Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour la production de lignes de marquages (3) en matériau de marquage (2) pompable, constituées d'une couche de base (31) lisse et uniforme et d'éléments en relief (32) posés sur celle-ci, où le matériau de marquage (2) pour la couche de base (31) est déchargé en tant qu'un premier flux constant de matériau de marquage (21) à partir d'une première sortie (16.1), où le matériau de marquage (2) pour les éléments en relief (32) posés est distribué en petites quantités à partir d'un deuxième flux de matériau de marquage (22) et déchargé à partir d'une deuxième sortie (16.2), où chaque flux de matériau de marquage (21 ; 22) est transporté vers sa sortie (16.1 ; 16.2) indépendamment de l'autre flux de matériau de marquage (22 ; 21), et où les tailles des flux de matériau de marquage (21 ; 22) individuels sont contrôlées de manière indépendante,
    caractérisé en ce que

  2. Appareil (1) pour la production de lignes de marquages (3) en matériau de marquage (2) pompable, constituées d'une couche de base (31) lisse et uniforme et d'éléments en relief (32) posés sur celle-ci, où le matériau de marquage (2) pour la couche de base (31) peut être déchargé en tant qu'un premier flux constant de matériau de marquage (21) à partir d'une première sortie (16.1) de forme correspondante de l'appareil (1), où le matériau de marquage (2) pour les éléments en relief (32) peut être déchargé à partir d'une deuxième sortie (16.2) de l'appareil (1) combinée avec un dispositif de répartition (18) répartant un deuxième flux de matériau (22) de marquage en petite portions, où chaque flux de matériau de marquage (21 ; 22) peut être transporté vers sa sortie (16.1 ; 16.2) indépendamment de l'autre flux de matériau de marquage (22 ; 21), et où les tailles des flux de matériau de marquage (21 ;22) individuels peuvent être contrôlées de manière indépendante,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'appareil (1) comprend au moins une pompe propre (12.1 ; 12.2) pour le transport de chaque flux de matériau de marquage (21 ; 22) et que chaque pompe (12.1 ; 12.2) comprend un entraînement de pompe (13.1 ; 13.2) dont le débit peut être commandé séparément.

Appareil selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de répartition (18) comprend un tambour pouvant tourner autour d'un axe horizontal, présentant alternativement dans la direction de la circonférence et/ou la direction longitudinale des zones perméables et imperméables pour le matériau de marquage (2), et dont la circonférence extérieure dans sa zone de circonférence inférieure est en coopération étanche avec deux arêtes (19.1, 19.2) qui limitent la deuxième sortie (16.2) réalisée en forme de fente.
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que au moins une des deux arêtes (19.1, 19.2) limitant la deuxième sortie (16.2) est réalisée en forme de fente est réalisée en tant que partie d'un coulisseau d'ouverture / fermeture (19).
