Claims (20)

  1. Wischmaterialspender nach Art derjenigen mit einem als Behältnis dienenden Gehäuse (1) mit einer Bodenplatte (1a), einer unteren waagrechten Wand (1b) und Seitenwänden (1c) sowie einem Deckel (4) und mit einer Vorrichtung (D) für das Laden, Führen und die faltenlose Formgebung der gezogenen Materialbahn zwecks Ausführung zum vorderen unteren Teil des Gerätes, wobei die Vorrichtung Formen beinhaltet, die eine Passage für die gezogene Materialbahn und das als Spule oder "Z"-förmig gefaltet vorliegende Wischmaterial frei lassen, wobei der Wischmaterialspender dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:
    - der Deckel angelenkt und mit Verriegelungseinrichtungen versehen ist,
    - die Innenseite des Deckels mit einer Form (6) mit kurvenförmigen Vorsprüngen ausgebildet ist,
    - die Vorrichtung (D) für das Laden, Führen und die faltenlose Formgebung am Gehäuse angelenkt ist,
    - die Vorrichtung Kurvenformen (8 - 10a) umfasst, die geeignet sind, bei der Schließung des Deckels die am Deckel ausgebildete Form (6) zu umgeben, wobei die besagten Formen (6 - 8 - 10a) konzentrisch verlaufen,
    - die Materialbahn vorgeschnitten wird,
    - die Vorrichtung am unteren Teil des Gerätes an der Austrittsstelle des Materials beiderseits der Materialbahn sich gegenüberliegende Anschläge (17, 18) umfasst und so die Trennung eines Bahnformats gegenüber der der Bahn zugewandten Vorschnittlinie gewährleistet.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (D) für das Laden, Führen und die faltenlose Formgebung der vorgeschnittenen Materialbahn ein einziges Teil (7) umfasst, das diese Funktionen ausübt.
  3. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (D) für das Laden, Führen und die faltenlose Formgebung der vorgeschnittenen Materialbahn eine Platte für das Laden und Führen der Materialbahn und eine Platte (10) für die faltenlose Formgebung umfasst.
  4. Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (D) eine einheitliche Platte (7) umfasst, die am Gehäuse angelenkt ist und sich in Position verriegelt, wobei die Platte (7) eine gewölbte Form (7a) aufweist, die im Verhältnis zur Dicke der Platte überstehend kurvenartig ausgebildet ist, und dass diese Klappe eine vorspringende Kurvenform (8) aufweist, die geeignet ist, nach Schließen des Deckels auf dem Gehäuse die komplementäre kurvenartige Form (6) an der Innenwand des Deckels zu umgeben und dabei eine Passage (P) für die Materialbahn zu umgrenzen.
  5. Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form (8) wie ein Hufeisen ausgebildet ist.
  6. Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (7) an mindestens einer Schmalseite einen Vorsprung aufweist, der am inneren Teil des mit einer Verriegelungseinrichtung (1h) versehenen Gehäuses fixiert wird.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte für die faltenlose Formgebung (10) an der Vorderseite der Ladeplatte (9) auf einer parallelen Ebene und in elastischer Rückholung dazu angeordnet ist,
    und dass die Platte für die Formgebung (10) und die Innenseite des Deckels mit sich ergänzenden Formen (6-10a) ausgebildet sind, die geeignet sind, in einer kurvenförmigen Konfiguration ineinanderzugreifen und dabei die Durchführung und Führung der gezogenen Materialbahn zu ermöglichen, und dass die Ladeplatte (9) in ihrem oberen Teil eine Umlenkrolle (11) der Materialbahn zwecks ihrer Einführung zwischen die formgebende Platte und den Deckel und zum Heraustreten umfasst.
  8. Spender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte in ihrem vorderen Teil einen mittleren Ausschnitt (1f) aufweist und versetzt hinter dem besagten mittleren Ausschnitt einer querverlaufende Wand (1g) vorgesehen ist, die die Positionierung der Materialspule umgrenzt, und dass der Deckel eine Vorderwand (4a) mit einem Ausschnitt (4b) aufweist, der gegenüber dem mittleren Ausschnitt (1e) am Gehäuse angeordnet ist und die Durchführung der Finger für das Ergreifen des Materials ermöglicht.
