Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Abgabe eines Wischmaterials, welches vorgeschnitten ist und in einer Rolle aufgewickelt ist, wobei sie ein Gehäuse (1) aufweist, das eine Rolle (E) eines Wischmaterials aufnimmt, wobei das Gehäuse eine Rückwand (1a), zwei seitliche Wände (1b) und eine untere Wand (1c) aufweist, wobei die Rückwand (1a) und die untere Wand (1c) äußere Wände des Gehäuses ausbilden, wobei das Gehäuse eine Klappe (2) aufnimmt, welche im Verhältnis zu dem Gehäuse angelenkt ist, wobei sie die Führung und die Abwicklung von der Materialrolle sicherstellt, und einen Deckel (3), welcher im Verhältnis zu dem Gehäuse angelenkt ist, wobei er nach einem Schließen einen Raum zwischen der Klappe und dem Deckel definiert, um das Herausgehen des Materialbandes zu erlauben, wobei die Klappe und der Deckel einen Raum zwischen sich definieren, um die Führung und das Herausgehen des Materialbandes und die Abtrennung eines Materialformats sicherzustellen, wobei die untere Wand (1c) ein Profil aufweist, welches einen mittleren horizontalen Teil (1c1) und einen schrägen vorderen Teil (1c2) aufweist, welcher mit seinem unteren Teil an dem Übergang zu dem mittleren horizontalen Teil (1c1) und in Rücksprung im Verhältnis zu dem vorderen frontalen Ende des Gehäuses ist, um einen volumetrischen Raum mit der Klappe (2) zu definieren, welcher den Eingriff und die Positionierung von Fingern von der Bedienperson zum Ergreifen des Materialbandes erlaubt, welches ausgehend von der Rolle im Hinblick auf die Verteilung eines abgeschnittenen Materialformats abgewickelt wird, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die zwei seitlichen Wände (1b) äußere Wände des Gehäuses ausbilden und dass die untere Wand (1c) eine Stützwand der Rolle (E) des Materials ist, wobei ihr Profil einen schrägen angehobenen hinteren Teil (1c3) im Verhältnis zu dem mittleren horizontalen Stützteil (1c1) aufweist, wobei die schrägen angehobenen vorderen (1c2) und hinteren (1c3) Teile auf beiden Seiten von dem mittleren horizontalen Stützteil (1c1) angeordnet sind, wobei das Profil die Aufnahme, die Zentrierung und das stabilisierte Halten der Materialrolle ermöglicht.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schrägen Teile (1c2) (1c3) im Verhältnis zu dem horizontalen Teil (1c1) gemäß einer Abwinkelung α in der Größenordnung von 30 bis 60° geneigt sind und dass der volumetrische Raum (V) im Verhältnis zu einer Positionierung der Klappe (2), die sich in dem vorderen Teil des Gehäuses befindet, eine im Wesentlichen dreieckige Ausgestaltung über die gesamte Länge des Gehäuses der Vorrichtung aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (2) ein oberes Profil (2a) von einer gekrümmten Ausgestaltung aufweist, in ihrem unteren Teil mindestens eine mittlere Öffnung (2c) von einer im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen Ausgestaltung aufweist.

Vorrichtung zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe auf beiden Seiten von der mittigen Öffnung (2c) schräge Schlitze (2d) mit Zungen (2e) aufweist, um zusammenzuwirken mit und um das Einsetzen von komplementären Formen (3d) zu erlauben, welche an dem Deckel (3) auf beiden Seiten von einer mittigen Öffnung (3c), welche an dem Deckel gebildet ist, hergestellt sind.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (2) Endzungen (2f) aufweist, welche nahe von Kanten der Klappe gebildet sind, mit Schlitzen (2g), welche zwischen den Zungen (2f) und der Wand der Klappe angeordnet sind, wobei die Schlitze dazu beitragen, der Klappe eine Elastizität zu geben.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel auf beiden Seiten von der mittigen Öffnung (3c) Laschen (3f) aufweist, welche als Anschläge dienen, wobei Schlitze (3g) zwischen den Teilen (3f), welche Anschläge bilden, und den Teilen (3h) des Deckels gebildet sind.

Vorrichtung zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Kammern (c1) und (c2) aufweist, welche durch eine Querplatte (1f) getrennt sind, gegen welche die Klappe (2) in Anlage gelangt, und dass die Klappe (2) und der Deckel (3) mittige Öffnungen (2c) und (3c) gegenüber jeder Aufnahmekammer einer Rolle eines Wischmaterials aufweisen.
  8. Vorrichtung zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querplatte (1f) in Richtung nach außen über den vorderen Teil (1c2) hinausgeht, indem sie einen vorragenden Teil (1f1) mit einer vorderen Kante (1f2) ausbildet, welche einen Anlageanschlag ausbildet, und dass die Klappe (2) zwischen den mittigen Öffnungen (2c) zwei parallele Schlitze (2h) aufweist, welche eine Zunge (2m) begrenzen, die zum In-Anlage-Gelangen gegen die Kante (1f2) geeignet ist.

Vorrichtung zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (3) zum Aufnehmen eines Auswählteils (4) eingerichtet ist, welches durch die Außenseite im Verhältnis zu dem Deckel gleitet und hergestellt ist, um sich horizontal zu verstellen, um entweder die Öffnung (2c) der Klappe im Verhältnis zu der Kammer (c1) oder die Öffnung (2c) im Verhältnis zu der Kammer (c2) des Gehäuses zu verschließen, und zwar dies bei einer abwechselnden hin- und hergehenden Bewegung.
  10. Vorrichtung zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswählteil eine Platte von einer trapezoiden vertikalen Ausgestaltung (4a) mit im oberen Teil einer Verrippung (4b) aufweist, welche fähig ist, sich in einer Aussparung (3m) zu verstellen, und dass ein oberes Anschlagstück (5), welches im Verhältnis zu dem Deckel befestigt ist, ein Steuern der Verstellung des Auswählteils bei seinem Halten in vertikaler Position erlaubt und dass das Auswählteil (4) des Weiteren in seinem unteren Teil einen unteren Schenkel (4c) aufweist, welcher in der Verlängerung der Anschlagteile (3f), welche an dem Deckel gebildet sind, liegt.
