L'espace volumétrique (V) est donc particulièrement important par rapport au positionnement du volet (2) qui se situe en partie avant du carter. En se référant aux figures 12 à 15, on a représenté l'appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage dans une configuration avec deux compartiments (c1) (c2) séparés par une plaque transversale (1f). On retrouve la partie d'appui (1c) tel que définit précédemment. La plaque transversale (1f) située à l'intérieur du volume du carter déborde sensiblement vers l'extérieur au-delà de la partie avant (1c2) en constituant une partie en saillie (1f1) avec un chant frontal (1f2) constituant une butée d'appui. Dans cette mise en oeuvre, le volet (2) comprend entre les ouvertures centrales (2c) deux fentes (2h) parallèles délimitant une languette (2m) entre elles la dite languette étant susceptible de prendre appui contre le chant (1f2) de la plaque transversale. Les deux fentes (2h) contribuent à donner une élasticité à chaque partie du volet correspondante de chaque compartiment (c1) ou (c2).The represented strand figure 10 corresponds to the one identified figure 6 . En outre, et dans une mise en oeuvre optimisée de l'invention, le couvercle (3) est aménagé pour recevoir un sélecteur (4) coulissant par l'extérieur par rapport au couvercle (3) et établi pour se déplacer horizontalement pour obturer tantôt l'ouverture (2c) du volet en relation avec le compartiment (c1) du carter, tantôt l'ouverture (2c) en relation avec le compartiment (c2) du carter, et ce dans un mouvement alternatif de va-et-vient selon la flèche (f). A cet effet, le couvercle est aménagé avec un évidement horizontal de grande longueur (3m) permettant le déplacement alternatif du dit sélecteur (4). Ce dernier comprend ainsi une plaque de configuration trapézoïdale verticale (4a) avec en partie supérieure un nervurage (4b) susceptible de se déplacer dans l'évidement (3m). Une pièce de butée (5) supérieure permet de contrôler le déplacement du sélecteur en la maintenant en position verticale. Cette pièce de butée (5) est soit rapportée et fixée par des moyens (5a) sur le couvercle, soit le couvercle et cette pièce (5) sont conformés monobloc lors de la fabrication. Le sélecteur (4) présente en outre dans sa partie basse une patte intérieure (4c) qui vient dans le prolongement des parties de butée (3f) formées sur le couvercle. La configuration en trapèze du sélecteur permet d'obturer totalement, à droite ou à gauche, l'une des ouvertures (2c) formée sur le volet (2). The trapezoidal configuration of the selector is used to completely close, to the right or left, one of the openings (2c) formed on the flap (2). We understand as well as the operator chooses the reel of material to unroll by a simple horizontal manipulation of the selector according to the arrow (F).

Claims (10)

  1. Device for dispensing pre-cut rolled wiping material comprising a housing (1) receiving a roll (E) of wiping material, said housing comprising a back wall (1a), two lateral walls (1b) and a lower wall (1c), said back wall (1a) and said lower wall (1c) forming external walls of the housing, said housing receiving a flap (2) hinged with respect to the housing, ensuring the guiding and the unwinding of the roll of material, and a cover (3) hinged with respect to the housing, defining after closing a space between said flap and said cover to enable the strip of material to come out, said flap and said cover defining a space between them to ensure the guiding and the letting out of the strip of material and the separation of a format of material, said lower wall (1c) having a profile comprising a horizontal central portion (1c1) and a front oblique portion (1c2) being, by its lower portion, jointed to the horizontal central portion (1c1), and recessed with respect to the front end of the housing to define a volumetric space with the flap (2), allowing the user to engage and to position his fingers to grab the unwound strip of material coming from the roll for the distribution of a cut format of material, said device being characterized in that the two lateral walls (1b) form external walls of the housing and in that the lower wall (1c) is a support wall for the roll (E) of material, the profile comprising a raised back oblique portion (1c3) with respect to the support horizontal central portion (1c1), the raised front oblique portion (1c2) and back oblique portion (1c3) being located on both sides of the horizontal central portion (1c1), said profile enabling to receive, to center, and to hold in a stabilized way the roll of material.
  2. The dispensing device of claim 1, characterized in that the oblique portions (1c2) (1c3) are inclined with respect to the horizontal portion (1c1) according to an angulation α approximately ranging from 30 to 60°, and in that volumetric space (V) relative to the positioning of the flap (2) which is located at the front of the housing, has a substantially triangular configuration along the entire length of the device housing.
  3. The dispensing device of claim 1, characterized in that the flap (2) has an upper profile (2a) of curved configuration, in its lower portion, at least one central opening (2c) of substantially circular configuration.
  4. The dispensing device of claim 3, characterized in that the flap has, on either side of the central opening (2c), oblique slots (2d) with tabs (2e) for cooperating and allowing the nesting of complementary shapes (3d) provided on the cover (3) on either side of a central opening (3c) formed on said cover.
  5. The dispensing device of claim 3, characterized in that the flap (2) has end tabs (2f) formed next to the flap edges, with slots (2g) arranged between the tabs (2f) and the flap wall, said slots contributing to provide resilience to the flap.
  6. The dispensing device of claim 3, characterized in that the cover has, on either side of the central opening (3c), folded portions (3f) behaving as stops, slots (3g) being formed between the portions (3f) forming stops and the portions (3h) of said cover.
  7. The dispensing device of claim 1, characterized in that it comprises two compartments (c1) and (c2) separated by a transverse plate (1f) having the flap (2) bearing against it, and in that the flap (2) and the cover (3) have central openings (2c) and (3c) in front of each compartment for receiving a roll of wiping material.
  8. The dispensing device of claim 7, characterized in that the transverse plate (1f) extends outwards beyond the front portion (1c2) by forming a protruding portion (1f1) with a front edge (1f2) forming a bearing stop, and in that the flap (2) comprises, between the central openings (2c), two parallel slots (2h) delimiting a tab (2m) capable of bearing against the edge (1f2).
  9. The dispensing device of claim 7, characterized in that the cover (3) is fitted to receive a selector (4) sliding on the outside with respect to the cover (3) and arranged to horizontally move in order to close, now the opening (2c) of the flap in relation with compartment (c1), now opening (2c) in relation with compartment (c2) of the housing, and this in an alternating back and forth motion.
  10. The dispensing device of claim 9, characterized in that the selector comprises a plate of vertical trapezoidal configuration (4a) with a beading (4b) in its upper portion, capable of displacing within the recess (3m), and in that an upper stop part (5) fixed with respect to the cover enables to control the displacement of the selector by being maintained in vertical position, and in that the selector (4) further has in its lower portion an inner leg (4c) which continues the stop parts (3f) formed on the cover.