  9. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Teil (4a1) der Vorderwand beiderseits des Ausschnitts (4b) zwei in Vorsprung und Überdicke identische Formen (6) umfasst, die geometrisch und an der Basis dieser Form kurvenartig (6a) ausgebildet sind, und dass die beiden Formen (6) geeignet sind, aufgrund ihrer vollen Stirnfläche Auflage- und Gleitebenen für die am Geräteausgang herausgezogene Materialbahn zu bilden.
  10. Spender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Ladeplatte (9) an der Basis an Drehachsen gegenüber den Seitenwänden (1c) des Gehäuses angelenkt ist und sich in der Längsebene des Gehäuses befindet,
    und dass diese Platte entgegen der Federwirkung einer Rückholeinrichtung (13) in einer Schwenkbewegung nach vorne (9) angelenkt ist, um beim Ziehen an der Materialbahn durch den Benutzer die Zugkraft zu begleiten,
    und dass die Befestigung der Rückholeinrichtung durch ein Ende (13-1) an einer der Gehäusewände erfolgt,
    und dass das andere Ende (13-2) der Rückholeinrichtung an der Ladeplatte befestigt ist,
    und dass die Ladeplatte (10) einen mittleren Ausschnitt aufweist, der den Ausschnitten (1f und 4b) am Gehäuse und am Deckel entspricht.
  11. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ladeplatte (10) in ihrem oberen Teil flexible Laschen (10c) aufweist, zwischen denen die Umlenkrolle (11) angeordnet ist,
    und dass letztere sich demnach im oberen Teil und im Kontakt mit der Materialbahn befindet.
  12. Spender nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkrolle (11) kurvenförmig und an ihren Enden gekrümmt ist, um links oder rechts das Ziehen an der Materialbahn durch den Benutzer zu ermöglichen.
  13. Spender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Platte (9) für die faltenlose Formgebung der Materialbahn vor der Ladeplatte (10) in einer dazu parallelen Ebene befindet und dabei einen Zwischenraum (e) freilässt,
    und dass die Platte für die faltenlose Formgebung elastisch im Verhältnis zur Ladeplatte entgegen der Federwirkung der Rückholeinrichtungen (14) befestigt ist, die an - von der Ladeplatte aus befestigten - Verbindungsachsen (15) angebracht sind.
  14. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte für die faltenlose Formgebung (10) eine obere halbmondartige (10a) oder kurvenartige Form für die Durchführung der Materialbahn und ihre Ausrichtung zum Ausgang des Gerätes aufweist,
    und dass diese halbmondartige Form die kurvenartigen Formen der vorspringenden Teile an der Innenseite des Deckels ergänzt, indem sie sich dazwischen einpasst und eine Passage (P) für die Materialbahn frei lässt, und dass die Platte für die faltenlose Formgebung an der Innenseite des Deckels anliegt, um eine Spur und Führung für den Austritt der Materialbahn vorzugeben.
  15. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückholeinrichtungen (14) mit leichtem Druck durch elastische Entspannung einen Andruck der Platte für die faltenlose Formgebung an die Innenseite des Deckels ermöglichen.
  16. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn eine Spule ist, deren Dorn zwischen den flexiblen Laschen an den Seitenwänden des Gehäuses angeordnet ist.
  17. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialspule an durch Rückholeinrichtungen (19) elastisch angelenkten Armen (16) angebracht ist, um immer an der Umlenkrolle aufzuliegen, und dass die Kippbewegung der die Spulen tragenden Arme in Pfeilrichtung (F1) und das Abwickeln der Bahn in Pfeilrichtung (F2) erfolgen.
  18. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Größeneinstellung des Ausgangs der Materialbahn zwei Anschläge (17-18) symmetrisch zu der Zone für die Durchführung und den Austritt der Materialbahn und nahe am unteren vorderen Teil des Gerätes angeordnet und gegenüber seiner Schmalseite gleitend verstellbar sind.
  19. Spender nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung zum Ziehen an der Materialbahn der Trennstelle der Materialbahnformate vorgeordnet ist.
  20. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1-19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus Pappe in Einwegverpackung gefertigt ist.
