en liaison active avec des moyens de flexion (11) avec lesquels il peut être sollicité avec un moment de flexion, l'élément de montage de cylindre de travail (4, 5) présentant des bras (12, 13) faisant saillie latéralement par rapport à l'axe (10) du cylindre de travail (2, 3) pour l'absorption de la force générée par les moyens de flexion, un élément de transmission de la pression (15) apte à se déplacer par rapport à la cage de laminage (6), en particulier en direction verticale, étant disposé entre un élément (14) des moyens de flexion (11), générant une force de pression, en particulier un piston, et le bras (12, 13) saillant de l'élément de montage de cylindre de travail (4, 5) ; et des moyens de déplacement axial (8) qui sont réalisés sous la forme d'une unité hydraulique du type à piston-cylindre, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement axial (8) sont disposés avec un élément d'activation (9) sous la forme d'un piston, en position coaxiale par rapport à l'axe (10) du cylindre de travail (2, 3) à déplacer, et l'élément d'activation (9) est fixé avec une de ses extrémité axiales à un bras de maintien (16) qui est fixé en déplacement de translation à la cage de laminage (6) dans un guidage (17), en particulier dans un guidage par glissement.
  2. Dispositif de laminage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (14) des moyens de flexion (11), générant la force de compression et le bras saillant (12, 13) de l'élément de montage de cylindre de travail (4, 5) sont positionnés de telle sorte que l'axe médian (18) de l'élément (14) générant la force de pression coupe le bras saillant (12, 13).
  3. Dispositif de laminage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface de glissement (19) est disposée entre l'élément (14) des moyens de flexion (11), générant une force de pression et l'élément de transmission de la pression (15) et/ou entre l'élément de transmission de la pression (15) et le bras saillant (12, 13) de l'élément de montage de cylindre de travail (4, 5).
  4. Dispositif de laminage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de flexion (11) sont disposés dans un bloc (20) monté à demeure contre la cage de laminage (6) et l'élément de transmission de la pression (15) est monté au moyen d'un guidage (21), en particulier au moyen d'un guidage vertical, contre le bloc (20).
  5. Dispositif de laminage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transmission de la pression (15) est réalisé en une configuration en U en section horizontale et entoure au moins en partie le bloc (20) de trois côtés.
  6. Dispositif de laminage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transmission de la pression (15) est réalisé en une configuration en L en section verticale, perpendiculairement par rapport à l'axe (10) du cylindre de travail (2, 3) et entoure au moins en partie le bloc (20) sur son côté supérieur.
  7. Dispositif de laminage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transmission de la pression (15) est monté au moyen d'un guidage (22), en particulier au moyen d'un guidage vertical, contre la cage de laminage (6).
  8. Dispositif de laminage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de maintien (23) sont disposés entre le bloc (20) et l'élément de transmission de la pression (15), qui maintiennent l'élément de transmission de la pression (15) contre le bloc (20) en immobilité en direction horizontale par rapport au cylindre de travail (2,3).
