das Trägerelement 2 wenigstens teilweise aus einem Weichmaterial. - A6. Bevorzugt umfasst bei der Zahnbürste nach Absatz A5.
das Trägerelement 2 eine Weich- und eine Hartkomponente, wobei die Peripherie des Trägerelements 2 wenigstens teilweise aus der Hartkomponente besteht. - A7. Bevorzugt weist bei der Zahnbürste nach Absatz A5. oder Absatz A6.
das Trägerelement 2 eine Mehrzahl von durchStege 27 untereinander verbundenen Hülsen 26 zurAufnahme von Borstenbündeln 3 auf,wobei Hülsen 26und Stege 27 aus einem Hartmaterial bestehen und wobei wenigstens die Zwischenräume zwischenden Hülsen 26und Stegen 27mit einem Weichmaterial 28 ausgefüllt sind. - A8. Bevorzugt ist bei der Zahnbürste nach Absatz A1.
das Trägerelement 2 formstabil und derart geformt, dass seine Frontfläche 5 bereits ohne Einwirkung von äusseren Kräften eine von einer Ebene abweichende räumliche Gestalt hat. - A9. Bevorzugt sind bei der Zahnbürste nach einem der Absätze A1. bis A8.
wenigstens zwei Trägerelemente 2 vorhanden, die in unterschiedlicher Position derart mit dem Kopfteil 1 verbunden sind, dass die durch dieborstentragenden Oberflächen 4der Trägerelemente 2 gebildete gemeinsame Frontfläche 5 eine von der Ebene abweichende Gestalt hat. - A10. Bevorzugt ist bei der Zahnbürste nach einem der Absätze A1. bis A9. an der Rückfläche des Trägerelements 2 ein vorzugsweise in einer
Ebene liegender Schweissrand 10, 10' angeordnet, der aus einem Hartmaterial besteht und entlang dessendas Trägerelement 2 mit dem Kopfteil 1 verschweissbar ist. - A11. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch ein Kopfteil 1 für eine Zahnbürste nach einem der Absätze A1. bis A10., wobei das Kopfteil 1 zur Herstellung einer Wechselkopfzahnbürste auswechselbar ist.
- A12. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zahnbürste nach einem der Absätze A1. Bis A10., mit den folgenden Schritten:
Führen der Borstenfilamente 3 durch dieAussparungen 6 im wenigstens einen Trägerelement 2 und Verbindenmit dem Trägerelement 2 durch Aufschmelzen ihrer rückwärtigen Enden 3a miteinem heissen Stempel 12;- Verbinden des wenigstens einen Trägerelements 2 mit dem Kopfteil 1 vorzugsweise mittels Ultraschallschweissen derart, dass dessen Frontfläche 5 eine von einer Ebene abweichende räumliche Gestalt hat und/oder eine solche beim bestimmungsgemässen Gebrauch einzunehmen imstande ist.
- A13. Bevorzugt wird beim Verfahren nach Absatz A12. ein
flexibles flaches Trägerelement 2 bereitgestellt und beborstet, wobei eine von einer Ebene abweichende räumliche Gestalt desTrägerelements 2 durchden heissen Stempel 12 während des Aufschmelzens der rückwärtigen Borstenenden 3a hergestellt wird. - A14. Bevorzugt wird beim Verfahren nach Absatz A12. ein
flexibles flaches Trägerelement 2 bereitgestellt und beborstet sowie anschliessend derart unter Vorspannung ineine Ausnehmung 7 im Kopfteil 1 eingesetzt und mit dem Kopfteil 1 verbunden, dassdas Trägerelement 2 sich wölbt. A15. Bevorzugt wird beim Verfahren nach einem der Absätze A12. bis A14.ein Trägerelement 2 im Zweikomponenten-Spritzgiessverfahren aus einem Hartmaterial und einem Weichmaterial hergestellt, anschliessend beborstet und mit dem Kopfteil 1 verbunden, vorzugsweise indem die Hartkomponente des Trägerelements 2 mit dem Kopfteil 1 Ultraschall verschweisst wird. - A16. Bevorzugt werden beim Verfahren nach Absatz A15. eine Mehrzahl von durch
Stege 27 untereinander verbundene Hülsen 26 aus dem Hartmaterial spritzgegossen, die Zwischenräume zwischenden Hülsen 26und Stegen 27mit einem Weichmaterial 28 im Spritzgiessverfahren ausgefüllt und Borstenbündel 3 indie Hülsen 26 eingeführt. - A17. Bevorzugt wird beim Verfahren nach Absatz A12.
wenigstens ein Trägerelement 2 mit einer von der Ebenen abweichenden Oberfläche 4 bereitgestellt und beborstet sowie anschliessend mit dem Kopfteil 1 verbunden, vorzugweise indem es in eine an die Form des Trägerelements 2angepasste Ausnehmung 7 im Kopfteil 1 eingesetzt wird.

carrier element 2 a plurality of interconnected bywebs 27sleeves 26 for receiving bristlebundles 3, whereinsleeves 26 andwebs 27 are made of a hard material and wherein at least the spaces between thesleeves 26 andwebs 27 are filled with asoft material 28. - A8. The toothbrush according to paragraph A1 is preferred. the
