Claims (12)

  1. Spender von Material aus Papier o. ä., das in gefalteter Form als Abwisch-, Verpackungs- oder Schutzmaterial verwendet werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Gerät ein Gehäuse (1) umfasst mit Seitenwänden (1c), die geeignet sind, Haltevorrichtungen für den Dorn (3) einer Materialspule (B) aufzunehmen, wobei das Gehäuse im unteren Teil mit einem Boden (1a) ausgebildet ist, der parallele Seitenstücke (1f) besitzt zur Aufnahme von Einrichtungen für die gelenkige Lagerung und Positionierung eines Deckels (5), von zusätzlichen Einrichtungen für die Anlenkung einer Vorrichtung (8) zur Faltenlegung der Materialbahn und von Einrichtungen, die mit einer versenkbaren Klappe (11) zusammenwirken;
    dass die Vorrichtung (8) zur Faltenlegung die Umwandlung der Papierbahn aus einer aufgefalteten Position in eine am vorderen Ausgang des Gerätes gefaltete Position ermöglicht;
    und dass die versenkbare Klappe (11) den Schutz der Papierbahn bei Nichtgebrauch, dann nach Anhebung für die Entnahme der Bahn durch eine kurzzeitige Einziehbewegung das Ergreifen gewährleistet, wobei die Klappe anschließend in eine Verriegelungsstellung gegenüber dem Deckel abgesenkt wird, um den sauberen Schnitt der gezogenen Papierbahn in gefalteter Position auf eine --vorbestimmte und bedarfsabhängig variable Länge zu ermöglichen.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) ein Bodenteil (1a), ein hinteres Teil (1b) und zwei Seitenwände (1c) umfasst, wobei die Seitenwände in ihrer Verlängerung Zungen (1d) aufweisen mit einer teillängigen Trennspalte (1e), die den Zungen eine gewisse Elastizität verleiht; die Zungen sind dabei so ausgebildet, um die Aufsätze für die Lagerung des Dorns der Materialspule aufzunehmen.
  3. Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse aus dem Boden (1a) hervorragende parallele Seitenstücke (1f) aufweist; diese Seitenstücke besitzen einen vorstehenden Stift (1g) für die gelenkige Lagerung des Deckels (5), ein Loch (1h) für die Aufnahme und Anlenkung der Faltvorrichtung und einen vorstehenden Stift (1m), der mit einem komplementären seitlichen Formteil der Klappe (11) zusammenwirkt.
  4. Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (5) an der Basis (5a) mit Wandteilen (5b) für das Aufsetzen auf das Gehäuse ausgebildet ist und parallele Anschlagstücke (6) umfasst, die in einem bestimmten Abstand senkrecht auf der Vorderseite des Deckels angeordnet sind, wobei diese Anschlagstücke zur Faltung der Papierbahn beitragen.
  5. Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderseite des Deckels eine nach außen vorstehende Verengung (5c) unter Einschluss der Anschlagstücke (6) aufweist.
  6. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faltvorrichtung ein Basisteil (8a) umfasst, das lagegerecht auf den Seitenstücken (1f) des Gehäuses zu sitzen kommt, wobei dieses Basisteil eine Profilform (8c) besitzt, die die Führung und Faltenbildung des Papiers ermöglicht, und dass das Basisteil (8a) durch einen Arm (8d) verlängert wird, dessen freies Ende mit einem gabelartigen Formteil (8e) für die Aufnahme der frei drehbar angebrachten Rollen (9) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisteil (8a) der Vorrichtung mit einem Stift (8f) versehen ist, der einen Anschlag gegen den Boden des Gehäuses bildet und dadurch die Schwenkbewegung des Armes begrenzt.
  8. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die versenkbare Klappe (11) eine vordere Platte (11a) umfasst, deren Profil einen Schneid- und Abtrennbereich bildet, sowie seitlich zwei profilierte Flügelteile (11b), die mit Verbindungseinrichtungen zur gelenkigen Einpassung gegenüber dem Gehäuse ausgebildet sind, wobei die Flügelteile (11b) an ihrem unteren Ende mit einer elastisch verformbaren Profilzunge (11d) ausgebildet sind, die auf einem ortsfesten Teil des Gehäuses aufliegt.
  9. Gerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe seitlich zwei profilierte Flügelteile (11b) umfasst, die einen länglichen Schlitz (11c) aufweisen, der mit einem vorspringenden Stift (1g) an der Seitenwand des Gehäuses zusammenwirkt, und dass die Zungen (11d) eine S-Form besitzen und durch einen mit dem äußeren unteren Teil der Flügel gebildeten Trennspalt (11e) elastisch verformbar sind, wobei die Zungen auf den Vorsprüngen (1m) an den Seitenstücken (1f) des Gehäuses aufliegen.
  10. Gerät nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenflügel der Klappe an ihrem oberen Teil mit einem eine Nase bildenden Rücksprung (11f) ausgebildet sind, der in bestimmten Funktionsphasen mit einer waagrechten Kante (5d) an der Vorderseite des Deckels entlang zusammenwirkt.
  11. Gerät nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (11) eine Eintiefung (12) für die Fingerauflage und Druckbetätigung durch den Benutzer aufweist, um sie vom Deckel zu lösen und durch die Kombination der speziellen Form der Zungen (11e) mit den an den Seitenstücken (1f) des Gehäuses befindlichen Andruckund Zentriereinrichtungen gegen das Gehäuse zu bewegen.
  12. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 8, 9 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Kante (5f) der vorderen Wand des Deckels eine Anschlageinrichtung der Klappe bildet und dadurch den sauberen Schnitt der gefalteten Papierbahn ermöglicht, wenn das Papier in einer ziemlich genau waagrechten Lage vor das Gerät geführt wird.
